Inside the Live Floor Skull Dome, a massive explosion erupts with the sound "わあああああああ!!" as debris flies everywhere. Narration states "...ONIWABANSHU AND MIMAWARIGUMI CAPTAINS HAVE BEEN BEATEN!!" Voices shout "HOW IS THIS POSSIBLEI! MOST OF THE..." and "ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE!!" In the next panels, Commander Hotei is struck with a heavy impact "くぉ!" while nearby Kaze-kage-sama and Daikoku-san suffer similar blows "ぐぉっ!!" A character observes "NOW I SEE WHY THE REST OF THE WORLD FEARS WANO. AND USED ITS POWER TO HIS ADVANTAGE!! HE ENDURED THE ICE DEMON TRANSFORMATION... SO THIS IS THE LEGENDARY POWER OF HYOGORO THE FLOWER!!"

Yatappe swings his weapon and yells "CLEAR YOUR MIND!! DO NOT HESITATE, YATAPPE!!" while Hyogoro is attacked amid cries of "BOSS HYOGORO!!" and "WAAAA AAAHH..." Hyogoro roars "I'LL DO IT!! I'LL DO IT NOW!!" and "I KNOW!! PLEASE GIVE ME A MOMENT!!" as his face transforms with "G R R R R...!!" Nearby fighters shout "BOSS YATAPPE!!" "BOSS OMASA!!" and "I CAN'T BE SAVED NOW!! I DON'T WANT TO... HURT YOU GUYS!!" One pleads "I'M ALSO AT MY LIMIT!! GET IT OVER WITH, TSUNAGORO!!" while another sobs "SOB UNGH... I CAN'T BLAME HIM... HE'S LIKE A FATHER TO US!!"

Panic spreads across the infected floor as figures clutch their heads and bodies, shouting that they are about to turn back into ice demons. "...ARE ABOUT TO TURN BACK INTO ICE DEMONS!!" "THE INFECTED ON THIS FLOOR..." A desperate voice cries out, "TANUKI-SAN, AREN'T THE ANTIBODIES READY YETI! DAMMIT!! THEY WON'T MAKE IT!!" Others confront their leader: "...YOU'RE QUESTIONING MEI!" "...WHY DO WE ALSO HAVE TO DIE FROM YOUR VIRUS TOOI!" "BOSS! WHY..." "PLEASE SAVE US, QUEEN-SAMA!!" In the chaos, Queen looms large, declaring, "THE ICE DEMON VIRUS IS MY MAGNUM OPUS!!" He snaps, "WHATI! SHUT YOUR MOUTH!! YOU WIMPS SHOULD KNOW YOUR PLACE!! IN FACT, YOU COULD SAY IT WAS CREATED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU GUYS!!" Debris and impact lines fill the air as the infected react in horror.

Queen continues his tirade, mocking the infected: "YOU'VE LOST YOUR CHANCE AT GAINING ABILITIES!! AND YOU, WAITERS!! NO MATTER HOW LONG YOU WAIT, THERE AREN'T ANY MORE SMILES COMING!" "NOW YOU'RE ONLY GOOD FOR A LAUGH! YOU PLEASURES WERE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO GAIN USEFUL ABILITIES, YOU LOST THAT GAMBLE!! THAT'S SO HEARTLESS! AHAHAHA!!" A massive dinosaur-like head looms as he adds, "BY BECOMING ICE DEMONS NOW!! YOU'LL BLOSSOM IN DEATH!! YOU LOSERS CAN ONLY BE USEFUL TO THE ALMIGHTY BEAST PIRATES... YOU'RE GONNA BE WAITERS FOREVER!!" One infected man protests, "YOU'RE TELLING US WE'RE MEANT TO DIEI!" Queen finishes with, "YOU GRUNTS ARE EASY TO REPLACE!! THAT'S RIGHT!!"

Queen rages, "I GAVE YOU ALL A CHANCE!! THAT ANTIBODY MIGHT BE ABLE TO SAVE A FEW OF YOU!!" The infected scream back, "THIS IS TOO CRUEL!! GYAHAAHAHA!! HOW COULD HE SAY THAT!!" One man yells, "I'M GONNA SURVIVE AND LEAVE THIS STINKIN' CREW!! KILL ALL THE ICE DEMONS! FRIEND OR FOE! DAMMIT!! I CAN'T DIE HERE!!" A samurai-like figure with a topknot fights through the chaos. Nearby voices debate, "THAT TANUKI'S ALSO A PIRATE, RIGHTI! DO YOU GUYS REALLY THINK... YOU SAMURAI ARE JUST AS BAD!! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE PROTECTING HEREI THEY MAY BE THE ENEMY, BUT THE WAY THEIR SUPERIORS TREAT THEM IS PITIFUL!!...HE'S QUICKLY MASS-PRODUCING THE ANTIBODYI! MUHAHAHA!! DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH! IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!!"

