I'M FEELING REAL SUPER THIS WEEK!! LET'S HURRY UP AND FIND A FACTORY OR TWO TO BLOW SKY-HIGH!! A voice answers, LIKE I SAID, KEEP IT DOWN, LUFFY!!! WE'RE IN ENEMY TERRITORY!! WE'RE HERE!! Franky in a cyborg body labeled JK LIMBODR reacts with shock while Law stands calmly with swords at his side. Large impact sound effects どーん!! shake the panel as the crew arrives at the island.

Momonosuke in dragon form struggles through the sky carrying Luffy, who yells FLY, MOMO!! I'VE GOT A GREAT IDEA!! The dragon protests TOO HEAVY!! GET OFF!!! I CANNOT FLY!! NOR CAN I ENTER THIS ISLAND!! BY MY FATHER'S ORDERS!! A close-up shows Luffy grinning with an idea. Below, Kin'emon and others react in panic on the deck. Panels show the dragon sweating and admitting I REMEMBER NOTHING OF THE SORT!!...WELL... AS I JUST SAID EVEN WITHOUT WINGSI THIS GUY, HE WAS FLYING BACK THERE! WHAT'RE YOU TALKING ABOUT!I YOU FLEW BEFORE, DIDN'T YOUI A final panel reveals a shocked face asking WHAT'S YOUR NAMEI with the word SUCH... visible. Large SFX ばーん! and しゅるるるる emphasize the chaotic flight.

Luffy clings desperately to the thrashing dragon-like creature as it twists through the air. "CUT IT OUT, YOU!!!" he yells. The beast roars back, "OW OW OW OW!! YOU'RE A RUDE ONE, THAT YOU ARE!! A SAMURAI FEARS NOTHING!!!" Luffy stares in confusion, a question mark floating above his head. "WHATI SCARED OF HEIGHTS OR SOMETHINGI" Kin'emon, standing on a ledge with his pipe, snaps, "YOU THINK TOO HIGHLY OF YOURSELF, APE!!" The dragon retorts, "WHAT!I YOU EEL...!! I AM THE MAN WHO WILL BECOME THE SHOGUN OF ALL WANOKUNI, THAT I AM!! YOU FOOL!! HMPH!! AND I..." Luffy fires back, "WHO CARES ABOUT SAMURAII I'M THE MAN WHO'S GONNA BE THE KING OF THE PIRATES SOMEDAY, STUPID!!" A voice calls out, "LUFFY-SAN, YOUR OPPONENT IS EIGHT YEARS OLD." An older man bows apologetically, "I APOLOGIZE, LUFFY-DONO. PLEASE OVERLOOK MY SON'S RUDENESS." The dragon wails, "...HE IS OUR SAVIOR!!!" Someone shouts, "CEASE THIS, MOMONO-SUKE!!"

The dragon lunges toward a woman holding a small child. "GET AWAY FROM HER!!" Kin'emon roars. The woman cries, "WHAT'S WRONGI" Kin'emon continues, "...!!! CURSES, NAMI-SAN, THAT NASTY BRUTE... I HATE COWARDS! BUT FOR YOU TO OPPOSE SO EARNESTLY AN OPPONENT OF A MERE EIGHT YEARS OF AGE... AS A SAMURAI CHILD OF WANOKUNI, HE IS REGRETTABLY HAUGHTY!!!" Nami pulls the child close, saying "COME HERE, NOW." A long-haired woman laughs, "LET'S HURRY UP AND HEAD FOR THE CITY. KINEMON, HAVE YOU GOT OUR DISGUISESI" Kin'emon protests, "I'M NOT TO BLAME, THAT I'M NOT!!" The woman retorts, "LIKE FATHER, LIKE SON!! YOU CALL YOURSELF A SAMURAI, BUT NOW WE SEE YOUR TRUE COLORS!!" Nami holds up a scrap of cloth. "I WANT YOU TO TAKE THIS HEY" The long-haired woman points at a poster showing male and female disguises. "DRESSROSA IS THE BEST!!! SO THAT YOU MAY BLEND IN WHILE IN THE CITY, ALLOW ME TO PERFORM THE TRANSFORMATION!! INDEED, THAT I DO. EVERYONE IN DRESSROSA IS GARBED AS SUCH, THAT THEY ARE." Nami exclaims, "YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!"

