OK, Let's STAND UP!

AND JUST WHAT THE HELL ARE YOUI" Luffy stares back with wide eyes and answers firmly, "I'M LUFFY." Tension fills the air as Luffy stands before the Arlong Pirates' stronghold.

Luffy faces a group of Arlong Pirates blocking his path. One growls, "IF YOU DON'T HOLD IT RIGHT THERE..." Others demand, "WE CAN'T HAVE YOU GO THROUGH WITHOUT TALKIN' TO US FIRST." "HEH HEH, WHERE D'YA THINK YOU'RE GOINGI" "HEY YOU. STOP." Luffy snaps, "HEY... MOVE IT!" He charges forward with a powerful strike, sending shockwaves and sending the fish-men flying. One yells, "WHAT DOES A PIRATE WANT WITH MEI" as another gasps "WHA!" in shock.

Luffy delivers a devastating kick, his leg blurring with motion lines and impact effects. The fish-man is sent flying backward with a massive "!!!!I" reaction. Debris and dust explode across the scene as Luffy lands in a fighting stance inside the building, the force of the blow scattering his opponents.

The fish-men are hurled through the air amid massive impact effects and cries of "AGHHHHH! ARLONG!!I" One fish-man shouts "JUST WHAT THE HELL..." Nami appears with tears streaming down her face, pleading "HELP ME... LUFFY..." Luffy's face fills the panel in fury, shouting "MAKE MY NAVIGATOR CRY! DON'T YOU DARE," as he prepares to strike again.

Inside Arlong Park's hall, Luffy charges forward with a powerful kick while a fishman reels back from the impact. "HOW DARE YOU...!" Luffy shouts. Another fishman yells, "WHY YOU!" The fishman retaliates with a massive swing, sending Luffy flying as he roars, "GUAAHHH!" "SMALL FRIES CAN JUST GET THE HELL BACK!" the fishman declares. In the aftermath, Luffy stands bruised but defiant alongside Sanji and Usopp. "DON'T WORRY, I AIN'T GONNA LOSE!" Luffy insists. Sanji exhales smoke and mutters, "JEEZ... RUNNING IN HEAD-FIRST ALONE LIKE THAT." Luffy snaps back, "DUMBASS! WHEN DID I EVER SAY I WAS WORRIED FOR YOU!I" A close-up shows an enraged fishman glaring with gritted teeth.

Sanji questions Luffy, "AIN'T YOU GUTSYI" Luffy replies sheepishly, "I D-DON'T PARTICULARLY MIND EITHER W-W-WAY, LUFFY." Sanji adds, "I ONLY MEANT THAT YOU SHOULDN'T HOG ALL THE GLORY FOR YOURSELF." Luffy simply says, "OH." A fishman observes, "PIRATES, HUH... I SEE... SO THAT'S HOW YOU'RE ALL RELATED." Another fishman recognizes Usopp: "THAT LONG-NOSED HUMAN IS... STILL ALIVE! HE SHOULD'VE BEEN DEAD!" A third fishman points at Zoro, shouting, "THAT'S HIM! THE ONE WHO TRICKED ME! RORONOA ZORO...! HOW DARE HE TAKE ME FOR A RIDE... NO, WAIT. I WAS THE ONE WHO ACTUALLY GAVE HIM A RIDE!"

Nojiko watches tensely, thinking, "THOSE GUYS...!" A fishman marvels, "TO BE ABLE TO SEND ARLONG'S GIGANTIC BODY FLYING BACK WITH A PUNCH...! THAT'S NOT SOMETHING A NORMAL HUMAN COULD DO!" Someone yells, "HEY! JUST WHO EXACTLY ARE THOSE GUYS!I" A fishman threatens, "IF YOU STILL WISH TO INTERFERE WITH THIS FIGHT, THEN YOU'LL HAVE TO KILL US FIRST!" Another warns, "THEN EAST BLUE HAS NO FUTURE! IF EVEN THOSE GUYS CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THESE FISHMEN..." Nojiko asks, "IS THIS NOT THE BEST REASON TO RISK OUR LIVESI" A fishman growls, "BECAUSE THEY MADE SISTER NAMI CRY." Marine Captain Nezumi sweats nervously, muttering, "DO YOU TWO GO SO FAR...I FOR WHAT REASON..."

