In a tense corridor, a wounded Izou with bandages and cuts on his face asks, "CAN YOU KEEP GOING WITH THOSE WOUNDSI" while panting "HUFF... HUFF...". Kiku replies from the next panel. A diagram labels "PASSAGE BETWEEN 2ND FLOOR TREASURE REPOSITORY AND 3RD FLOOR" with the note "WHERE THEY'RE HEADING!!!!". Kiku smiles and retorts, "HEHEHE~ HOW CAN YOU ASK A SAMURAI THATI! THIS IS NOTHING BUT AN ITCH. IT'LL SUBSIDE WHEN THE EMBERS OF MY LIFE FADE." while huffing. A flashback shows a younger figure crying "BIG BROTHER!! UWAAAH!!" as Kiku recalls, "BACK WHEN YOU DISAPPEARED!! BESIDES, MY HEART ACHED MUCH MORE...". Izou questions, "IZO, WHAT DO YOU THINK WILL BECOME OF WANO IF WE SUCCEED IN OPENING THE COUNTRYI". Kiku answers, "...I'M SORRY I LEFT WITHOUT TELLING YOU. IF YOU STILL HAVE STRENGTH TO TEASE ME, YOU MUST BE FINE!!" Someone shouts "HEY!". Another voice exclaims "KA-PA-PA! THAT'S A BIG IF! WE CAN DISCUSS THE MINUTIAE IF WE SURVIVE TILL MORNING!" as an explosion rocks the area with smoke and debris.

Kin'emon shouts fiercely, "OUR ALLIES ARE PROBABLY SHORT-HANDED ON ALL FRONTS. I WILL FIND MOMONOSUKE-SAMA AND PROTECT HIM ALONE!! THE REST OF YOU SPLIT UP AND REINFORCE THE OTHERS!! THE SITUATION HAS ALREADY ESCALATED INTO AN ALL-OUT WAR!! WE EITHER ACHIEVE VICTORY OR DIE!!" with intense motion lines. Kiku declares, "I WON'T FAIL THIS TIME!!" while panting. Someone pleads, "PLEASE ALLOW ME TO FINISH KANJURO!!". Allies respond "KIN'EMON-SAMA! RIGHT!!". In the chaos below, voices call out "WHERE ARE YOU HURRYING OFF TO!I SHISHILIAN! BARIETE!" and "MASTER NEKOMAMUSHI!!!". A figure yells "OH! MASTER!!" as Nekomamushi appears amid the fighting and smoke.

Kin'emon shouts, "KIKI, COME WITH ME!!" as he leaps into action. A voice replies, "VERY WELL! MAY FORTUNE SMILE UPON YOU!" Another adds, "LIKEWISE!!" while a fourth declares, "WELL THEN, KIN'EMON, NEKO, I'LL BE ON MY WAY!!" Explosions and smoke fill the chaotic scene. In the next panel, a small figure with a top hat states, "HIS SACRIFICE MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR LUFFY AND THE OTHERS TO REACH WANO." A voice responds, "YES, IT APPARENTLY HAPPENED IN BIG MOM'S TERRITORY..." Someone yells, "WHATI! PEDRO'S DEADI!" A woman with a scar answers, "YESSIR!!" and another voice says, "I SEE..." Below, a massive feline face growls, "SO HE'S ON THIS ISLAND, IS HEI!" and "PEDRO... HOW ADMIRABLE OF YOU-MEOW!!" A small mink named Bariete explains, "CARROT AND WANDA WENT AFTER HIM IN A RAGE, AND I WENT TO LET CAPTAIN SHISHILIAN KNOW!! THE MAN RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS DEATH IS ON THE ISLAND NOW."

