On the rooftops of Enies Lobby, Luffy stands exhausted under the sky, muttering "I WAS FIGHTING SO MUCH...!!!" and "NOW I'M STARVING..." as his stomach growls loudly. Nearby, a CP9 agent in a mask devours a bento lunch with exaggerated "TO~~~!!!" and "BEN~~~" sounds. Luffy spots the food and reacts instantly. The agent, realizing who he faces, blurts "SO THAT'S HIM...!!! 'STRAWHAT LUFFY.'" Luffy lunges forward, grabbing the bento with both hands and stuffing the contents into his mouth and pockets while declaring "...GRRUDAY SHIPPUFREM NN MAWPOWKED! (GLAD I STUFFED 'EM IN MY POCKETS!!!)" as the agent yells "WHAT THE HELL...!!I" and "THAT'S WHY I HAVE A..."

The massive gates of Enies Lobby loom as Blueno lies defeated and sprawled on the ground with impact lines and "YUM. A~~A~~ YUM." bubbles above him. CP9 agents react in shock: "HE'S A MEMBER OF CP9...!!! A ROKUSHIKI USER... AND A DEVIL FRUIT USER...!!!" "BLUENO'S A SUPERHUMAN WITH MORE THAN 800 DOURIKI...!!!" "ALL RIGHT!!" "MY STRENGTH IS BACK!!" "NO WAY...!!! THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING...!!!" "BLUENO!!I" Luffy stands triumphant, roaring "WOO OOOO OH~~~!!!" while one agent growls "...YET, HE LOST TO THAT BRAT!!I"

Inside the grand hall, an agent is hurled violently through the air with "GYAAA AAAH~~~!!!" and "OOOO OH~~~!!!" as debris flies. Lucci, in his hybrid leopard form, barks orders: "GATHER EVERYONE HERE!!!" "CALL LUCCI AND THE OTHERS" "WHAT SHOULD WE DO!!I" "CH...CHIEF!!" A wide shot shows the empty judgment chamber as Lucci declares "MY ORDER FOR CP9: 'STRAWHAT LUFFY' AND HIS ENTIRE CREW ARE TO BE COMPLETELY ANNIHILATED!!!"

CP9 agents scramble with "Y-YES, SIR!!! RIGHT AWAY!!!" "I'LL DECAPITATE ALL THREE OF HIS HEADS!!!" "INFORM BASKERVILLE, TOO!!! IF THE PIRATES LOWER THE DRAWBRIDGE..." and "HEY, LET'S HURRY." Below, chained figures sit in the hall. One agent tells Nico Robin "ACCEPTED THE GOVERNMENT'S TERMS FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR NAKAMA." "I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU'VE..." "DO YOU KNOW HOW COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS THIS IS...I" "... THEY'VE COME THIS FAR." Robin remains silent and downcast. An agent looms over her saying "LIFT UP YOUR HEAD, NICO ROBIN." Another growls "THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY TO GET OUTTA HERE: RESPOND TO THEIR RESCUE!!!" "...SO, WHY DO YOU LOOK SO DEPRESSED...I" while a third adds "BUT THE IDIOT CHIEF... BROKE THE AGREEMENT YOU HAD WITH THE GOVERNMENT, JUST LIKE THAT. IT'S NOT LIKE ANYBODY WILL BE SAVED BECAUSE YOU'VE SURRENDERED YOURSELF."

Spandam glares intensely, shouting at Robin, "IF YOU LOOK AWAY, THEY WON'T BE ABLE TO RESCUE YOU!!!" He continues, "ARE YOU AFRAID THAT YOUR NAKAMA WILL DIE HEREI IT'S LIKE YOU'RE RUNNING AWAY FROM SOMETHING ON YOUR OWN..." Robin stands silently with a tense expression. At the gates of Enies Lobby, Spandam yells, "ISN'T ANYONE AROUND HERE!I COME OUT!!!" He declares, "I'LL FORCE YOU" and "HEEE EEEY!!!" while Robin thinks, "TO SEE STRAW-HAT NOW. EH!I" Below, Spandam orders, "LET'S HEAD TO THE GATES OF JUSTICE IMMEDIATELY!!! BRING THE TWO OF THEM OVER!!" as he grabs Robin and they run, with him shouting, "WE'LL KEEP NICO ROBIN AWAY FROM STRAW-HAT!!!"

