On the shore of Angel Island in Skypiea, Usopp stands with a tense expression, muttering “Ah-”. Nearby, an archer with wings draws his bow while musical notes float around him. A small inset panel shows the distant shore labeled “Skypiea, Angel Island Shore” as someone asks “Hey, look…” and another voice replies “HmI”. The archer confirms, “Yeah, there’s no doubt about it. It’s the blasphemer,” while drawing his bow with a “DRAW…” sound effect. Nami stands before the massive ruins of an ancient city and asks, “Are you planning on bringing that alongI”. A small panel shows a surprised “HmI”. She continues with a nervous sweat drop, “But if I can’t, that’s fine by me… Yes, Well…”. In the lower scene, Nami sits on a large wheeled device, saying “I… I’m quite fond of this thing, actually… I-thank you very much.” A man in a headband replies, “…I do not think it will work at the land we are headed to, But whatever… Do as you wish.”

Inside a vast ruined chamber, Enel stands holding his golden staff, drums floating behind him. A woman peeks from behind a pillar with nervous “ゴゴゴ…” sounds. Nami’s eyes widen in shock as she gasps “WHA!I” and whispers “Just what is this thing…”. Enel steps forward, declaring “This is only ship of its kind in the world! And only I can control it. Your surprise is quite understandable…” while the woman hides and murmurs “Step…”.

Enel stands amid the ruins, explaining his plan. "I needed a material that could transmit my power into machines as much as necessary! Although I have plenty of energy to spare, it's powered by lightning." He spreads his arms wide atop the massive vessel, laughing triumphantly. "The residents of this land are quite fortuitous... Because in their moment of death, they will be able to see the world's only flying ship! Yahahaha! And that material was the gold lying on this island!" Nami stares in shock, sweat flying, gripping her weapon. "IF IT REALLY DOES FLY OFF INTO THE SKY... THEN I WON'T HAVE A CHANCE TO MAKE MY ESCAPE! IT CAN'T BE...! A FLYING SHIP!I"

The colossal flying ark looms over the landscape, its massive face-like bow and spinning propellers dominating the scene. Bold lettering declares its name as a voice rings out: "THE ARK, "MAXIM!" With this, we will reach the land of endless veath, faerie veath! YAHA HAHA HAHA HAHA!" A woman with short hair stands on the deck near the cannons, gazing up at the vessel.

In the ruined ancient city of Shandora, a colossal snake rears up among the crumbling stone towers and arches. Its jaws stretch wide with the word "OPEN" as it lunges forward, massive SFX "ゴォォォォ..." and "かっ!!!" shaking the air. The snake smashes through a stone wall with a thunderous "ぼぉーん!!!" impact, debris flying.

The giant snake continues rampaging through Shandora's ruins, jaws open with "OPEN" and "かっ!!" as it twists its head. Luffy appears in a small panel, eyes wide with surprise under his straw hat. In the final panel he leaps upward through a circular stone window, arms raised, reaching for the light above.

Luffy's face fills the panel with a wide grin as a sharp sound effect rings out. He quickly shuts a round hatch with a solid "SHUT...". Standing in a stone tunnel, Luffy knocks repeatedly on the ceiling, calling "KNOCK KNOCK" while the surface squishes under his fists with "SQUISH SQUISH". Suddenly the entire structure shakes violently. A massive serpentine creature bursts through the ancient stone ruins in a thunderous "CRASH!", its enormous head looming over the crumbling buildings. The beast lets out a piercing roar as debris rains down and tiny figures scatter below, with "AGHH!!" echoing from the chaos.

Conis lands hard on a stone floor, gasping "A stone floor...!...Ah-" and "HUFF... HUFF...". Nearby, Pierre crashes with a heavy "OOP!" and "GON!". She looks up in shock as a massive ruined city stretches before them. "HUFF... HUFF... Finally... We're out." Conis stares in awe at the towering ancient structures and asks, "What is this place...I" Luffy pops out of a hole shouting "Luffy!" while Chopper spins wildly nearby. Pierre shakes himself off with "PI... PIERRE..." as Conis watches with wide eyes.

