Rocket Man!!

On the sea train, Spandam savors what he thinks is his greatest opportunity. "This is my biggest chance yet!!!" he says, adding, "It's all thanks to Aokiji, who gave us permission to use the Buster Call...!!!" He imagines the scale of that force: "5 lieutenant generals from Marine Headquarters, and a fleet of ten warships!!!" An elephant-like Den Den Mushi shrieks, "BRREEEEEE...!!" and Spandam says, "There is no force greater than that!!!" He boasts that "Nico Robin, whom the government has sought after for 20 years, has fallen into the hands of CP9 so easily," and that "Tom's disciple, Cutty Flam... who has the blueprint of Pluton" is also being escorted.

Spandam keeps talking, thrilled by the idea that the two people connected to the ancient weapon are already aboard. "They say the world is vast... but I have, in my custody, the only 2 people able to resurrect the ancient weapon!!! They're here on the sea train... and coming to me!!!" Franky laughs wildly, "WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" while Robin, calm but grave, thinks, "A weapon that can destroy the world is coming...!!!" The train barrels on, carrying CP9, Robin, Franky, and the danger of Pluton toward Enies Lobby.

The sea train roars over the water while chaos trails behind Sanji. The 7th car has been cleared, and in the 6th car freight, bodies and debris lie scattered where Sanji fought through. He is no longer sneaking; he is advancing from car to car through the government escort, leaving defeated men behind him as the storm pounds the train and the route ahead remains blocked by stronger enemies.

Sanji kicks through another enemy and sends him crashing with a shout of "FRITE!!!!" The blow throws the man across the car while shocked voices cry, "!!!?" Outside, the train screams forward: "WOOO!!" A government agent is crushed against the car with a crunch, and the wreckage of Sanji's path makes clear that he has been cutting through the escort alone, one car at a time.

Usopp and Franky run into Sanji and shout, "Sanji!! What're you doing here on the sea train!!?" Sanji answers, "Actually... that's what I'd like to ask you, you... ah, I don't know your name, but... you there." Franky says, "That was so obvious..." The room around them is full of strange equipment and Den Den Mushi. Usopp spots one and cries, "Woo!! There's the Denden Mushi!! Finally, I can contact Nami-san!" Sanji notices, "Thank God, there's a few here." He asks, "Is this place also the communication room?" and comments that the men earlier only had "useless crap" like "masks, and costumes, and stuff." Looking at Franky and Usopp together, he realizes, "You guys... are pirate comrades... were."

Franky introduces himself with pride: "I'm the hidden boss of Water Seven!! Franky the dismantler!!" The meeting immediately turns into an argument. Sanji snarls, "You're Franky!!! You bastard!!! You sure did a number on our long nose back then!!!" Franky fires back, "He did save Merry at one point!" and Usopp shouts, "Bastard--!!! You'll regret it when I get out of this crap!!!" Sanji asks how many pieces Franky wants to be chopped into, while Usopp pleads, "Hey, hey, wait a minute!! A lot's happened since then!!!" Then, with perfect bad timing, he adds, "Oh yeah... Merry!!!!" and sinks back into despair as Franky asks him to get out of the restraints.

Sanji snaps, "Why would I do that? You should stay that way till you rot, octopus." Franky protests, "Bastard! Don't take advantage of me 'cause I'm being polite!" Usopp shouts, "Hey, guys, stop it!! If we don't hurry..." The train rocks violently; if they keep fighting, "we'll be discovered!!!" In the next car, Marines stare at the disturbance and then call out in alarm when they see a fallen officer: "Ah! Captain T-Bone!!" The danger ahead is closing in fast.

Back in Water Seven, Aqua Laguna swallows the city in roaring walls of water. At the "Inner Garbage Disposal Area, old railroad warehouse," people stare at a sealed place that has not been touched for years. Someone says, "This warehouse has been abandoned for 8 years. The train hasn't been touched in 12 years." Another warns, "Hey, that's bad!!!" and Iceburg notes, "It might not work anymore! Ngagaga!" But the door is opened anyway. Luffy sees what is inside and yells, "Whoa!!! There it is!!! It's cool!!!" Kokoro grins, but Iceburg says first, "First off, it's not a good thing!"

