Explosions rock the icy landscape as debris flies. A voice cries "MASTER...!!!" while another panel shows the same word. Signs label the area "ICE SIDE; FIRST AND SECOND RESEARCH FACILITIES" and "NAMI/USOPP TEAM". In the next scene, a cloaked figure with a scythe-like weapon stands amid the snow as voices shout: "SHURORO... HOW CRUEL YOU PEOPLE ARE...", "WHAT'S HE DOING HEREI! DID HE SLIP RIGHT PAST LUFFY AND THE OTHERS...I!", "...THEN YOU'RE THE ONE WHO ABDUCTED ALL THESE CHILDREN...I!", and "...M... 'MASTER'...I!". Nami confronts the figure, yelling "LAW SAID THIS GUY'S A LOGIA USER WITH A 300 MILLION BELI BOUNTY, REMEMBERI!" while Usopp warns "STOP, NAMI! DON'T DO ANYTHING STUPID...!!" The cloaked man snaps back "EXCUSE MEI!" and roars "WHO ARE YOU ACCUSING OF MAKING THESE CHILDREN SUFFERI!" A close-up shows his wide, menacing grin as he demands "CAN YOU NOT SEE THAT THEY ARE SUFFERINGI!" and "WHY DID YOU BRING THESE CHILDREN HEREI!".

Nami continues her furious outburst: "THEY ALL JUST WANT TO GO BACK TO THEIR HOMES!!! AND I'M SURE THEIR PARENTS ARE THE SAME WAY!!! THEY MUST STILL BE SEARCHING FOR THEIR LOST CHILDREN!!! I'LL TAKE THEM OFF THIS ISLAND IF IT'S THE LAST THING I DO!" while a smaller figure behind her adds "HOW DARE YOU FEED SUCH YOUNG CHILDREN YOUR SICK DRUGSI!" The Master grins widely and retorts "SHURO... I DON'T SEE ANY CHILDREN ASKING TO GO HOME, NOW, DO YOU...I" as the children in the background cry out "GIVE US THE CANDY!!!", "MASTER!!!", and "MASTER!!!" with sound effects "あぁぁ" and "ドドド". The Master commands "MOVE IT!!!" as chaos erupts. A small character pants "パンツ... DON'T GET IN OUR WAY..." while another yells "HEY, HOLD IT!! DON'T GO TO HIM!!! DO YOU REALLY WANT TO GO BACK TO THAT LABI!" A victim screams "UERRR GHH!!!" amid the struggle.

Nami shouts desperately "WAIT, ALL OF YOU!! YOU MUSTN'T GO BACK TO HIM!!!" as the Master declares "THAT'S RIGHT, MY CHILDREN... COME BACK TO ME...!!!" Usopp is hurled through the air with impact sounds "ズバババ" and "Z'H'H'H...!!" while crying "USOPP!!!". A terrified child screams "AHH!!! THAT'S SCARY!!" as the Master looms with a crazed expression, taunting "DON'T YOU WANT TO GO BACK HOME...I!" In the next clash, the Master grabs someone and yells "WHY, YOU LITTLE... YOU OUGHTA LEARN SOME MANNERS, LITTLE BRATS!!" while being told "GET OFF ME, COCKROACH!!!" Nami cries out "NAMI!!" as another voice screams "AAAH HHH!!!" amid the violent struggle.

The giant children, still chained, scream in panic and rage. One yells, "I WANT TO SEE MY DADDY AND MUMMY AGAIN!!" Usopp desperately tries to calm them: "NO, USOPP!!! YOU MUSTN'T!!!" A pleading child begs, "PLEASE, LADY, COME BACK FOR US!! PROMISE YOU'LL COME BACK!!" Usopp, struggling under the weight of the thrashing kids, shouts, "UGH...!! GET OFF ME!!! WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO NOW BUT STOP THEM BY FORCE!! THEY'RE SO FAR GONE, THEY'RE HALLUCINATING!! DIDN'T YOU HEAR THAT KID CALL YOU A COCK-ROACHI!!" The children turn their fury on him, shouting "...ON HIM!!!" and "IT HURTS!!" "SOMEONE UNDO THESE CHAINS!!" Usopp warns, "THEN LET'S TURN THAT ANGER..." but another voice cuts in, "BUT IF WE DON'T DO SOMETHING NOW, THEY'RE GOING TO TAKE US OUT AS WELL!!" The kids roar, "LET US GO!!" "GET THESE CHAINS OFF US!!!" as they thrash violently, snapping their bonds with raw strength.

