Heat Up

A mostly blank white page features a single small rectangular panel in the lower right. Inside the panel, a round-faced panda-like creature with angry eyes, gritted teeth, and sweat drops glares upward from a dark background, surrounded by motion lines and small debris or bubbles.

Explosions rock the scene as a masked armored figure is blasted backward amid flying debris, grunting "GUFU!!!" and "....!!!". The view pulls back to a vast stone arena with high walls and railings; a small figure plummets from an upper level. A voice asks "YOUR SISTER...I" while another states "ROBIN-CHAN IS...". Below, the armored figure crashes violently into rubble with "GARA GARA GARA...!!!" and "GUOH!!". In a close-up, Sanji glares with a cigarette, declaring "DUMB-ASS. IF YOU ARE LYING, AT LEAST SAY SOMETHING MORE BELIEVABLE."

A man in a dark coat stands with his back partly turned, asking "DID THAT TEACH YOU A LESSON, WOLF-KUNI" while breathing heavily "HAA...". The armored wolf-masked fighter clutches his head in pain, growling "... KU!". Close-ups show the wolf-masked man snarling "YOU...!!!!" and "BASTARD!! YOU TOOK THE KEY!!!" as Sanji smirks and holds up a key, replying "YOU'RE THE ONE WHO GAVE IT TO ME." with a metallic "KIRAAN!". The wolf-masked man lunges with "SORU!!" and a furious "WAIT!!!" as Sanji dashes away saying "BYE, THEN!" amid motion lines and impact effects "DON!!" and "GUA...!!!".

Sanji is sent flying backward by a massive impact, his body twisting through the air amid explosive force and debris. The wolf-masked fighter looms over him with clawed hands extended. In a lower sequence the wolf-man slams into the ground with a heavy crash, "GUOH!!!" erupting as dust and rubble burst outward. He immediately rises into a low stance and declares "TEKKAI KENPO" while the blond cook skids back in surprise. A small panel shows the wolf-man's back as he prepares his next move, with the caption noting "PARTY TABLE".

The wolf-man launches a high kick labeled "CUISSE SHOOT" that connects with Sanji's face, sending the cook reeling with a shocked "!!I". Sanji counters with a powerful spinning kick of his own that strikes the wolf-man in the torso, producing a heavy "OWN!!!" impact and a "TAP!!" sound. The wolf-man retaliates with a thrusting attack called "BROCHETTE" that drives Sanji backward through the air amid swirling motion lines and a large "PYUU!!" effect.

The wolf-man assumes "ROUBA NO KAMAE" while Sanji watches warily. He then charges forward and delivers a rapid series of strikes that batter Sanji, who is sent flying through an arched stone corridor with repeated "BUUN!!" impacts. In the final panel Sanji skids to a halt inside a vast hall, bloodied but standing, and shouts "AREA NETWORK" as the wolf-man lunges at him with claws bared, yelling "ROU-KARU".

Sanji blocks the incoming slash with his forearm, reacting with "UWAH!! A SLASHING ATTACK!I". The wolf-man presses the assault with a flurry of rapid claw strikes that force Sanji to twist and dodge. Sanji is hurled backward by the force, crashing through the air as the wolf-man shouts "DONG PO ROU". The final wide panel shows Sanji tumbling through the upper level of a multi-story stone hall while the wolf-man continues his assault below.

A massive wolf-man in hybrid form lunges forward with a powerful kick, shouting "GEP-POU" as the impact sends debris flying. He laughs wildly, "GYAHA HAHA!!!" The wolf-man then spins into another strike labeled "RAN-KYAKU," his claws slashing through the air. Below, Sanji stands amid rubble, eyes wide as the wolf-man descends with a devastating aerial assault. "LUPUS FALL!!!" the wolf-man roars, his massive clawed feet slamming down in a flurry of motion lines and impact bursts. Sanji braces himself as the ground explodes around him.

Explosions and debris erupt as the wolf-man's attack lands. Sanji is hurled backward, bloodied and wide-eyed, shouting "UWAH!!!" The wolf-man lands in a crouch on the broken rooftop, tail lashing, and declares "I'M A WOLF!!!! I'LL CHASE YOU DOWN UNTIL I CAN EAT YOU TO DEATH!!!" while a smaller panel shows him grinning. From the side, an unseen voice mocks, "TRYING TO STEAL THE KEY AND RUNI WHAT A CHILDISH THOUGHT!!!" The wolf-man laughs again, "GYAHA HAHAHA!!!"

