Bellamy the Hyena

Luffy and a long-nosed companion scream in terror as massive insects swarm toward them. Luffy clutches his staff with wide eyes and an open mouth while the other character flails beside him. Large sound effects and Japanese text fill the panel. In the next panel, the insects close in as a voice shouts, "THEY'RE COMING! WATCH OUT!" The pair is then sent flying through the air by the bugs' attack, limbs outstretched amid motion lines and impact effects.

A massive impact shatters the forest as a wooden structure crashes down amid flying debris and startled insects. Luffy stares ahead with gritted teeth and sweat drops while the long-nosed companion sweats nervously beside him. A giant praying mantis lands on a tree stump, its mouth open wide as it declares "SKWARK!" Dramatic sound effects and motion lines emphasize the creature's arrival and the surrounding chaos of bugs and broken trees.

Luffy and his companion flee across wooden planks as a giant praying mantis slashes with its claws, accompanied by "SLASH! SLASH!" and "WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS ENTIRE FOREST!" and "WHAT'S UP WITH THIS PRAYING MANTIS!I" The long-nosed character yells "AGHHH! THE NET!" In close-ups, the mantis looms while a bird perches nearby saying "Jeeee!" A narration box states, "The Southbird is ordering all the bugs to attack us!" Luffy reacts with shock: "WHATI" The companion exclaims, "It's him!" and questions, "HOW CAN A BIRD ORDER AROUND BUGS!I" The mantis grins menacingly.

High in the jungle canopy, three birds perch on branches and cry out in unison, "JOOOO! JOOOO!" Below, Luffy, Nami, and Usopp move cautiously through the dense foliage. Luffy raises a finger to his lips and says, "...!I Hold on, I think I hear something else..." Nami whispers, "Sshh, I hear it! Where's it coming fromI" Suddenly a grotesque, wide-eyed creature bursts into view, shouting, "Is it a dung beetle's dungI" Usopp stares in shock, muttering, "...The hell!I I think we've got... boulders rolling towards us!I" Nami screams in panic, "No, they're bugs!" The ground ahead reveals massive holes as a swarm begins to emerge.

A massive swarm of enormous ladybugs erupts from the holes, filling the air with buzzing wings and debris. Luffy yells, "HOLY CRAP, THEY'RE HU-" as one smashes into him. Nami cries out in pain while Usopp shouts "LADYBUGS!" The insects swarm over the crew. In the next moment the scene shifts to a mole cricket-like monster rearing up. Usopp, gripping his weapon, growls, "Do you really think you can beat me or something!I" A voice from the background notes, "It's the bird-cry again..." The creature roars, "God, there's no end to this mole cricket swarm! Stop trying to attack me, you're in my way!"

Sanji leaps into action, delivering a powerful kick while shouting, "Sanji! Give it a somersault kick!" Luffy protests, "Oka-Wait, no! What does that have to do with this!I" Usopp yells, "A SLUG! SPRINKLE SALT ON IT!" Luffy then charges forward, declaring, "No, Luffy! These carpenter bees have deadly venom!" and "I'm sick and tired of running away! I'll take all of you on!" The fight intensifies with more insects: carpenter bees swarm as Luffy fights them off. Smaller panels show roaches and fireflies, with voices reacting, "AHH, ROACHES!" "Oh. So pretty." "Ahh, fireflies!" and "PIIIIIGEES!" The jungle echoes with cries of "JOOOOO..."

Sanji examines a small golden bird statue and smiles, "Look at this beauty... Now this is a fine gold statuette." A long-haired man wearing goggles and a top hat grins beside him, asking, "The right...I" Nearby, a chained, masked figure with a spiked collar snarls, "HAVE THE RIGHT TO TOUCH THAT GOLD...!I" and "HUFF... NONE OF YOU..." The masked man then roars in fury, "NGHH- IS THIS NOT ENOUGH FOR YA!I" while struggling violently against his chains as impact lines and debris fly around him.

A massive axe swings down in a devastating overhead strike. "BIG CHOP!" The blade slams into the ground as Masira cries out "UKEE!" and "!!!I" in shock. Close-ups show a furious face snarling "YOU IDIOT..." and teeth grinding with "..." In the wide scene below, Bellamy's crew stands triumphant over the battered Saruyama Alliance members. One pirate declares, "Might makes right! What else do we need to have the right to steal treasureI" Another sneers, "As strong as us!" A third laughs, "Hahaha! Ain't none of you." Masira lies sprawled and defeated as the crew mocks him with a loud "MASIRA!" A "TWIRL..." sound effect spins near a fallen weapon amid the ruined beach and distant onlookers.

Bellamy launches a devastating spinning attack from above, his limbs coiling like springs. "HAVOC SONAR!" A crewmate yells "BOSS! GET AWAY!" The impact creates a massive shockwave that sends Shoujou and others flying with "KYAAA!" and "WHOA!" Bellamy's spring-powered limbs stretch and retract violently. In the aftermath panels, Sarquiss watches as Bellamy's face twists with effort. "Bane Bane fruit's ability again..." someone notes. Sarquiss says, "He's using his... Hold up, Sarquiss. I'll finish that one off." Another pirate growls, "That son of a..."

Shoujou is struck hard and sent reeling. "SHOUJOU, WATCH OUT!" a voice cries as the massive blow lands with "GOGOGO" impact lines. Bellamy coils his spring-like limbs tighter. A close panel shows his eye narrowing with "...SOK" and the word "SPRING... CR..." building tension. In the climactic lower panel, Bellamy launches forward in a high-speed spring-powered strike. "SNIPE!" The coiled limbs extend explosively toward Shoujou amid swirling motion lines and debris.