Bariete is sent flying through the air with a loud "MEOW!!!" as someone yells, "THAT CAT'S FLYING!!" and "MASTER!!" The scene shifts to an interior where Kin'emon says, "THE BEAST PIRATES WILL ASSUME WE'RE STILL TOGETHER. WATCH OUT FOR THE MARYS, OKAY!" A diagram labels the "1ST FLOOR ATTIC." Yamato, holding a small figure, tells a companion, "YAMATO, WE'LL BE FINE. KIN'EMON-SAMA HAS MADE CONTACT WITH US." The small figure adds, "THIS'LL BE YOUR DECOY! YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY ITCHING FOR AN EXCUSE TO FIGHT..." Yamato replies with determination, "AND SERVE AS BAIT! SO I'M GOING TO HEAD OUT..."

An injured man notes, "THERE ARE ONLY 2 VOICES LEFT..." as another voice observes, "NOTHING'S CHANGED. HE'S LOSING STRENGTH BUT STILL EAGER. HOWEVER..." Yamato cries out, "MOMONOSUKE-KUN, HOW'S LUFFY DOINGI! IT'S IN YOUR HANDS NOW, SHINOBU-SAN!" She then declares, "I HAVE TO HURRY!!!" while clutching the small figure and saying, "A ONE-ON-ONE..." Shinobu peeks from hiding with a "PEEK" sound. In a flashback panel, she recalls, "HE USED TO TELL ME STORIES, BUT... SO THIS IS THE LOG FATHER KEPT OF HIS ADVENTURES."

Sanji stands amid chaos in the castle interior as enemies shout, "HE'S WORTH $330 MILLION!! GET HIM!!" and "WOAH!! THAT'S 'BLACK LEG' SANJI!!" Someone yells, "FOR ALL WE KNOW, IT COULD BE 'PIRATE HUNTER' ZORO IN THERE!!" Sanji retorts, "OOHI! TALK ABOUT HITTING THE JACKPOT! ONE BIG NAME CARRYING ANOTHER!! SHUT UP ALREADY!!" while carrying a person wrapped in ropes. A voice screams, "WAAA AAAAA AHHH!!" as another growls, "DAMN IT, MOSS HEAD! YOU'RE ALWAYS SUCH A PAIN IN MY ASS!!" Impact sounds and motion lines fill the frantic battle on the second floor.

A few minutes earlier, Kin'emon tumbles through the air after a midair switch of objects, swords flying as he shouts, "DAMN! THE OBJECTS WE SWITCHED WITH WERE MIDAIR!!" Below, Sanji reacts with shock. Explosions rock the area as someone screams "AAAAH AAHHH HH!!!" Sanji yells, "WAAA AAH!" while a figure plummets, crying out, "MAMA, WHERE ARE YOUI! I CAN SAVE YOU NOW!" Sanji grits his teeth, "THAT WAS CLOSE!!" In the chaos, a small cloud creature reacts as someone calls, "HEY!!" and another voice shouts, "ZEUS!! WHY AREN'T YOU WITH NAMI-SANI"

Kin'emon lands a powerful strike on Sanji, declaring, "YOUR TIMING IS IMPECCABLE, BLACK LEG-YA. I'LL LEAVE HIM WITH YOU." Sanji retorts, "WHERE DID YOU GUYS FALL FROMI! I ONLY MAKE A HABIT OF CATCHING LADIES!!" Sanji protests, "I'M NO DOCTOR! AND I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!" and "I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT HIM!!" Kin'emon urges, "ZORO-YA PROBABLY HAS 20 TO 30 BROKEN BONES. PUT HIM ON HIS BACK AND SECURE HIM WITH A SPLINT. MAKE SURE HE'S STILL CONSCIOUS AND BREATHING!" He adds, "BIG MOM MUST BE RAMPAGING OVER THERE. HUFF. HUFF." Elsewhere, a bandaged figure notes, "SEEMED LIKE HE FIGURED SOMETHING OUT AT THE LAST MOMENT..." as another asks, "HOW'S LUFFY DOINGI" and a voice growls, "DAMN IT, WHO PUT YOU IN THIS SORRY STATE ANYWAYI!"