Franky's body suddenly expands massively with a huge "ばんっ！" and "ごごごごご..." sound as he screams in pain. Spandam reacts in shock, "WHOA, WHAT THE HELL!I IS HE CONSTIPATED!I" and "WHAAAT!!!I" while thinking, "BUT AT LEAST I'LL TAKE A BUNCH OF YOU GUYS WITH ME, TOO...!!! WITH A 3 KM DIAMETER EXPLOSION... TO CHOOSE SELF-DESTRUCTION INSTEAD... I'VE SENSED THE END OF MY LIFE NEARING AND HAVE DECIDED HEY... SPANDA..." Franky yells desperately, "1... 2... 3... HELP! DON'T DRAG ME INTO THIS!!! IDIOT...!!! NO, YOU IDIOT, WAIT, STOP!!! I'LL BE ENDING MY LIFE. DON'T YOU DARE TRY TO STOP ME! BASTARD, I DON'T WANNA DIE~~~~!!! STOOOOP!!!"

Franky begins his attack with "COUP DE"... as the massive explosion erupts with "ドドドドド" and "ズドン" sounds. The blast sends debris flying with "ボーン!!!" and screams of "GY-AA-AA-AA-AH!!" and "!!I". Robin is caught in the chaos as the structure collapses around them. The tower shakes violently with impact effects and "グアァァァァァ" sounds while characters react in panic to the devastating "BOO" blast.

The massive tower of Enies Lobby begins to crumble and fall with "ギギギ..." sounds as someone shouts, "AH...!!! SHIT!!! WE'RE FALLING!!!". Below, the chained structure breaks apart with "THUD" and "CREEE..." effects. Franky, chained and falling, yells triumphantly, "THE CHAINS ARE... BROKEN, GOOD!!!" and "SUPER~~~~!!!" as the massive form plummets toward the ground amid the destruction.

A massive impact shakes the tower as debris flies. Panting heavily, a chained figure lands safely thanks to a fence below. "HAA... HAA... TH-THAT WAS CLOSE. I'M GLAD THERE WAS A FENCE." The large man with a pompadour and chains turns toward the woman beside him. "HEY, YOU... YOU AIN'T HURT, ARE YOUI" Robin stands silently, staring ahead. Below, frantic marines react in panic. One shouts, "IF YOU LET THEM GET AWAY, I'LL HANG YOU ALL!!!" Another yells, "IDIOTS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!I CAPTURE THEM!" A third cries out in shock, "ACK!!! H-HE DECEIVED US!!! CHIEF!!! FRANKY AND NICO ROBIN BROKE THE CHAINS AND FLED TO THE BALCONY!!!" Franky sweats nervously, muttering, "BUT, WELL... STRAWHAT IS THERE... NOW, RESPOND TO HIM ACCORDINGLY!!!" He adds, "HAA...!! IF ONLY I HAD ONE MORE BOTTLE OF COLA, I COULD DO A 'COUP DE VENT' AND GET TO THE OTHER SIDE." A marine recoils, "BEEEEH!!!I" while another gripes, "WHOA!! TH-THIS SMOKE STINKS!!"

Explosions rock the area as Franky shouts, "WEAPONS LEFT"!!!" while leaping through smoke. Luffy stares upward and asks, "FRANKY IS THERE, TOO, ISN'T HEI" Usopp waves frantically from below, yelling, "IT'S KINDA FAR, BUT I'LL TRY TO JUMP OVER THERE!!!" A marine with a gun snarls, "SMALL FRY, GET LOST!" while another orders, "RECAPTURE THEM! DON'T LET 'EM GET AWAY!!!" Luffy grins widely from a high vantage point and calls out, "HEEEEY!!! ROBIIIIIIN!!! I'M GLAD YOU'RE STILL HERE!!!" Robin stands on the balcony, looking back with a quiet "....!!!" as Luffy beams beside her. The massive Enies Lobby tower looms in the background amid the chaos.