The argument continues as one figure retorts, "I DOUBT THAT!! TREACHERY IS A PIRATE'S JOB! HE'S NOT A BASTARD LIKE YOU!! MUHAHAHAHA!! I BET HE'S ALREADY TAKEN THE ANTIBODY HIMSELF AND BOLTED!" The infected wail in agony. Suddenly, loyal voices shout, "BOSS HYOGORO OOOOOOO!! THAT CAN WAIT UNTIL YOUR TIME COMES. HEHEHE... NO NEED TO BE IN SUCH A HURRY. UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN!! BOSS HYOGORO!! I'LL BE JOINING YOU IN DEATH SOON! BOSS!! BOSS HYO-GORO!!" Hyogoro stands firm amid the turmoil. A massive dinosaur head spits, "PSSSSHHH!!" as a swordsman lunges forward with, "STOP!!"

A small figure in a black hat and cloak bursts forward with wide sparkling eyes, shouting, "I MADE IT IN TIME!!" A voice nearby exclaims, "WHAT A RELIEF!!" In the next panels a samurai-like figure is engulfed in flames and smoke, grunting "URGH!!" as an off-panel voice warns, "YOUR BODY IS STARTING TO WARM UP!! IT'S A LITTLE PAINFUL... BUT YOU'RE GOING TO BE FINE!!" Another panel shows a shocked face yelling "OOOOOOHHHI!" while someone cries out "TANUKI-SAN!" Below, the cloaked figure desperately shouts, "MIYAGI, TRISTAN!! PLEASE HURRY!!" as a wounded man on the ground cheers, "YOU DID IT!! TANUKI-SAN, I KNEW YOU WOULD COME THROUGH!!" Smoke and debris swirl around the chaotic scene.

A massive cannon is aimed and fired with the cry "FIRE!!!" Someone yells "A CANNONI!" as the barrel glows. Chopper's voice announces, "CHOPPER-SENSEI, THE PREPARATIONS ARE COMPLETE!!" The weapon unleashes a huge blast labeled with massive SFX "ボッカァーーーン!!!" sending figures flying amid smoke and debris. Voices scream "ARGH!!" and "WAAAHH!!" while one shouts "WOAH!!" A large caption declares "CHOPPER'S PHAGE NEBULIZER!!" In the aftermath, confused Beast Pirates react with "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU UP TO, TANUKII!" as the smoke clears.

Chopper, still in his hat and cloak, declares, "AND SYNTHESIZED MY OWN COUNTER VIRUS BASED ON YOUR METHODS!!" and "SO I ANALYZED THE VIRUS... IT'S YOUR FOUL VIRUS AGAINST MINE!!" An enemy voice questions, "...ACQUIRE SUCH MEDICAL EXPERTISEI!" and "HOW DID A SECOND RATE PIRATE LIKE YOU..." Chopper continues, "IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO ADMINISTER AN INJECTION TO THEM ONE BY ONE. THERE ARE TENS OF THOUSANDS ON THIS FLOOR... THIS MEANS THE CURE IS INHALABLE SO EVERYONE CAN BE TREATED SIMULTANEOUSLY!!" The Beast Pirates react with shock: "YOU'RE BOUND TO LOSE CONTROL OF THEM EVENTUALLY!!" "VIRUSES SHOULDN'T BE WEAPONIZED!!" and "WHO THE HELL ASKED YOU TO BUTT IN ANYWAYI! YOU EVEN WENT AND CURED MY SUBORDINATES!!" One adds, "OUR CREW WAS ONCE SCATTERED ACROSS THE ENTIRE WORLD, BUT WE ALL USED THAT TIME TO HONE OUR SKILLS!!"

An ally warns, "TANUKI-SAN! WATCH OUT!!" as a massive figure looms, roaring, "WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AMI!" and "I'M NOT GONNA LISTEN TO A LECTURE FROM A TANUKI!!" Chopper is shoved aside with the shout, "WHAT ARE YOU DOINGI! GET OUT OF THE WAY!!" The large figure laughs "GYAHAHA!!" while others react with "THE PLEASURESI!" and "HUHI" A Beast Pirate yells, "THAN CONTINUE SERVING A CRAZY BOSS LIKE YOU!! ISN'T THAT RIGHT BOYSI!" Another retorts, "TANUKI-SAN SAVED THEM!! YOU ALMOST KILLED OUR BROTHERS!!" and "SHUT UP, QUEEN!!" The group declares, "WE'D RATHER DIE PROTECTING OUR SAVIOUR..."