Inside the warehouse stands a sharp-nosed engine. Iceburg explains, "The name's 'Rocket Man.' It can't carry any passengers on it... 'cause it's a runaway sea train." Luffy exclaims, "Hey!?" and recognizes Iceburg: "It's Ice-ossan!!!" Kokoro says, "Straw Hat... so you were safe... just like the pirate girl said." Iceburg replies, "I see you're still alive, Iceburg. What're you doing here...?" The others stare at the engine in amazement: "Runaway sea train!?" "The shark's head was just a joke though." "It looks so fast~~~!!!"

Iceburg understands why Luffy came: "...If I'm here, I must've had the same idea you had." Kokoro laughs, "Ngagaga!! We just can't leave idiots be." Iceburg hands over the train: "Use it. I've prepared it for you... It has water and coal, it's gathering steam now." Luffy beams, "Ossan prepared it for us!!" But Iceburg warns them, "The Rocket Man is a failure prototype that was built before the Puffing Tom. No matter how you adjust the steam rate, you just can't slow it down, so... you'll easily lose control. I can't guarantee your safety."

Luffy accepts immediately: "Okay!!! Thanks, Ice-ossan!!" The group rushes to board. Kokoro calls, "Bagan, let's go as soon as Nami gets here!!!" and the others answer, "Yeah!! Let's go, guys, get on!!" Zoro tells Luffy, "You've lost too much blood," and asks, "Luffy, are you ok? You've been wobbly since earlier..." Luffy insists, "Yeah, I can't maintain my strength right now... If only I had some meat." Chopper scolds him, "Why can't you eat it here?" and "Why would I eat that much?!" while the launch grows urgent.

Nami arrives late and shouts, "Sorry I'm late!!!" Luffy snaps, "Nami!! Hey, what're you doing?! Get on, stupid!!!" She is startled by the engine: "Wow, is that a sea train, too!?" and the others are just as surprised: "There's another one!?" At once, Nami sees the food piled inside: "Meat and sake." Luffy, already eating, says, "Sorry I complained!!!" Nami asks, "Where were you!? Who's the one that said there wasn't any time!? What's all that stuff!?" Kokoro points her to the rail: "If you go through the water tunnel out to sea, and latch on to the rails, you'll make it. It's alright, I'm the more veteran pilot. You just rest for now." Iceburg adds, "Thanks a lot... Chimney should be playing around here, so take care of them."

Just as the Straw Hats are about to leave, the Franky Family appears at the entrance, bruised and desperate. They shout, "Straw Hat!!!" Nami recognizes them: "The Franky Family!!" and Zoro mutters, "At a time like this...!" One of them cries, "Please!!! Take us with you!!!! We heard from the guys at Galley-La that bro's going to Enies Lobby!! He's being escorted by the government!!! We want to go after them but... we can't get past Aqua Laguna!!!!"

Kokoro warns them, "You'd be going against the world government though..." The Franky Family does not care. They shout, "We don't care who it is!!!" "We're getting our bro back!!!" and "We'd throw our lives away for our bro!!!" They beg, "Please!! We're begging you!!! We want to save our bro!!!" Nami snaps, "You've gotta be joking!!! Do you realize what you've done to us!!?" Luffy listens, pauses for only a beat, and then decides. His answer blasts across the room: "Get on!!!! Hurry!!!"

The Franky Family collapses in gratitude: "Thank you!!! We'll remember this!!!!" Others shout, "Straw Hat...!!!" and "Hey, Luffy!!!" Luffy just grins: "It's cool." They explain their plan: "We don't have to get on!! We'll just follow you guys out... using our King Bull. We just need to get it attached to the back of the train!!!" They call, "Thank you!!! Later!!!" Below, an exhausted Iceburg coughs beside the bed, while the Franky Family cheers, "Yay!! Let's go rescue bro!!!" Kokoro gives the final push: "Ngagagaga... Then, let's go."

Rocket Man erupts from the warehouse and launches into Aqua Laguna, its shark-like nose cutting through the violent water. Luffy stands aboard and declares, "We're gonna get everything back!!!" On the platform, Iceburg warns, "You pirates better not get thrown off!!!" The departure is announced in the storm: "Now leaving Water Seven, destination: Enies Lobby. Runaway sea train, Rocket Man!!" Zoro and Nami watch grimly, but Luffy answers with fierce joy: "Good!!! Let's go!!!"
