At the bustling Tontatta Airport, a massive rhinoceros beetle plane labeled K43 and TT-AIR FORCE prepares for takeoff as the pilot shouts "CRAFT 43 IS READY FOR TAKEOFF!!". A large warrior in goggles yells "UOOHHHH IT'S A BUG ARMY!!!". A woman in a helmet smiles and says "WELL ISN'T THAT ADORABLE...!!". Small Tontatta figures scurry about the terminal marked TONTATTA AIRLINE TAL. Speech bubbles explain "THE TONTATTA AIRPORT: TONTATTA AIRLINE", "THE TONTATTA KINGDOM", "UNDER-NEATH GREEN BIT...", "THAT'S RIGHT, THERE'S A SUBTERRANEAN PASSAGE CONNECTING GREEN BIT TO DRESSROSA!!", "IT'S THE AIRPORT!!", and "WE'RE HERE,". Labels identify "PINK BEE: (PINK HORNET)" and "YELLOW KABU: (GREAT GOLDEN RHINOCEROS BEETLE)".

Bian, captain of the Pink Bee Brigade, points her spear and calls "LEO!! YOU'RE LATE. WE'RE TAKING THE EXPRESS!!". Kabu, captain of the Yellow Kabu Brigade, replies "KABU-SAN!!" while gesturing excitedly. A background voice shouts "BIAN!!". Leo appears in the lower panel, laughing "GYA GYA GYA" and declaring "USOLAND AND ROBILAND—BECAUSE YOU TWO ARE SO BIG... YOU'LL USE THE BUGS MEANT FOR CARRYING 20 OF US!! I'D LOVE TO SHOW THIS KIND LUFFY. NEVER SEEN THIS KIND BEFORE. WE'RE LEAVING IT TO YOU!!". Other Tontatta warriors cheer and prepare the giant insects.

Giant Linear Fox creatures wearing "EXPRESS" hats race forward as one shouts "COME NOW, LINEAR FOXES!!" and another yelps "YELP!!". A label reads "20-PASSENGER BUS: 'LINEAR FOX' (YELP EXPRESS)". In the lower scene a woman in a helmet and black outfit lounges on the foxes and remarks "WHAT A LOVELY FUR. THIS IS GREAT! LIKE A SOFA FIT FOR A KING. THEY GET REAL FAST WHEN THEY RUN." The foxes speed along with motion lines and sound effects "ふかっ!!" while small Tontatta riders cling on.

The Tontatta Air Force takes flight on their insect mounts labeled TT AIRFORCE K-03. A goggled girl leans forward and shouts, "ALONG WITH OUR HERO, USOLAND!! OKAY EVERYONE!!! LET'S HEAD OUT!!!" The swarm races ahead with a loud "バッ...!!" In a massive spread below, the full force rallies. A huge figure in a wide hat roars "UOOH HHHH!!!" while a woman in a sun hat and a long-haired man cheer beside her. A voice declares, "WE'LL TAKE BACK OUR 500 KIDNAPPED FRIENDS!!!" Small winged fighters buzz around them as an "EXPRESS" sign marks their path forward.

The woman in the sun hat sits up with a surprised "わ!" as a goggled dwarf yells "WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU DOING IN THERE!!!" Nearby, another dwarf reacts with "!I" A voice continues, "...I HAVE SOMETHING I WANT TO SAY... TO YOU PEOPLE." In the next panels the Tontatta chief Gancho appears, hands raised. He says, "I'D LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR THIS." A young dwarf cries "GANCHO-SAN!!" Gancho replies, "YES, IT'S ME, THE TONTA CHIEF AND KING, GANCHO!!" The woman answers, "YOU'RE PUTTING YOUR LIVES ON THE LINE TO FIGHT FOR US, SO THERE'S SOMETHING I NEED YOU TO KNOW. WELL... I'M NOT EXACTLY PLANNING ON RISKING MY LIFE, BUT..." Gancho then states gravely, "IT'S A HISTORY GOING BACK AROUND 900 YEARS. DONQUIXOTE DOFLAMINGO- THE ONE WHO PLAGUES US AT THE PRESENT- AND THE TONTATTA TRIBE... OUR INTERTWINED DESTINIES DID NOT BEGIN JUST 10 YEARS AGO..." The listeners react with shock: "EHH!!I"

