Water Seven lies exposed under the storm as the sea has pulled away, the empty seabed flopping and heaving beneath the city: "FLOP FLOP!" From above, people cry after Nami, "Hey, come back!!!" and "Don't go down there--!!" Someone shouts, "This is awful, that pirate woman......!! She went running down the stairs!!!" Nami keeps descending anyway, gasping, "Haa... Haa..." Another voice realizes, "She jumped down into the back streets!!!" and she leaps into the danger below: "WAAH!!!"

Chopper tries to chase her. Luffy, still wedged between the buildings, hears the chaos while voices yell, "A sea anemone..." and "A sea anemone's coming out of that chimney..." Someone calls after Nami, "Come back right now--!!! You'll be swallowed by the sea!!!" But Chopper bolts too, crying, "ZO-ROO!!!" The people above shout, "Hey, wait!!! Not you too, reindeer!!!" while the wind and rain tear across the emptied back streets.

As Chopper and Nami run, the others try to stop anyone else from following. Paulie shouts, "Don't chase 'em!!! You guys!!!" Kokoro explains the real enemy now: "If a bunch of you go, it won't be a rescue!!! Our enemy is the sea...!!! You'll just end up like them. If anything happens, I'll be the one to move!! You guys, don't try to help!!!" Below, Nami keeps leaping from roof to roof: "HOP!" "LEAP!!" Chimney watches in awe and says, "Pirate lady is amazing!!!" Kokoro, sweating, mutters, "What foolish behavior...!!! ...It's too late now!!"

The sea has already begun returning. People point at the horizon: "Look at the sea...!!!" and scream, "The waves have already come this far!!!" The distant wall of water hisses toward the island, "SHSHSHSHSHSHSHSHSH..." Panic breaks out: "This is bad!!! Those guys are gonna die!!!" and "It's too late to save them......!!!" Down below, Chopper reaches the trapped swordsman and calls, "Zoro--!!! Zoro!! Can you hear me!? It's me!!!" Zoro answers from inside the chimney, "......" Chopper, exhausted, says, "It's no good... I can't go any further. Haa... haa..." and Zoro recognizes him: "Chopper!?"

Nami reaches the building where Luffy is trapped and screams into the rain, "LUFFY!!!!" Luffy finally stirs, marked only by a startled "!" from inside the wall. Nami, furious through her fear, yells, "You moron!!! What're you doing up there?!!!" Behind her, people plead, "Look out!!" "The waves are almost on top of you!!!" and "Give it up already, pirate girl, run away--!!!" But Nami does not leave. She stands below Luffy in the stripped back streets, breathing hard and refusing to abandon him.

Luffy blinks, confused, "Nyo... nyomi!? You behin' me!?" while Nami snaps back, "Jeez, hey, please listen t'me!! I was flung 'ay dat pigeon guy an' shot I flew an' kina got stuck in thish convent plashe...!!" Robin's imagined calm smile cuts through the rain as Nami sobs. Then Nami's fear becomes rage: "Don't joke at a time like this!!!! While you were screwing around, Robin's been taken away!!!" She forces out the truth: "For all of us, Robin...!!" and Luffy, still trapped, goes silent.

The memory of the sea train roars between them: "WOOO!!!" Luffy realizes what Nami means: "She's going to die for us!!?" Nami cries, "Robin sacrificed herself for us!!! She protected us from being attacked by the government!!!!" Robin's words echo over the scene: "I have nowhere to go, and no place to return to." Luffy hangs in the narrow gap, drenched and motionless, while Nami keeps shouting from below. The rescue is no longer just about chasing the train; it is about understanding why Robin left.

Jeez!" and Zoro, still trapped, snaps, "You won't come out!! How'd you get in there!!? Zoro!!!" Chopper asks, "...What should I do," and Zoro demands, "Wait a second..."

It's a cursed sword after all." Chopper has it: "Eh!? This katana!? I've got it!! How did you know that!?" Zoro orders, "Thanks for holding onto it. Put it in my hand!! Hurry!!!" Above them, the city screams, "Ah...!! It's too late, we're out of time!!!" "Climb up to a high place!!!! To a higher place!!!" and "Get out of there, quickly~~~!!!" as the wave approaches and someone cries, "You're gonna get swallowed up~~~!!!"

Aqua Laguna finally towers over the city, a monstrous wall of water rising between the buildings. The onlookers can only scream, "WAAAAAA!!" Nami looks up and whispers, "What the..." while others are frozen in terror: "......!!!" The wave fills the sky and the page itself, roaring down on the back streets as the warning becomes real: "It's Aqua Laguna~~~~~~!!!!"

Aqua Laguna crashes into Water Seven and tears the back streets apart. Whole pieces of buildings crumble into the rushing water as onlookers shout, "Look!! It's them!!!" and "The back streets are crumbling from the waves...!!!" People scream, "WAA AAA AAH!!!" as roofs and towers are swallowed. Then, amid the collapsing city, Luffy and the others appear on a high bridge, leaping clear of the flood. Someone can only say, "WOW!!!" while the wave devours the streets below.

The rescuers make it to the big bridge. The people above shout, "They made it to the big bridge!!!" and "As expected, they can't be reached there!!! They did it!!!" Chopper beams, "You guys are amazing!!!" Nami, Luffy, Zoro, and Chopper stand drenched but alive. Luffy, still dazed, looks at his hat and asks, "Huh?" while someone tells him, "You've done it, Straw Hat~~~!!" Behind them, Aqua Laguna keeps smashing through the lower city, and the survivors stare at the enormous water tearing past: "!!!!?"