A massive impact strikes as a horned, furry figure with a helmet roars in fury, "I'M NOT A TANUKI!!!" Nearby, a reptilian fighter with X-marked eyes reels back, shouting "UGH!!!!" In a side panel, the same horned warrior charges forward amid cheers: "YEEEAAAAAH!!! THANKS, TANUKI!!! COUNT ME IN!!" Another combatant snarls at a distant foe, "YOU LOUSY INGRATES!! DROP DEAD, QUEEN!!" The horned fighter presses the attack with "RAAAAAHHHAAAA!! WAY TO GO, TANUKI!!" Below, a group of allies bows in apology, crying "WE'RE SORRY!!" One figure adds, "BUT LET'S GET ONE THING STRAIGHT!! THANKS MARCO," while another urges, "NOW, GIVE HIM YOUR BEST SHOT!" A small creature nearby reacts with shock as the ground rumbles.

Inside the Right Brain Tower Castle, Momonosuke lies injured while a woman tends to him. He mutters, "I AM NOT... I FEEL DISGUSTED WITH MYSELF." She asks, "MOMONO-SUKE, ARE YOU ALRIGHT IN THEREI" A diagram notes the castle's crawl space above every floor. Momonosuke continues, "THERE'S A CRAWL SPACE..." Nearby allies react: one exclaims "HUHI" while another declares, "MOMONO-SUKE-SAMA, YOU'RE A SPLENDID YOUNG MAN!!" Momonosuke replies, "I REALLY HATE BEING LIKE THIS. BUT I'M A WEAK, PATHETIC, SPOILED FOOL!!" A woman adds, "EVERYONE IS EXPECTING SO MUCH FROM ME." Suddenly, a massive dragon-like creature bursts forth; the woman screams "WHAAAAAATI! AN EELI!" and "MOMONO-SUKE-SAMA!!" as the beast lunges with "SPLENDIDI!" Momonosuke cries out in pain, "WAAA AAHH!!"

In the Reception Room, Castle Interior, a flashback unfolds. Narration explains: "WHEN KAIDO WAS BEING HELD CAPTIVE BY THE NAVY, ONCE, BUT IT WAS RULED A FAILURE... SO IT WAS LEFT ON PUNK HAZARD. THE WORLD GOVERNMENT INTENDED TO SEIZE THE FRUIT. VEGAPUNK USED HIS LINEAGE FACTOR TO TRY AND SYNTHESIZE AN ARTIFICIAL DEVIL FRUIT." A man in a spotted hat and goggles concludes, "THAT'S ALL. I WAS JUST THINKING IT'S FORTUNATE THAT THE EXPERIMENT WAS A FAILURE." Another voice questions, "THERE WAS A MASSIVE EXPLOSION ON PUNK HAZARD. HOW IS THIS RELEVANTI" The response notes, "BUT A REPORT FROM GS INDICATES THAT THERE WAS STILL A RESEARCH FACILITY IN OPERATION UNTIL RECENTLY. IT WOULD BE CONVENIENT IF IT WAS DESTROYED THEN."

Outside a grand Wano-style building labeled with a sign, the scene shifts to a storeroom behind the castle tower. Inside, wounded fighters rest as one states, "I VAGUELY REMEMBER CATCHING A GLIMPSE OF A FAMILIAR FACE... BUT IT HAD TO BE A DREAM. THERE'S JUST NO WAY IT WAS REAL...!!!" Another replies, "...I DON'T KNOW." A bandaged figure asks, "WHO TREATED OUR WOUNDSI" while others groan in pain. Suddenly, a silhouette appears at the door; the group reacts with shock: "YOU GUYS LOOK LIKE YOU'VE TAKEN A BEATING!!" A swordsman declares, "HE STEPPED UP TO FIGHT KAIDO IN OUR STEAD...!!!" as "LUFFY-DONO!!" is shouted. The lead figure, scarred and intense, responds, "BUT THE REST OF THE ISLAND IS STILL AT WAR!! LET'S GO!! WE STILL HAVE SOME FIGHT LEFT IN US!!"

A towering figure in a white kimono and dark hat stands triumphantly on a wooden platform, arms crossed and laughing loudly. "YOU'VE ALL AGED QUITE A BIT!!" he declares. "I WAS HOPING OUR PATHS WOULD CROSS AGAIN!!" "WAHA HAHAHA!!" Massive impact effects and motion lines emphasize his presence. Below, a crowd of shocked onlookers stares up in disbelief. "ODEN-SAMA!!" one cries. "0..." another mutters. "HUH!I" several gasp. A small box notes "THEY CAN'T BELIEVE THEIR EYES!!" The bottom of the page shows the One Piece logo and chapter information.