The chained children tear their restraints apart with terrifying force. Caesar Clown laughs, "SHURORORORO RO... HOW WONDERFUL! SO THEY HAVE ALREADY ACHIEVED SUCH LEVELS OF STRENGTH!!" Usopp stares in shock, "AAAGHHH!! YOU'VE GOTTA BE KIDDING! THEY TORE THE CHAINS APARTI!" The kids scream in agony and confusion, "HHHHHH HAAAAAAA AAAHHHHH HHHH!!!" Usopp quickly draws his slingshot and fires, yelling "FIREBIRD STAR!!" as a fiery bird projectile streaks toward the gas-filled area. He shouts to the children, "GET AWAY, KIDS!!!" while glaring at Caesar, "...YOU JUST WAIT, YOU GASSY BASTARD....!! I KNOW JUST THE THING TO DEAL WITH GAS... HISSATSU!!"

Caesar Clown's body twists unnaturally as he evades the flaming attack. He taunts, "SHURO RORORO RORO!!" Law's attack misses as Caesar declares, "DID YOU EXPECT ME TO CATCH FIRE AND EXPLODEI YOU WERE AWARE THAT I AM A GAS-BASED FRUIT USER, YESI" Caesar continues, "SO SORRY TO DISAPPOINT YOU... BUT I PUT OUT THE FIRE BEFORE IT EVEN TOUCHED MY BODY!! BY SIMPLY REMOVING THE OXYGEN, I CAN PUT OUT ANY FIRE!! AND IN THE SAME WAY, I CAN PREVENT YOU FROM BREATHING!!" His face twists into a wide, menacing grin as he adds, "POISON GAS ISN'T THE ONLY GAS IN THE WORLD, YOU KNOW!! ALL OF THE AIR THAT SURROUNDS US IS GAS AS WELL!! I CAN EVEN CONTROL THE VERY AIR WITHIN A CERTAIN RANGE AROUND ME!!"

Caesar suddenly appears behind a shocked Usopp, who gasps, "HUHI! WHEN DID HE...II!!" Usopp cries out, "USOPP!! I... CAN'T...!!" Caesar strikes with a massive black fist, declaring "JUST LIKE THIS!!!" as Usopp is slammed, "AAHH H...!!!" In another panel, a blonde figure in a black coat unleashes an attack labeled "Black Ball!!" while shouting "RAIUN!!" The strike lands with heavy impact, "UUGH HH...!!!" Caesar laughs triumphantly, "SHURO RORORO RO.." as the fallen figure lies defeated amid swirling gas and debris.

The children swarm Caesar Clown, desperately crying out, "WE WANT THE CANDY THAT MAKES US HAPPY!!" and "MASTER!! GIVE US THE CANDY!!" as they reach toward him. Caesar looms over them with a sinister grin, replying, "NOW, THEN... I BELIEVE YOU SAYING SOMETHING ABOUT ME SLIPPING PAST STRAW HAT, YES...I" He tells the children, "YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT A LITTLE LONGER. BUT FIRST......COME ALONG, CHILDREN!! I'LL GIVE YOU YOUR CANDY ONCE YOU COME BACK TO THE FACILITY LIKE GOOD BOYS AND GIRLS..." In close-up, Caesar's eyes widen as he realizes, "IT HAS HAPPENED, I MET HIM ALREADY...!!!" He continues menacingly, "I RAN INTO STRAW HAT AND ANOTHER TWO OF YOUR FRIENDS... AND SUFFOCATED THEM JUST LIKE I'M DOING TO YOU NOW!!" The children grow dizzy, one mumbling, "EVERYTHING'S GOING... ALL FUZZY..." and another pleading, "NO... STOP!!!!" Caesar raises his giant pipe and orders, "SMASH THEIR HEADS OPEN WITH THAT GIANT PIPE!!! AND TRIED TO CAUSE YOU ALL THIS SUFFERING!! I WANT YOU TO TAKE CARE OF THESE VICIOUS DEVILS WHO ABDUCTED YOU..." The children scream in terror, "HAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!"

Caesar Clown swings the massive pipe with full force, the impact sending shockwaves as he roars, "CAAAA EEESAA AARR!!" The children are hurled through the air amid debris and smoke. Brownbeard lies sprawled on the ground nearby. Caesar's face twists in rage as he continues the assault. In the aftermath, Brownbeard coughs violently with "HAA HAA" while glaring upward. A voice calls out, "HMMI" as another figure reacts with shock, "AAAAHH HHHH!!"