At the Anti-Doflamingo organization "RIKU ROYAL FIGHTERS" REBELLION HQ., a tall bearded man in a top hat stands with a black silhouette figure. A dwarf shouts "CAPTAIN!!" The tall man remarks, "THIS TOY LOOKS REAL STRONG!!" while another dwarf wonders, "WHAT SORT OF BIG HUMAN DID HE USED TO BE!I" and "HOW FITTING FOR THIS DECISIVE BATTLE!!!" Smaller panels show Flower Hill in Dressrosa with notes about a massive sunflower field, hidden entrances, and an underground passage. Back at the base, the tall man and dwarves react in surprise as a helmeted woman points and exclaims about dwarves. A dwarf explains, "THESE ARE THE ONES WE'LL BE FIGHTING WITH!!! THE DWARVES OF THE TONTATTA KINGDOM." The tall man is identified as the one who once stole Zoro's sword. A voice calls "CAPTAIN!!" while another dwarf yells, "QUICKLY NOW!! DIDN'T YOU WANT TO RETURN TO THE SHIP!I"

Chaos erupts as a dwarf is sent flying. Someone yells "ZORO!!!" A voice warns, "OI, DON'T LET HIM GET THE UPPER HAND, LUFFY!!!" Another shouts, "HEY, BIG BRO, WE CAN'T SEE!!" In the next row Franky appears, prompting "FRANKY!! OH, CAPTAIN!!" and "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE!!" A swordsman growls, "WHY WASN'T I INVITED!! MY SWORDS WANT TO SEE SOME ACTION." while muttering, "SHIT... THAT BASTARD... WISH I'D KNOWN THERE WAS A TOURNAMENT LIKE THIS..." Below, the helmeted woman reports, "AND WE'VE CONFIRMED THE ENEMY'S MOVEMENT, AS WELL AS SUGAR'S... AND ALSO... NOW DON'T BE TOO SHOCKED, BUT TODAY, WITH THE FATEFUL BATTLE AT HAND... WE'VE COMPILED THE INFO FROM THE SCOUTING BRIGADE!!" Dwarves react with "CAPTAIN!!!"

The old man with the long braid exclaims in shock, "THAT MUST HAVE BEEN USOPP...!!!" A large panel shows a frantic man in a top hat shouting, "THAT'S RIGHT!! IT SEEMS THAT THE TONTATTA'S LEGENDARY HEROES HAVE APPEARED BEFORE US!!! THEIR NAMES ARE 'USOLAND' AND 'ZOROLAND'!! INTEL SAYS THEY ARE HEADING THIS WAY NOW!!" Nearby, another figure lists the fake lands: "LUFFYLAND, ZOROLAND, CHOPPERLAND, SANLAND, FRALAND, AND BONELAND." The group reacts with wild excitement as a man in a top hat and cape bows politely, "I'M FRALAND. NICE TO MEET YOU." Another adds, "AH... I'M PROBABLY ZOROLAND." Someone screams "EHHHHHH!!I AMAZING!!!" with hearts and impact effects. The top-hatted man suddenly panics, sweat flying, "IF I DON'T HURRY BACK TO THE SUNNY-GO, NAMI AND THE OTHERS......LIKE I'VE BEEN SAYING THIS WHOLE TIME!!I" while the braid man mutters "HMMMI" and another yells "AH!! THERE'S NO TIME FOR THIS."

The Thousand Sunny sails through rough coastal waters off Dressrosa as a sign reads "COASTAL WATERS OFF DRESSROSA." A massive impact erupts with the sound effect "ゴゴゴゴゴ..." and the cry "IT'S USELESS!" In the next sequence, Nami spins her Climatact shouting "BRO-KEN-FU ART!!" while Brook yells "NO ONE CAN STOP MY ART!!" as they clash with a flamboyant opponent. Impact lines and bubbles fill the panel with "KYAH!" and "ゴォォ!!!" Nami then raises her weapon high, declaring "SNOW-CLOUD!!" and "NOW EMERGE..." while the opponent sweats and coughs, "WHAT'S WITH THIS SMOKE!!I...KUHH!!" Nami finishes by hurling a Weather Egg, shouting "LET'S GO!! WEATHER EGG!!!"

