Amid the shattered stone halls of the ruined building, a lone figure stands in the distance while debris and smoke fill the air. A massive bandaged creature lies sprawled across the rubble, gasping in pain with "UUGH...!!" and "HAA" sounds escaping its mouth as another "HAA" and "...!!!" punctuate its labored breaths. A small speech bubble floats above with only "...". In the next sequence of panels the creature, still on the ground, questions the connection: "HAA... THERE'S A CONNECTION... BETWEEN YOU AND ME...!I" while a smaller figure nearby cries out "... ABSALOM-SAMA...". A woman with a veil sits nearby, eyes closed in a calm expression. The scene cuts to a close-up of Sanji, bloodied and furious, cigarette in mouth, as he declares "WHO TOOK AWAY ONE OF MY DREAMS." A voice confirms "THAT'S RIGHT." and continues "YOU ARE THE MAN..." Sanji reacts with a sharp "!I" as the weight of the accusation lands.

The bandaged giant Absalom looms over the scene, one massive foot planted amid the wreckage. He mutters "THIS IS SOME KIND OF MISTAKE... YOU AND I MET FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY." and "HAA... GRRR... I DON'T REMEMBER IT." while a close-up shows his clawed hand and the sound effect "+7,000". Sanji's legs appear in frame as he orders "TAKE THEM OFF...!!!" Absalom roars back, activating his power with "WITH THIS... 'HANDS OF THE DECEASED'!!!" and threatens "HAA... HAA...!!! I'LL BLOW YOU AWAY...!!!" while debris flies. In the following panels Sanji is shown mid-action, warning "DON'T YOU GET ITI IF NAMI-SAN GETS HURT BECAUSE OF YOUR CARELESS DESTRUCTION, I WON'T STOP UNTIL YOUR ORIGINAL FORM IS NO LONGER RECOGNIZABLE." Absalom reacts with shock "WHA...!I" as Sanji adds "... I TOLD YOU TO TAKE OFF THOSE BAZOOKAS YOU ARE HIDING." A final close-up captures Absalom's furious, stitched face with a sharp "!" reaction.

A massive explosion erupts as debris and smoke blast outward. A cloaked figure is hurled through the air amid the blast. Someone shouts, "...HUMPH!! THERE'S NO WAY THAT GUY KNOWS!!!" The impact sends the figure flying with a sharp "HYUU!!" In the next sequence, a skeletal, long-limbed figure leaps desperately, yelling "TO TAKE THOSE OFF!!!" A close-up shows a furious, dog-masked face snarling "I TOLD YOU....!!" The fight intensifies with a huge crash as the long-haired, masked fighter is slammed into machinery and rubble. Cross-shaped impact marks and flying debris fill the panel. The fighter reacts with shock, "!!I" as a small voice bubble reads "gotoll" amid the chaos.

Sanji, cigarette in mouth, analyzes the situation: "IT'S A KIND OF ATTACK YOU WOULD THINK OF." He continues, "...WELL, THAT'S ABOUT IT." Nearby, two shocked onlookers exclaim, "WHAT!I A BAZOOKA SUDDENLY APPEARED!!" The masked, long-haired man sits amid rubble and declares, "THAT'S YOUR ABILITY....!!" He explains his power: "ASIDE FROM MAKING YOUR BODY INVISIBLE... THE THINGS YOU TOUCH... CAN ALSO BE HIDDEN." A caption identifies him as "THE 'SUKE SUKE' FRUIT'S INVISIBLE MAN." Sanji stares in disbelief, "HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE....!I" and "WHO ARE YOU....!I" The man replies, "I KNOW ALL OF THEM.......!!" and "THE THINGS YOU CAN DO."

In the ruined stone hall of Enies Lobby, Sanji stands with his back to the viewer while Absalom lies battered on the floor. Absalom begins, "I WASN'T REALLY INTERESTED IN ALL THAT BULLSHIT THAT TALKED ABOUT CURSES OF THE OCEAN, BUT..." A flashback panel shows a young Absalom reading: "FROM THE BIG ILLUSTRATED BOOK OF 'DEVIL'S FRUIT' I OPENED WHEN I WAS LITTLE..." He wonders aloud, "...HAS THAT MAN MET ABSALOM-SAMA BEFOREI WHAT KIND OF RELATION IS THERE...I" Absalom continues, "BUT IN THIS WORLD, THERE'S ONLY ONE FRUIT OF EACH KIND. EVEN IF I WERE TO BE CURSED, I WANTED TO TRY EATING IT." Sanji listens silently, cigarette in mouth. Absalom recalls, "IF, DURING MY LIFETIME, I CAME ACROSS THIS FRUIT... THERE WAS ONE ITEM THAT MOVED MY HEART." The panel cuts to Absalom's furious face as he roars, "HE IS FURIOUS~~~~!!! THAT'S WHY YOU, THE ONE WHO ATE THE 'SUKE SUKE FRUIT,' ARE THE ONE WHO CRUSHED ONE OF MY DREAMS!!!!" Absalom lunges forward in rage, declaring, "IF I HAPPENED TO COME ACROSS THE MAN THAT HAS THAT ABILITY... THAT DREAM OF MINE WOULD BE CRUSHED. DO YOU GET IT...!I I WANTED IT!! TO AT LEAST BECOME AN 'INVISIBLE MAN'!!!"