Arlong laughs loudly, "SHAHA-HAHA-HA! JUST WHAT COULD 4 MEASLY HUMANS DO!I SO YOUR GOAL FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, WAS ONLY TO GET NAMI, IS THAT IT...I" Hatchan stares in shock, "IT CAN'T BE... WHA..." Arlong roars, "COME OUT, BEAST! YOU IDIOTS! AS IF ARLONG WOULD FIGHT THE LIKES OF YOU! I'LL TURN YOU ALL INTO FISH FOOD!" A massive sea cow named Momoo bursts through the wall with a thunderous crash, labeled "THE MONSTER FROM GRAND LINE THAT DESTROYED GOSA!I" Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji react with alarm as the creature rampages. Zoro mutters, "COULD IT BE!I" Luffy shouts, "W-W-W-WHAT'S GOING ON!I"

A fishman screams from the top of a waterfall, "COME OUT, MOHMOO!" as massive SFX ヒィィィアア shake the rocks. Below, the enormous sea cow Momoo bursts from the water with a thunderous ボロッ……!!, water cascading off its black-and-white hide and horns. A tiny striped fishman clings to its snout as Momoo lets out a nervous "MAA…". Villagers and fishmen react in terror: "THAT'S THE... SEA COW, MOHMOO…!" "HUH…!I" "AGHHH, IT'S THE MONSTER!!!" with frantic SFX あぁぁぁ.

Luffy and Sanji watch from above. Luffy asks, "OH HIMI" Sanji replies, "SO HE'S ONE OF THEM, HUH." Momoo charges through an arched corridor, horns lowered, with sharp SFX キーン!! and dripping sweat. In the plaza, someone yells "WHERE'RE YOU GOING!I" while another calls "MOHMOO, WAIT!" Momoo glances back with "Maa…". A fishman grabs the sea cow's face and roars, "THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING…" as Momoo whimpers "MOH-MAA…".

Luffy tells the fishman, "I AIN'T GONNA TRY TO STOP YOU BUT…" while the fishman answers, "WELL, IF YOU ARE GOING TO RUN AWAY," as Momoo surfaces with fierce eyes and SFX ビリ クッ!! labeled "ARLONG PARK". Close-ups show Momoo's glaring eye and the fishman asking, "WELL, MOHMOOI" with nervous SFX ガタ ガタ. Momoo then lunges forward, mouth open, as the fishman screams "IT'S COMING FOR US!" amid heavy motion lines and SFX ガバァァァァァ! Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro brace themselves in the foreground.

The Arlong Pirates charge forward in a massive splash panel, shouting "LET'S SHOW THESE INFERIOR HUMANS NOT TO MESS WITH US!" and "ALRIGHT, FOLLOW MOHMOO'S LEAD!" with wild SFX ワアアアア. Sanji grins with "GRIN" while Zoro stands ready. Luffy, furious, declares "THEY'RE JUST A BUNCH OF TIME-WASTERS!" and "LEAVE IT TO ME!" as he stretches his arm with powerful SFX ゴゴゴゴ イン!!!! and dramatic impact lines.

Luffy roars as he is hurled through the air, "UOOOOOOHHHH!" The massive sea cow Momoo charges with a thunderous "MOOOO!" Luffy crashes into its snout with a sharp "ピキッ...!!" A colossal impact follows, sending shockwaves across the scene. In the aftermath, Sanji watches tensely from the sidelines, sweat on his brow, muttering, "I DON'T HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT THIS..." A nearby fishman asks, "THE HELL'S HE DOINGI" Below, Luffy is caught in a violent whirlpool, spinning wildly amid "ぐるぐるぐる" effects as he yells "WAHH!" and "ANGHHH!"

Momoo rears up violently, striking with its horns amid "カァッ" and "しっ!!" sounds while Luffy clings on, grunting "HNNNNGH!" Shocked fishmen react in the next panels: "WHAT!I" one cries, while another declares, "HE MUST BE A DEVIL FRUIT USER!" A third fishman adds, "THAT'S..." Luffy stretches his arms and shouts "GOMU GOMU...!!" as he prepares his attack, the sound effect "ILILILILIL" ringing out. Panicked fishmen yell, "MOOOO!" "KILL HIM!" "WHAT IS HE...!I" "HELL IF I KNOW!" and "HEY, LET'S GET OUTTA HERE!"

Momoo spins like a massive pinwheel, the huge fishman cow flailing helplessly as the text "PIN-WHEEL!" dominates the panel. Luffy, Nojiko, Genzo, and several fishmen are hurled through the air amid flying debris and shattered structures. A fishman screams "GYAA AAA!" as the chaotic whirlwind throws everyone in different directions.

Momoo is blasted high into the air, tumbling away with "オォォ...!!" effects and scattering debris. In the background, Arlong Park lies in ruins. Luffy stands furious in a close-up, pointing directly ahead and roaring, "THE ONE I WANT TO BEAT UP, IS YOU!" He adds, "I DIDN'T COME HERE TO FIGHT THESE SMALL FRIES!"

A massive fishman looms in close-up, baring jagged teeth as he growls, "I WAS THINKING OF KILLING YOU MYSELF JUST NOW AS WELL." Another voice replies from off-panel, "HOW EXCELLENT." In the next spread, two fishmen officers stand ready with clenched fists and crossed arms. One declares, "LOOKS LIKE WE NEED TO TEACH THESE HUMANS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR RACES." The other shouts, "HOW DARE YOU HURT OUR BRETHREN!" A third fishman adds, "SEEMS LIKE WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO FIGHT..." while a small heart-marked "CHU" floats near a curly-haired fishman.