Luffy stares in amazement at the vast ruined city and shouts "WHOA, LOOK! THIS PLACE IS HUGE! WHERE IS THIS PLACE!I THESE MUST BE CITY RUINS!" His eyes widen further as he wonders aloud, "Maybe the giant golden bell... Is here somewhere...!I" In a massive triumphant spread, Luffy leaps high with arms raised, yelling "I'M OUUUUT!" and "I'M FINALLY OUTSIDE!" Conis watches from below, hands to her face, murmuring "My people's homeland...I Could it be... That this place..."

Luffy peers into the distance and exclaims, "Whoa... There's a huge hole..." Below, Conis calls after him, "Wait! Where are you going!I What is it this time!I" Luffy dashes across the stone ruins as she shouts "Luffy!" A large bird-like figure appears with dramatic sound effects. Conis spots it and cries, "Ah! There he is!" while the creature looms over the broken cityscape.

Luffy sits amid the ruined stone city, shaking a battered, furry figure. "HEY WAKE UP! WHAT'RE YOU DOING!I" he yells. A large shout erupts: "ZORO!" Luffy's face twists in shock as he stares at the devastation. "And let all this happen...!" he growls. Close-up, his eyes widen further: "How could you have been here..." Below, Luffy scans the rubble. "Where's NamiI I don't see her anywhere!" he cries as "オオオオ..." sound effects rumble and a small "...!" reaction escapes him.

From the cliff edge, a distant figure plummets as "WIPEEEERR!" echoes. Wiper's face fills the panel, roaring. Luffy stares in disbelief: "But everyone here was beaten! He was pretty strong too..." Japanese reaction sounds "うわぁぁぁ" surround him. "...It's that bazooka jerk!" someone notes. Wiper lies defeated as a voice screams "WAAAAHHH! Even Wiper was...!" Luffy mutters "UGH..." then "So I can't say for certain what happened here but...! I couldn't use my mantra at all while we were inside the snake," followed by "...Ah! Robin!" Spotting a small winged observer, he turns: "Enel...I Is that the godI" A bystander gasps, "It's Enel! He's the only one capable of this!"

Nami lies collapsed under a tree, panting "PANT..." as she whispers, "Ms. Navigator... was taken away..." A close-up shows her exhausted face. Usopp appears, hand to his head: "I DON'T KNOW..." then "So Nami was taken away by the god-dudeI To whereI" Luffy sits up as Usopp urges, "Hey... It's fine, you can talk slowly..." Wiper, bandaged and furious, shouts, "Sky island will be WHAT!I" and "E... Even my village!I" Luffy and the others react in horror at the looming threat over the ruins.

A wide view of the village shows lightning and panic. Narration states, "ENEL AIMS TO RETURN ALL THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE SKY BACK TO THE SURFACE." A girl asks, "What a troublesome child." Someone replies, "Not yet. Is Aisa still not backI" Close-ups reveal worried faces. A priest yells, "Get away from her! Or you'll be caught up in God's Judgment too!" as soldiers charge: "ARREST HER!" A woman cries, "THE BLASPHEMER HAS ENTERED GOD'S JUDGMENT GATE!!" Below, Luffy's group discusses: "Yes... I'm certain... It'll be all over if you wander the island and miss your chance to find him..." "Enel's going to... Show up for sure at the place where the golden bell is!I" "DON'T WORRY!" "Then..."

A girl wearing a thick winter hat and scarf stares ahead with a serious expression, sweat drops on her face. She declares, "I can sense two voices moving across this island." In a separate bubble she adds, "I can tell!" Below, a chaotic ruined cityscape shows a figure in a wide hat crouching amid debris and fallen structures while another person stands in the background. A voice states, "And Enel!" Another continues, "...I'm sure they're Nami." The bottom panel erupts with a close-up of Luffy's intense face, eyes wide and teeth gritted. He growls, "GOOD..." and then shouts, "TAKE ME THERE!"
