OK, Let's STAND UP!

Luffy walks purposefully towards the large, multi-story building of Arlong Park, his sandals kicking up small clouds of dust. He calls out, "Arlong?" A voice replies from off-panel, "That would be my name..." Luffy stops and states simply, "I'm Luffy." A close-up shows Arlong's sharp, saw-like nose and jagged teeth as he looks down and asks, "Luffy? I see... And just what the hell are you?" Luffy, looking serious and unwavering, answers, "A pirate."

Several fishmen from the Arlong Pirates step into Luffy's path, blocking his way to the main building. They taunt him as he approaches: "Hey you. Stop.." "Heh heh, where d'ya think you're going?" "We can't have you go through without talkin' to us first." "If you don't hold it right there..." Luffy ignores their threats completely. He shouts "MOVE IT!" and shoves his way forcefully through the group, sending the fishmen stumbling aside in surprise. Arlong, watching from his seat, looks taken aback, exclaiming "WHA!" Luffy walks right up to Arlong, who asks, "What does a pirate want with me?"

Without a single word of warning, Luffy pulls back his fist and delivers a devastating punch directly into Arlong's face. The impact is massive, depicted with heavy, jagged action lines radiating outward from the point of contact. The sheer force of the blow sends Arlong's large body flying backward. He crashes violently through the thick stone wall of the Arlong Park building, shattering the architecture and sending a massive cloud of dust and debris flying everywhere. Luffy stands in the foreground, his arm still extended from the powerful strike, his expression deadly serious.

Arlong lies buried in the rubble of the collapsed stone wall. The surrounding fishmen are in absolute shock, their eyes bulging and jaws dropping as they scream, "AGHHHHH! ARLONG!!?" and "Just what the hell..." A small panel shows Nami, tears streaming down her face, whispering desperately, "Help me... Luffy..." Luffy stands with a furious, intense glare, his teeth gritted in anger, and shouts at the top of his lungs, "DON'T YOU DARE, MAKE MY NAVIGATOR CRY!"

The fishmen recover from their shock and charge at Luffy in a rage, yelling, "WHY YOU! HOW DARE YOU...!" Suddenly, Sanji and Zoro leap into the fray to protect their captain. Sanji delivers a powerful kick to a fishman's face, and Zoro slashes another with his swords, sending them flying back. They shout in unison, "SMALL FRIES CAN JUST GET THE HELL BACK!" Sanji lands gracefully and casually says, "Jeez... running in head-first alone like that." Luffy, smiling confidently, replies, "Don't worry, I ain't gonna lose!" Sanji retorts angrily, "DUMBASS! WHEN DID I EVER SAY I WAS WORRIED FOR YOU!?"

Zoro smirks at Luffy and says, "Ain't you gutsy?" Usopp appears behind them, trembling and holding his slingshot, stammering nervously, "I d-don't particularly mind either w-w-way, Luffy." Sanji clarifies his earlier statement, "I only meant that you shouldn't hog all the glory for yourself." Luffy simply says, "Oh." From the rubble of the destroyed wall, Arlong sits up, rubbing his head. "Pirates, huh.... I see... So that's how you're all related." Hatchan points at Zoro in sudden realization, "RORONOA ZORO...! That's him! The one who tricked me!" Kuroobi looks shocked at Usopp, "That long-nosed human is... still alive! He should've been dead!" Hatchan continues to fume, "How dare he take me for a ride... No, wait. I was the one who actually gave him a ride!"

Nami watches the scene unfold from a distance, looking surprised and murmuring, "Those guys...!" Outside the gates of Arlong Park, the villagers of Cocoyasi are gathered, watching the commotion in awe. "Hey! Just who exactly are those guys!?" one asks. Another adds, "To be able to send Arlong's gigantic body flying back with a punch...! That's not something a normal human could do!" Johnny and Yosaku stand firmly at the gate, their swords crossed to block the villagers from entering the dangerous compound. They declare, "If even those guys can't do anything about these fishmen, then East Blue has no future! If you still wish to interfere with this fight, then you'll have to kill us first!" Genzo, the village sheriff, asks them, "For what reason... do you two go so far..?" One of the bounty hunters replies firmly, "Because they made Sister Nami cry. Is this not the best reason to risk our lives?"

Inside the compound, Arlong laughs scornfully, "SHAHAHAHA! Just what could 4 measly humans do!?" Sanji addresses the fishmen, "So your goal from the very beginning, was only to get Nami, is that it...?" Hatchan blows into a large conch shell horn, yelling, "YOU IDIOTS! As if Arlong would fight the likes of you! I'll turn you all into fish food! COME OUT, BEAST!" The deep sound of the horn echoes across the area. Outside, the villagers hear it and panic. "Wha.. It can't be..." "W-w-w-what's going on!?" "Could it be!?" "The monster from Grand Line that destroyed Gosa!?" A massive shape begins to rise from the water pool inside Arlong Park.