Trafalgar Law holds up a small piece of paper to Nami. "IT LEADS TO 'ZOU,' WHICH I MENTIONED EARLIER. IF SOMETHING SHOULD HAPPEN TO US, HEAD THERE." Nami asks, "A VIVRECARD...I" The crew gathers around a crudely drawn map. "THIS IS A MAP FROM MY CREW" "IT'S VERY POORLY DRAWN!" "RIGHT NOW... WE'RE AROUND HERE...!!!" "WE'LL SEE..." "HEY!! NOTHING'S GONNA HAPPEN TO US!!" A finger points to a detailed map labeled "DRESSROSA" and "GREEN BIT." The map shows their current location, a route across a long bridge, and notes that the group delivering Caesar will pass through Dressrosa and cross to Green Bit.

Another banner reads "SUNNY-GO SAFETY AND SECURITY TEAM." Nami asks, "WELL, THIS IS ENEMY HEADQUARTERS, AFTER ALL. EH!I WILL WE REALLY BE SAFE, WATCHING OVER THE SHIP!I HEY!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN, 'IF THE ENEMY COMES...'!I" Usopp worries, "BUT AS LONG AS SANJI'S ALSO HERE, GUARDING ALONG WITH US..." The Sunny floats near the coast as the crew panics. "HEY!! WHO'S GONNA PROTECT US!I" "EHHH!I SANJI!!!I" "WHERE'D STRAWHAT-YA AND THE OTHERS GO!!!I THEY'RE ESSENTIAL TO THE PLAN!!"

The city of Dressrosa rises with whimsical towers and arches under a bright sky. Narration boxes explain: "THOSE WHO VISIT THIS COUNTRY... ARE CAPTIVATED BY A NUMBER OF THINGS" and "THE AROMAS OF THE CUISINE THAT THE COUNTRY PRIDES ITSELF ON". A close-up shows a steaming paella-like dish with "ジルワァァァ!!" sound effect. Another box reads "FIRST-THE SWEET-SMELLING FIELDS OF FLOWERS". Luffy, Sanji, Nami, and the crew react with wide eyes and open mouths as Luffy exclaims "THAT SMELLS GREAT!!" while hearts and motion lines swirl around them. Additional narration states "ALSO... THE TIRELESS AND NEVER-CEASING..."

A woman dances passionately with hearts and musical notes as a box reads "PASSIONATE DANCING OF ITS WOMEN". Sanji swoons, "SMELLS GREAT ♥". Luffy stares in shock as a striped dog named Mario snatches a cotton arm from a toy person. Voices shout "PLEASE GIVE THAT BACK!! MARIO!!", "WOOF WOOF!!", "HEY, WAIT!! GIVE THAT BACK!". The toy cries out "MY ARM!! GIVE IT BACK TO ME!!" while "どん!!" impact effects burst. A box notes "OF ALL THE THINGS!! THE COTTON IS COMING OUT!!" as the dog runs off with the arm in its mouth.

A toy soldier is struck with "YOWCH!!" and "カシャシャシャ!!" effects.

