A massive roar echoes across the page: わあああああああ!! The Corrida Colosseum looms in the background with the caption IN FRONT OF DRESSROSA'S CORRIDA COLOSSEUM. CHEERS FROM WITHIN! BUT ON THE OUTSIDE... Kin'emon, smoking a pipe, argues with a bird-masked man. Kin'emon declares, "THAT'S WHY I'M GOING!!" The bird-masked man snaps, "FINE, JUST GO THEN!!" A mustached man in a top hat adds, "I've got way more business worrying about NAMI-SAN than you do!! AND YOU KNOW THAT SHE'D MUCH PREFER THAT I SAVE HER!!" In the next panel, a hand holds out a small round creature as Kin'emon says, "I'M RETURNING TO THE SUNNY-GO. LET'S TRY TO CONFIRM EVERYONE'S WHEREABOUTS AND SAFETY. IF YOU'RE ABLE TO MEET UP WITH LUFFY, THIS WILL CONNECT YOU TO THE SUNNY-GO!!" The creature replies, "OHHH MANY THANKS!" Kin'emon then hands over a map, stating, "KINEMON, THIS IS A MAP TO THE TOY HOUSE WHERE YOUR FRIEND IS BEING HELD."

Outside a heavily barred gate, two figures stand guard. A voice says, "...I KNOW NOT, WHICH IS WHY I'VE BEEN STANDING HERE, THAT IT IS!! EVERY ENTRANCE IS FIRMLY SHUT..." Another asks, "SO, HOW DO WE SEE LUFFYI" Inside a ruined corridor, a swordsman screams "UWAHHH!!!" while slashing wildly. A man with a topknot remarks, "THAT COUNTS AS ACTING STRANGELY, THAT IT DOES!!" A long-nosed man replies, "IT'S NOT A MATTER OF YOUR ENTHUSIASM!" The topknot man continues, "ALRIGHT, SHOULD WE CUT DOWN THIS WALLI" A bearded man in a black coat answers, "AND IT WAS MY ACTING STRANGELY EARLIER THAT LED TO MY CAPTURE. OKAY, WE'LL CUT IT GENTLY." At the bottom, a frantic close-up shows a long-nosed man crying out praises: "HE'S THE GREAT SANTO-RYUU-USING SWORDSMAN!!! THE PIRATE WHO ALWAYS SUPPORTS THE CREW AND SERVES AS LUFFY-SENPAI'S RIGHT HAND, SEEN BY MANY AS VICE CAPTAIN (WELL, BY ME ANYWAY)!!! HE'S SOOOO COOL!!! HUHI I CAN'T STOP CRYING..." while another voice shouts, "THAT'S THE PIRATE HUNTER ZORO-SENPAI!!!"

The scene shifts to DRESSROSA: ROYAL PALACE. A woman in a dark dress asks from a balcony overlooking the palace, "COULD YOU CALM DOWN A LITTLEI GLADIUS..." Inside a lavishly furnished room, a tall figure in a top hat and spiked armor sits at a table with teacups. The woman continues, "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH SHE'S SCREWED UP OUR PLANSI!" The armored man replies, "BABY-5... THE BETRAYAL OF THAT WOMAN..." A sudden outburst panel shows the woman shouting, "BUT THEN WHAT THE HELL DID SHE GO AND DOI BROUGHT DOWN HER OWN MEN AND RAN AWAYI!" while the armored man yells, "AND KILLED EVERY ONE OF THEM...!! WE COULD'VE STOPPED THEM AT EVERY TURN." The woman screams, "KYAHHH CALM DOWN!! ARE YOU GONNA EXPLODE HERE AND NOW!!I" A final panel reveals, "VIOLET CAPTURED "BLACK LEG SANJI"... AND EXTRACTED FROM HIS MIND ALL OF THE ENEMIES' STRATEGIES..."

Gladius sits fuming in his ornate chair, hair flaring wildly as he clutches his head. "NOW I'VE LOST CONTROL OF THE PLANS AND THE TIME!!" he roars. "I HATE IT ENOUGH TO DIE!!" A woman with dark hair and a serious expression replies, "ANYONE WHO BETRAYS YOUNG MASTER... WE CAN'T LET THEM LIVE!" She adds, "NOT TO MENTION THAT WE... WELL," while another voice notes Violet's strange behavior since last night and her clairvoyance locating the Straw Hats' ship. Gladius reacts with shock, "!I" A sign identifies him as "DONQUIXOTE FAMILY (PICA SQUAD): GLADIUS".

