Front-line Love Rescue

Sanji wakes up with a start, his face covered in sweat and dirt, eyes wide with shock as he mutters, "MOTHER OF GOD..." Nearby, Usopp is sound asleep on the ground, snoring peacefully. Sanji angrily kicks Usopp in the face, yelling, "USOPP! WAKE UP! THIS AIN'T THE TIME TO SLEEP!" Usopp grunts in pain as he is jolted awake. Sanji grabs his own head in a panic, shouting, "W... What is it?...Hm? Where am I?" Usopp asks groggily. Sanji barks back, "Just shut up and get ready to head out!" Confused, Usopp replies, "Huh? G... Get ready?" Sanji declares urgently, "WE'VE GOTTA GO SAVE NAMI!" Usopp suddenly remembers the terrifying events, screaming, "AHHH! NOW I REMEMBER! GOD! GOD APPEARED!" Sanji informs him, "He's not here now! He already left!" Sanji then breaks down into dramatic tears, crying, "Dammit! She got taken away because we were so damn incompetent! AND BECAUSE NAMI'S SO CUUUUUUTE!" Usopp, still trying to process the situation, asks, "Taken away?...Huh? To where!?"

A massive, golden flying ship, the Ark Maxim, hovers ominously in the sky above the dense forest, emitting a loud rumbling sound. Usopp points up at it in disbelief, yelling, "THERE!" He stares in shock, exclaiming, "WHAAA!? The hell is that? A ship... On top of the forest?" Sanji, looking serious, says, "It was only for a second, but I definitely saw Nami on that ship just now! It doesn't matter exactly what that flying thing is!" Sanji then points upward with intense determination, adding, "But Nami took off her T-shirt!" Usopp angrily yells back, "THAT'S THE THING THAT DOESN'T MATTER THE MOST!" Sanji continues, "I can hardly grasp our situation... Where's Conis? Or the weird old knight!?" Usopp replies frantically, "I don't know, just hurry! It looks like that ship is gonna fly higher." Sanji is surprised, "IT'LL FLY!?" Usopp confirms, "Yes, but it's stopped right now for some reason. So now's our chance!"

Sanji is shocked by Usopp's suggestion, asking, "I'M GOING TOO!? UP THERE!?" Usopp replies confidently, "Of course! You've got that thing, don'tcha? The rope that comes out from your belt! If it's my 'Usopp AaahhAAhh-hAAAhh' you need, I can lend that to you, but I-" Sanji cuts him off, yelling, "Just shut up and get ready! If that thing flies any higher, then we won't be able to do anything!" Sanji immediately leaps into action, swinging away on a rope and shouting, "I'm coming, Naammmmiii!" Conis watches them go with a worried expression, thinking, "They're being too reckless... Up there!? To the ship!? But their bodies are still...!?" The Ark Maxim continues to rumble in the sky above the giant beanstalk. Sanji is shown swinging rapidly through the air on his rope, determined to reach the flying ship.

As they swing high into the air, Usopp clings desperately to Sanji, crying out in fear, "I WANNA GET DOWN ALREADY! IF WE GO ANY HIGHER, WE WON'T BE ABLE TO GET BACK DOWN, SANJI! COME ON... GOD HIMSELF IS ON THAT SHIP, Y'KNOW!" Sanji, unfazed and focused, replies, "The ship has sailed! SO TOUGH LUCK, BUDDY!" Sanji's expression hardens with resolve as he declares, "I don't care if he's a god or whatever! If he dared to lay even one finger on Nami... I'LL BECOME A MONSTER OF THE BLUE SEAS! NAAAAMMMII! I'M COMIIIIINNNG!" Meanwhile, aboard the Ark Maxim, Enel is shown sitting calmly on his throne, his eyes half-closed in a relaxed, arrogant demeanor.

Inside the Ark Maxim, Enel sits on his throne, addressing Nami who stands before him in the large, mechanical room. Enel says, "If you do not wish to remain on this ship, Then there is only one fate for you..." Nami looks tense and sweats nervously, thinking to herself, "THERE'S NO WAY FOR ME TO BEAT THIS MAN...! BUT I DON'T WANT TO STAY ON THIS SHIP ANY LONGER EITHER! THAT'S MY TRUE DESIRE! AND I DON'T REGRET IT ONE BIT!" Enel, holding his golden staff, looks down at her and remarks, "Not a very wise decision. You've willingly abandoned your only means of survival...!"

