In the following panels, the group races down a stone corridor: Usopp points ahead saying, "THERE'S THE ENTRANCE TO THE DANCE HALL WHERE LUFFY LOST HIS SHADOW AND THE FREEZER WHERE WE LAST SAW MORIA IS BEYOND IT!" Sanji replies, "ALRIGHT, THAT'S PROBABLY THE BEST WAY TO GO ABOUT THIS!" Luffy, with wide eyes and gritted teeth, declares, "I NEED TO FIND MORIA BEFORE HE LEAVES AND BEAT THE HECK OUT OF HIM!!!"

A woman with long dark hair reacts with surprise, exclaiming "!I" as a reindeer in a hat stares wide-eyed with "!". Luffy, wearing his straw hat, shouts "OKAY!!" with determination. In the grand hall with checkered floor and pillars, Luffy stands ready as a large man, the reindeer, and a woman in fishnets face off. Speech bubbles read "WHOA!! YOU...!!!!", "PERONA DIDN'T GET YOU...!I", and "AH...". The reindeer reacts in shock. Close-up panels show the woman saying "SO THAT'S DR. HOGBACK...!!", the reindeer exclaiming "WHAT'S WITH THIS REINDEERI!" and "!I", then shouting "HOGBACK...!!!" with intense focus.

Chopper yells "HOLD ON, LUFFY!!!" and "WA...WA-WA-WAIT!!" while reaching out. Luffy charges forward shouting "THAT'S THE GUY WHO WAS WITH MORIA!! DO I KICK HIS ASS TOO!!!I" as a large impact SFX "ごくん びりり..." echoes. A muscular man points and orders "YOU SEE THAT DOORI! THAT'S THE FREEZER!! GO THERE FIRST!!!". The reindeer transforms and growls while Luffy runs. In the next scene, a stitched woman named Cindry demands "CINDY-CHAN!! GET THEM!!" as Hogback protests "HOW RUDE... TO DEMAND TO SEE MORIA-SAMA!!" with "Nuu..." and "YOU GOT IT!". Luffy reacts with shock amid flying debris and motion lines.

In a chaotic flurry of motion, a long-haired woman in a feathered outfit frantically grabs at flying plates while a spiky-haired figure lunges forward. "Three pla..." someone begins, as another voice cries "One plate!! Two plates!!" Dishes scatter everywhere with loud "NYOKS NYOKS" impacts and a startled "WHOA!! DISHES!!" reaction. The scene shifts to an elegant checkered-floor hall where Robin smiles and waves, "THANKS, ROBIN!!" A voice answers "YEAH." Nami, facing away, gestures calmly, "GO RIGHT AHEAD, Luffy." Close-up, her expression is cool and composed. In the background a frantic man in a net shirt shouts "NUUI! WHAT'S WRONG, CINDY-CHANI!!" as Cindry-chan stands motionless. The bottom panels erupt with motion: Hogback's massive form charges while a spiky-haired man yells "HOGBACK!!!" and a wide-eyed Luffy roars "WAIT A MINUTE, STRAWHAT LUFFY!!!"

Tony Tony Chopper stands furious in his hat, arms raised, declaring "DISAPPOINTED!! I WON'T REGARD YOU AS A DOCTOR!!! I'M" The next panel shows Hogback's stitched face looming with a wide grin, exclaiming "OH... FOSFOS... I DIDN'T RECOGNIZE YOU, DR. CHOPPER. SO YOU'RE A ZOAN-TYPE, I SEE... I THOUGHT YOU WERE JUST A WEIRD CREATURE..." He continues menacingly, "I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU ESCAPED... BUT NOW THAT YOU'RE HERE, I'M NOT LETTING YOU GO...!!!" The final wide panel reveals a grand hall lined with coffins and shadowy figures. A cloaked silhouette warns "AFTER THEY KILL YOU..." while another voice asks "YOU BECOME A MARIO RIGHT NOW...I" A third adds "HOW ABOUT... OR..." as Chopper and allies face the ominous gathering.

Luffy sprints down the long, arched corridor, panting heavily with sweat flying. "HAA". The hallway stretches endlessly ahead. "IS LONGER THAN I THOUGHT!! THIS ROAD". He keeps running until he reaches the end. "WHAT IS THIS PLACEI! HAA... HAA... OKAY, I'M AT THE END...". Suddenly a massive horned figure looms over the railing above him, its enormous body filling the space. The giant creature stares down and growls, "IT'S YOU...". Luffy looks up in shock, eyes wide. "YOU!!!". The creature continues, "... HEY, THERE...". Luffy reacts with alarm, "AH, I'M...". Large sound effects rumble across the bottom of the page as the giant's presence dominates the scene.

