Chapter 188 'Okama Kenpou'

A grand palace with domes and towers fills the background. A large speech bubble declares “Destroy...”. In the foreground, someone shouts “WHAT!I”. Inside the palace hall, Igaram gestures emphatically and states, “THIS HAS BEEN THE PALACE FOR THE ROYAL FAMILY FOR OVER 4000 YEARS!”. A bird-masked guard demands, “WHAT'RE YOU SAYING, PRINCESS!I”. In a lower panel, a cloaked man with long black hair pleads “PRINCESS VIVI! PLEASE!” while facing a young woman with a ponytail who is told, “PLEASE ABANDON SUCH FOOLISH IDEAS!”.

Igaram continues arguing, “THE KING MIGHT BE AWAY, BUT YOU CANNOT APPROVE OF SUCH A RIDICULOUS PLAN!”. Commander Chaka replies firmly, “COMMANDER CHAKA, DO NOT MAKE THE WRONG DECISION!”. Nearby reactions show “AHH!” and close-ups of tense faces. A voice asserts, “THE COUNTRY IS ITS PEOPLE.” Chaka murmurs “...Princess.”. In the grand hall, soldiers stand at attention as a figure kneels and declares, “WE SHALL DO AS YOU SAY.”, prompting shocked reactions of “!!!!I” and sound effects “ドドド...!!”.

A powerful impact panel shows a large figure being struck with heavy SFX “ビカーン” and “ドカッ!!”. Sanji kneels dramatically on the ground, heart-eyed and blushing, shouting "Okamaaa!" with a heart symbol. But just before you can attack me... You'll always turn back into an okama." Mr. 2 panics with "W-whaaatI What was that again!I I couldn't hear you at all!" while a distant figure watches. A small panel shows "Bull's-eye, huh."

Mr. 2 shouts desperately "It's just as you said! Without this supple body I've trained everyday, I caaaann't uuuuusssseee my Okama Kenpou! But so what!I You're already in pretty bad shape!" as he leaps high with "SOOOOO WHAA!I" Sanji stands below watching. In a dramatic close-up, Mr. 2 transforms with wings and swan-like limbs, declaring "PRIMA!" and "And on top of that! It's now time for my Okama Kenpou's..." with large impact lettering and motion lines filling the panel.

A blond man with his back turned snaps, "LIKE I CARE!" The fighter replies, "The one on your right is male, while the one on the left is female. And let me just add this!" The blond man turns with a shocked expression as the fighter laughs wildly, "GAHAHAHA! Well, we'll just see how much you care when you get a taste of 'em!" declaring "OKAMA KENPOU-". The fighter launches a powerful spinning kick, shouting "BOMBARDIER!" as the blond man is struck hard amid swirling impact lines and motion effects.

The blond man reels from the strike, eyes wide as he gasps "AH-". The fighter's kick connects with a massive impact, "オォォォ". The blond man shouts "PIERCE!" while dodging as the fighter's leg swings past with "!!!". In the next exchange the fighter notes the blond man's "A curved neck!" and "steel bill", laughing "GAHAHAHA!" while confirming "Correct! Dodging was the correct answer!" The blond man stares in disbelief, thinking "W-WHAT'S WITH THAT HOLE HIS KICK LEFT ON THE WALL...!I"

The fighter explains his technique while perched on a swan: "It's best to think of my kicks as a rifle shot. But one with quite a laaaarrge bullet! When true power is concentrated onto a single point, it causes no unnecessary destruction!" Smoke rises from a precise hole in the wall. He then lunges forward shouting "ALLOW ME TO GIVE YOUR BODY SOME VENTILATION!" and delivers rapid strikes, "UN! WHOA! NGH! DEUX!" as the blond man is battered by the barrage.

The fighter continues his assault with a high kick labeled "COLLIER!" yelling "ORAA!" The blond man is sent flying by the impact. In a close-up the fighter declares "I DON'T THINK SOOOO!" while the blond man is shown mid-air taking another hit amid motion lines and debris. The sequence ends with the blond man still reeling from the relentless Okama Kenpou barrage.

A powerful kick sends a small figure flying through the air amid massive impact lines and debris. "UGH!" cries the distant figure. In the next panels a tall figure in a striped outfit and cape declares, "LOOKS LIKE THIS IS THE END FOR YOU!" while laughing "GAHA HAHA HAHA HAHA!" An opponent on the ground clutches his face, shouting "HIS RANGE IS SO MUCH LONGER! DO... DAMN IT!!" The striped figure launches into a dramatic spinning aerial attack, shouting "FLY, FLY, WATCH ME FLY! OKAMA KENPOU-" as the narration reads "MÉMOIRES OF THAT WINTER SKY!" The cityscape and winter sky backdrop emphasize the high-speed aerial maneuver.

The long-haired fighter coughs and thinks, "It'll take longer for him to recover after an attack... If I can dodge the first attack, speed is on my side..." while another voice says "HAH But at the same time..." The striped fighter spins rapidly and yells "REST IN PEACE!" A small round figure is struck and sent flying. The long-haired fighter grins widely and taunts, "Gahaha! Too bad so sad!
