Nightmare

Luffy struggles on the ground, his body battered and exhausted. He pants heavily, "Huff, huff," trying to push himself up, but his strength fails him. Standing over him, Crocodile throws his head back and laughs mockingly, "Kuhahaha... You talk big but in the end, your body won't even listen to you!" Crocodile looks down at the fallen pirate with a smug expression, adding, "How fitting!" Unable to maintain his stance, Luffy collapses completely, his head hitting the ground with a heavy "THUD!" as he continues to gasp for air.

Crocodile's cruel laughter echoes, "KUHAHA HAHAHA! KUHAHA HAHAHA!" as he revels in his apparent victory. Luffy lies defeated on the ground, groaning in pain, "Huff... Nn... NGHHH." Crocodile glares down menacingly, his face scarred and intense, declaring, "IT ALL COMES DOWN, TO WHETHER OR NOT YOU CAN BEAT ME!" He continues his psychological assault, telling Luffy that no matter how much he cares for his friends or how many times he stands back up to stop his plans, it "WILL HAVE BEEN FOR NAUGHT!" Crocodile dismisses Luffy's efforts, stating, "If you can't beat me here and now, then everything you've done up until now, Facing me was just too much for a small-time pirate who just barely started sailing the seas like you... In the end, you're just an insignificant scrap like so many others in this world..."

Inside the massive clock tower, a giant cannon bearing the Baroque Works skull and crossbones logo is positioned, ready to fire. A fuse is lit, sparking with a "tzzz!" sound as it begins to burn down rapidly. Outside, the chaotic battle continues to rage in the plaza below, with soldiers clashing swords and fighting fiercely. The towering structure of the clock tower looms over the battlefield, housing the deadly weapon that threatens to destroy everything.

High above the ground, Zoro is launched forcefully towards the top of the clock tower, soaring through the air with his swords drawn. At the tower's peak, the Baroque Works sniper pair, Mr. 7 and Miss Father's Day, watch the incoming threat, exclaiming, "Oho! Ribbit! Oho! Ribbit!" Zoro yells out, "I'M LAUNCHING YOU OFF NOW!" Down below, Chopper, transformed into his muscular Heavy Point, shouts to his crewmates, "READY, CHOPPER!? VIVI!?" Vivi, looking determined and focused, responds with a firm "Mmhmm!" as they prepare for their coordinated attack.

Mr. 7 and Miss Father's Day ready their unique firearms, shouting "READY" and "SMASH!" as they prepare to shoot. A countdown box indicates "6 seconds before cannon-fire." Zoro continues his ascent, yelling "GOOO!" as he flies towards them. Miss Father's Day fires her weapon, which shoots bullets shaped like dice. She taunts, "HEY, LISTEN! THE BULLETS FOR OUR GUNS, EXPLODE WHEN THEY BUMP INTO EACH OTHER!" Zoro skillfully uses his swords to deflect the explosive dice bullets mid-air, causing them to detonate harmlessly away from him as he closes the distance to the tower's balcony.

Zoro is caught in a massive explosion near the top of the clock tower, the blast sending him flying backward. A countdown box reads "5 seconds left." Mr. 7 and Miss Father's Day look shocked, yelling "ZORO!" Down on the ground, a battered Sanji watches the explosion, muttering, "That dumbass took a full blast..." Back at the top, the sniper pair quickly recover their confidence and resume firing. Miss Father's Day laughs, "Ribbit ribbit! Run as you might, It's all futile! Ohohoho!" while Mr. 7 shouts "SMASH!" as they unleash another barrage of explosive bullets.

Suddenly, Chopper leaps high into the air towards the tower. Mr. 7 and Miss Father's Day are caught off guard, exclaiming, "WHO'S HE!?" and "OHO!?" A countdown box shows "4 seconds left." Mid-leap, Chopper shrinks down into his smaller Brain Point form with a "SHRINK!" sound. He yells, "HERE WE GO, VIVI!" Below him, Sanji is seen having just delivered a powerful kick to launch Chopper upwards, shouting, "THROW ME AS HARD AS YOU CAN, TONY!" The Baroque Works agents are confused by the sudden appearance of the reindeer and the absence of their primary target, asking, "WHERE'S MS. WEDNESDAY!?" and "Did we assess wrongly!?"

The clock face on the tower ticks closer to the deadline. A countdown box reads "3 seconds left." Suddenly, Vivi swings down from above the balcony on a rope, taking the snipers by surprise. "FROM ABOVE!?" they yell in panic. Vivi readies her weapon, shouting "PEACOCK STRING... TWIRL..." as she spins her chained slashers. Mr. 7 and Miss Father's Day scream in terror, "GOOOOO!" as Vivi descends upon them with her attack.

Vivi unleashes her attack, yelling "SLASHER!" as she swings her Peacock String. The sharp blades slice cleanly through the guns held by Mr. 7 and Miss Father's Day, disarming them instantly. A countdown box shows "2 seconds left." Vivi lands gracefully on the balcony. The two agents are stunned, uttering a shocked "WHA?" However, Miss Father's Day quickly regains her composure and taunts Vivi, "Ribbit ribbit! Too bad, so sad! You missed!" implying that while their weapons were destroyed, they themselves were unharmed.

