Luffy and Usopp stare upward with wide eyes and open mouths, both shouting "WOW~~!!" The next panel shows the interior of a bustling combat preparation room. The beam strikes Luffy mid-punch, slowing him dramatically with effects "<SFX> NORO..." and "<SFX> NORO..." Luffy reacts in shock, "!!I" as the slowed punch misses. Foxy grins, "COM'ON!!" In the next sequence Foxy taunts "FUEHE-HEH" as Luffy's slowed punch misses; Luffy cries "WAAAH...!!" and "G...!!...IT WON'T COME BACK!!" while Foxy mocks "WHAT!I THE HARDER YOU HIT, THE HARDER YOU TRIP!!" Below, Luffy stares in disbelief at the source: Foxy stands tall, arms crossed, declaring "NORO NORO"... as the black-gloved fist inches forward with repeated "の3ーり" sound effects. Luffy's eyes widen in realization.

Luffy's body twists mid-air as he desperately tries to evade the incoming slowed punch. "MUST DODGE IT!!" he thinks, but Foxy grins and shouts "JUST KIDDING!!" while unleashing another attack. The crowd gasps as Luffy continues his slowed descent amid "RUSH!!" cries and impact effects. Foxy's crew notes "*HIGH SCALE TWIST*" and "*TWIST*" while one spectator wonders "... A massive explosion erupts as the Noro Noro beam's thirty-second delay ends. The opponent in the black helmet laughs "FUEHE-HEH!!!" while Luffy is blasted backward with a scream "WAAAAAAAH!!!" A voice announces "THAT'S 30 SECONDS!" followed by "DING!!!" Below, Luffy plummets toward the sea as the crowd gasps "LUFFY~!!!" and shouts "HE'LL FALL INTO THE SEA LIKE THAT!" and "ALL THE HITS TAKE EFFECT AT ONCE AFTER 30 SECONDS!!" Luffy desperately reaches out, yelling "GRAB!!" as he snags a piece of debris. The final panel shows him gritting his teeth in pain, muttering "GR... HAH!!"

Luffy lands hard on the deck with "HEH HEH..." The crowd reacts in shock: "INTERESTING! SO THAT'S THE POWER OF GOMU GOMU FRUIT!!" and "OOOOOH!!! LOOK! HIS ARM STRETCHED!!" Arrows rain down across the deck with repeated "のろーり..." sound effects. Luffy dodges frantically as the opponent taunts from above. Luffy yells "WAH!!" while the helmeted fighter smirks. A close-up shows the opponent with "!!I" Luffy shouts "AH! THERE YOU ARE!! STAY RIGHT THERE!!" as the opponent lands and declares "WELCOME BACK TO MY SHIP!" with a loud impact "だだっ!!" The opponent laughs "FUEH FUEH FUEH" while Luffy glares upward.

Luffy stares in disbelief: "DID HE USE NORO NORO BEAM ON IT!I" and "HE'S STANDING ON A CANNONBALL!I HOW COME..." The opponent stands atop a floating cannonball. On the deck of the massive ship, Luffy is blasted backward with a scream, "IYAAAAAH!!" Foxy laughs triumphantly, "FUEHEHEH, IT'S SO NICE OF ME TO WARN YOU!" while delivering rapid punches marked "SHAW". The impact sends Luffy flying as more "SHAW" effects ring out. Below, Foxy continues his assault with "FUEH FUEH" laughter amid smoke and debris. Crew members react in panic: "DAMN... HIM...!!" and "HE'S SO COCKY BECAUSE WE'RE ON HIS SHIP..." Foxy then unleashes a massive attack labeled "NORO NORO FOXY-FACE BOMB!!!" with enormous impact SFX "ドッドッドッドッ!!" and "ビュンッ!!" as the projectile hurtles forward.