Absalom's massive lion-like head fills the panel as he rants, "HIS HEAD IS FILLED WITH PEEPING ON THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM!!! PEEP ON WO... NO, LIKE TRY TO BE USEFUL TO OTHER PEOPLE. IF THAT WERE TO HAPPEN, THEN WITH THAT ABILITY I COULD PEEP ON WO... NO, I WOULD TRY TO DO A LOT OF THINGS. I WENT AFTER MY DREAM!!" Absalom charges at Sanji, screaming, "I DON'T PLAN ON FORGIVING YOU!!! GET READY TO FORFEIT YOUR LIFE!!! FOR DRAGGING NAMI-SAN ALONG INTO THIS... I KNOW VERY WELL WHAT CAN BE DONE WITH THAT ABILITY!!! SHUT UP!!!...BUT THANKS TO ALL THOSE LONG YEARS OF SIMULATIONS,...!!!" Sanji stands ready as Absalom's attacks miss. In close-up, Absalom growls, "YOU PERVERTED BASTARD!!! ILLOGICAL AND STUPID!!! JUST WHEN I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING, YOU SPOUT SOME STUPID CONNECTION!!!"

The skull-faced zombie in a bowtie recoils in horror with mouth agape as the long-haired fighter lunges forward with a massive impact. "THE SAME GOES FOR YOU ~!!!!" the zombie cries. A voice yells back, "I DON'T WANT TO HEAR THAT FROM YOU!!!" The blow lands with a resounding "BUHOO!!!" In the next sequence, distant explosions rock the stone bridge and towers of Enies Lobby. "BUT IT'S THE SAME FOR BOTH OF THEM ~!!!" the long-haired fighter declares amid flying debris. Sanji stands firm in the foreground, eyes narrowed, and answers, "UNDERSTOOD! I WILL TURN THIS SUDDEN GRUDGE AND CONNECTION BACK AT YOU!!!" The fighter is hurled backward and crashes hard into rubble with a heavy "BASAH...!!"

A towering, muscular man in a horned helmet and black pants flexes powerfully in the center of the page. Narration and his own words boast, "THIS BODY, THE VERY UNIQUE AND ULTIMATE WILD PIECE OF ART...!!!!" "IT'S NOT JUST THE JAW OF A LION...!!!" "I HAVE THE SKIN OF AN ELEPHANT AND THE CONDENSED 300KG MUSCULAR STRENGTH OF A BEAR AND GORILLA!!!" "BESIDES THE ABILITY OF THE 'SUKE SUKE FRUIT,' I'M EQUIPPED WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART STRENGTH!!!" "ALL BY THE HAND OF DR. HOGBACK." A low growl escapes him: "GRRRRR...!!!" Below, the skull-faced zombie stares upward in shock. "HE'S RIGHT ---!!!" someone shouts as the long-haired fighter is struck again. "BOHE —!!!" The zombie adds, "BUT YOU STILL PEEPED ~!!!"

The cloaked Mystery Man snarls from the shadows, "BUT, THE LAST LAUGH WILL BE MINE...!!!" He adds, "THAT'S NO ORDINARY KICK; WITH HIS KICKS, HE IS SMASHING MY BODY AS IF IT WERE A NORMAL HUMAN BODY..." Sanji stands firm as the invisible foe vanishes again. The Mystery Man declares, "THERE'S NO BIGGER DEFEAT THAN THAT!!! I WILL EVEN TURN THE WOMAN YOU WANTED TO PROTECT INTO MY BRIDE!!" and taunts, "HAVE A TASTE OF THIS ABILITY YOU WANTED..." Sanji lunges forward with a powerful kick, shouting, "I'M NOT GIVING HER UP!!!" He accuses, "YOU INTEND TO MAKE NAMI-SAN INVISIBLE, DON'T YOU!II" The Mystery Man explains, "AT THAT TIME... HE DISAPPEARED ALONG WITH NAMI AND WE COULDN'T FOLLOW HIM ANYMORE." In the grand hall below, the Mystery Man growls, "IT'S USELESS... I'LL TEACH YOU THE POWER OF THE 'MYSTERY MAN'!!!" while Nami watches in alarm.

