A massive Pacifista looms as Marines shout, "GET AWAY FROM THE PACIFISTAS!!!" Explosions and flying debris scatter soldiers. One Marine cries "UWAA AAA!!!" while another yells "HIII!" and "GYAA!!" In the lower section, a cloaked figure commands, "ATLAS!! SEARCH FOR BONNIE!!" as Vegapunk's floating machines descend. A Marine warns, "VEGAPUNK IS COMING DOWNI!" Another reacts, "HA... HA... IN OTHER WORDS...!!!" Smoke and impact effects fill the battlefield.

Bonnie clings to the massive VEGATANK 8 as it rolls forward. She yells, "BONNIE-CHAN!!" while another voice notes, "'KAIROUSEKI' HAS THE PROPERTY OF STICKING TOGETHER" and "15 THE TIRES OF THIS 'VEGATANK' ARE MADE OF KAIROUSEKI, SO THEY WON'T FALL!!" Sanji appears, asking, "HAS MY LADY RADAR EVER BEEN WRONGI!" A girl with goggles shouts, "REALLY, SANJII!" and "I FOUND HER!!" The tank speeds ahead with motion lines as Sanji declares, "BUT IF THE SPEED OF THIS TANK DOESN'T CATCH UP IT MY RESTLESS HEART, I'LL GO AHEAD!!" Someone calls, "SANJI!!" and another replies, "THANKS! IT'S AN UNSCIENTIFIC RADAR, BUT I BELIEVE IN IT TOO!"

Jewelry Bonney is spotted mid-air amid explosions. A hooded figure shouts, "THERE SHE IS, PIRATE BONNEY!!" and "GOOD, THE PACIFISTAS ARE ON OUR SIDE!!" Another panel shows the same figure aiming a weapon: "THERE SHE IS, JEWELRY BONNEY!!" Bonney reacts with shock as a massive impact strikes, labeled "NEAR-DEATH EXPERIENCE!!!" with large SFX "ドドドッ!!" Bodies and debris fly as the attack lands.

A Pacifista-like figure charges forward gripping a massive weapon as debris flies. "WAIT, BONNEY!!" someone yells. A voice from the side shouts, "HEY!! WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU GUYSI! I SAW THE SANZU RIVER..." A small creature-like being adds, "I CAN'T BELIEVE IT..." In the foreground, a blonde girl stares in horror, "HUHI! WHY...I" while a large PX-II 046 Pacifista lunges ahead, declaring, "WE WON'T LET YOU ESCAPE!!" A T/L note reads "DEATH REFERENCE" amid the flying rubble and smoke.

Vice Admiral Bluegrass, labeled "NAVY HEAD-QUARTERS, VICE ADMIRAL BLUEGRASS," rides a massive bear-like creature marked PX-L, her striped hair and goggles visible as she grips the reins. "THE 'STICK-STICK FRUIT' MAKES ME A SKILLED DRIVER!!" she boasts. "IF IT'S JUST ONE, IT DOESN'T MATTER!! I CAN RIDE ANYTHING!!" The creature growls with a cross-shaped glare. "IF I KILL YOU, WILL THE CURSE ON OUR MARINES BE LIFTEDI!" Bluegrass threatens. Below, the Pacifista is hurled backward by a powerful strike, "ぱっ!!" as debris scatters. A hooded blonde figure watches with tears, whispering "DAD..." while impact lines and "!!!" fill the panel.

Kuma appears in a flash, coat billowing. "THERE YOU ARE!!" he growls. A blonde woman cries out, "I HEARD 'KUMA' IS YOUR FATHER!!" while another warns, "IT'S... BLACK-LEG...!!" "BONNEY-CHAN!! DON'T JUST STAND THERE!!" Kuma is struck hard, "ブシャアアアア!!" sending him flying. "LET'S JUST RUN!!" someone urges as a cloaked figure carries another. "RACOON HAMMER!!!" a voice yells amid the explosion. In the next spread, a Vegapunk-like figure with curly hair shouts, "WE'RE PULLING UP!!" while another calls, "THE PACIFISTAS ARE ALREADY ON OUR SIDE." "VEGA-PUNK!!" "GET IN, SANJI-KUN! BONNEY!!" a goggled man yells as the group flees toward a massive vehicle.

Massive explosions tear through the sky above Egghead's towering structures as a figure is blasted away amid "バババババ" and impact SFX. A sign reads "RESEARCH LEVEL" near "DR. VEGAPUNK'S LAB RECORDS" with a counter at "100." A wild-eyed curly-haired character laughs maniacally, "THAT'S MY MISSION!! HA... HA..." Beside him, a sunglasses-wearing man with a scar replies, "SORRY. BUT I CAN'T FOCUS ON MY MISSION IF I STAY HERE... HA... HA..." Below, a massive projectile launches with "ドン" and "ロォオオオ" as a voice shouts, "HEY!! WAIT!!" A figure observes, "THIS IS TROUBLE-SOME..." while the lab island shakes under the assault.

