A furry mink doctor with a stethoscope exclaims, 'THE MEDICAL SCIENCE OF THE SAKURIA KINGDOM COMBINED WITH THE PHARMACOLOGY OF THE TORINO KINGDOM IS AMAZING!' Chopper, in hat form, replies 'THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH!' and 'OKAY!' while a voice cheers 'CHOPPER DOING BIG THINGS!' Chopper blushes as the doctor says 'DR. CHOPPER, YOU'RE THE BEST!' Chopper answers 'EHEHE! WELL, THERE WERE SO MANY USEFUL PLANTS IN THE FOREST! THE BLEEDING'S STOPPED COMPLETELY.' The doctor adds 'D... DON'T THINK THAT HEAPING PRAISE ON ME... IS GONNA MAKE ME HAPPY, YOU STUPID BASTARD!' while Chopper giggles 'EHEHE HEHE'. Crew members on a small boat shout 'YEAH! LEAVE IT TO US! WE'LL TAKE CARE OF THAT!' as they approach a massive descending structure. Chopper notes 'NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT, THOUGH, CHANGING ALL THESE BANDAGES IS GOING TO BE QUITE LABORIOUS.'

The mink doctor continues, 'BUT TODAY I WAS REMINDED.' Chopper looks up curiously. The doctor reflects, 'I GUESS I ENDED UP TAKING IT FOR GRANTED. BECAUSE I'VE BEEN HERE EVER SINCE I WAS BORN, ZUNESHA HAS BEEN THE VERY EARTH WE LIVE ON! FOR OVER A THOUSAND YEARS,' as massive legs of Zunesha stride through the sea. Chopper stares in awe, asking 'JUST WHERE IN THE WORLD... FOR A THOUSAND YEARS, YOU HAVE WALKED. ARE YOU GOINGI!' The doctor replies, 'TO LIVE ATOP THIS MAJESTIC CREATURE. REMINDED THAT WE AS A COUNTRY ARE BEING ALLOWED...' A wide view shows the island of Zou resting on Zunesha's back. The narration states, 'NOW THAT WE'VE REALIZED THAT ZUNESHA POSSESSES THE FACULTY TO HEAR AND UNDERSTAND WHAT WE SAY, I WOULD LIKE TO ASK IT SOMETHING. ONE DAY, THIS ARRANGEMENT WILL COME TO AN END.'

Over the ruined cityscape of Mokomo Dukedom Claw City on Zou, voices discuss the situation. "ON ZOU, YOU SAYI" "YES." "STAY BACKI" someone asks. A young boy with a shaved head and topknot shouts desperately, "TALK WITH IT!" while sweat flies from his face. "BUT I FEEL I MUST..." Kinemon replies with a serious expression, gripping his sword. "I AM NOT SURE HOW I AM GOING TO GO ABOUT IT," he continues. "WHAT WILL COME OF YOU STAYING HEREI" A massive close-up shows Zunesha's enormous eye and wrinkled face as an unseen speaker declares, "I WISH TO ASK IT WHY ONLY MY VOICE HAS REACHED IT! AND SURELY IT MUST KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT THE KOUZUKI CLAN!" "TALK WITH ZUNISHA! A BEING THAT HAS LIVED FOR A THOUSAND YEARS!" The panel erupts with the giant sound effect "ゴォオオオ" as the decision forms.

The discussion continues among the Mink leaders. "THEREFORE, FOR THE TIME BEING, I WILL REMAIN HERE AS WELL," Inuarashi states. Nekomamushi growls, "I HAVE REALIZED I MUST CONTINUE TO PROTECT ZOU FROM THE THREAT OF KAIDO, AT LEAST FOR SOME TIME LONGER." Kinemon nods, "THAT IS FINE, KINEMON." "I SEE... UNFORTUNATELY... THERE ARE THOSE WHO AWAIT OUR RETURN TO WANO," he adds. Nekomamushi roars that they cannot all rush back together. A diagram appears showing four teams: Luffy Team heading to Whole Cake Island, Nekomamushi Team to search for Marco, Kinemon Team to Wano Country, and Inuarashi Team staying on Zou. "UNDERSTOOD. THEN IT IS DECIDED! WE SHALL TEMPORARILY SPLIT INTO FOUR TEAMS," Kinemon announces. In the background, a mink mentions the Den Den Mushi and wild snails in the forest, while another notes the country does not use them.