Narration boxes declare "THESE LIVING, BREATHING TOYS" and "AND COEXIST WITH HUMANS". A lively street scene shows various living toys: a bear-like driver, a sunflower-headed figure, a nutcracker soldier with a drum, a leopard-print woman, and others waving and moving through the city. In a lively Dressrosa street, a toy robot explains the passionate women of the country: "THEY BECOME FRIGHTFULLY JEALOUS, AND WHEN THEY'RE BETRAYED BY MEN... ESPECIALLY THE BEAUTIFUL ONES- THEY'RE REALLY PRONE TO IT. IT'S TRUE!" Sanji listens intently as another voice adds, "WELL THAT'S TERRIFYING!" and "THEY END UP STABBING THEM." A passerby reacts in shock: "WAHH! A MAN'S BEEN STABBED!!" and "...AGAIN," YOU SAYI" while muttering "AHH... NOT AGAIN." The scene shifts to a wide view of the harbor city labeled "THIS HARBOR CITY IS 'ACACIA'" with a caption box declaring "THIS IS THE LAND OF LOVE, PASSION, AND TOYS." "TOO BAD!! IT'S BLACK 29!!" "DEFINITELY WHITE THIS TIME!" "WHERE... WHERE DID IT END UPI PLEASE TELL ME!" and "WE'LL SEE...!!" A cloaked figure bets "GO! IT'S GOTTA BE WHITE THIS TIME!!" amid "CLACK!!" sounds. Buffalo is mentioned: "THIS SURE IS PROFITABLE WHEN BUFFALO-SAN AIN'T AROUND..." as gamblers shout "WHAT'LL YOU DOI GONNA QUITI" "HEY, YOU'VE GOTTA PAY UP NOW." "DAMN. The masked fighter leans forward with a fierce grin and points straight ahead. "WHOEVER WINS THIS ONE TAKES IT ALL!!! WE'LL MAKE IT A REAL MAN'S MATCH FOR THE FINALE!!" A voice answers from off-panel, "WELL SAID!! I LIKE YOU, OLD MAN!! AND WE'LL GO ALL IN AGAINST YOU!!" Below, the scarred old man watches the roulette wheel spin as the ball clacks into place. The crowd calls out the colors in rapid succession until the ball settles. "IT'S WHITE, ISN'T IT," someone announces. The masked fighter's eyes widen in shock. "WHITE!!" he roars, grabbing the old man by the collar. "THIS MATCH GOES TO BL—" The old man stares back, sweat flying. "TOOOOO BAD, OLD MAN..." the masked fighter growls while the old man yells "AH!!I WHO'RE YOU!!!"

The scarred old man is suddenly seized from behind as chaos erupts in the stands. "HE'S GONE AND STUCK HIS NECK OUT, AGAIN..." a spectator mutters. Nearby guests panic, "WHO IS THAT!!I DOES HE KNOW WHO HE'S MESSING WITH!I" The masked fighter snarls at the old man, "YOU'RE BEING REAL RUDE HERE, BRAT!!" while the old man retorts, "BUT OLD MAN, YOU LOOK PRETTY STRONG..." A small figure in a top hat appears, saying "AH, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. I JUST CALLED IT LIKE I SAW IT. YOU'RE LUCKY, HUH!" The masked fighter's rage peaks as he begins crushing the old man. "I WON'T LET YOU DO THAT!! GET OUT OF THE WAY, NOW, YOUNG MAN." The old man strains under the pressure, "HEA... HEAVY...!!! I... I'M BEING CRUSHED" while the attacker shouts "YOU'RE GETTING IN THE WAY, SO JUST DIE!!" and "I'LL BE SENDING THESE PEOPLE DOWN TO HELL, NOW...!!!"

The scarred old man raises his hand as the floor beneath the colosseum erupts. A massive black sphere of debris and stone explodes upward, sending fighters and rubble flying. "EHHH!!I WHAT IS THAT GUY!!! WHAT DID HE DO!!I" the crowd screams. The old man speaks calmly, "...THAT THIS WORLD'S FILTH MAY GO UNSEEN... IS ONE PLEASURE KNOWN TO THE BLIND..." Enormous Japanese sound effects "ドゴォン" and "ゴゴゴゴ" shake the page as the hole swallows the arena floor. Spectators stare in horror at the destruction while the old man's gravity power rips the battlefield apart.