The Mystery Man growls, "GRRRRR... OH, FOR THAT WOMAN'S SAKE... YOU WANT TO BE A HUMAN SACRIFICE...!I FUFU, THEN TRY AND PROTECT HER." Sanji is hurled through the air by an unseen force. The Mystery Man laughs, "FUFUFUFU!!! DON'T LET GO OF THAT WOMAN...!!!!" and unleashes his powers, shouting the names of his techniques: "FOOT OF THE MYSTERY MAN" and "HAND OF THE MYSTERY MAN" as massive invisible strikes land with explosive impact. Sanji is slammed repeatedly. Nami cries out, "WAHAFU, SO YOU LET GO!! YOU COULDN'T BET ON YOUR LIFE!!!" The Mystery Man apologizes mockingly, "SORRY!!!... NAMI-SAN...!!!" as he drags her away while Sanji struggles on the floor.

Sanji kneels on the ground, blood dripping from his mouth and wounds as he clutches his sword. He mutters, "I cannot let it soil that snow-white dress..." and "Forgive me... hah... my blood," while struggling to rise. A woman's voice nearby gasps, "Ugh..." In the next sequence, Absalom looms with a grotesque, wide-open mouth, roaring at Sanji, "YOU ARE STILL GOING TO PEEP!!!I" Sanji, bloodied and determined, retorts, "I will peep on my own." Absalom continues his assault, declaring, "...I no longer have any affection for that dream...!!!" and "...You sure like to sneak around, invisible man." Sanji pushes forward, stating, "If I never become invisible anymore...! I no longer care..." Absalom mocks him with, "If you are made of a variety of beasts... I can make a very good minced meat...!!!" Sanji counters fiercely, "Nuh...!!!! Let go of me!!!" and "I can make a very good minced meat...!!!" while Absalom laughs, "Hehe... like hell I will, you fucking bastard..." The fight intensifies as Sanji is struck, with impact effects and the sound "BICHA..." marking the blow.

Kumashi spins wildly, striking again with "ドッドッドッドッ" as the bear zombie is sent flying, screaming "UWAH!!!" and "WUOH ~~~!!!" while additional cries of "WAH!!" and "WAH!!" fill the explosive dust cloud.

A small figure rockets forward shouting "HISSATSU! FLAME BALL!!!" while a panicked long-nosed fighter yells "TAKE THIS!!!" and "!!I" as the attack misses. The long-nosed man continues desperately, "EVEN THOUGH HE CAN'T REACH THE ZIPPER ON HIS BACK!! HE'S POWERFUL!!! THAT DAMNED STUFFED DOLL IS FAST." with "GOLO GOLO" sounds. A massive stitched bear-like zombie laughs "GYAH AHA, AS I THOUGHT, ZOMBIES ARE ZOMBIES." and "UOH!! IT WORKED!!!" as smoke erupts from an oil attack. The long-nosed fighter then declares victory: "IT'S MY RULING NOW!!" "I NO LONGER HAVE A WEAK IMAGE..." while background voices cheer "NAHAHAHA!! WITH THIS, I HAVE NO ENEMIES." "NA NA NA NA NAA NA ~~~!!" "GAHAHA, STUPID BEAR ~~~~" "THE 'YOU CAN'T COME OVER HERE' TECHNIQUE!!!" and "YOU CAN'T GET OVER HERE ANYMORE!!!"

A tall figure in a hat peers into a high stone corridor muttering "THIS PLACE IS REALLY HIGH..." "HMMI OUTSIDE THE WINDOWI NO... THERE'S NO WAY THAT'S POSSIBLE." and spots the Ghost Princess, exclaiming "I'M RIGHT HERE, NEGATIVE NOSE!!" "AND PUNISH THAT WEAKER-THAN-ME HORO HORO WOMAN... WHERE DID SHE..." "WELL, WELL, NOW IT'S TIME FOR ME TO GO..." Perona floats gracefully and retorts "DON'T LOOK DOWN ON THE GHOST PRINCESS, YOU FOOL!!" "I JUST MADE A PLAN TO FINISH YOU OFF!! AS LONG AS I DEFEAT YOU, THE OTHERS WILL BE POWERLESS!!" The man reacts in shock "EEH ~~~!!I" "Y-YOU, WHY ARE YOU FLYING!I DON'T YOU JUST CONTROL GHOSTS...!!I" "WHAT IS YOUR ABILITY, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!I" while her tiny ghost minion panics "WAIT, THIS WASN'T SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN!!!" and Perona chuckles "HORO HORO..."