The giant zombie stands on the stone bridge leading to Perona's room, smoke and debris rising around its massive form. A caption reads "The bridge to Perona's room". Someone exclaims, "ISN'T THAT JUST TOO BIGI!". The creature lets out a menacing growl. A voice wonders, "IS HE SOME KIND OF A DEVIL!I I'VE NEVER SEEN A GIANT THAT BIG!!!". Below, several Straw Hat crew members react in panic. "WE'RE DONE FOR!! HE'S COME TO KILL US!!!". One shouts, "LUFFYI!!". Another cries, "THAT...". A third yells, "THAT IS A ZOMBIEI!" as fear spreads across their faces.

A massive stitched giant with horns and a skull-like face lunges forward, roaring GYAAAAAAA!!! as it smashes through debris with a powerful +!! strike. Below, a wide view shows the creature towering over distant figures on broken stone structures. In close-up, a man in a black hat yells in panic, "UWARAA!! WHAT'S HE GONNA...!I" The giant's face twists with a fierce grin as it declares, "THIS IS PERFECT." A small thought bubble shows a mustached pirate in a hat reacting with "OH..." while the giant's massive hands grip and crush rubble amid swirling dust and impact lines.

Amid swirling clouds and a crumbling tower, Luffy shouts from the giant's shoulder, "I'M GONNA BE THE PIRATE KING EVEN IF I ROT!!" Nami replies, "OKAY!! I THINK I'M READY TO GO NOW!!" while Usopp and others react with shock: "...WHAT... HE DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE US..." and "...!I" Sanji yells, "EVEN IF THAT WERE OKAY, WE'RE STILL GOING TO RESCUE NAMI-SAN!! NOW LET'S GET IT TOGETHER!!" Zoro adds, "HELL, NO!!! LET'S JUST GIVE UP ON YOUR SHADOWS..." as the group debates the broken bridge and distant tower. Sanji notes, "...THAT BODY AND LUFFY'S FIGHTING SKILLS... IT'S GONNA BE HARD..." and "...HE'S SAYING STUFF THAT LUFFY WOULD SAY..." Usopp admits, "USOPP AND I FELL DOWN WITH THE CRUMBLING STAIRS."

On a stone bridge inside the castle, a group stares in shock as a massive bridge suddenly forms ahead. "HE MADE A BRIDGE!!!" someone yells. A voice from the side gripes, "Wait 30 more seconds, I'm not happy with this ornament..." The builder, a man in a black top hat and coat, snaps back, "I NEVER DO HALF-ASSED JOBS!!!" Nearby, Sanji and Franky sprint forward. "WELL, WE'RE REALLY GRATEFUL!! LET'S GO!!" Franky shouts. The top-hatted man adds, "THERE'S PLENTY OF MATERIAL AROUND HERE... BUT MAYBE YOU DIDN'T NEED TO FOCUS SO MUCH ON DETAILS." The group reaches a grand, ornate doorway. "IT'S A REALLY FLASHY ROOM..." Franky remarks. Sanji wonders, "... WHAT'S WITH THIS ROOMI" Inside, a large figure dashes away with "DADADADA..." sound effects echoing.

In a lavishly decorated throne room filled with gothic ornaments and floating ghosts, Perona sits on a large chair surrounded by her minions. "I WAS PLANNING TO GIVE YOU ALL TO THE ZOMBIES. IF ONLY OZ DIDN'T FALL... I WON'T BE INTERRUPTED AGAIN," she declares. Negative Hollows drift through the air as she laughs, "HORO HORO HORO HORO..." On the right, Sanji watches in alarm. Perona continues, "YOU ALREADY KNOW... THE GHOSTS' ABILITIES..." while her ghosts swarm. Sanji reacts, "WHAT ARE THEY!I" as one ghost approaches him. The room shakes with impact effects and more "HORO HORO HORO HORO!!" laughter.

Perona laughs triumphantly from above, "HORO HORO HORO, YOU'RE ALL DONE FOR!!!" She explains, "I ATE THE HORO HORO FRUIT. I CAN CREATE GHOSTS AT WILL. THE GHOSTS ARE PARTS OF MYSELF AND THEY CAN EMPTY ANYONE'S HEART!!" The group below panics in multiple overlapping shouts: "IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO GET AWAY...!!!" "WE HAVE TO RUN!" "NOW'S NOT THE TIME TO BE TALKING ABOUT THAT!!! WE'LL BE FINISHED IF THOSE THINGS TOUCH US!!" "IS THE BOSS OF THE GHOSTS!I" "ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT THAT CUTIE" A massive Negative Hollow ghost slams into the large beaded zombie, who screams "GYAAA AAAA..." as the attack lands with "NEGATIVE HOLLOW!!!" and the figure collapses in despair.

