Rocket Man!!

Close-up of Spandam in his mask, declaring, "IT'S ALL THANKS TO AOKIJI, WHO GAVE US PERMISSION TO USE THE BUSTER CALL...!!!" and "THIS IS MY BIGGEST CHANCE YET!!!". The scene shifts to a grand hall where an elephant stands beside a throne. Spandam continues, "THERE IS NO FORCE GREATER THAN THAT!!!". A voice asks, "RIGHT, FUNKFREEDI". Another states, "5 LIEUTENANT GENERALS FROM MARINE HEADQUARTERS, AND A FLEET OF TEN WARSHIPS!!!". Spandam sits on the throne, munching, as narration explains: "ALONG WITH THAT, TOM'S DISCIPLE, CUTTY FLAM... WHO HAS THE BLUEPRINT OF PLUTON, ALSO BEING ESCORTED. NICO ROBIN, WHOM THE GOVERNMENT HAS SOUGHT AFTER FOR 20 YEARS, HAS FALLEN INTO THE HANDS OF CP9 SO EASILY."

Spandam continues speaking from his seat: "THEY'RE HERE ON THE SEA TRAIN... AND COMING TO ME!!!" and "BUT I HAVE, IN MY CUSTODY, THE ONLY 2 PEOPLE ABLE TO RESURRECT THE ANCIENT WEAPON!!! THEY SAY THE WORLD IS VAST...". A large impact SFX "ゴォォォォォ...!!!" shakes the train car. Inside the luxurious cabin, Spandam laughs wildly, "WAAHA HAHAHA HAHA HA!!! AH-CHOO!!!" while another passenger chuckles, "WAHA HAHA HAHA HA!!!". A woman with dark hair thinks, "A WEAPON THAT CAN DESTROY THE WORLD IS COMING...!!!" as the sea train barrels forward.

The sea train races through stormy skies with massive SFX "ブゴォォォォ..." and "オォォォ..." as smoke billows and the engine roars "WOOWOOO...!". Inside the cars, chaos erupts. The 7th car (last car) shakes violently with impact lines and debris flying. Passengers are thrown about. In the 6th car, a swordsman with a long weapon clashes with another figure amid overturned furniture and scattered bags. A sign labels the cars as the train hurtles onward.

A masked figure with a long nose and goggles is struck hard, shouting "COL-LIER..." as the impact lands. The blow sends the figure flying backward in a dramatic explosion of motion lines and debris, with "FRITE!!!!" and "!!!I" marking the shock. Below, a wild-haired man with a mask screams in terror "WOOOWOO!!" as the sea train barrels forward, ending with a heavy "CRUNCH!" on the tracks.

Sanji stands smoking and addresses an unseen person: "THAT'S WHAT I'D LIKE TO ASK YOU, YOU... AH, I DON'T KNOW YOUR NAME, BUT... YOU THERE. THAT WAS SO OBVIOUS..." A voice replies "ACTUALLY....." On the sea train, someone yells "SANJI!! WHAT'RE YOU DOING HERE ON THE SEA TRAIN!!I" Inside the car, Sanji examines a Den Den Mushi and says "LIKE MASKS, AND COSTUMES, AND STUFF. THE GUYS EARLIER JUST HAD USELESS CRAP, IS THIS PLACE ALSO THE COMMUNICATION ROOMI THANK GOD, THERE'S A FEW HERE. WOO!! THERE'S THE DENDEN MUSHI!! FINALLY, I CAN CONTACT NAMI-SAN!" Masked figures sit nearby. A large man growls "YOU GUYS... ARE PIRATE COMRADES..." while another asks "WHO THE HELL ARE YOUI" and voices murmur "..... WERE."

Franky glares and declares "FRANKY THE DIS-MANTLER!! I'M THE HIDDEN BOSS OF WATER SEVEN!!" Sanji retorts angrily "BASTARD ~!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT WHEN I GET OUT OF THIS CRAP!!! HE DID SAVE MERRY AT ONE POINT! HEY, HEY, WAIT A MINUTE!! A LOT'S HAPPENED SINCE THEN!!! YOU SURE DID A NUMBER ON OUR LONG NOSE BACK THEN!!! YOU'RE FRANKY!!! YOU BASTARD!!! HOW MANY PIECES DO YOU WANNA BE CHOPPED INTO!I" Franky snaps back while Sanji looks downcast. A small masked figure adds ".....!!! OH YEAH... MERRY......!!!" Sanji mutters "COULD YOU PLEASE JUST GET ME OUT OF THISI HEY, HEY, WAIT. NOW'S NOT THE TIME TO BECOME DEPRESSED."