A mechanical horse-like vehicle races through the streets of Northeast Dressrosa toward Green Bit. The harbor is already crawling with marines. A bearded man in a hat cries, "NOOOO THIS JUST WON'T DO, VIOLET-CHAN!! YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR PROMISE AND WAIT FOR ME AT THE HARBOR. HEHE HEHE!" Violet sits behind him. A voice notes, "IT'D BE BEST IF WE DECIDED ON A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR ME TO MEET UP WITH YOU." The man later remarks on the gathered intel and estimates at least four battleships and 3,000 marines now in the country.

Violet speaks confidently from a high vantage, "SO YOU SHOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT ME. THERE'S NO WAY I'LL BE CAUGHT BY MY PURSUERS. THROUGH MY 'CLAIRVOYANCE,' I CAN SEND OUT MY 'SIGHT' AS IF IT WERE A BIRD IN A 4000 KILOMETER RADIUS. AS LONG AS I'M HERE, I CAN SEE EVERYTHING THAT'S GOING ON IN THIS COUNTRY." Below, lightning suddenly strikes the mechanical vehicle in the city streets. Citizens react in panic: "AHH!", "LIGHTNING!I", "WHAT IS IT!!!I THIS IS TERRIBLE!! Law questions, "SO, WHAT DO WE DO WITH THISI" A large bear-like figure notes, "SHE'S AN ABILITY USER, YEAH... WE CAN'T JUST THROW HER OVERBOARD." Nami stands with a staff, while a small club-wielding figure stares. Brook reacts in shock, "WH!! WHO......ARE YOU CALLING MISS UNIVERSE!!!" The large figure adds, "AND I HAVE NO DESIRE TO SEE HER PANTIES!!" A small character asks, "IS... IS THAT SO... I DO HAVE QUITE AN ARM..."

A distant view of the coast shows destruction. "A TENRYUU-BITO, DOFLAMINGO...!!!!" "...SO THEN, YOU WERE..." A box reads "GREEN BIT: LAW VS. DOFLAMINGO AND ADMIRAL FUJITORA." Doflamingo grins widely, "THERE ARE FEW WHO'VE CARVED AS CHECKERED AND HAPLESS A LIFE AS MYSELF... FUFFUFFU!! WHAT IS 'BLOOD'...!I WHAT IS 'DESTINY'...!I" Law reacts with shock. Doflamingo continues, "BUT NO LONGER. YES, 'WERE' IS CORRECT." Elsewhere, Cavendish speaks with intensity, "I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE STRAWHAT CREW MEMBERS ON DRESSROSA. THERE ARE FAR TOO MANY OUT THERE WHO, IN THE PAST, UNDER-ESTIMATED THIS CREW AND WERE BURNED FOR IT. I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO TELL YOU THE STORY OF MY LIFE UP UNTIL I MET YOU, PERHAPS OVER SOME DRINKS... BUT THERE'S NO TIME FOR ANYTHING LIKE THAT RIGHT NOW."

Fujitora sits amid rubble. "OH, IT'S... I THOUGHT I HEARD A PEAL OF THUNDER... OUT AT SEA..." A marine asks, "WHAT'S WRONG, FUJITORAI" Fujitora replies, "...!!! WEATHER CONTROLS GOTTA BE NAMI-YA... HEH HEH I SUPPOSE I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SENSE AT LEAST THE MOVEMENT OF CLOUDS EVEN THOUGH MY EYES ARE CLOSED... THE SKY'S PERFECTLY CLEAR... SO THE SHIP'S COME. THUNDER...!I" Law confronts Doflamingo, "I DON'T REMEMBER EVER SAYING... THAT WAS CAESAR'S HEART...!!!" Doflamingo demands, "IF YOU'VE ALREADY STOLEN IT BACK, THEN GIVE IT HERE! QUICKLY!!!" "OI, JOKER!!" "MY HEART, MY HEART!!" A small figure appears with "CAN G" and "RUSTLE!"

Doflamingo clutches his chest in rage. "AND IT'S TRUE... RIGHT NOW THERE'S NOTHING INSIDE MY CHEST!!! HOW DARE YOU!!!I YOU'VE BEEN THREATENING ME WITH THAT ALL DAY!!!" Law stares in confusion. "I L—...h" Chaos erupts as a marine is struck. "EHH!!I SOME MARINE!!I WELL THEN WHERE'S MINE!I" "HEY!! WHAT'S WRONGI PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER!!" "KYAHHH!!!" "WHAT DID YOU DO!! THAT CRY CAME FROM ONE OF MY MEN!!" "HEAVENLY DEMON!!" A massive explosion rocks the area with "ROOM!!" and impact effects.

