WARNING

A large, muscular fist clenches tightly with a "GIGI" sound effect, veins popping on the back of the hand. The scene opens on the completely destroyed remains of the Franky House. Amidst the wreckage of the dome-shaped building and scattered debris, Franky stands with his back to the viewer, flanked by his two companions, Mozu and Kiwi. Franky yells out in anger, "DAMN YOU... STRAW HAT LUFFY...!!!" He asks, "IS THIS YOUR REVENGE?" His face is shown in heavy shadow as he vows, "I'LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU...!!" One of the women beside him remarks, "THAT'S SO CRUEL." Franky is then shown tearfully cradling the heavily beaten and bandaged face of Zambai, crying out, "MY DEAR, SWEET FOLLOWERS...!!"

The battered members of the Franky Family, covered in bandages and bruises, cheer weakly at the sight of their boss. "B... BIG-BRO FRANKY!!!" "Y... YOU'RE BACK!!!" Franky looks at them in concern, asking, "YEAH!! YOU GUYS OKAY!?" Zambai, looking terrible with a swollen face and missing teeth, replies, "NO, NOT REALLY...!!!" Another injured follower adds, "THEY WERE JUST SO CRAZY..." Zambai pleads, "WE REALLY WANT BRO TO AVENGE US...!!!" Another member explains, "SO WE SEARCHED FOR THEIR HIDEOUT...!!" Franky demands, "WHERE ARE THEY...?!!" The followers report their findings: "WE SAW THEM ENTERING AN INN IN THE TOWN." "THEN THEY HEADED FOR ZOUSEN-JIMA." "SO THEY'RE PROBABLY AT DOCK 1 BY NOW...!!!"

The scene shifts to the Shift Station, located north of Water Seven. Strong winds blow across the ocean, whipping up the waves. Chimney and her pet rabbit Gonbe run happily along the wooden platform, cheering, "THE WIND'S AMAZING!" and "GRAMMA!!" They skip towards the station house, singing, "WOW, THE WIND" while Gonbe adds "NYA NYA". Kokoro stands outside the station, holding a bottle of alcohol. She warns them, "DON'T GO TOO CRAZY OVERTHERE...!!" Taking a swig from her bottle, Kokoro notes the changing weather, "NGA-GAGA. IT'S KAROCK, THE SOUTH WIND... THE WAVES ARE ROUGHER AS WELL..."

Kokoro continues her observation of the worsening weather, stating, "THE SEA TRAIN... IS GONNA HAVE TO STOP TONIGHT..." Chimney and Gonbe continue to skip playfully along the platform. Kokoro calls out to them, "CHIMNEY! GOMBE! GET READY TO GO BACK TO THE ISLAND!!" Chimney cheerfully replies, "OKAY!" Kokoro smiles widely, her face taking up the panel as she announces ominously, "THE AQUA LAGUNA... IS COMIN'."

Back in Water Seven, the wind howls through the city streets. Loud sirens wail "WUUUUUUUUUU" across the island. A public announcement echoes over the loudspeakers: "THIS IS AN ANNOUNCEMENT. THE WATER SEVEN WEATHER FORECAST DEPARTMENT... HAS OFFICIALLY DECLARED AN AQUA LAGUNA WARNING FOR THE ENTIRE ISLAND." The citizens in the streets react to the news with a mix of surprise and realization. One man notes, "IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR ALREADY...!!" while a woman beside him adds, "YEAH, WE WERE ALL TOO DISTRACTED BY ICEBERG-SAN'S ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT."

Panic begins to set in as people rush through the streets of Water Seven. Voices shout warnings: "HEEEEEEEY, THE AQUA LAGUNA'S COMIN'!!!" "GO TELL PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T HEAR ABOUT IT!!!" "TAKE A BREAK FROM WORK!!" The announcement repeats in the background. Sanji and Chopper are walking through the bustling streets, looking confused. Sanji asks, "..... WHAT? AQUA LAGUNA?" A nearby man asks them, "HEY, YOU, WHAT WAS THAT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT?" Sanji just replies, "HUH?" An older man approaches them and says, "AH. YOU MUST BE TRAVELERS. WHAT A BAD TIME TO BE HERE, EH. AQUA LAGUNA IS WHAT YOU WOULD CALL A HIGH TIDE."