Nami stares in horror as her Climatact is transformed, yelling "EVEN MY CLIMATACT TURNED INTO A TOY!!" and "EWWWW GROSS!!!" The flamboyant woman laughs "OH HO HO HOW RUDE!!" while Brook's skull face distorts with "はッ!!" and "うっ!!" The opponent roars back, "NOTHING TURNED INTO A 'TOY'!! DON'T LUMP MY WORK WITH MERE TOYS! HAVE YOU NO DISCERNING EYE!I" and "WHO ARE YOU CALLING A SUPER MODEL!!! NO ONE SAID THAT!!" In a close-up she declares proudly, "I'M AN ART HUMAN WHO ATE THE ART ART NO MI!!" while pointing at Brook, "YOU'VE BEEN TURNED INTO ART....!!!" and muttering aside, "TURNING PEOPLE INTO TOYS... THERE IS INDEED SOMEONE IN OUR FAMILY WITH THAT ABILITY, BUT...!"

Brook's soul form protests, "I UNDERSTAND THAT! I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU'RE NOT HANDING ME OVER, BUT LOOK!! LOOK WHAT MY SOUL SOLID HAS TURNED INTO!!" as a tiny skeleton child version of himself appears. The flamboyant woman snaps, "CRAP, SHE EVEN GOT NAMI!!" and "STOP ACTING LIKE VICTIMS!! YOU SHOULD BE HAPPY TO HAVE BEEN MADE INTO ART!!" while glaring at the wrecked ship. She continues, "BUT FORGET THAT—HOW DARE YOU BEAT UP MY MEN!! AND LOOK AT MY SHIP!!" The scene shifts as she looms over the group, declaring "TO SETTLE THIS DEBT... LET ME SEE... WHAT KIND OF ARTISTIC DEATH WILL YOU BE RECEIVING!I" while the transformed Brook and others react with shock and the sound "PURURURURU!! PURURURURU!!"

Law holds a Den Den Mushi to his ear as frantic voices erupt from the other end. "AH, TONY-YAP NEVERMIND THAT- JUST LISTEN..." someone shouts. Another voice demands, "WHO SAID YOU COULD ANSWER THAT CALL!I" A third caller blurts, "HELLO HELLO IT'S ME!! WHO IS THIS!I WE'RE IN BIG TROUBLE HERE, SO YOU GOTTA SAVE US!!!" Law reacts with surprise as the line crackles. "EH!I TORA-MAN!I" The callers continue desperately, "WE'VE BEEN TURNED INTO ART!! SAVE US!! WHAT'RE YOU DOING, TORA-MAN!I HURRY UP AND GET BACK TO THE SHIP!" Explosions and motion lines erupt as "WAHH! BOOM!" rings out. One figure insists, "I... I'M FINE, HERE!!" while Fwish... Fwish! sounds echo. Law's ally peers over and asks, "HMMI IS THAT LAWI" In a close-up, Law's face hardens as he issues orders: "I'M ENTRUSTING CAESAR WITH YOU!! LISTEN UP- BRING THE SHIP OVER TO GREEN BIT, AND DO IT NOW!!!"

IT'S A DEATH MATCH BETWEEN THE STRONGEST OUTLAWS, WHO'VE COME FROM FAR AND WIDE." A small figure runs across a flower field toward the distant Colosseum. Law sweats heavily with a grim expression. A sign reading "DRESS-ROSA." appears as the view shifts to the city. Doflamingo's face fills the final panel as he declares, "DESPAIR, LAW!!! YOUR ALLIANCE IS DONE FOR."

In the Colosseum stands, a mustached man yells, "BUT SANJI-DONO, A MAN MUST BE CHEERED FOR IF HE IS TO WIN!!!" while waving a flag with "ばーん!!" A top-hatted spectator snaps, "QUIT IT WITH THAT CHEERING, ALREADY!!" The crowd roars, "GO GO GO!! LUFFY-DONO!!!" A small figure with a hat watches intensely and thinks, "THIS IS LOOKING LIKE AN INTERESTING FIGHT!!" while asking, "JUST WHO IS THAT LITTLE GUYI" Burgess appears in the stands. In the arena, Luffy battles fiercely as a fighter laughs "UIII! HAHA HAHAHHA!!!" and another shouts "GOMU GOMU NO...!!!" The crowd erupts with excitement as the fight intensifies inside the ring.