Franky and Sanji continue brawling inside the car as Sanji shouts "HEY, GUYS, STOP IT!! IF WE DON'T HURRY... BASTARD! DON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME 'CAUSE I'M BEING POLITE! WHY WOULD I DO THATI YOU SHOULD STAY THAT WAY 'TILL YOU ROT, OCTOPUS!" Impact lines and "バチバチ...!!" show their clash. Masked passengers sit quietly while marines stare ahead. Outside the speeding sea train, motion lines and "ゴォオオオオオオ" emphasize its speed with the warning "WE'LL BE DISCOVERED!!!" A marine spots someone and yells "AH! CAPTAIN T-BONE!!" as T-Bone's back is shown with his sword.

Massive waves crash around the towering city of Water Seven as dramatic sound effects echo across the page. In the abandoned underground brick warehouse area, a group gathers near the old train tracks. Someone shouts, "HEY, THAT'S BAD!!!" Another voice laughs, "IT MIGHT NOT WORK ANYMORE. NGAGAGA!" A third notes, "THE TRAIN HASN'T BEEN TOUCHED IN 12 YEARS." A fourth adds, "THIS WAREHOUSE HAS BEEN ABANDONED FOR 8 YEARS." A sign labels the location: "INNER GARBAGE DISPOSAL AREA, THE BRICK WAREHOUSE." Someone calls out, "HEY, IT'S UNDERGROUND!!" Luffy stares with a blank expression, muttering "......" while a large curly-haired man with a grin declares, "FIRST OFF, IT'S NOT A GOOD THING!" Luffy suddenly reacts with wide eyes and an open mouth, yelling "WHOA!!!......!! THERE IT IS!!! IT'S COOL!!!" Nearby, a figure with a sword on his back says, "HMI IT'S OPEN..." as another voice replies, "I HAVE A KEY FOR THE LOCK ON THE FRONT DOOR..."

Luffy reacts with surprise, shouting "HEY!I" as a door clicks open. A large shark-faced steam locomotive labeled "ROCKET MAN" dominates the scene. Narration explains, "IT CAN'T CARRY ANY PASSENGERS ON IT... 'CAUSE IT'S A RUNAWAY SEA TRAIN." A bold speech bubble declares, "THE NAME'S 'ROCKET MAN.'" Iceburg appears in profile, exclaiming "IT'S ICE-OSSAN!!!" Franky stares in shock. Iceburg speaks to the group: "I SEE YOU'RE STILL ALIVE, ICEBURG." Luffy and others react as voices note, "JUST LIKE THE PIRATE GIRL SAID......" and "STRAW HAT... SO, YOU WERE SAFE......" The crew including Chopper and Usopp cheer with "NYA! NYA!" and "WOW!!" while Franky yells, "IT LOOKS SO FAST~~~!!!" A voice adds, "THE SHARK'S HEAD WAS JUST A JOKE THOUGH." Someone exclaims, "RUNAWAY SEA TRAIN!I"

Franky laughs wildly, "NGA GAGA!!" while Iceburg says, "WE JUST CAN'T LEAVE IDIOTS BE." and "...IF I'M HERE, I MUST'VE HAD THE SAME IDEA YOU HAD." In the large chamber, Iceburg sits on crates and states, "I'VE PREPARED IT FOR YOU... IT HAS WATER AND COAL, IT'S GATHERING STEAM NOW." A click sounds as he continues, "USE IT." Close-up, Iceburg warns while adjusting the controls, "NO MATTER HOW YOU ADJUST THE STEAM RATE, YOU JUST CAN'T SLOW IT DOWN, SO... YOU'LL EASILY LOSE CONTROL. I CAN'T GUARANTEE YOUR SAFETY." Luffy stares in awe as Iceburg adds, "THE ROCKET MAN IS A FAILURE PROTOTYPE THAT WAS BUILT BEFORE THE PUFFING TOM." and "CELEBRATE AFTER YOU SURVIVE." A voice calls, "OSSAN PREPARED IT FOR US!!"

Luffy beams with a huge grin, shouting "THANKS, ICE-OSSAN!!" and "OKAY!!!" In the background, someone yells, "BAASAN, LET'S GO AS SOON AS NAMI GETS HERE!!!" while another calls, "YEAH!! LET'S GO, GUYS, GET ON!" The crew rushes aboard the Rocket Man. Luffy struggles on the ladder, complaining "WHY CAN'T YOU EAT IT HEREI" and "WHY WOULD I EAT THAT MUCHI!" as he pants "HAA HAA" with sound effects. Chopper urges, "HURRY, THIS WAY!!" while noting, "YOU'VE LOST TOO MUCH BLOOD." Sanji adds, "LUFFY, ARE YOU OK!I YOU'VE BEEN WOBBLY SINCE EARLIER..." Luffy replies weakly, "...... IF ONLY I HAD SOME MEAT...... YEAH, I CAN'T MAINTAIN MY STRENGTH RIGHT NOW..." Someone calls, "UNG... OOPS." as Luffy falls with a "THUNK..."