Luffy screams at the top of his lungs, "AAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHH!" with motion lines and impact effects. In the Whale Forest outskirts near the Guardians' residential district, a massive tree is shown with the sound "HEEE~Y!" A mink shouts in panic, "PEKO-MAMUSHI'S HOUSE WAS DESTROYED!" Debris flies everywhere from the ruined structure. Pekoms lies on the ground in turtle form, covered in rubble. Luffy stands nearby yelling, "YOU OKAYI! ANSWER ME!" Pekoms replies calmly, "THERE IS NO NEED TO FRET. I'M HERE." Sound effects of "ビリビリ" and "ドン" accompany the destruction and movement. The scene shows the aftermath of the collapse with scattered wood and dust.

Pekoms, now in his turtle form with a diamond-hard shell, complains, "A MAN CAN'T EVEN GET ANY ALONE TIME AROUND HERE!" while holding a plate and roaring "GAOH*!" Luffy stares in shock, "A TURTLEI" and "SHEESH." Pekoms explains, "I ATE THE KAME-KAME NO MI! MY SHELL IS AS IMPENETRABLE AS A DIAMOND!" with the sound effect "ずどん!!" Luffy reacts with surprise, "YOU'RE ACTUALLY A TURTLE-MAMUSHII!" Pekoms sighs, "SIGH. WE'RE GETTING FURTHER AWAY FROM MY ACTUAL NAME BY THE DAY." He continues, "NO TYPE OF REACTION TO THE DIAMOND COMMENTI I SEE." Luffy says, "I SEE!" and "CHOPPER SAID HE'LL BE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CARE!" Pekoms answers gratefully, "AAH, I TRULY AM GRATEFUL FOR THE TREATMENT. YOU ALL JUST KEEP SAVING MY HIDE!" with musical notes as he relaxes in the forest setting.

Luffy clings desperately as a massive mink-like figure hauls him along at breakneck speed. "WAIT A MINUTE! YOU MADMAN! I'M STILL BARELY CLINGING ONTO LIFE HERE!" Luffy yells. "WHAT IN BLAZESI! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS GUY! WORST SAVIOR EVER!" he adds in shock. The carrier shouts back, "RIGHT. WE NEEDA' GET GOING! OFF TO BIG MOM'S!" Motion lines and impact effects emphasize the frantic rush. The scene shifts to a wide view of the Guardians Residential District. In a close panel, Pedro the leopard mink appears with a fierce expression. "PEDRO." A voice calls out. Pedro reacts with "HMI" as another mink cries "MASTER!"

Pedro the leopard mink roars in anger. "THERE ISN'T A SINGLE MINK IN THE RESCUE PARTY! I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS HONORABLE IN THE LEAST." Another voice declares, "SANJI IS A SAVIOR OF THIS COUNTRY, AND YET HE WAS KIDNAPPED FROM WITHIN ITS BORDERS! THOUGH I UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR A SMALL TEAM, SAVE PEKOMS." Pedro snaps at a spotted mink, "QUIT TRYING TO GET THE JUMP ON US, PEDRO!" The spotted mink retorts, "YES! YOU WANNA GO TOOI YOU TELLIN' ME..." Sicilian the lion mink steps forward with his sword. "IS THE LAST PERSON THAT SHOULD GO ON A COVERT MISSION LIKE THIS! KNOW YOUR PLACE, SICILIAN! A BOISTEROUS FOOL LIKE YOU... THE DUTY OF ACCOMPANYING THE SANJI RESCUE PARTY! WE OF INUARASHI'S THREE MUSKETEERS SHALL SEE TO IT!" Pedro fires back, "WHO ARE YOU CALLING BOISTEROUS, YOU SPOTTED BASTARD!"