Luffy stretches his arm with a "GOMU GOMU" as he launches toward the tower. Robin stands with a stern expression, sweat on her face. She turns sharply and declares, "I'VE TOLD YOU SEVERAL TIMES! I... I'LL NEVER COME BACK TO YOU!!!" Her face twists in anger with a grinding sound effect as she glares. Luffy looks shocked, eyes wide. In a powerful panel, Robin shouts, "I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR FACES AGAIN!!!" while striking a pose that sends shockwaves and debris flying. She finishes with a fierce "GO AWAY!!!" as Luffy watches in stunned silence.

Robin glares and yells, "WHEN DID I EVER ASK YOU TO DO THAT!!I" Luffy stands with arms spread, replying with a simple "..." Robin continues shouting, "WHY DID YOU COME TO RESCUE ME!!I" while a chained Franky looks on in surprise, "HUH!I" A massive anguished wail erupts across the page with the sound "わあああああああああああ". Robin's face shows deep sorrow. In the final close-up, Luffy stares forward with wide eyes and a faint smile, declaring, "I JUST... WANT TO DIE!!!" as shock ripples through the onlookers.

On the battered rooftop of Enies Lobby, Robin stands with a grim expression as a CP9 agent with an afro hairstyle rages, "WHAT'RE YOU SMOKING!I! THEY RISKED THEIR LIVES TO COME THIS FAR, AND NOW THIS...!!!" A calm voice replies from the side, "... THEY DID THAT ON THEIR OWN." Elsewhere, another agent laughs wildly, "OOWA... OOWA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! INTERESTING!!! WHAT'RE THEY GONNA DO NOWI WAHAHAHA!" Robin watches silently. In the next instant, a massive impact strikes as a black silhouette delivers a crushing blow, "OOF!!!" The force sends debris flying. A CP9 member with a long face and hat yells in shock, "WHAAAAAT!I DON'T BE A FOO-" while another agent taunts, "OH, SHUT UP. BESIDES, I LIKE IT!!" Kaku questions, "KAKU!! DID YOU DO THAT OUT OF SPITE!I HUH!I BECAUSE YOU ATE THAT WEIRD FRUIT!I" The long-nosed agent laughs, "GYAH HA-HAHA-HAHA!!" A figure walks away with the sound effect "ズターッ..." as someone says, "MOVE."

Luffy stands on a high vantage point overlooking the massive, damaged Enies Lobby tower marked with "ENIES LOBBY" and "IMP." signs, his fist clenched as impact lines and "ガポォン!" sound effects show the structure shaking. "TMR... TMR..." echoes. Multiple "FOOM" shots ring out from a high window. Below, chaos erupts as a CP9 agent spreads his arms, "GLAD YOU'RE ALL HERE, CP9." The narration states, "THE STRAWHAT CREW... HAS BEGUN TO FALL APART." An agent laughs maniacally, "WAHAHA!!" while another warns, "BUT, LET'S WAIT FOR A WHILE..." In a close-up, Robin stares forward with a serious, sweat-dropped face. Luffy, bruised and determined, looks up at her and shouts, "LET'S SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING!!! WAHAHAHA, THIS IS AMUSING!!!"

A giant exaggerated face looms on the left, mouth open wide. Several CP9 agents stand in dramatic poses amid rubble. One with a top hat comments, "AFTER BEING A BAR OWNER FOR 5 YEARS. I GUESS HE'S LOST HIS TOUCH." Another replies, "EVEN IF HE'S LOST HIS TOUCH, WOULD HE LOSE THAT EASILY...I" A suited agent declares, "HE LOST!! CHAPAPA!" On the right, a long-haired agent with a scar gestures wildly, "YOYO!! EVEN~ IF HE'S ALONE, HE~ CAME THIS FAR~ AND THAT'S~ PRAISE-WORTHY!" while another notes, "RIGHT, BLUENO GOT YAWNED. GYAHAHA, WHAT AN IDIOT." A woman in a net outfit stands with hand on hip. Large impact SFX "ドドドドーン!!!" shake the ground as the group reacts to the ongoing battle.