Enel continues speaking to Nami, a smirk forming on his face. "Unless perhaps... You're staking your hopes, On the two rats who climbed aboard... Yahahaha." Nami looks surprised, uttering a quiet "Huh?" Outside the ship, Sanji and Usopp have successfully grabbed onto the side of the Ark Maxim and are climbing up. Usopp whispers frantically, "Sanji! Just what're we supposed to do!? Who knows just how many hundreds of people are on this humongous ship! There's no way we can infiltrate it! And if God and his priests are also all on board, then-" Sanji yells back, "STOP WHINING ALREADY! The enemy can use mantra so there's no point in whispering here either!" Sanji then outlines his plan: "Once we get inside, we'll split up and head for the deck! That's where Nami is!" Usopp is horrified, screaming, "WHAT! WE'RE SPLITTING UP!? OF COURSE, DUMBASS! IF WE DON'T SPLIT UP, IT'LL BE THE END OF BOTH OF US!" Usopp realizes the implication and stammers, "Wait, don't tell me...! To save Nami, you're willing to d-...!? What? You make it sound like one of us will die for sure...!"

Sanji looks back at Usopp with a completely serious expression and says, "LISTEN, USOPP! IF IT'S TO SAVE NAMI, I DON'T MIND IF YOU DIE." Usopp furiously yells back, "I'M GONNA BEAT YOUR ASS, YOU HEARTLESS BASTARD!" Sanji ignores him, shouting, "NOW LET'S GO! WAIT FOR ME, NAMI!" Usopp protests, "HEY, WE'RE NOT DONE TALKIN' YET!" The Ark Maxim is shown flying steadily through the sky, emitting smoke and rumbling sounds. Enel's laughter, "Yahahaha," echoes. Inside, Enel says, "It seems they've come to seriously rescue you... What a ridiculous bunch." Nami, still surprised, thinks to herself, "WHO COULD IT BE...!? THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANYONE OTHER THAN LUFFY STILL ABLE TO MOVE RIGHT NOW... AND HOW DID THEY EVEN GET ON THIS SHIP...!!?"

Nami suddenly springs into action, leaping forward and swinging her Clima-Tact staff aggressively at Enel. Enel easily dodges the attack, leaning back as the staff misses him. He laughs mockingly, "Yahahaha... Just because they've come to save you... Doesn't mean anyone will actually be saved... Nor do I need to wait for them to come..." Nami lands and quickly readies her Clima-Tact, separating it into three pieces. She looks determined but fearful, thinking, "I'LL JUST HAVE TO LEAVE IT TO LUCK AND LEAP! IT'S A SLIM CHANCE BUT STAYING HERE WILL LEAD TO DEATH 100%! THE ENEMY IS LIGHTNING... IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN USE AGAINST HIM...!?"

Sanji and Usopp are running through the mechanical corridors inside the Ark Maxim. Usopp looks around nervously and says, "There's nobody here...! Even though this ship's so huge... Is it not reliant on any manpower...!?" Sanji, running ahead, replies, "More importantly, how can a ship even fly!? I've never heard of such a thing before!" Usopp complains, "My legs feel all wobbly just from riding it! The whole place gives me the shivers!" As they continue through the gear-filled interior, Usopp asks, "How the hell is it flying...!? Is it really not gonna crash down?" Sanji points out the grim reality, "AND EVEN IF NAMI'S ON THE TOP DECK... THE SHIP'S ALREADY AT A HEIGHT WE CAN'T JUST JUMP DOWN FROM! WHAT THE HELL ARE WE GONNA DO!?"

The scene shifts to the ruins of Shandora, where the giant beanstalk, Giant Jack, towers into the sky. Several figures are seen slowly crawling and climbing up the massive vines. Zoro is shown struggling to climb, his face bruised and exhausted, panting heavily as he pulls himself up. Elsewhere, Robin is seen looking up at the sky with a serious expression. She observes, "THE SKY IS... BECOMING DARKER AND DARKER..."

The Ark Maxim continues its ascent, flying higher into the increasingly dark and ominous clouds above the giant beanstalk. Robin, still observing the sky, concludes, "HE PROBABLY PLANS TO COMMENCE THE GREAT DESTRUCTION SOON." Down on Angel Island, mass panic has broken out. The Skypieans are rushing to board ships, screaming in fear. Voices shout, "GET ON THE SHIP! SET SAIL FOR THE WHITE SEAS! WE HAVE NO TIME LEFT!" Pagaya and Conis watch the chaotic evacuation. Pagaya looks up at the flying ship and says, "What a creepy ship...!" Conis, looking terrified, says, "THE COUNTRY IS... REALLY GOING TO BE DESTROYED!"

