Hitetsu continues his tale while Luffy listens. "OVER A YEAR AGO, A PIRATE BY THE NAME OF X DRAKE JOINED KAIDO'S ARMY AS A NEW 'HEADLINER.' ABOUT FOUR YEARS AGO...