Sanji stands bloodied but composed, hand to his chest as his heart pounds "DOK DOK...!" He speaks coldly, "OR FORGIVING YOU...!!!" and "I'M NOT PLANNING ON RUNNING..." A small figure in the background gasps, "OH, HE'S ALIVE..." The wolf-man points accusingly, "IF YOU HAVE TIME TO PITY THAT STUPID, UNFORTUNATE WOMAN, YOU'D BETTER THINK ABOUT HOW YOU WILL SURVIVE IN THIS SITUATION!!!" and "UNNECESSARY EMOTIONAL DOUBT IS THE QUICKEST WAY TO SHOW OPENINGS IN A BATTLE!!" He sneers, "FORGIVE...I GYAHAHA HAHAHA. ARE YOU SYMPATHIZING WITH NICO ROBINI" Sanji replies with a glare, "WATCH YOUR MOUTH... I'M SOMEONE WHO... GETS HEATED UP BY ANGER...!!!" The wolf-man growls, "I BET IT'S GETTING TO YOU RIGHT NOW!!!" and "IF YOU'RE DISTRACTED, YOU WON'T STAND A CHANCE!!!"

The wolf-man launches a fierce spinning kick, yelling "TEKKAI KENPO" and "MATEN-ROU!!!" Sanji is struck hard, sent flying with a pained "UWAH!!!" The wolf-man lands in a powerful stance, snarling "GRRRR!!!" Sanji crashes to the ground, coughing and struggling as the wolf-man laughs triumphantly, "GYAHAHAHA!!!" and "HAA...!!! HAA... YOU CAN LAUGH ALL YOU WANT RIGHT NOW...!!!!" Sanji clutches his side in pain.

Sanji spins rapidly in midair, his body blurring into a whirlwind as intense speed lines radiate outward. "... HUHI" someone reacts in surprise. His leg ignites with flames, glowing red-hot. "A leg that has gained plenty of heat... in addition to attacking speed..." a voice observes. "IT'S GLOWING...!!!!" another exclaims. "WILL HAVE..." Sanji mutters as his limb burns brighter. "DIABLE" and "JAMBE" appear in large text, with a footnote noting "DIABLE MEANS DEVIL AND JAMBE MEANS LEG IN FRENCH". An opponent watches in shock: "HRMMI WHAT THE...I HIS LEG IS TURNING RED...!!!"

Sanji launches a devastating flying kick, his flaming leg connecting with explosive force. The opponent reels backward from the impact, eyes wide. "THE DESTRUCTIVE POWER... OF THE DEVIL." narration states. The strike sends the foe flying through debris with massive impact lines and "JUU!!" sound effects. "HOT!!!" the opponent cries as flames scorch him. Sanji lands in a powerful stance amid swirling smoke and destruction.

The fiery kick explodes on impact, shattering stone architecture and sending rubble flying. "...!!! UGH... GEGH!!!" the opponent screams in agony. "JUU!!!" flames roar. "WHAT IS THIS KICK!I SHIIIIT!I" he yells. "IT... IT BURNED ME!!! ALL THE WAY TO THE BONE!!! MY RIBS ARE BROKEN!!!" the fighter howls. "TEKKAI DIDN'T WORK AT ALL!!!" he realizes too late. "AAAH!!! HOT, HOT, HOT, HOT, HOT, HOT!!!" he wails while tumbling through the wreckage. Sanji's silhouette remains poised amid the chaos.

Sanji presses the assault with "DIABLE JAMBE!!!" as the opponent attempts to counter. "IDIOT!! JUMPING INTO THE AIR..." the foe taunts. "AGAINST A 'ROKUSHIKI' USERI" he continues. The opponent uses "GEPPO" and "PREMIERE HACHIS" in rapid succession, striking with air-powered attacks. "GYahaha, IDIOT!!! YOU'RE A BIG IDIOT!! YOU GOT CARRIED AWAY..." Sanji retorts. "IT'S MY VICTORY!!!" he declares as the flaming kick lands decisively, sending the opponent crashing through the structure.

Luffy reels from a barrage of rapid strikes, eyes wide as impacts land. A voice roars, "RAAWWWRR!!! 'GEKKOU JUSSHIGAN'!!!" Luffy grunts "MU!!I" and "KU!!!" while blocking. The attacker presses with a spinning kick, yelling "GRRRRRR!!!" Luffy counters with a powerful punch, shouting "OWAH!!!" Sanji appears in a blazing kick, declaring "'DIABLE JAMBE'". The opponent taunts, "THE OTHER KICK IS...!! RESERVED FOR THE FATAL BLOW.... THERE'S NO OTHER WAY...!!!" Sanji retorts, "LUA HA HA, YOU'VE BLOCKED ONLY ONE ARM!! HAD THE OTHER KICK MADE IT IN TIME. YOU COULD'VE AVOIDED ALL OF THE 'SHIGAN'!!" Luffy reacts in shock, "EH...!!I... WAI... WAIT!!!"

A massive "!!!" impact rattles the scene. Below, the fighter crashes into a stone tower, rubble flying as "MOHHH! MOHHH MOHHH!!" echoes. The structure cracks and collapses from the devastating blow.