Shoujou takes a brutal direct hit. "SHOUJOU!" is shouted as his face twists in pain with "GAHH-" and a massive impact "BANG" sound. Bellamy's spring-coiled leg extends fully in the strike, sending Shoujou flying backward. The final wide panel shows the devastating aftermath across the beach: "BWOON..." echoes as debris flies, structures collapse, and the massive force levels the area near the ruined tower and shoreline.

On the shore, a massive turtle-shaped vessel rests beside a pirate ship as crew members shout, "Load the gold onboard." "Alright, let's beat it." In the next panels, a long-haired man with a topknot stares in shock while another crewmate yells, "LOOK! THE LOGS TALK ABOUT A GOLDEN BELL TOO!" A scarred, muscular man sweats heavily as voices cry, "THEY'RE GOLD INGOTS IN THE SHAPE OF A BELL!" "BOSS! WE FOUND SOME GOLD!" The long-haired man roars, "THE CITY OF GOLD MUST EXIST! UKIKIKI!" A spiky-haired man with a black cap grabs him by the face and snarls, "THEN YOU BETTER REALIZE THAT ILLUSIVE DREAMS LIKE THAT WILL NEVER COME TRUE!" Another figure adds, "The city of gold is just another product of Noland's overactive imagination!" "Grow up, old man!" The spiky-haired man continues, "If you wanna be a pirate that can make it in the coming new age..." while laughter erupts, "AHAHAHA! SETTLE DOWN, THIS HOUSE IS TOO SMALL FOR YOU TWO... HAHA HAHA!"

The spiky-haired man looms over the long-haired figure, who coughs violently, "COUGH... HACK!" with sweat flying. A voice warns from off-panel, "HOLD UP RIGHT THERE, BRAT..." The muscular man, bloodied and furious, grabs the attacker's arm and growls, "A WET-NOSED BRAT LIKE YOU WHO DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THE GUTS TO BET ON DREAMS... SHOULDN'T BE GOING AROUND TALKIN' ABOUT PIRATES." Massive impact lines and "GON!" "GARA!" "MARA!" erupt as the blow lands. In the final panels a wide-eyed character stares upward in shock, "WHAT WAS THAT...I"

In a jungle clearing the Straw Hats stand exhausted. Nami complains, "That includes you. Oh for god's sake, 7 pirates can't even catch one little bird!I Get it together!" Usopp adds, "But we were so busy being chased by bugs to find anything else." Sanji notes, "Couldn't even get a good look at a single one of them..." while Chopper whimpers, "I can't run any more too!" and Luffy sighs, "It's no good..." Suddenly a giant bird bursts from the foliage, "JOE JOE JOE JOE JOE!" The crew panics as the bird snatches at them. Usopp yells, "WHAT!I SO IT CAME HERE JUST TO LAUGH AT US!I THAT'S IT! I'M SHOOTING TO KILL!" while the bird continues its mocking cry, "JOOOOE!"

From the wreckage of the Going Merry, Masira and Shoujou shout in horror, "MASIRA!" "SHOUJOU!" "DIAMOND-HEAD MISTER!" The ship lies smashed on the beach as Masira cries, "WHO COULD'VE DONE SUCH A HORRIBLE THING! GODDAMNIT!" "LOOK! THE GOING MERRY!" Nearby, a top-hatted man reaches toward a collapsed figure, "Help me out, Chopper." "Right!" "Damn it... Who the hell did this!I" On the sand Luffy lies face-down beside an injured person. Voices call out, "JUST TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED FIRST, MISTER!" "BY SUNRISE..." "BUT... I DON'T WORRY, THERE'S STILL TIME... WE'LL FIX... YOUR SHIP..." "WE WERE HERE BUT COULDN'T DO A THING... HOW PATHETIC!" "REALLY... SORRY..." "Mister! Mister, are you okay!I" "SORRY..."

In the ruined streets of the city, Luffy stands over a battered old man as a large bird-like creature lies defeated nearby. A voice cries out, "LUFFY!" The old man coughs, "COUGH! THAT'S GOOD..." while reassuring, "IT'S... IT'S NOTHING. DON'T WORRY." Another figure notes, "MORE IMPORTANTLY... AH GOOD, YOU MANAGED TO CATCH THE BIRD..." Nami appears in close-up, sweat dropping, eyes wide in shock: "It's been stolen! The gold statuette..." The crew gathers around the broken statue fragments. Someone says, "It's fine, just forget about that..." while another mutters, "Ahh..." A small character with a black mask exclaims, "What we need to worry about is-" Luffy looks on with a serious expression as impact lines and debris fill the scene.

Montblanc Cricket grabs Luffy by the collar, shouting furiously, "ISN'T THAT THE GOLD YOU FOUND AFTER DIVING FOR 10 YEARS STRAIGHT TO THE POINT OF EVEN RUINING YOUR HEALTH!I" Luffy replies, "Shut your trap... I said it's fine... Besides, it's my problem, not yours..." Cricket insists, "Now listen!" The Saruyama Alliance members discuss plans: "We'll definitely get you up into the sky...!" "We can definitely wrap it up by morning so no worries there." "We can repair and reinforce a ship of that size in no time." "If all crew members of the Saruyama Alliance work together..." Luffy, Zoro, and the masked figure react with surprise as sound effects and motion lines emphasize the tension.

The crew debates the next move. A woman in a hat says, "If I follow the coastline, can I reach the town we were at yesterdayI" Luffy declares, "NO, LUFFY! Don't start getting stupid thoughts now!