Law's eyes blaze as he activates his ability. "SHAMBLES!!" he shouts. Fujitora, sweat on his brow, growls, "YOU'VE REALLY BEEN HOLDING ME DOWN WITH THAT 'GRAVITY' OF YOURS, FUJITORA. BUT I'LL BE ESCAPING NOW..." A blade flashes with a "グシッ!!" impact, followed by a "ズッ..." and "POP" as the sword is suddenly displaced. Doflamingo, still on the ground, screams "JOKER!! SAVE ME!!" while a feathered figure is hurled through the air amid debris. "!! SO YOU STILL HAD SOME OF THAT POWER!!! LAW!!!" Law retorts from below, "THAT CHILD JUST DOESN'T KNOW WHEN TO GIVE UP..." as an unseen attacker yells "UWAAH!!!" and "GRADI!!"

Law lunges forward in a flurry of motion lines, gripping his opponent. "AND WHERE'S MY HEART, ANYWAY!!!" he demands. The masked fighter struggles, shouting "LET GO OF ME, LAW, YOU BASTARD!!!" A massive impact erupts with "ギロッ!!" and "19" effects. Below, a small figure with a staff questions, "BUT THERE'S NO PLACE TO HIDE, IS THERE!I" while the masked fighter grins savagely, "SO YOU WERE JUST BUYING TIME, BRAT!!!" The scene shifts to a ship sailing through fog near a rose-covered shore. A voice calls out, "CAN YOU SEE TORA-MANI" Another replies, "THE FOG'S MAKING IT TOUGH, BUT I CAN SEE A STRANGE FOREST."

On the Sunny-Go deck, Brook asks, "THEN DOFLAMINGO WILL COME AFTER US, RIGHTI" while a crewmate panics, "EH!I THAT'S SCARY!!!" Nami wonders, "SO... WHAT DO WE DO AFTER GETTING CAESARI" A massive splash erupts as something bursts from the water. "THERE'S SOMETHING IN THE WATER!!" someone yells. The crew reacts in shock: "UWAHHH!!!" "EH!I WHAT!I WHAT!I WHAT WAS THAT!!!I" as a school of enormous fighting fish attacks the ship. "THEY'RE THE MURDEROUS FISH THAT CAN EVEN SINK BATTLESHIPS!!!" one cries. "WHAT THE HELL ARE THOSE!!!I" another shouts. "IT'S A SCHOOL OF F...F...FIGHTING FISH!!!" Usopp warns, "YOU WENT AND GOT TOO CLOSE TO THE ISLAND!!!" The crew screams "EHHH!!!I"

Doflamingo's face twists in rage. "THAT'S RIGHT, FOLLOW ME, DOFLAMINGO!!!" he snarls as a small figure flees above him. "HAA... HAA..." he pants amid heavy impact lines "ビシッ" and "ンッ!!!" A tactical map appears showing Dressrosa, the Sunny-Go, Green Bit, and positions for Doflamingo and Caesar. Law's internal monologue reads: "IF HE GOES FOR THE SHIP NOW, WE'RE DONE FOR!!! I'LL LEAD HIM AS FAR AS THE BRIDGE AND THEN SAVE CAESAR OVER... IF I CAN FACE HIM ALONE ON THE BRIDGE...!! I CAN BUY ENOUGH TIME FOR THE SHIP TO ESCAPE...!!!" On the bridge, a masked fighter blocks the path. "WHATI YOU INTEND TO CROSS THE BRIDGE!I" he demands. "IF YOU HEAD TO DRESSROSA, THEN YOU'LL BE ON MY HOME TURF," he adds as the small figure approaches.

Doflamingo grins menacingly in close-up, declaring, "...AHHH SO THAT'S YOUR GAME." Law, wearing his spotted hat, reacts with shock: "SHIT...!!!! YOU GUYS!!" Explosions rock the area as Doflamingo's massive feathered form hurtles forward. Allies cry out in panic: "WHAT IS IT NOW!!! WHAAA!I" "WAIT, DOFLAMINGO!!!" "DOFLAMINGO'S FLYING TOWARDS US...!!!!" "THEY'VE GOT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS!!!" A massive impact SFX "ババババババ" erupts as Doflamingo lands with "FUFFUF-FUFFU!!" Doflamingo taunts Law: "WATCH AS YOUR ALLIED CREW IS MURDERED IN COLD BLOOD!!! FUFFUFU NOW WATCH CLOSELY, LAW!!" The helmeted girl clings desperately, shouting "YOUNG MASTER!!!" and "WHY WON'T THIS NIGHTMARE END!I WE'RE GONNA DIE!!! I DON'T WISH TO DIE!!!"

Doflamingo clashes violently with Sanji in mid-air, labeled "BLACKLEG VS HEAVENLY DEMON!" Sanji's powerful kick connects with impact SFX "ビン" as Doflamingo warns, "DON'T YOU DARE GET ANY CLOSER!!!!"
