In D-Block, inside the S.A.D. production room, Law steps into the enormous industrial chamber. A map labels the location clearly: "D-BLOCK S.A.D. PRODUCTION ROOM." Pipes, vents, gauges, and chemical tanks crowd the room around him, making the space feel less like a simple laboratory and more like the core of a factory. Law stands alone before the machine he has been trying to reach since forming his alliance with Luffy. The silence is tense because every other crisis on Punk Hazard is now connected to this place: Caesar's weapons, Doflamingo's interests, and the balance of power outside the island.

Law smiles faintly before the S.A.D. machinery, while elsewhere the connecting passage between A and B-Blocks is sealed. The G-5 Marines shout over the alarm, "WAIT WAIT, DON'T CLOSE YET, GATE!!" and "THAT IMPOSTOR VERGO AND BIG BRO BLACK LEG ARE STILL INSIDE!!!" But the huge Section A barrier finishes closing with a crushing noise. Someone cries, "IT CLOSED!!" and another warns, "IT'S TOO LATE!! THE SPACE ON THE OTHER SIDE IS FILLED WITH THAT DEADLY GAS!!" The Marines shout for Sanji, "BLACK LEG!!" while a voice screams, "AHHH HHHHH HH!!" The trap has snapped shut behind them. Sanji and Vergo are now cut off in the poisoned space, while Law reaches the production room that makes all of Caesar's and Doflamingo's plans possible.

The emergency broadcast continues through the lab. "ATTENTION ALL BLOCKS," it announces. "I REPEAT!! THE TRAITOR, TRAFALGAR LAW, IS CURRENTLY..." The G-5 Marines react in confusion and fear as the message mixes with the disaster around them. Robin stands under a "SHUDDER" sound, silent and watchful, while the Marines shout, "BIG BRO BLACK LEG!!!" and "BRO-CHAN...!!" Then Sanji bursts back through the chaos, carrying Tashigi in his arms and snapping at the relieved soldiers. They cry, "OHH AHHHH H!!" "BLACK LEG BRO-CHAN!!" "THANK GOD YOU'RE ALIVE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!" and "UOHHH BLACK LEG!!!" Sanji, still angry and battered, yells, "SHUT UP, YOU IDIOTS!!!" even as he blushes over Tashigi, calling her "...cute Marine girl-san" with a heart. He has survived the sealed passage, rescued Tashigi, and returned to the group despite the gas and Vergo.

Sanji tries to restore order while the Marines fuss over him. He tells them, "LISTEN UP! WHEN IT COMES TO CHEERING ME ON I ONLY WANT TO HEAR FEMININE VOICES!!" and then snaps, "SHUT UP!! I ONLY WANT FEMALES WORRYING ABOUT ME!!" when the men ask, "HEY, BLACK LEG, DID HE MANAGE TO WOUND YOU?" and say, "THAT WAS BAD IF THE FIGHT HAD KEPT GOING LIKE THAT..." Tashigi pushes through their denial: "D-DON'T BE STUPID!! AS IF THAT BASTARD WAS OUR VICE ADMIRAL VERGO!!" A Marine asks, "HE WAS AN IMPOSTOR!! ISN'T THAT RIGHT, CAPTAIN-CHAN?" and another says, "BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT SUPERIOR OF YOURS!? HIS EXPRESSION SUDDENLY CHANGED AND HE RAN OFF SOMEWHERE." Tashigi answers with hard clarity: "OF COURSE!! THE REAL VERGO IS LIKE A PARENT TO YOU GUYS...!!! HE'D NEVER DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT!! BUT NEVERMIND THAT, HURRY ALONG SO THAT WE CAN SAVE THE CHILDREN AND ESCAPE." The group agrees, "ALRIGHT!!!" and "YEAH...!!" while elsewhere in B-Block a laugh rises: "FU-FU-FU-FU..." The broadcast reaches the crucial point: "SO LAW... WITH THE S.A.D.!? ...YES. WITH THIS, WE CAN CONFIRM HIS BETRAYAL...!!!"