Sanji looks alarmed, repeating, "HIGH TIDE?" The old man explains further, "YEAH. MAKE SURE YOU GET TO A HIGH PLACE. THIS TOWN'S GONNA SINK." Sanji and Chopper are shocked by this revelation, exclaiming, "WHAT!? THIS TOWN'S GONNA WHAT!!?" The old man laughs off their panic, waving his hand. "WELL, IT'S NOT LIKE IT'LL HAPPEN IMMEDIATELY. DON'T WORRY, IT USUALLY HAPPENS AT AROUND MIDNIGHT, AFTER THE WARNING. IT'S LIKE THIS EVERY YEAR. TAKE CARE!" As the man walks away laughing, Sanji and Chopper are left sweating with worry. Chopper stammers, "WAIT... THIS PLACE'S GONNA SINK!?" Sanji takes a drag from his cigarette and says seriously, "IT SEEMS THAT WAY... SO WE HAVE TO HURRY, AND FIND ROBIN-CHAN."

The public announcement continues to echo over the city: "REPEAT: THE OFFICIAL WARNING HAS BEEN DECLARED; AQUA LAGUNA WILL ARRIVE SOME TIME AROUND MIDNIGHT." At the Galley-La Company HQ, Paulie looks out a window with a serious expression. Outside, a massive crowd of concerned citizens has gathered, clamoring for news. "IS THERE ANY CHANGE IN ICEBERG-SAN'S CONDITION?" "IS HIS LIFE IN SAFE HANDS!!?" "TELL US ABOUT HOW THE INVESTIGATION IS GOING!!" Paulie leans out the window and yells angrily at the crowd, "I TOLD YOU: WE'LL TELL YOU AS SOON AS THERE'S ANYTHING NEW!! SHUT UP!!" Behind him, Tilestone is sobbing loudly, while Peeply Lulu tells him, "TILESTON, STOP IT."

A wide shot shows the massive crowd gathered outside the gates of Dock 1. Luffy and Nami are standing at the back of the crowd. Nami looks at the sea of people and remarks, "WOW... SO MANY PEOPLE..." Luffy says, "WE'RE GONNA HAVE TO MEET WITH ICE-OSSAN EVENTUALLY." Nami approaches a man in the crowd and asks, "HEY EXCUSE ME, BUT DO YOU KNOW HOW TO GET TO THE HQ?" The man replies, "YEAH BUT IT'S USELESS. YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE DOCK 1 DOOR, BUT ONLY SELECTED REPORTERS MAY ENTER. WE CAN'T GET INTO THE SHIPYARD EITHER." Luffy listens with a blank expression.

The crowd outside Dock 1 continues to shout their concerns. "EVERYONE'S HERE HOPING TO GET ANY NEWS FIRST-HAND." "THEY'RE JUST SO WORRIED." "PLEASE TELL US~~~" "ICEBERG-SAN~~~" Nami sighs, "...WHAT A CROWD. I DON'T THINK WE CAN GET ANY CLOSER." Luffy crosses his arms behind his head and says, "OH WELL, GUESS WE'LL FIND OUT FROM THE NEWSPAPER. WHAT THE HELL'S GOING ON HERE?" Suddenly, a loud, rhythmic stomping sound begins to echo through the area: "DON DON DON". The people in the crowd stop shouting and look around in confusion, wondering, "WHAT?" and "EH?"

The rhythmic stomping grows louder, and the crowd begins to panic. "UWA!!! THIS RHYTHM IS...!!!" "IT CAN'T BE!! THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!!" Luffy and Nami look on, confused by the sudden change in the crowd's demeanor. A voice calls out, "HEY GUYS, DID YOU JUST CALL MY NAME?" The crowd yells back in fear, "NO WE DIDN'T!! GO AWAY!!" "WHERE ARE THEY!!?" "AH!!!" Three silhouettes suddenly appear, striking a pose on top of a wall. The crowd spots them, shouting, "THERE!!!! THERE THEY ARE!!!" "THEY'RE HERE----!!!" The figures shout, "AWU! WE'RE IN OUR RHYTHM----!!!"