Water cascades down as a gigantic creature emerges from the pool. Hatchan cheers, "Come out, Mohmoo!" The creature is revealed to be a massive sea cow with a large ring in its nose. However, it looks battered, covered in bruises, and is crying, letting out a pitiful "Mooo..." The villagers outside are terrified by the sight, screaming, "AGHHHH, IT'S THE MONSTER!!!" "Huh...?" "That's the... sea cow, Mohmoo...!"

Luffy looks at the giant sea cow and casually says, "Oh him?" Sanji, smoking his cigarette, notes, "So he's one of them, huh." Mohmoo spots Luffy and Sanji. Remembering the beating they gave it earlier, the sea cow's eyes widen in sheer terror. It lets out a frightened "Maa..." and immediately turns around, trying to swim away as fast as it can. Hatchan is confused and yells, "MOHMOO, WAIT! Where're you going!?" Arlong glares menacingly at the fleeing creature and growls, "The hell do you think you're doing... Mohmoo..."

Mohmoo freezes in the water, sweating profusely and trembling violently at the sound of Arlong's voice. Arlong continues, his eye narrowing dangerously, "Well, if you are going to run away, I ain't gonna try to stop you but..." Mohmoo shakes even harder. Arlong demands, "Well, Mohmoo?" Terrified of Arlong's wrath, Mohmoo turns back around, its expression shifting to one of desperate rage. It lets out a massive roar, "MOOOOOOOOOOOO!" and charges straight at the Straw Hats. Usopp panics, screaming, "IT'S COMING FOR US!" while Sanji and Zoro prepare for the attack.

The Arlong Pirates cheer as Mohmoo charges forward. "Alright, follow Mohmoo's lead!" "Let's show these inferior humans not to mess with us!" they yell, running behind the giant sea cow. Usopp screams in terror, "DAAAAAAHHHH!" Sanji grins, and Zoro draws his sword, ready for battle. Luffy steps in front of them, cracking his knuckles with a determined look. "Leave it to me!" he says. "They're just a bunch of time-wasters!"

Mohmoo bears down on them, roaring "MOOOOO!" Luffy stomps his sandals firmly into the stone ground, embedding his feet to anchor himself. He then begins to rapidly twist his upper body around and around, coiling himself up like a spring. Zoro watches in confusion, asking, "The hell's he doing?" Sanji sweats, muttering, "I don't have a good feeling about this..." Usopp continues to scream, "WAHH!" as Luffy spins faster and faster.

Luffy reaches out and grabs Mohmoo by its large horns, straining with the effort, "HNNNNNNGH!" The charging fishmen stop in their tracks, shocked by the sight. "WHAT!?" "He must be a Devil Fruit user!" "That's..." Sanji yells, "Hey, let's get outta here!" Zoro is equally alarmed, "Wha!? But what's he doing!?" Usopp cries, "Hell if I know!" Luffy, still holding the horns, shouts his attack name, "GOMU GOMU...!" The fishmen panic, realizing what's about to happen. "What is he...!?" "Kill him!" Mohmoo cries out helplessly, "MOOOOO!"

Luffy violently untwists his coiled body, using the immense rotational momentum to swing the massive sea cow entirely off the ground. He swings Mohmoo in a massive, sweeping circle around himself, yelling the name of his attack, "PINWHEEL!" The giant body of the sea cow acts as a devastating wrecking ball, smashing directly into the crowd of charging Arlong Pirates. The fishmen are crushed and sent flying by the overwhelming impact, screaming "GYAAAAAA!" as they are swept away by the sheer force of the spinning beast.

The force of the attack sends the fishmen and chunks of stone debris flying high into the air. Luffy stands amidst the dust and destruction, still holding Mohmoo's horns. He looks fiercely ahead and declares, "I didn't come here to fight these small fries!" He points a finger directly forward, shouting at the top of his lungs, "The one I want to beat up, IS YOU!"

Arlong glares back, a sinister grin revealing his jagged teeth. "How excellent," he says. "I was thinking of killing you myself just now as well." Beside him, Kuroobi cracks his knuckles, saying, "Seems like we have no choice but to fight... How dare you hurt our brethren!" Chew also steps up, adding, "Looks like we need to teach these humans the difference between our races." Zoro smirks, "Looks like the main force is out to meet us..." Behind Luffy, Sanji yells, "That was way too dangerous!?" and Usopp screams, "ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL EVEN US!?" Luffy just replies with a simple, "Ah..."