Several minks shout their desire to join the Sanji rescue. Rody yells, "HEY, WE FOUGHT WITH LUFFY! MR. PEDRO!" BB adds, "ME TOO! AS DR. CHOPPER'S ASSISTANT!" Tristan calls out, "LET ME GO AS WELL! I'VE BEEN WITH THE CREW SINCE THEY GOT HERE!" Wanda the dog mink pleads, "ME TOO!" Pedro glares and states, "I SEE THROUGH ALL YOUR ULTERIOR MOTIVES! SILENCE, DOG CLAN!" A small mink protests, "NAMI LIKES SLEEPING ON MY STOMACH!" Another voice complains, "I WANT TO CHEW ON BARON CORPSE'S BONES FOREVER!" and questions, "WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING, FATHER YOMOI!" An older mink concludes, "AND YOU ARE THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN KEEP HIM IN LINE! AH... PEKOMS IS WITH THEM. BUT MASTER... I UNDERSTAND HOW YOU ALL FEEL BUT I WILL BE LEAVING THIS TO PEDRO'S DISCRETION..."

Nami grips her weapon and asks, "SO I JUST SQUEEZE HEREI WILL YOU LET ME FINISH MY EXPLANATION, NAMII!" Usopp demonstrates, "I MADE USE OF THE GROWTH CAPABILITIES OF THE POP GREEN, THE SURFACE TREATMENTS WERE DONE WITH FRANKY'S HELP." The staff suddenly extends with a massive "SQUEEZE" effect and impact lines. Nami yelps, "IT GREW! WAAH! WHOA!" Usopp continues explaining, "AS FOR THE WEATHERIAN DEVICES YOU GAVE ME, I MANAGED TO PUT ALMOST ALL OF THEM IN THERE, SAVE FOR ONE... IT'S YOUR NEW CLIMA TACT! BY APPLYING DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OF STRENGTH TO THE HANDLE, YOU CAN FREELY CONTROL THE LENGTH OF BOTH HALVES." Nami swings the extended staff while Usopp warns, "WELL IF YOU'D HAVE LET ME FINISH... YOU EXTENDED IT TOO MUCH! UM, USOPP, DON'T YOU THINK IT'S A BIT LONGI IT'S GONNA TAKE A WHILE BEFORE YOU GET THE HANG OF IT."

Usopp demonstrates his new invention as Nami twirls a black staff topped with a large orb. "YOU'RE THE BEST, USOPP!" she exclaims. "IT'S EASY TO HOLD AND EVEN EASIER TO TWIRL!♡" Usopp sweats nervously while a small mink watches in shock. "THE MAGIC WAND YOU TOLD ME ABOUT ON SABAODY... I COULDN'T REALLY WRAP MY HEAD AROUND IT." "IT'S A MAGIC WAND!" Nami continues spinning the staff, unleashing sparkling effects and wind. "WAAH! WATCH IT!" someone cries as debris flies. "WHAT HAVE I UNLEASHEDI" Usopp panics. Nami smiles sweetly, "AHHH, DON'T MENTION IT... THANK YOU, USOPP!♡" She admires the weapon: "IT'S WONDERFUL♡ IT REALLY IS THE CULMINATION OF ALL OF WEATHERIA'S WEATHER SCIENCE! THE SORCERY CLIMA TACT I'VE ALWAYS DREAMED OF!" Usopp grins proudly, "WHAT MARVELOUS NINJUTSU!" In the next scene Nami leaps away on a cloud, shouting "BAILING ON THE CHECK!!!" Usopp calls after her, "MIRAGE TEMPO!" and then smiles, "NOW THEN, THE FEE FOR THE MATERIALS USED..."