The three figures continue their synchronized posing on the wall. The leader shouts, "DON'T BE SHY, ASK!! ASK MY NAME!!" The crowd angrily retorts, "WE DON'T WANNA ASK!!! GO AWAY!!" The figures are revealed to be Franky, flanked by Mozu and Kiwi. Franky proudly declares, "I AM THIS ISLAND'S 'MOST SUPER' MAN!! WATER SEVEN'S OTHER FAMOUS FACE!!!" The crowd hurls insults at him: "BEGONE FROM THIS ISLAND!!!" "YOU'RE THE ONE WHO ATTACKED ICEBERG-SAN AREN'T YOU?!" "WHAT? HIM!!?" "NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!" "HEY... BE QUIET, IDIOTS!" "HANG HIM!!" "YOU HOOLIGAN!!" Franky ignores the hate, striking another pose and saying, "WHEN PEOPLE SEE ME, THEY SAY WOW!!!" He then points directly into the crowd, declaring, "I KNOW YOU'RE HERE, STRAW HAT LUFFY!! REVEAL YOURSELF!" Luffy and Nami look surprised, with Luffy uttering a confused "EH?"

A large splash panel showcases Franky, Mozu, and Kiwi striking a dramatic, synchronized pose. Text boxes introduce them: "DISMANTLER & BOUNTY HUNTER, THE HEAD OF THE FRANKIES, FRANKY" and "THE FRANKIES' 'SQUARE SISTERS' KIWI & MOZU". Franky shouts his own name, "FRANKY----!!!" The crowd around Luffy and Nami panics and scatters, screaming, "UWAAAA!! THEY'VE GONE BERSERK!!! RUN AWAY!!!" Franky demands, "COME OUT, STRAW HAT!!!" Luffy watches the spectacle with a deadpan expression, asking Nami, "...WHAT THE HELL IS WITH THAT WEIRDO? DID HE JUST SAY FRANKY??"

Luffy steps forward from the scattering crowd. Someone in the crowd points and says, ".....!!? IT'S HIM.....!!? LUFFY!!" Franky spots him and yells, "HEY!!!" Franky glares down at Luffy, shouting, "SEA-WATER PANTY GUY!!!" Franky's face is shown in a close-up, looking furious as he growls, "AH!!?" Luffy glares right back up at him with an intense, angry expression, stating simply, "I'M LUFFY."

The scene shifts back inside the Galley-La Company HQ. Kalifa is walking down a hallway towards a door. A man calls out to her, "EVERYONE, KALIFA! YOU MAY NOW QUIETLY ENTER THE ROOM." Kalifa stops, her eyes widening and tears forming as she realizes what this means. She says softly, "OH... THAT MEANS... ICEBERG-SAN HAS... REGAINED CONSCIOUSNESS." Outside the building, the news quickly reaches the anxious crowd. They erupt in joyous cheers, throwing their hands in the air. "GREAT!!" "HEY!! ICEBERG-SAN WOKE UP!!!" "YAY!!!" "REALLY?!! WOW!!"

Inside Iceburg's bedroom, he is lying in a large bed, his head heavily bandaged. Paulie, Kalifa, Peeply Lulu, and Tilestone are gathered around him. Iceburg slowly opens his eyes and speaks weakly, "........AH...... NMA... I MADE YOU WORRY....." Paulie leans in, relieved, "ICEBERG-SAN!! --- I'M JUST GLAD YOU'RE NOT DEAD!!" He adds, "BETTER REST WELL, NOW. WE'LL TAKE CARE OF THE SHIPYARD. DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT." Iceburg looks up and says, "ALRIGHT... BY THE WAY... LAST NIGHT... THE GUYS WHO CAME INTO MY ROOM..." Paulie responds, "OH... WE'RE STILL LOOKING INTO THAT." Iceburg interrupts him, stating firmly, "NO... I REMEMBER."

Iceburg continues his recollection, "THERE WERE TWO..." Paulie and the other shipwrights look surprised, "EH..." "EH!!?" A flashback panel shows the silhouettes of the two attackers. Iceburg describes them: "ONE WAS A BIG MAN WEARING A MASK, THE OTHER ONE... A TALL WOMAN WITH BLACK HAIR." A close-up shows Nico Robin's wanted poster, followed by a shadowed image of her face. Iceburg notes, "THOSE SHARP EYES..." He then drops the bombshell, stating with certainty, "IT WAS PROBABLY..... NICO ROBIN." Paulie's face is shown in shock, exclaiming, "!?"