The scene shifts to the New World, Dressrosa. Donquixote Doflamingo lounges in luxury, surrounded by attendants, and laughs, "AS I THOUGHT!! FU-FU-FU-FU!!!" He speaks of Law with chilling familiarity: "I THINK OF HIM AS A LITTLE BROTHER!! AND NOW, EVEN THOUGH I TOOK CARE OF HIM FOR SO LONG AS HE WAS GROWING UP..." Then his tone hardens: "WHAT A PITY." Vergo, hearing the news from Punk Hazard, says, "I SEE. SO HE'S IN THE S.A.D. PRODUCTION ROOM...!!" The page reveals Doflamingo directly as the mastermind behind the forces moving on Punk Hazard. His title fills the spread: "DONQUIXOTE DOFLAMINGO (SHADOW BROKER 'JOKER')." Law's betrayal is not only Caesar's problem. It is personal to Doflamingo, who treats Law's move like a family betrayal and a direct threat to his underground system.

Doflamingo imagines how he would respond to Law's intrusion. He says, "I'D DESTROY THAT ROOM!!!" and then, with a cruel smile, adds, "IF IT WERE ME, WELL... FIRST..." His thoughts become violence on Punk Hazard: Vergo catches Sanji in a punishing exchange while Tashigi watches, dripping blood and panting. Explosions and impact tear through the passage, showing how quickly Vergo can turn his body into a weapon. BECAUSE CAESAR... IS THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD... WHO KNOWS HOW TO PRODUCE S.A.D." Doflamingo understands that the factory can be rebuilt only if Caesar survives, making the scientist a prize and a vulnerability at once. He adds, "...BUT IF THAT WERE TO HAPPEN I'D BE THE ONE WITH A PROBLEM, VERGO...!!" and asks, "AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I'VE GOT A PROBLEM?" At the bottom, a man fires a shot with "BANG!!" and the answer is a scream: "DEEEEN!" Doflamingo's point is simple. When his system is threatened, people are punished immediately and brutally.

Doflamingo continues the memory of his order with Baby 5 eating nearby and Buffalo listening. Buffalo says, "BABY-5, COOL YOUR JETS-EEN!! WHAT'RE YOU GOING AGAINST THE YOUNG MASTER FOR-EEN?" Baby 5 fumes, "THIS TIME... THIS TIME I WON'T FORGIVE HIM!! I'LL MURDER THIS ROTTEN BASTARD!!!" Doflamingo asks, "...DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS THEN?" and Baby 5 answers dramatically, "THEN!!? FU-FU-FU-FU-FU!!! WELL IT'D BE A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS!!" Trebol asks Doflamingo, "WHAT ARE YOU PLANNING TO DO, YOUNG MASTER? WITH THAT CUTE LITTLE LAW-CHAN?" Doflamingo answers that Law has already made his choice: "IT'S ALREADY DECIDED, RIGHT! THIS IS NO LESS THAN A REBELLION AGAINST US!!! DON'T YOU AGREE, YOUNG MASTER...!!" He tells Vergo, "I KNOW IT'LL BE HARD FOR YOU TOO, VERGO. BUT YOU'VE GOT TO DISPOSE OF LAW FOR ME WHILE HE'S STILL THERE." His final command is merciless: "MAKE HIM REGRET EVER BEING BORN INTO THIS WORLD... KILL HIM AS BRUTALLY AS POSSIBLE FOR ME!!!"

Vergo answers Doflamingo calmly: "ROGER THAT. I'LL EVEN TAKE A PICTURE OF HIS DEAD BODY AND SEND IT TO YOU, DOFFY." Doflamingo replies, "WELL, I'LL SLICE OFF AN EAR THEN." Vergo adds, "WITH THE CAMERA I JUST BOUGHT AT DRESSROSA." Doflamingo corrects him with deadpan cruelty: "BUT YOU DIDN'T BUY A CAMERA, DID YOU." Vergo pauses and says, "THAT'S RIGHT. I DIDN'T BUY A CAMERA." At Punk Hazard, Caesar's Den Den Mushi rings: "RING! RING!" He answers, "CAESAR, MONET, CAN YOU HEAR ME?" Caesar and Monet respond, "OHH, JOKER!!" and "YES, JOKER." Doflamingo says, "FU-FU-FU!! I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO IT." He tells them, "LAW IS A GIVEN, BUT BE SURE TO PAY SPECIAL CARE TO STRAWHAT...!! THAT BRAT... HE'S AWAKENED KING'S HAKI!! HIS POTENTIAL MAY BE EVEN GREATER THAN LAW'S...!!" Finally he announces his reinforcements: "I'VE GOT HERE A WOMAN OVERFLOWING WITH MOXIE-- BABY-5, AND BUFFALO. I'M SENDING THEM YOUR WAY. WHEN EVERYTHING'S SETTLED THERE, YOU'LL ALL COME TO DRESSROSA!!"