A bandaged man carrying a large bundle mutters, "WHERE SHOULD I DUMP YOU... HEY!!" while another figure snores loudly. Kin'emon explains, "KIN'EMON WENT HIMSELF, SO THE MATTER IS IN SAFE HANDS." Allies react with relief: "OH! IT'S YOU, KAPPA!!" and "SANGORO-DONO!!" The bundle carrier continues, "I WAS JUST RUNNING OVER TO CHECK ON MOMONOSUKE." A voice warns, "OUR CASUALTIES COULD BE GROWING AS WE SPEAK!" and urges, "LET'S HURRY!! DON'T MAKE A SUGGESTION AND DOZE OFF, YOU LAZY BUM!" The sleeping man is told, "IF YOU WANNA MAKE YOURSELF USEFUL, YOU SHOULD HEAD TO THE LIVE FLOOR...!"

Big Mom looms with a furious roar, "GYAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!" as she demands, "DID YOU BURN OKOBORE TOWN TO THE GROUNDI!" and questions, "...WAS IT YOU...I" Ulti glares and snaps, "UNFORGIVABLE!!" while Page One transforms, roaring as Ulti cries out, "P-P-PAGE ONE-SAMAI!" The massive dragon-like form crashes through debris amid the chaos on the same floor.

Big Mom crashes onto the scene in a massive impact, her enormous form towering as she bellows. "BIG MOM!!" someone shouts in shock. Ulti, perched nearby with her club, yells furiously, "SHE'S HERE TOO!! HOW DARE YOU DO THAT TO PAY-PAY!!!" In the next panels a blonde woman clutches her face in panic, crying "IS THE REAL CULPRIT!! OLIN-SAN! THAT WOMAN... HONESTLY, I HAVE NO IDEA IF THAT'S TRUE..." Ulti's crew reacts with alarm as one exclaims, "IT'S LIKE SHE'S SUDDENLY OUR GUARDIAN ANGEL OR SOMETHING..." Another voice urges, "ALRIGHT!! L-LET'S HAVE BIG MOM TAKE CARE OF HER TOO!!" Ulti then snarls at Nami and the others, "WHATEVER! JUST WAIT, WHEN I'M THROUGH WITH THE CRONE, YOU TWO ARE DEAD!!" She turns to her ally, "U-ULTI-CHAN!! WE CAN DO THIS!!" and roars at Luffy, "SHUT YOUR ANNOYING PIEHOLE, STRAW HAT! WHEN I'M DONE WITH HER, YOU'RE NEXT!!!" The page ends with overlapping battle cries: "GYAAAAAAAAH!!!" and "LET'S TAKE DOWN BIG MOM TOGETHER!!" as the fighters charge.

The loyal canine companion pants heavily, "WOOF!! WOOF!! PANT, PANT..." Nami looks back in alarm, "SHE DISAPPEARED!!" as bystanders react with "HUH!I" and "I SAID WAIT!!" The beast charges through debris in a violent blur. Ulti's voice echoes with power as she unleashes her attack: "ULTI... HEADBUTT!!" The impact sends shockwaves, bodies flying amid cries of "GYAAAH!!" and "ARGH!!" while Komachiyo is struck hard.

The brutal clash continues as Ulti rages, "Y-YOU DID THE SAME THING TO MY LITTLE BROTHER!!" Nami shouts back while fleeing, "HEY BRAT! DID YOU JUST PUT YOUR MITTS ON MY FRIENDI!" and "NAMI, GET TAMA! A massive black silhouette of Ulti looms as she declares, "I WAS GETTING SICK OF CHASING THAT KOMAINU! IT'S QUICKNESS WAS A REAL PAIN!" She strikes with a heavy "THUD," sending Komachiyo flying amid debris while Tama screams, "WAAAH! PLEASE STOP!!" and "KOMACHIYO IS MY BEST FRIEND!!" Ulti taunts, "GOOD! NOW HURRY UP AND DIE!!" Nami yells, "OH, DID YOU BREAK SOME BONESI" as the fight rages on with more impacts and cries of "TAMA!!" The final panels show the chapter close with "ONE PIECE" and "CH1012 V.END."
