A massive sea creature with a scarred face and open jaws declares, "THERE IT IS! THE GRAND SHIP THAT CARRIES THE HOLY SPIRIT OF THE STRAW HAT CREW," while someone yells "PIPE DOWN ALREADY!" The Thousand Sunny floats in the distance as the creature reacts with shock. On deck, Nico Robin smiles and says, "I'M RELIEVED, IT DEFINITELY SEEMS LIKE THEY'VE MADE IT HERE TOO." Usopp shouts, "DON'T WORSHIP IT!" while a tiny figure cries, "THE THOUSAND SUNNY-SENPAI! PRAISE BE UNTO THEE! PRAISE BE UNTO THEE!" Robin adds, "LOOKS LIKE SHE MANAGED TO ESCAPE BIG MOM'S CLUTCHES... NOT MUCH SIGN OF ANY EXTERNAL DAMAGE EITHER..." Chopper cheers wildly, "OO OIIII! SANJIII! NAMIIII! CHOPPER! BROOOOOOK!" and Usopp wonders, "AND... WHAT WAS THAT GAS GUY'S NAME AGAIN..."

WATCH YOUR BACKS!" while another crew member notes, "LOOKS LIKE THEY ALL WENT ASHORE." Luffy observes, "THE SHIP'S EMPTY." In the next scene the Barto Club kneels before the Thousand Sunny. Bartolomeo exclaims, "OUR HAPPINESS BAROMETERS ARE ALREADY AT FULL THROTTLE!" and continues, "BUT I JUST CAN'T CONTINUE TO INTRUDE ON THE ADVENTURE OF MY GODS! I'D LOVE TO CONTINUE TO ACCOMPANY YOU ALL AND FULFILL MY DREAM OF SEEING THE 'STRAW HAT ALL-STARS.'" A crewmate asks, "SENPAIS! From high above, the Straw Hats and allies peer down at the massive creature they ride. "IT HAS LEGS, GUYS. IT HAS TO BE A LIZARD." "NAH, IT'S DEFINITELY A SNAKE." "A WORMI" The creature is perfectly ignored as it continues its ascent. Kanjuro dramatically commands, "COME FORTH!" The ink dragon Ryunosuke surges upward with a mighty roar, "DRAAA... DRA..." while the group clings on. "WHO CARES! WE'RE STILL ON CLOUD NINE~" someone cheers. The beast is labeled "CLIMBING DRAGON!" as it scales the massive leg. "DRAGON!I" Usopp panics. "I ALMOST WANT TO PUT THAT THING OUT OF ITS MISERY!" Franky yells amid the chaos of motion lines and debris.

The dragon continues its climb. "THIS THING DOESN'T EVEN FLY!I" someone exclaims. "AHAHA! ALRIGHT, LEGGO!" Luffy shouts as he grabs the dragon's back. "NOW THEN, GRAB AHOLD OF THIS DRAGON'S BACK," an ally instructs. Robin stares quietly, thinking "SO... CUTE..." while another voice says "LOOK HERE, BUB... AN EYE FOR AN EYE, AS THEY SAY!" Below, the group reaches the top. "CONGRATS, BOSS!" cheers erupt. Luffy beams, "LATER, LOMEO-BRO, AND THE REST OF YOU! THANKS FOR BRINGING US ALL THE WAY HERE!" The dragon bids farewell: "YOU GUYS TAKE CARE TOO! SEE YA AROUND!" "PLEASE, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES!" "TH- THE PLEASURE WAS ALL MINE! THANK YOU!" Far away at the Revolutionary Army's Grand Line Baltigo headquarters, Dragon reads reports. "REBEL ARMIES ARE EMERGING VICTORIOUS IN THEIR FIGHTS!" News arrives of the Donquixote family's downfall. Dragon warns, "BUT MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM NOT TO LOSE THEIR COOL NOW THAT VICTORY'S IN SIGHT! THE WORLD GOVERNMENT WILL NOT SIT IDLY BY AND WATCH THIS ALL UNFOLD..." He adds, "CIPHER POL'S ALSO GOTTEN MUCH STRONGER IN RECENT YEARS... TELL THEM TO BE MINDFUL." An ally reports, "THE WEAPONS WE BROUGHT BACK FROM DRESSROSA CONTAIN TRACES OF A SPECIAL MINERAL!" Another asks, "MINERALI HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF LIQUOREI*" A caption identifies "REVOLUTIONARY ARMY GENERAL COMMANDER MONKEY D. DRAGON."

Dragon continues, "EHEHE, WELL... SABO-KUN AND LUFFY-KUN WERE THERE TOO, AND... YOU BROUGHT BACK OUR FRIENDS THAT HAD DISAPPEARED ON DRESSROSA, TOO..." He questions, "SURE THI- WAIT, WHAT!II DO YOU REALLY WANT TO GATHER THAT LOT IN ONE PLACE AGAIN!I"

In a dimly lit room aboard a ship, Shiryu of the Rain sits with a cigar, holding a Den Den Mushi as Lafitte's voice comes through. "LAFITTE SPEAKING." The Blackbeard Pirates' ships sail the New World seas. Shiryu responds, "FUFU... SO THAT BASTARD'S STILL ALIVE AND KICKIN', EHI" A top-hatted figure nearby asks, "YEAH. MY BAD. WE STOPPED BY DRESSROSA BUT IT APPEARED AS THOUGH YOU'D ALREADY LEFT. BUR-GESS! IS THAT YOUI" A caption box identifies "YONKOU BLACKBEARD PIRATE CREW SECOND SHIP CAPTAIN SHIRYU OF THE RAIN" as the conversation continues amid the waves and ship silhouettes.