Back in B-Block, the Brownbeard bus is in trouble. A map labels the location: "IN B-BLOCK - THE PATRONS OF THE BROWNBEARD BUS." Momonosuke, still in dragon form, streaks through the air, and Zoro observes, "THIS GUY IS EVEN MORE OF A NUISANCE THAN THE GIANT DRAGON, EH. IT'S PRETTY QUICK...!!" Someone else shouts, "THIS IS NO TIME TO BE LYING DOWN!! STOP THAT DRAGON!!" Flames spread across the area as the dragon roars, "ROAR!!" and "ROAR!!" A blast explodes through the tanks: "BLAST." The group realizes the danger is not just the dragon itself. "B-BLOCK IS ALREADY A SEA OF FIRE!!!" someone cries. "IF WE DO NOTHING, THE TANKS IN THIS AREA WILL CATCH AND EXPLODE...!! THE OUTER WALL WILL BREAK, AND THE DEADLY GAS WILL FLOW IN FROM THE OUTSIDE!! AND THEN WE'LL ALL BE GONERS!!" The escape path is turning into another chain reaction of fire, explosion, broken walls, and Shinokuni.

Kin'emon reacts to the word "dragon" with personal fury. He steps forward and says, "NOW JUST A MOMENT, PEOPLE...!! UPON HEARING THE WORD 'DRAGON,' I CANNOT BE EXPECTED TO SIT IDLY BY...!!" His grudge is absolute: "I HOLD A GRUDGE AGAINST THEIR VERY EXISTENCE!! I PROMISE IT WILL FALL BY MY HAND!!!" Brook immediately tries to claim the prize for himself: "NO, NO, IT WILL BE ME! THERE'S NO WAY I CAN FORGIVE THAT DRAGON!!!" He explains, "DID YOU SEE IT!? HOW MALICIOUS HE WAS EARLIER!! HE RUSHED IN TO TAKE A BITE OUT OF ME, BUT...!!" and someone bluntly answers, "IT'S 'CAUSE YOU'VE GOT NO MEAT ON YOU TO EAT." Brook adds, "BONES ARE QUITE NUTRITIOUS, I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW!!! OK, GOT IT. I'LL KEEP THAT IN MIND..." The argument becomes ridiculous and heated. Brook claims, "NO, IT'S MINE!! IT SHALL BE MINE!!" while Kin'emon pleads, "KIN'EMON-SAN!! PLEASE ALLOW ME THIS ONE!!!" They bicker, "WHAT NONSENSE! STAND BACK, YOU!!!" "NO, MINE!!" "MINE!!" turning vengeance into a competition as the dragon keeps threatening the entire block.

Nami takes charge of the dragon problem with a practical attack. She clasps her hands and says, "WORK... WORK..." then commands, "NIN NIN NIN PLEASE WORK!!" Usopp asks, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING..." and Kin'emon declares, "MY SAMURAI IMPRESSION-- THAT'S MORE LIKE A NINJA." Nami's weather technique forms above the dragon and she releases "THUNDER TRAP!!!" Lightning crashes down around Momonosuke as he roars, "GURR RYYYYA HHH!!" and the group reacts to the blast. Usopp follows up, aiming his weapon and shouting, "TAKE THIS-- THE WORLD'S SMALLEST FLOWER!! SPECIAL GREEN STAR!!!" As the dragon moves, someone yells, "AH!! MY TARGET HAS...!!" and another reacts, "HUH!! SO THE BREAST-BAND GIRL IS A USER OF NINJUTSU!! STOP CALLING ME THAT!!" The page shows the Straw Hats treating the dragon as a serious threat but still misreading both the creature and each other's techniques in the confusion.