The Negative Hollow victims lie defeated on the ground, muttering in utter despair: "GET THEM!!!" "I'M SORRY FOR WALKING ON THE SAME EARTH AS EVERYONE..." "I'M LESS THAN A MACKEREL... I WANT TO DIE..." "YES!! I WANT TO BE STEPPED ON BY A WILD DOG!!" "EVERYTHING IS FINISHED..." Perona smiles and says, "THAT WAS QUICK. NOW FOR THE ONES UPSTAIRS..." Suddenly salt is hurled from off-panel, striking the ghosts and zombies with "GYAAAAA" and "SALT STAR!!!" Perona reacts in shock, "!!I" while a voice demands "WHO DID THAT!I" as the zombies writhe from the purifying salt.

Usopp grips his weapon tightly, shouting, "I WON'T LET YOU TOUCH ANY OF MY CREW!!!" Perona launches her attack as a white ghost emerges, yelling "NEGATIVE HOLLOW!!!" The impact strikes Usopp amid motion lines and debris. Perona reacts in shock, "DAMN... HE WAS ONLY PRETENDING TO BE NEGATIVE!!" Usopp stands unfazed. Perona stares in disbelief, sweat dropping, as she exclaims, "THE GHOST TOUCHED YOU!! HOW DID YOU DO IT!!I" and "WHY!!I WHY AREN'T YOU FALLING!!!I" In the background hall, a distant voice calls "CAPTAIN USOPP!!" Usopp begins to reply, "... MY NAME IS..." while Perona protests, "I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!" SFX rumble with "ゴゴゴゴ..." and "オオオオ..." across the ornate throne room.

Usopp's face twists in an exaggerated negative pose, eyes bulging and mouth wide, declaring "NEGATIVE!!" and "I'M ALWAYS". The panel erupts into a massive close-up reaction as his eyes pop out further, sweat flying, with the enormous sound effect "WHAAT!!!" and "!!!I" filling the frame.

A lone figure stands tall and unaffected as negative hollows swarm around him. "IT CAN'T BE...!!! THERE IS NOBODY IN THIS WORLD WHO CAN WITHSTAND THE NEGATIVE HOLLOWS!!!" a voice cries in disbelief. "DODA..!!" another shouts. Perona stares in horror, hands to her face, while zombies and allies react with shock. "LOOK FORWARD TO SOMETHING... BUT HE...!!!!" "THAT'S SOMETHING!!!" "NEGATIVE GHOSTS DON'T WORK ON HIM!!!" the group exclaims. "DON'T CHEER ME ON!!!" the defiant figure yells back. "HANG IN THERE!!!" others urge. In the lower panel a swordsman leaps into action, shouting "GO RESCUE NAMI AND BROOK!" and "WAKE UP, GUYS!" as a voice warns "YOU CAN'T...!!! YOU'RE NO MATCH AGAINST HER POWERS!!!"

Perona glares angrily as a determined ally yells "DAMN...!!!!" and "LEAVE EVERYTHING TO ME!!!" Below, frantic voices shout "I'LL DIE!!!" "I CAN'T BEAT THEM!!!" "WE LEAVE EVERYTHING HERE TO YOU!!!" while zombies wail "HIII! NO!! WAIT!! WAAAIT!!!" A spiky-haired man sweats, thinking "I DON'T GET THIS FEELING OF RELIANCE... IT DIDN'T WORK ON HIM..." The bottom panel reveals a chaotic wedding inside Thriller Bark Church. A crowd of zombies cheers as Absalom faces Nami at the altar. Speech bubbles read "YES!! I DO!!" "FOREVERI" "FOR BETTER OR FOR WORSE," "SWEAR TO LOVE NAMI, DO YOU" and "ABSALOM, DO YOU" with the sign "Thriller Bark Church" visible.

In a grand, candlelit hall filled with cheering zombie guests, the wedding ceremony reaches its climax. The skeletal officiant raises his arms and asks the bride, "SWEAR TO LOVE ABSALOM, FOR BETTER OR FOR WORSE;" while another voice questions, "FOREVERI" The crowd erupts with fists and shouts. The officiant continues, "AND NAMI, DO YOU" as the bride, visibly tense in her white gown, stands beside the towering, lion-faced Absalom. A small attendant whispers, "YOU MAY KISS THE BRIDE." The bride answers softly, "YES." Absalom leans in dramatically, declaring, "I LOVE YOU, AB-SAMA!!!" The bride replies, "YES, I DO." In a close-up, Absalom's stitched, sweating face looms inches from Nami's as she turns away with closed eyes; sound effects show his heavy breathing and her nervous reaction lines.
