Combat Power

Inside Iceburg's office, the room is in complete ruins with debris scattered everywhere. Several shipwrights lie unconscious on the floor. A voice echoes through the room, saying, "The flames will rise from a number of rooms on the first floor soon." Another voice adds, "But the culprits were pirates... these things happen." Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Paulie stand in shock and anger. Paulie, bleeding from his head, glares at the CP9 agents and mutters, "..... You!!!" Nami angrily shouts, "You use the masks of other people to get away with whatever you like. Talk about rude!!"

Blueno, still wearing his bull-horned mask, calmly responds, "They're already tainted masks. I see no problems with that." The CP9 members stand in a line, completely unfazed. A clock on the wall ticks quietly. On the floor, Iceburg lies injured and barely conscious, gasping weakly. Nico Robin, her face partially hidden by her hood, turns to leave, saying, "I'll be going then." Lucci replies, "Yes. You've done your part." Luffy screams in desperation, "WAIT!!! ROBIN!!! I WON'T ACCEPT IT!!!"

Robin walks away, saying a cold "Goodbye..." as she disappears. Nami and Chopper cry out in despair, "Robin!!" and "Don't let her go...!!" Iceburg weakly gasps, "Don't let Nico Robin...!!" Luffy charges forward in a rage, shouting, "Where are you going now!!? We just found you!!!" Blueno steps directly into his path, flexing his massive frame and declaring, "Tekkai." Luffy punches him squarely in the face, screaming, "Get outta my way!!!" but his fist hits Blueno's hardened body with a heavy, metallic thud.

Blueno grins as Luffy's fist bounces harmlessly off his face. Luffy is stunned, thinking, ".....!! What's with these guys and their hard bodies!!?" Blueno explains, "Our bodies are trained to the point of mimicking an iron shell. We can heighten our resistance." Luffy unleashes a rapid barrage of punches, shouting, "I said, get outta my way!!!" Blueno easily dodges every single strike, his body swaying like paper as he calls out, "Kamie." He adds, "But taking hits is not our only skill." Nami and Chopper watch in disbelief. Chopper screams, "Whoa!! He's not getting hit at all!! And he's so huge!!" Nami remarks, "It's like he's a piece of paper, floating...!!" Luffy tries to run past, yelling, "Robin!! Wait!!!"

Luffy prepares a counterattack, stretching his arm back: "You..!!! Gomu Gomu no...!!" Blueno looks on calmly. Luffy thrusts his fist forward, shouting, "Bullet!!!" but the punch hits nothing but empty air. Blueno has vanished. Luffy is shocked: "!?". Blueno suddenly reappears behind him, explaining, "Soru. With the explosive power of my legs... it only seems as though I've disappeared." Luffy turns around in surprise as Blueno moves with incredible speed. Chopper panics, screaming, "He disappeared again!!"

Blueno leaps high into the air, kicking the air to stay aloft: "Getsu-pou. I can kick the air and float..." Luffy looks up, confused: "Eh?". Chopper screams, "He's flying!!!" Meanwhile, Kaku and Kalifa prepare to attack, moving with rapid speed. Luffy yells, "You!!!" as Kaku and Kalifa execute a joint slashing kick: "Ran-kyaku." Luffy is caught in the crossfire, crying out "Buh!!?" as the sharp air pressure slashes at him.

The powerful air slash from the Rankyaku cuts clean through the stone wall of the room with a massive explosion of debris. Nami and Chopper duck for cover, Nami shouting, "Get down!!!" and Chopper crying "Why!?" and "A cutting technique!!?". Luffy is blown back into the rubble, groaning "Ow!!" Chopper screams, "Luffy!!" Nami is stunned: "They cut the wall with their kicks!?" Kalifa adjusts her glasses, explaining, "If you have the speed to create a kamikaze, then it's possible... That's Rankyaku."