At the ZOU, MAIN GATE, a large group gathers. Luffy stands smiling in the center while a skeleton-like figure in a top hat tips his hat. "SO 6 PEOPLE IN ALL, HUHI NICE TO MEET YA, PEROPERO!" a voice calls. The skeleton figure introduces himself: "MY NAME IS PEDRO. I WON'T GET IN YOUR WAY." Luffy grins widely. Wanda hugs Nami, saying "NAMI! YOU BE CAREFUL, OKAYI" Nami replies, "THANK YOU, WANDA! I WILL! YOU TOO!" Carrot stands nearby with a striped tail. In the lower panels a lion mink growls, "WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN, GAOHI!" Pedro answers calmly, "I WILL BE TAGGING ALONG AS SOMEONE... VERY FAMILIAR WITH YOUR TENDENCIES!" The lion mink reacts with shock, "WH... WHY ARE YOU HERE, BROTHER PEDROI"

Luffy beams with excitement, declaring "WHATEVER HAPPENS, HAPPENS!! IT'S OKAY!" Thought bubbles show Sanji and another figure as voices discuss, "HE MIGHT HAVE GONE ALL LOVEY-DOVEY AND OKAYED THE MARRIAGE. LISTEN... IT'S HIM WE'RE TALKING ABOUT HERE. FOR ALL WE KNOW, I CAN'T EVEN PRETEND THAT THAT ISN'T A POSSIBILITY." The scene shifts to a large farewell at the gate. Mink citizens wave as Luffy's group prepares to leave. "BE SAFE, LUFFY!" "WE SHALL AWAIT YOUR ARRIVAL IN WANO!" "WELL THEN, LUFFY-DONO!" Kanjuro offers, "ALLOW ME TO ASSIST YOU IN DESCENDING THE ELEPHANT!" Luffy replies, "THANKS, BUT NO THANKS, KANJURO." Kin'emon adds, "I'LL ROUND UP THE WANO SAMURAI FOR YA!" Franky shouts, "I'LL BUILD SOME WEAPONS TO DEAL WITH KAIDO!!" The minks cheer, "IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FROM US, LET US KNOW!"

The group rides a massive creature down the side of the elephant. Luffy, Nami, Carrot, Wanda, and Pedro cling to the beast as it plummets through clouds. "SPROING" sounds as they bounce. A voice asks "HMI" while another exclaims "!I" The creature's legs flail wildly. Luffy shouts with a grin, "OKAY!" Someone yells, "LEAVE SANJI TO US!" The minks on the elephant's back react with alarm, eyes wide and mouths open. In the final panel the lion mink and others stare in shock as the group disappears downward, the massive leg kicking up dust and debris with dramatic speed lines and the sound effect "HOLY SHIIII IIIII-" echoing.

Shocked faces fill the panels as the crew reacts with wide eyes and open mouths. Sweat drops fly while question marks hover above one figure. Luffy grins broadly in close-up and waves, declaring, "SEE YA' IN WANO!" Behind him, the others shout warnings: "TRY TO AVOID RUNNING INTO BIG MOM AT ALL COSTS! SHE'S AN EMPRESS OF THIS OCEAN! YOU BET!" In the massive lower panel the ship blasts away in a huge explosion of smoke and impact lines. Luffy's voice calls back, "GOT IT! LATER GUYS!" as the vessel shrinks into the distance amid dramatic speed lines and the sound effect "ああああああ".

Narration boxes explain the departure: "LEAVES FOR WHOLE CAKE ISLAND... WHERE THE YONKOU BIG MOM, WITH WHOM LUFFY PICKED A FIGHT, AWAITS. AND THUS LUFFY'S 'SANJI RETRIEVAL TEAM'..." A small panel shows Alabasta with the caption "ALABASTA, THE SAND KINGDOM." On the docks, a hooded figure laughs "UFUFU..." while others urge, "WAIT A MINUTE, VIVI! YOU REALLY ARE IN A GOOD MOOD TODAY, AREN'T YOU... FATHER, PLEASE HURRY! ELSEWHERE, ON THE GRAND LINE." Vivi stands on the ship deck, smiling as she says, "LET'S GO! IT'S BEEN SO LONG... SINCE I'VE BEEN TO SEA!" A dramatic panel shows her gripping the railing with motion lines and the sound effect "しいい". The narration notes "VIVI MAKES A MOVE! THE WORLD MOVESI!" as a duck-like cry "QUAA AAAA AACK" echoes.
