Large onomatopoeia "FLUMP!!" and "FLUMP" dominate the upper panel as Roronoa Zoro lands heavily on a tiled floor, swords drawn. "THESE BARS ARE TOO THICK FOR ME TO CUT THROUGH." "WE CAN'T OPEN THIS WITHOUT A KEY," he mutters. "OH..." A loud "CHUNK!" echoes as the scene shifts. Luffy grins nervously. "THOSE GUYS ARE KINDA CREEPY." Zoro glares at the pirates and demands, "NOW HAND OVER THE KEYS TO THIS CAGE BEFORE I GET CRANKY." One pirate sneers, "VERY FUNNY..." Luffy erupts in laughter, "HA HA HA HA HA!"

A massive impact sends a shirtless swordsman flying backward, his body twisting violently. "FMMM" and "NNGH..." mark the strike as his limbs flail. "!!I" The Buggy Pirates roar with laughter: "BWA HA HA HA HA HA!! HAR HAR HAR HAR HAR!!" Nami's eyes widen in shock. "WHAT THE---!I THAT HAND---!" Luffy stares upward, yelling "ZOLO!I"

Zoro reels as his right hand is cleanly severed at the wrist. "SHCK" rings out with the slash while a detached hand still gripping a sword spins away. "WHAT'S GOING ON...!I" he shouts, eyes wide. The floating hand drifts through the air as Zoro lunges after it, blades flashing. "THE HAND... IT'S FLOATING!" he realizes in shock. Impact lines and "BA-BUMP BA-BUMP" mark his frantic heartbeat. From below, Buggy's laughing face appears in close-up as his own severed hand returns to him. "FWOM FWOM" sound effects accompany the motion. Zoro stares in disbelief. "THE CHOP-CHOP FRUIT...!!!" he exclaims, recognizing the power.

Buggy stands triumphant in a massive panel, arms spread wide. "YOU CAN SLICE AND DICE ME, BUT YOU CAN'T KILL ME!!! I'M A CHOP-CHOP MAN!" he roars. "IF I DON'T DO SOMETHING, THOSE TWO WILL END UP DEAD--AND SO WILL I!!" she thinks. "NOT GOOD. THE TABLES HAVE TURNED..."

Luffy's face fills the panel, eyes blazing as he roars from inside the cage. "YOU GOT THAT, BIG NOSE!II" he shouts. "STABBING SOMEONE IN THE BACK... THAT'S FIGHTING DIRTY!!" Buggy's entire crew freezes in shock, mouths agape. A huge "GASP-!!!" erupts across the panel. Buggy's expression twists with rage as his arm stretches forward in a furious chop. "AN" the impact sound cracks through the air. "YOU DARE TO CALL ME 'BIG NOSE'!!I" he bellows. A terrified crew member cries out, "YOU FOOL! THAT'S THE ONE THING YOU NEVER-"

WE'RE TRYING TO SAVE YOU!" Zoro's close-up shows a sudden realization as he smirks and mutters, "OH... GOTCHA..." The final panel reveals Luffy locked inside a barred cage, smiling calmly despite the situation.

A huge "KRASH!!!" effect dominates the panel. In the next panel Buggy stands furious, glaring at his crew. "PIRATE CAPTAIN BUGGY THE CLOWN!!" someone declares. "DAMN STRAIGHT!" Buggy bellows, "WHO AM I!I" The bottom panel shows a close-up of a fierce lion-like face with sharp teeth and glaring eyes. "I CONSIDER THIS A DECLARATION OF WAR!!!" a voice growls amid a massive "GRRRRRRRR". "CLEARLY WE'RE NOT DEALING WITH COMMON THIEVES!!!" the figure finishes.