Zoro watches the destruction, then suddenly reacts as Kaku attacks him with a swift kick. Zoro blocks the kick with his swords, the metal clashing with a sharp ring. Kaku, now unmasked, smiles and says, "We met on the ship, Roronoa. So your inspection at the time..." Zoro struggles against the pressure. Kaku continues, "Unfortunately for you... I was serious when I appraised it." Zoro glares back, saying "........!!"

Zoro retorts, "That's too bad." He clashes fiercely with Kaku, their blades sparking with a loud clashing sound. Meanwhile, Luffy is grabbed or struck, crying out "Ugaa!!!" Nami screams, "Luffy!!" Lucci stands calmly in the background, watching the battle unfold.

Robin continues to walk away. Luffy yells, "Don't go, Robin!! I'm not done talking to you!!!" Nami screams, "Robin!!!" Robin looks back with a cold, resolute expression: "No, I'm done. We will never meet again." Zoro glares, distracted by Robin's departure. Taking advantage of this, Kaku strikes Zoro, sending him skidding back across the floor.

Zoro yells to Luffy, "Luffy!!! Hurry up and catch Robin!!!" Luffy screams in determination, "Uwooo!!!" and charges forward, running past Lucci. Lucci watches him go, then points a finger at Zoro, saying, "Roronoa... you've got guts, looking away." Zoro gasps in surprise as he realizes the danger.

Lucci strikes Zoro with his finger, piercing his chest with a bloody impact. Chopper screams in horror, "Zoro!!!" Zoro spits blood, completely incapacitated. Lucci calmly says, "Shigan." He stands over the fallen swordsman, adding, "We don't need bullets... to pierce human flesh." Zoro lies face down on the floor, bleeding heavily.

Luffy is suddenly grabbed by the face by Lucci's massive hand. Luffy gasps in shock. Lucci looks down at him coldly, saying, "Go, Nico Robin." He then unleashes a powerful physical strike, slamming Luffy with a devastating blow. Luffy spits blood, groaning in pain as Lucci's pigeon Hattori flies off his shoulder.

Nami and Chopper watch in absolute horror. Chopper screams, "Robiiiiin!!!" Nami thinks, "Luffy was caught so easily...!!" Luffy lies defeated on the floor, gasping. The wind howls through the broken window. Lucci stands tall in the center of the ruined room, surrounded by the defeated Straw Hats and Paulie. Paulie grunts in pain, "..... Shit...". Luffy weakly growls, "Grrr.......!!!" Lucci looks down at them with a cold, impassive gaze.

Lucci turns around, his pigeon Hattori landing back on his shoulder. The CP9 members stand over the defeated heroes. Luffy and Zoro lie unconscious and bleeding on the floor. Nami cries out, "Luffy!!" and "Zoro!!!" Chopper is completely stunned, sweating and trembling: "..... What...!?" Nami despairs, "What's with their strength..?!!"

Paulie, bleeding heavily from his head, looks up and asks, "Who the hell... are you?" Lucci replies, "..... Our surroundings have changed...!!" The CP9 members reveal their true identities. Kaku says, "We, of the CP9, have been..." Kalifa continues, "Prepared to give our lives for the government." Blueno adds, "We've trained our bodies to great extremes since we were young." Lucci explains, "Thus, we've gained the 6 super human strengths... Rokushiki. I think it has finally sunk into your hearts. Us four are assigned by the government to extreme missions. And..."

Lucci's face is shown in a dramatic close-up as he declares, "You lowly pirates... can see the huge difference in our combat power...!!!" Luffy and Zoro weakly try to push themselves up, gasping for breath. Lucci continues, "This incident is of the utmost secrecy. It's not something you can touch!!!"

The clock on the wall ticks. Kalifa says, "Lucchi, it's about time the fires should be starting." Blueno adds, "We should hurry..." Lucci replies, "Yeah." But then Lucci smiles slightly and says, "But it's such a pity. I think... I'll show you something interesting..." Suddenly, Lucci's body begins to transform, growing massive and beastly, casting a huge, terrifying shadow over the room. Nami, Chopper, and Paulie gasp in absolute terror: "What.....!??" and ".....!!?". Luffy stares in shock as Lucci's transformed beastly form looms over them.