Usopp's Special Green Star bursts with "RAFFLESIA!!" and releases a huge flower-like trap. The dragon roars, "ROAR RRRR...!!!" and the attack goes off with "PUFF," but the situation becomes stranger. Someone shouts, "UOHH!! AND OF COURSE, THE GREAT TENGU GOBLIN IS PROFICIENT IN SORCERY!!!" Another asks, "WHO'S A GOBLIN!!" while a note explains that tengu are red-faced goblins known for their long noses. Robin calmly enters the fight with "Quarenta Fleur!!" and "Quatro Mano!" Her arms bloom into the air and seize the dragon. She commands, "HOLD!!" as even the courtesan uses "nin-jutsu," according to the confused onlookers. The dragon writhes and burns nearby while Usopp cries, "OHH! IT'S FALLING!! I'LL STOP IT!!" and someone else says, "NO. LEAVE THIS TO ME!!!" The team is gradually pinning the dragon despite the fire and panic around B-Block.

Kin'emon steps into the falling dragon's path with his sword drawn. Someone cries, "PLEASE, FOLLOW AFTER ME, SIR CORPSE!!!" while Brook is flung aside, and Kin'emon prepares his fire-cutting technique. He calls, "FOX FIRE STYLE" and then slashes with "BLAZE CLEAVER!" The dragon's flame attack is cut open in front of him, splitting around the blade as the group stares in shock. Kin'emon's grudge against dragons has become useful at exactly the right moment. The fire that threatened to spread through B-Block is severed rather than dodged, and the page makes his swordsmanship feel specialized for this disaster: against ordinary enemies it is skill, but against flame and dragons it becomes the perfect answer.

The others react to Kin'emon's flame-cutting power. Zoro watches and says, "HE CUT FIRE AGAIN." Brook praises him as "FABULOUS!!" while Kin'emon answers, "NOTHING OF THE SORT." The dragon keeps roaring, "GUR RYYAH HHH..." and one person mutters, "WHO ARE YOU CALLING A CORPSE!!" Brook, burned and battered, answers with comic politeness, "HMM? OH, RIGHT, I'M A CORPSE." A note explains the next attack as "Karyuu Issen," literally a flaming willow flash and also a pun on a red-light district name. Kin'emon unleashes "KARYUU ISSEN!!!" while Brook performs "GAVOTTE BOND EN AVANT!!" and the two attacks strike the dragon together. Kin'emon's blade and Brook's fencing cut through the creature's movement, turning the chaotic chase into a coordinated takedown.

The dragon finally goes down. The group shouts, "YOSHA!!" and "WE TOOK IT DOWN!!!" Someone yells at Kin'emon, "YOU!! PLEASE SAY, 'BONES ARE DELICIOUS'!!" while another urges, "GET ON, QUICKLY!!" Even fallen, the dragon still draws attention. One person says, "WHAT A PROVOKEFUL THING!! THIS DRAGON!!" and another notices the odd intensity of Kin'emon's anger. Nami asks, "I'VE GOT MY REASON, BUT KIN'EMON-SAN, WHY ARE YOU...!?" and says, "IT'S LIKE YOU'VE GOT A PERSONAL VENDETTA AGAINST THIS DRAGON!" Kin'emon answers through clenched teeth, "HAA HAA. A VENDETTA...!! THAT'S JUST ABOUT RIGHT, THAT IT IS!!" At that moment, someone calls, "HEY, LOOK!! OVER THERE...!!" and the mood changes. A huge shape moves nearby with "BUUOHHH!!!!" and Brownbeard, carrying the group, turns as others shout, "AHHH, PLEASE WAIT!!" and "HUH!?"

The huge figure is Chopper in Monster Point. Someone cries, "CHOPPER CHANGED INTO HIS MONSTER FORM!!!" and the page shows him towering over the lab, roaring "BUUOHHHHHH!!!" His massive body fills the space as he thrashes in front of the shocked group. Zoro asks, "WHAT THE HELL'S HE DOING!!" while the others stare in alarm. The scene then cuts to B-Block's second-floor examination room, where Chopper's checkup is complete. A staff member says, "TODAY'S CHECKUP IS ALL DONE. YOU CAN GO BACK TO THE BISCUIT ROOM NOW. THERE'LL BE CANDY THERE, TOO." Another asks, "HEY, NOW THAT YOU MENTION IT, WHERE'D THAT BOY GO?" The child answers with crucial information: "THE ONE WHO WENT INTO THAT 'SECRET ROOM' THAT WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO GO IN... THAT 'MOMONOSUKE' BOY, WHO TURNED INTO A LITTLE DRAGON...!!" The chapter closes by tying the dragon attack back to Kin'emon's missing son.
