The cloaked figure is confronted: BUT WHO ARE YOU!I YOU'RE REALLY STRONG, OLD MAN!! PLEASE FORGIVE MY RUDENESS... YOU... BUT NO, IT COULDN'T BE... The straw-hatted figure stands in the doorway as the scarred man reacts with surprise.

The scarred man smirks and refuses to answer: THAT I WILL NOT SAY....HEH HEH. WHO AM II...IT IS FOR BOTH OUR SAKES. Luffy and the bearded man react with surprise as the door slams. A white-haired man with sunglasses comments: EITHER WAY... HE'S NO ORDINARY GUY... The bearded man lights a cigar and wonders: FOR BOTH YOUR SAKES!I THINK HE'S SOMEONE WITH A REAL BAD REPUTATION...I

In the crowded streets of Dressrosa, thick dust and smoke fill the air as panicked citizens discover their belongings have vanished. "IT MUST HAVE BEEN HIDING FROM PLAIN SIGHT...", one man shouts. "CRAP, SOMEONE TOOK MY JACKET!!" another yells, while others cry out, "WHERE IS MY WALLETI", "AH!! MY BAG'S GONE!!", and "MY WATCH!!". A bearded swordsman stares in shock at his empty scabbard, muttering, "WHAT IS ITI", "I'M ONE SHORT!!", "NNNN!I". Spotting a familiar figure in the chaos, he wonders, "...!I THE OLD MAN FROM BEFOREI WAS HE SOME KIND OF PICK-POCKETI". Nearby, a man in a cap questions the crowd, "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUTI YOU MEAN SOME GUY NAMED FAIRY STOLE OUR THINGSI". A voice explains, "A FAIRY HAS TAKEN IT ALL AWAY. LOOKS LIKE WE'VE ALL BEEN HAD." Suddenly the bearded swordsman roars in alarm, "WHAT!II THE TREASURE OF WANOKUNI!I" as another voice cries, "'SHUSUI' IS MISSING!!".

The bearded swordsman lunges forward, shouting, "STOP INDEED, THAT HE SHOULD!! THAT SWORD IS WANOKUNI'S NATIONAL TREASURE!!". A voice retorts, "HUH!I MY SWORD ISI IT'S NOT YOURS, THAT IT'S NOT!!". An unseen narrator explains, "SINCE OLDEN TIMES, THESE FAIRIES-UNSEEN BY THE NAKED EYE- HAVE BEEN THE GUARDIAN DEITIES OF DRESSROSA." A white-haired man with sunglasses glares intensely and declares, "HMPH. THAT'S FINE. AS LONG AS YOU'RE READY TO LOSE!! I CHALLENGE YOU TO A DUEL, SO THAT I MAY RECLAIM SHUSUI FOR WANOKUNI!!". The bearded swordsman grips his recovered blade and growls, "YOU'VE BEEN GREEDY...FAIRIES!!" as the white-haired man fixes a piercing "GLARE" on the scene.

Chaos erupts as a figure dashes away. "HEY ZORO, WHERE'RE YOU GOINGI" someone calls out amid cries of "KYAH!", "WAH!", and "BUT YOU WON'T GET AWAY!!". IT'S LIKE I SAID!! OF COURSE I REMEMBER BEING ORDERED TO CHASE AFTER THOSE SA-MURAI". In close-ups, the bearded swordsman, white-haired man, and another figure react with shock: "WHAT A WASTE. An announcer's voice booms, "LADIES, GENTLEMEN, AND TOYS OF ALL AGES!!" Inside, chaos erupts as a fighter is struck, screaming "GY AA HHHHH HHHH!!" Spectators shout "PEOPLE FIGHTING TO THE DEATH... IT'S NOT SOMETHING FOR CHILDREN TO SEE...!! GO HOME!!" and "LET US IN!! THAT HURT!! WE WANNA WATCH TOO!!" A large man with a topknot raises his arms, declaring "WILL BE A SPECTACLE INDEED!!" while the crowd roars and the arena floor is revealed with the narration "THE EVENT TODAY..."

BUT WE'RE NOT HANDING OVER THIS RARITY THAT EASILY!!" The Mera Mera no Mi is held high as the audience reacts with shock and excitement, including "KYAH HHHHH HH" and "BZZZZZ" from a screen.
