Buggy, the Pirate Clown

Buggy replies, "I KNOW HIM, BUT WHY DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?" In the next panel, Buggy holds his chin with a smug, mocking expression, teasing Luffy by saying, "WHERE...? WELL... IF I KNOW THEN I KNOW, AND IF I DON'T KNOW THEN I COULD ALSO NOT KNOW ANYTHING AT ALL...!!" In the bottom panel, a wide shot of the street shows Luffy standing still, looking utterly confused by the riddle-like answer. He bluntly asks, "WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? ARE YOU AN IDIOT?" Buggy immediately loses his temper, his face contorting in anger as he yells back, "WHADDYA MEAN 'IDIOT', YOU UNCIVILIZED BUFFOON!!"

Buggy holds up both hands, revealing three sharp knives gripped securely between the fingers of each hand. He threatens, "I'M SAYING THAT I'M NOT A NICE ENOUGH GUY TO TELL YOU INFORMATION THAT YOU WANT TO KNOW EVEN IF IT'S YOUR LAST WISH BEFORE YOU DIE..." Luffy smiles confidently and cracks his knuckles, replying, "THEN LET ME MAKE YOU SAY IT BY FORCE!" Buggy stomps his feet on the ground with a "STOMP STOMP" sound effect and laughs menacingly, "KUHAHAHAHA! BEFORE YOU HEAR IT... YOU'RE GOING TO BE DEAD." A close-up shows the gleaming blade of one of Buggy's knives as he points out, "EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE RUBBER, THERE ARE STILL SOME THINGS THAT WON'T BOUNCE OFF YOU". Luffy nods in agreement with a "*NOD*" sound effect, calmly saying, "MM, THAT'S RIGHT." Buggy then strikes a dynamic pose, pulling his arm back as he begins to call out his technique, "BA-RA BA-RA..."

Buggy throws three knives from each hand in a wide, sweeping motion, shouting, "WINDMILL!!" Large action lines and sound effects emphasize the forceful throw. Luffy lands safely on the ground with a "PLOP..." sound effect, his right arm still stretched far behind him. He replies, "YOU'RE AN INTERESTING PERSON TOO." and begins to chant, "GOMU GOMU..." In a large, dynamic panel, Luffy snaps his stretched arm forward, launching a powerful punch while shouting, "PISTOL!!" The giant fist hurtles toward Buggy. In the bottom right, Buggy's head suddenly detaches from his neck and flies upward, narrowly dodging the incoming fist. In the bottom left panel, Buggy's detached hand, still gripping a knife, is shown as he says, "IT'S AN INTERESTING ABILITY, BUT...!!"

Buggy, with his head floating above his shoulders, raises his knives and targets Luffy's extended arm, declaring, "AN ARM THAT'S STRETCHED TO ITS LIMIT...! IS FULL OF WEAKNESSES!" Another quickly replies, "IDIOT, PRETEND YOU'VE FAINTED". In the bottom left panel, the pirates continue to whisper among themselves in fear: "WE'VE NO CHANCE OF LIVING" and "IF...IF WE GET CAUGHT INTO A FIGHT LIKE THAT."

In the top right panel, Buggy's upper half floats forward aggressively. He grips the handles of his knives tightly and shouts, "BARA BARA CANNON!!" His hand holding the blades suddenly detaches from his wrist and shoots forward. In the top left panel, Luffy stands in the rubble, looking up in surprise with an exclamation mark in his speech bubble as he notices the incoming attack. In the middle panel, Buggy's detached hand, still gripping the knives, flies rapidly toward Luffy's face. Luffy leans back sharply to dodge, yelling, "UGH!!!"