Shock ripples across the island as multiple characters react to an unseen force. Sanji's eyes widen in alarm, "!!I" while nearby a voice cries, "WHAT IS ITI!" A grinning figure with swirling hair and another man with sunglasses both react with "!I" and "HUHI". In the next tier, a tall man in a top hat grips his cane tightly, muttering "COULD IT BE...I" as a small curly-haired figure stands behind him. A frantic group piles into a vehicle, one shouting "HURRY, HURRY!!" while another asks, "WHAT'S THIS STRANGE PRESENCEI!" LISTEN TO OUR ORDERS!!" and "WHAT HAPPENED!I THE PACIFISTAS HAVE STOPPED GUARDING!!" Marines in dark coats stand ready. A close-up shows a magic circle forming on the ground, prompting cries of "MAGIC CIRCLE!!!" and "OH NO..." A young girl with a hat gasps, "ONLY THE 'GOROSEI'..." The bottom tier erupts with the announcement: "'GOROSEI' SAINT SATURN IS LANDING ON EGGHEAD!!" One figure yells, "ANYWAY, LET'S RUN! HOLD ON TIGHT!!" while another reacts, "HUH!I" and states, "THE WORLD'S HIGHEST AUTHORITY!!!" The circle pulses violently. A close-up shows the emerging figure as voices shout, "WHAT WAS THAT EXPLOSION!I" and "THE 'GOROSEI'!I HAVE THEY COME TO THIS ISLAND!I" A woman with long hair cries out, "SOMEONE IS COMING OUT OF THAT CIRCLE!!" The final panel reveals the glowing five-pointed magic circle with the number 5 repeated around its edge.

Saint Jaygarcia Saturn emerges from the circle in a towering, monstrous form wreathed in black flames and smoke. Nearby characters react in terror: "WHOA!!", "I DON'T KNOW BUT THAT THING IS MOST LIKELY...", and "WHAT THE HELL IS THATI A MONSTERI!" Saturn grips his massive club-like weapon, declaring, "THE WORLD'S SURFACE... IT'S BEEN A WHILE...!!!" The bottom caption identifies him in bold text: THE HIGHEST AUTHORITY OF THE WORLD GOVERNMENT "GOROSEI," SCIENCE DEFENSE DEITY SAINT JIGARSIA SATURN.

Explosions rock the sky as Luffy in his Gear 5 form clings to the Vegatank, shouting amid the chaos. "THE CLOUDS!!" "WOAH!!!" A long-haired girl stares upward in shock. "ON THE TOP!! BE CAREFUL!!" "WHAT'S THAT MONSTERI!" Below, an elderly man in a hooded cloak unleashes a blinding light. "OOOO-OOOH!!!" Kizaru is sent flying backward. "KIZARU!!" "THAT WAS CLOSE!!" Luffy yells from the ground, "LUFFY, DO SOMETHING!!" Vegapunk questions him, "DIDN'T YOU REACH YOUR LIMIT IN THIS FORMI" Kizaru recovers and advances. "STOP RIGHT THERE, KIZARU!!" Luffy pants heavily, "HA.. HA..."

Luffy stretches his arm back. "GUMO-GUMO NUUU--!!" He launches a massive punch. "WHITE STAR GUN!!!" The attack slams into Kizaru with tremendous force, sending shockwaves and debris flying as the Vegatank and surrounding structures are caught in the blast. Kizaru is hurled away while Luffy presses the assault.

Luffy's form begins to falter. "NIKA"!!!!" he strains. "LUFFY-KUN!!" "I REACHED MY LIMIT..." Kizaru smirks. "BAD...!!!" "THIS IS..." A colossal explosion erupts as the White Star Gun connects, shattering the ground and sending Vegapunk's massive mechanical body crashing down amid smoke and rubble. "WHOA!!!"

Saint Saturn looms over the wreckage. "SAINT SATURN, HUHI" Vegapunk gasps. "INDEED... I THOUGHT YOU HAD LONG BEEN KILLED, VE-GAPUNK." Saturn replies coldly. Atlas rushes forward. "ATLAS-CHAN, ARE YOU HURTI!" "I'M FINE...!" Bonney cries out, "SAINT SATURN!!!" Saturn declares, "I ISSUED THE ORDER." Bonney attacks desperately. "BONNEY-CHAN!!" The chapter ends with Saturn's overwhelming presence dominating the battlefield.
