Inside the vast workspace filled with cranes and workers, the narration states, "IN DOCK 1, THE BEST CARPENTERS OF GALLEY-LA COMPANY..." Luffy, Usopp, Nami, and the others gaze in awe at the impressive facility. Luffy shouts, "WOW!!" as the scale of the shipyard overwhelms them.

Kalifa, a tall woman with glasses and a professional outfit, stands with Luffy and explains, "OF COURSE!! IN THIS TOWN, ONE'S SKILL IS EVERYTHING." Luffy reacts with surprise, "WOW. In the next panels a bearded man states, "EVEN IF WE PATCH IT AS MUCH AS WE CAN, THE PROBABILITY OF YOU MAKING IT TO THE NEXT ISLAND IS..." Nami gasps "AH..." with wide eyes while Luffy stares in shock, sweat drops visible, and Zoro looks on grimly with facial stitches.