In the Shandia village, the warriors and civilians are gathered. One warrior urgently asks the Shandia Chief, "Chief! What about the warriors!? They still haven't returned from the Upper Yard!" The Chief replies firmly, "There's no need to wait! BUT- The warriors are not children. They know how to protect their own selves! Believe in them! Now hurry up and get on the ship! We must now think only of how to save those who are here!" The Chief looks grim as he thinks, "Enel will really destroy this country. There's no need to doubt that. He plans to repeat the destruction of his homeland, Birka, here as well..." He looks up at the dark sky, a look of resignation on his face, thinking, "IT'S ALL OVER... WIPER... THAT'S ENOUGH... YOU'VE DONE ALL YOU COULD...!"

Aisa and Luffy are standing together, talking to Pierre, the large bird. Aisa asks Luffy, "DID YOU COME FROM THE BLUE SEAS?" Luffy, holding his straw hat, replies, "YEAH WE FLEW UP FROM BELOW. DO YOU LIVE HERE?" Above them, the Ark Maxim flies ominously over the forest canopy. Aisa looks up at the ship and says, "EVEN THOUGH IT'S ALL PLAYING OUT JUST ABOVE THE FOREST IN FRONT OF ME, I CAN'T TELL WHAT'S GOING ON INSIDE AT ALL." She looks down, feeling helpless, and adds, "IT'S FRUSTRATING HOW THE ONLY THING I CAN DO IS WAIT... EVERYONE... I HOPE YOU'RE ALL SAFE..."

Suddenly, a loud crash interrupts the quiet moment. Luffy falls from the sky, screaming, and smashes into the ground right next to Aisa and Pierre, kicking up a massive cloud of dust and debris. Aisa cries out in shock, "AISAAA! AISAAA!" Luffy, confused, says, "Huh?" Aisa, crying, says to Pierre, "Bird-horse! I'm sorry! In trying to shield me, you were...!" As the dust clears, Luffy is revealed to be stuck, with a massive, heavy golden ball attached to his right arm. He struggles to lift it, yelling, "HELP MEEEEE! JUST HOW THE HELL DID YOU FALL!?"

Luffy strains against the massive weight of the golden ball attached to his arm, panting heavily. "Dammit! I can't get this golden ball off!" he complains. Aisa yells at him, "STOP CALLING IT THAT!" (A small note explains that "golden ball" is slang for testicle in Japanese). Aisa then suggests, "ALRIGHT! Let's return to the place with the giant stalk where Robin is for the time being!" Luffy agrees, "Got it! I won't let Enel have his way!" He looks up with fierce determination, shouting, "DON'T THINK YOU CAN STOP ME WITH JUST THIS MUCH! I'M CHASING AFTER THE SHIP! I KNOW WHERE IT'S HEADED!"

The Ark Maxim continues to fly higher into the dense, swirling clouds. Inside, Enel laughs condescendingly at Nami, "Yahahaha... Aren't you amusing, little girl...!" Nami is shown panting heavily, holding her Clima-Tact defensively. She thinks to herself, "It worked..." Enel, looking intrigued, asks, "SUCH TOOLS EXIST ON THE BLUE SEAS, DO THEY!?"

Nami swings her Clima-Tact, releasing a burst of electricity. "THUNDER BALL!" she yells. The electricity crackles through the air. Nami thinks, "Creating a path for the lightning to travel! An excellent idea. It's not something one without deep knowledge about the weather can do... BUT... IT'S NO GOOD." Enel remains completely unfazed, laughing, "Yahahaha! But you should already be aware, That if I were to increase the scale of my attacks, there's nothing you can do anymore! AM I WRONG!?" Nami, desperate and terrified, yells back, "I'm quite busy so disappear already! I CAN'T RUN AWAY ANYMORE!"

Suddenly, a voice shouts, "YOU'RE THE ONE WHO SHOULD DISAPPEAR! CERTAIN KILL! GUNPOWDER STAR!" A massive explosion engulfs Enel. As the smoke clears, Usopp is revealed standing in the doorway, having fired the shot. Nami turns in shock, yelling, "USOPP!" Enel emerges from the smoke completely unharmed, his hand raised, looking annoyed. Usopp, realizing his attack did nothing, holds up a dial defensively, trembling in absolute terror, and stammers, "S- Sorry about that."