Lafitte continues reporting, "NOW... IT'S ALL WHITE. KINDA LIKE A PURE WHITE ISLAND. I STOWED AWAY ON A CERTAIN SHIP... YOUR EXACT LOCATIONI I WAS COMPLETELY PASSED OUT... COULDN'T MAKE CONTACT. WHERE THE HELL ARE YOUI" The group discusses Admiral Teach and the need for weapons, with one saying, "TELL CAPTAIN TEACH... TELL HIM TO BRING EVERYONE AND ATTACK MY CURRENT LOCATION... WE CAN GET OUR HANDS ON A HUGE SOCKPILE OF WEAPONS HERE..." A distant scene shows an explosion at the Revolutionary Army headquarters as someone shouts, "I FOUND IT, BOYS! At Buggy's Delivery headquarters on Karai Bari Island, the massive circus-like building stands tall with Buggy's Jolly Roger. Phones ring nonstop as staff scramble. "THE PHONES WON'T STOP RINGING! WE'VE GOT DISPATCH REQUESTS COMING OUT THE WAZOO!" Buggy laughs from above, "NYA HAHAHA! WHAT'S UP!" A massive crowd cheers and riots below, fists raised, as mercenaries are hired amid the chaos caused by Doflamingo's halted weapon shipments. A sign reads "PIRATE DISPATCH COMPANY BUGGY'S DELIVERY". Voices shout, "PEOPLE ARE NOW DESPERATELY HIRING PIRATE MERCENARIES! WE'VE COMPLETELY CORNERED THE WAR MARKET! GO CAUSE SOME HAVOC IN BATTLE! PILLAGE ME A FORTUNE!" Buggy's laughter echoes, "GYAAAAA HAHAHAHA! I SEE, I SEE. LISTEN UP BOYS! AFTER YOU'VE HAD YOUR FILL..."

Buggy's giant face looms with a wide grin as he declares, "STAR CLOWN BUGGY, THE SHICHIBUKAI, EVERYTHING'S LEGAL! GO NUTS! GYAHAHA!" A caption box reads "BUGGY'S DELIVERY CHAIRMAN, ROYAL SHICHIBUKAI, PIRATE, STAR CLOWN BUGGY". Inside the hall, his crew cheers "BUGGY! BUGGY!" while discussing resignations and a message from Hajrudin. One crew member panics, "WHAT!I ALL 5 OF THEM ARE QUITTING." Another notes, "WELL, WHATEVER. WE CAN AFFORD TO LOSE ONE. WE STILL HAVE 4 OTHER GIANTS." Buggy receives word from an S-class mercenary. In a close-up, a sweating crewman asks, "YOU REALLY DON'T WANT TO KNOW... SPILL IT! Back at Zou, a massive island rests on the back of a giant elephant tall enough to reach the clouds. The group is currently climbing the elephant's left hind leg. "MY ARMS ARE TIRED!" one complains. "JUST HOW TALL IS THIS THING!I" another asks. "DON'T BE LIKE THAT. THIS LITTLE GUY'S GIVING IT HIS BEST," replies a voice. "SO... CUTE..." someone murmurs. "COME TO THINK OF IT, WHAT BUSINESS DO YOU GUYS HAVE AT ZOU IN THE FIRST PLACEI KIN'EMONI KANJUROI" asks another. "WE STILL HAVE ZERO VISIBILITY WITH THE PEAK. I WONDER HOW SANJI AND THE OTHERS GOT UP THIS THING. ARE YOU SURE THEY'RE EVEN UP THEREI" The massive leg stretches upward as they continue the climb.

Kin'emon pleads, "PLEASE, ALLOW US ONE LAST CONCESSION. WE ARE INDEBTED TO YOU ALL... AND WE WILL MOST CERTAINLY EXPLAIN OURSELVES, IN DUETIME, SO..." He continues, "AS WELL AS WHETHER OR NOT OUR LAST COMRADE, THE NINJA RAIZOU, WITH WHOM WE WERE SEPARATED AT SEA, HAS SAFELY LANDED HERE." Another adds, "WE MUST CONFIRM MOMONOSUKE'S SAFETY," while confirming, "INDEED, WE LEFT THE WANO KINGDOM FOR ZOU. THIS IS OUR ORIGINAL DESTINATION." Suddenly Luffy reacts in shock: "WAAAAAH! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!I" as something plummets from above. "NINJA!I IS HE REALLY A NINJA!I WHAT!I" voices shout. "LUFFY!" someone calls. "SOMETHING'S FALLING DOWN FROM ABOVE!" "INDEED HE IS!"
