"IF YOU WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT, GET ON YOUR KNEES, HAJRUDIN!" Loki shouts defiantly. Below, Luffy clutches a massive round object while shouting "LET'S GO FIND THEM RIGHT AWAY!!" as Hajrudin roars that something serious must be happening. Usopp yells "GUARD POINT!!" Nami clings nearby, and the group tumbles past rocky cliffs with motion lines and impact effects marking their rapid descent toward the lower realm.

Loki sits bound in the snow near a ruined settlement, dismissing the situation with "NO NEED TO BE SO SERIOUS..." and "TCH!" Gerd and Goldberg ask if he wants anything fetched. Loki replies he has his hands full but will be quick. Elsewhere, a small creature startles with "HUHI!" while Loki's face twists in rage, shouting "MOSA!! I'M BUSY, LET'S CHAT LATER!!" Loki thrashes on the ground, yelling "THANK YOU... FOR EVERYTHING YOU'VE DONE TILL NOW!!" "IS THAT PLACE...I" "IT'S OKAY, DON'T WORRY ABOUT ME...!!" "YOU DIDN'T...!! THAT NASTY BUSINESS DIDN'T CROP UP AGAIN, DID ITI!" "WAIT!! HEY, MOSA!!" A transponder snail beeps as the scene shifts. Chopper stands proudly while Luffy grins and cheers "GOOD JOB SAVING HIM, CHOPPER!" A girl watches with concern as someone exclaims "HE'S SEVERELY WOUNDED!!" and "WHAAAT!! HE HE HE!! IT WAS NOTHING SPECIAL!" Luffy adds "P-PRAISING ME DOESN'T MAKE ME HAPPY OR ANYTHING, YA JERK!!" with a heart symbol, while the group reacts to the unfolding crisis.

A massive burst of Haki erupts across the mountains, shocking everyone. Luffy and Hajrudin stare in awe as voices cry "WHAT COULD BE THE SOURCE OF THIS RIDICULOUS BURST OF HAKII!" Loki's past is revealed: he served as one of the Pirate King's wings alongside Dark King Rayleigh and was probably their third strongest member. Luffy shouts "DO GA HA HA!! YOU GUYS REALLY WILL NEED MY POWER NOW!!" "I'VE GOT THIS!" "CHOPPER! THAT'S ENOUGH!" "ELBAF IS IN DANGER!!" The final panel shows the chapter end with "A BUNCH OF ENORMOUS MONSTERS ARE RUNNING AMOK TOO!!" and the group preparing to move as danger looms over Elbaf.