On the stone platform inside the tunnel, Nami stands surprised as suited men nearby react with equal shock. "...ERM, WE'RE AS SURPRISED AS YOU!" one exclaims while another blurts, "WOW, IS THAT A SEA TRAIN, TOO!II" and "THERE'S ANOTHER ONE!I" Nami points forward, startled. From the moving sea train, voices shout urgently: "NAMI!!! HEY, WHAT'RE YOU DOINGI! GET ON, STUPID!!!" and "SORRY I'M LATE!!!" Nami leaps aboard. Inside the crowded car filled with food and drink, she apologizes, "SORRY I COMPLAINED!!!" A crew member replies simply, "MEAT AND SAKE." An angry voice demands, "WHERE WERE YOU!!!I WHO'S THE ONE THAT SAID THERE WASN'T ANY TIME!!I WHAT'S ALL THAT STUFF!I" Nami holds up a bag, answering, "HERE." The veteran pilot, a bandaged man in a cap, tells her, "THANKS A LOT..... YOU JUST REST FOR NOW. IT'S ALRIGHT. I'M THE MORE VETERAN PILOT. AND LATCH ON TO THE RAILS, YOU'LL MAKE IT. IF YOU GO THROUGH THE WATER TUNNEL OUT TO SEA, CHIMNEY SHOULD BE PLAYING AROUND HERE, SO TAKE CARE OF THEM."

The massive sea train barrels forward as the Franky Family stares in shock. "HAA" sound effects punctuate their heavy breathing. A large panel shows the family members with mouths agape. From the distance someone yells, "STRAW HAT!!!" Close-ups reveal sweat and tension: ".....!!" "HAA" "AT A TIME LIKE THIS....." Nami sweats heavily while Luffy and another crew member glare. "THE FRANKY FAMILY!" Nami realizes. "THESE GUYS..." A massive close-up of a Franky Family member with wild hair and goggles screams desperately: "HE'S BEING ESCORTED BY THE GOVERNMENT!!! WE WANT TO GO AFTER THEM BUT... WE CAN'T GET PAST AQUA LAGUNA!!!!" He begs, "PLEASE!!! TAKE US WITH YOU!!!! WE HEARD FROM THE GUYS AT GALLEY-LA THAT BRO'S GOING TO ENIES LOBBY!!"

The Franky Family continues pleading desperately. "WE'D THROW OUR LIVES AWAY FOR OUR BRO!!!" "WE'RE GETTING OUR BRO BACK!!!" "WE DON'T CARE WHO IT IS!!!" One member adds, "YOU'D BE GOING AGAINST THE WORLD GOVERNMENT THOUGH..." They bow and beg, "PLEASE!! WE'RE BEGGING YOU!!! WE WANT TO SAVE OUR BRO!!!" Nami stands with hands on hips, shouting angrily, "DO YOU REALIZE WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO US!!!I YOU'VE GOTTA BE JOKING!!!" Luffy, seen in profile under his straw hat, stays silent at first. Then his face erupts in a huge close-up with wide eyes and open mouth as he yells with impact effects, "HURRY!!! GET ON!!!!" The crew reacts with shock, "!!I"

The Franky Family bows deeply in gratitude. "THANK YOU!!! WE'LL REMEMBER THIS!!!!" Luffy grins widely as Nami stands beside him. "HEY, LUFFY!!!" someone calls. Luffy replies, "IT'S COOL." The family cheers, "STRAW HAT.....!!!!" Later, outside the station, the sea train known as the King Bull is prepared. A family member explains, "WE JUST NEED TO GET IT ATTACHED TO THE BACK OF THE TRAIN!!! USING OUR KING BULL. WE'LL JUST FOLLOW YOU GUYS OUT... WE DON'T HAVE TO GET ON!!" Sound effects show the train moving: "RUSTLE..." "KAFF" "KAFF" Inside, the family pumps themselves up. "YAY!! LET'S GO RESCUE BRO!!!" One member laughs, "NGAGAGAGA... THEN, LET'S GO."

The massive Rocket Man sea train blasts forward at full speed, its shark-like front car roaring through the air with flames and smoke trailing behind. A huge impact SFX shakes the page as the train launches. Luffy clings to the front, shouting with excitement. A large speech bubble declares, "WE'RE GONNA GET EVERYTHING BACK!!!" On the right side, a stern man warns, "YOU PIRATES BETTER NOT GET THROWN OFF!!!" while small SFX show "SHF SHF SHF SHF..." Sanji stands with a cigarette, Nami watches nearby, and a close-up shows Luffy's wide-eyed face yelling, "GOOD!!! LET'S GO!!!" A narration bubble identifies the vehicle: "RUNAWAY SEA TRAIN, ROCKET MAN!!" Another states, "NOW LEAVING WATER SEVEN, DESTINATION: ENIES LOBBY." The train surges ahead with motion lines and debris flying.