Before Mr. 7 and Miss Father's Day can react further, they are suddenly struck by a delayed slashing effect from Vivi's attack, sending them flying backward with a cry of "RUNBACK!" Vivi looks on, panting. A countdown box reads "1 second left." The scene shifts to the burning fuse of the giant cannon, sparking violently as it reaches its end. Sanji is shown looking tense, while Vivi stares in horror as the final second ticks away, the fuse burning down to the very end.

Crocodile throws his head back and laughs triumphantly, declaring, "IT'S OVER!" as he believes the cannon has fired. A wide, silent shot shows the massive city of Alubarna sitting atop its plateau, seemingly awaiting its destruction. Back in the tomb, Crocodile looks down with a satisfied smirk at Luffy, who lies completely motionless and defeated on the ground, covered in blood and debris.

Vivi is shown looking desperate, a voice calling out "VIVI!" The scene shifts to the chaotic battle outside the palace walls. Royal guards are engaged in fierce combat. One guard yells, "AHHH! IT'S THE GUARD! RUN!" while another shouts, "AHH! YOU KIDS SNUCK IN HERE THROUGH THE HIDDEN PATH AGAIN, DIDN'T YOU!?" Chaka, in his half-jackal form, is seen fighting fiercely, demanding, "COME OUT AND PLAY!" The battle rages on, oblivious to the events at the clock tower.

A flashback shows a young Vivi and her friends. A kid says, "YUP! TO THE SECRET BASE! BUT IT'S A SECRET!" Vivi replies, "YES, HAVE FUN THEN." Chaka asks, "ARE YOU HEADING OUT, PRINCESS?" Pell casually responds to someone, "HM? OH, SURE." A man complains to them, "COMMANDER PELL AND CHAKA! COULD YOU PLEASE SAY SOMETHING TO THOSE BRATS!?" In the present, Chaka lies defeated and bloody on the ground. A guard asks, "WHERE'S THE PRINCESS?" Another guard, sitting nearby, replies, "I CAN'T SAY... IT'S A SECRET." Another adds, "THE WEATHER, IS FINE AGAIN TODAY..." and another chuckles, "HAHA... THE CLOCK TOWER AGAIN?"

The clock tower stands tall and silent against the sky, a single bird flying past. Down in the plaza, the massive battle between the rebel army and the royal guards continues unabated, with soldiers on horseback clashing swords. Usopp, covered in bandages and sweat, looks up anxiously at the tower, wondering aloud, "...Did we stop it!?" The clock face is shown, the hands having passed the designated time for the explosion, yet the tower remains intact.

Vivi stands near the giant cannon, panting heavily, "HUFF HUFF." She looks down to see the fuse has been completely severed, the cut end smoking slightly with a "tzz..." sound. The massive cannon sits silently, its firing mechanism halted. Vivi stares at the cut fuse, a look of disbelief and lingering tension on her face. The clock tower is shown from the outside, standing peacefully as the immediate threat of the cannon fire seems to have been averted.

Sanji, smoking a cigarette, looks up and asks, "...What, you still alive?" Zoro is shown hanging upside down from a rope, coughing and groaning, "COUGH! UGH!" Sanji nervously asks, "...D-DID WE STOP IT!?" Nearby, Chopper is panicking, holding his head and yelling, "WHAT THE HELL JUST FELL ON ME!?" while Usopp, looking battered, mutters, "UGHH..." Usopp then asks, "What happened?" and Sanji notes, "Something's strange..." Nami, looking concerned, points out, "Vivi won't show her face..." as they all wait for confirmation from the top of the tower.

King Cobra, battered and bleeding on the ground, glares up and mutters, "YOU FOUL, HEINOUS..." Crocodile smirks and replies, "Haha... At least call me meticulous, Mr. Cobra...! A 'plan' is something that can cover all possible accidents and scenarios..." Crocodile explains his failsafe: "If something were to happen to the one in charge of firing the cannon, Then it's only logical to have the bomb explode on its own! It only amounts to a difference of a few seconds." He laughs cruelly, "KUHAHA HAHA!" and adds, "I would have preferred the bomb be shot down right into the middle of the palace square, But oh well. Even with the blast center located all the way up there, there should still be quite a lot of casualties."

At the top of the clock tower, Vivi realizes the horrifying truth and screams down to her friends in absolute terror, "THE BOMB IS ON A TIMER! IT'S STILL GOING TO EXPLODE IF LEFT ALONE!" Down below, Usopp, Nami, Sanji, Zoro, and Chopper react with pure shock and panic, their faces contorted in disbelief as they yell, "W..." and "WHAAT!?" A wide shot shows the clock tower looming over the city of Alubarna, the deadly time bomb still ticking away inside, threatening to destroy everything despite their efforts to stop the cannon.