Caesar Clown is sent flying backward by a powerful blow, screaming "HHYYA AAAGHH HHH!!!" as the pipe is knocked away. Brownbeard rises, coughing "AAHH HHH!!" and "HUUU UOOGG HHHH!!!" while clutching his head. He mutters, "SHURORO RORO...!!" then recognizes the attacker: "...NOW, WHO WERE YOU AGAIN...I OH, THAT'S RIGHT... MY EYES HAVE BEEN OPENED NOW...!!" Brownbeard shouts, "MY VALUABLE SUBORDINATE, BROWNBEARD!!" and "WHAT IN THE WORLD HAPPENED TO YOU...!I WHY, YOU'RE BURNED ALL OVER!!! I CAN HARDLY BEAR TO LOOK...!!!" The attacker, identified as Straw Hat, pants, "STRAW HAT PIRATES... *PANT*...!!!" Nearby marines react in alarm: "AAAAHH HHH!!" and "BROWNYI!!" One yells, "HE'S CALLED 'BROWN-BEARD'!!" while another notes, "...THAT WAS TOO CLOSE!!"

Brownbeard confronts Caesar Clown, warning, "SHURORORO...DON'T GET SO ANGRY, NOW. I'M QUITE SURPRISED THAT YOU'RE STILL ALIVE......AFTER BEING ATTACKED BY THE YETI COOL BROTHERS...!!" Caesar retorts furiously, "DON'T PLAY DUMB WITH ME!! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO GAVE THE ORDER!!! AND TO THINK I TRUSTED YOU!!!" A voice adds, "THE MASTER'S ORDERS......ARE TO KILL YOU AS WELL..." Brownbeard shouts desperately, "THE FLYING GAS BALLOON IS JUST OUTSIDE... YOU MUST ALL GET ON BOARD!!! IT'S TIME FOR US TO FLEE THIS PLACE!!! RUN, CHILDREN!! IT IS DANGEROUS HERE!!!" The children panic, screaming, "AAAAAHH, IT'S A GIANT SNAKE!! THERE ARE ZOMBIES ON THE GROUND!!" Caesar grabs at Brownbeard, yelling, "BUT YOU'RE GONNA... GIVE ME BACK MY MEN!!! HAH... I WON'T LET YOU DO THE SAME TO THEM AS YOU DID TO ME...!!!" Brownbeard gasps, "*PANT*... *PANT*... I WON'T SAY ANY MORE ABOUT YOU TRICKING ME. THAT'S... IN THE PAST NOW...!!!" A marine cries, "WAIT, ALL OF YOU!!! YOU MUSTN'T GO WITH HIM!!!"

A furious close-up shows Vergo's face twisted in rage as he shouts "EHHI" In the background, Monet floats amid pumpkins while a small figure reacts with shock. Vergo looms over a downed opponent, declaring "ALL OF YOU HAVE BECOME MY SUBORDINATES NOW, DON'T YOU RECALLI!!! YOUR DAYS AS CAPTAIN ARE LONG GONE!!!" He continues, "BRAINLESS DOLT!! YOU HONESTLY THINK YOU STILL HAVE MEN OF YOUR OWN...I!I!" The defeated man lies stunned as Vergo mocks him further: "THEY'RE SUCH FOOLS, THEY'LL NEVER SEE THE TRUTH!!! YOUR OLD CREW STILL BELIEVE THAT I'M THEIR GLORIOUS SAVIOUR!! THEY'LL SERVE ME FOR AS LONG AS I SEE FIT!! THEY'LL NEVER REALISE THAT I'M JUST KEEPING THEM HERE AS GUINEA PIGS!!!" In the lower panels, Nami appears with a determined expression while a swordsman yells "NAMI! LET'S GO AFTER THE CHILDREN!! HEAD OUTSIDE!!" Vergo sneers at the swordsman, "YOU'RE JUST A WORTHLESS PIRATE WHO COULDN'T MAKE IT IN THE NEW WORLD!!!"

Vergo's face twists into a vicious grin as he snaps his bamboo staff with a loud "SNAP". Monet is hurled through the air amid debris. Vergo roars "WHY, YOU!!!" and unleashes a devastating strike, shouting "GASTANET!!" The attack explodes in a massive blast of smoke, shattered weapons, and flying debris. Nearby, a Marine stares in horror while Nami watches with wide eyes. The blast sends shockwaves through the room as figures are thrown back. A swordsman and another fighter clash violently in the smoke, with impact lines and debris flying everywhere. The sequence ends with a distant view of the explosion tearing through the area.

A massive gas balloon marked "CC" floats above snowy mountains, its basket carrying several figures. Caesar Clown's voice booms from speakers: "MONE!! HAVE YOU PREPARED THE FOOD FOR SMILEYI!" Monet replies, "THIS IS MONE. I HAVE PERFORMED ALL THE PREPARATIONS AS YOU INSTRUCTED, MASTER." Caesar continues, "I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY RECOVERED THE CHILDREN....!!" while the balloon releases streams of gas labeled "GAS" and "CANDY!!" The vessel descends as Caesar orders, "CONNECT ME TO ALL OF THE TRANSMISSION RECEIVERS." A subordinate answers, "YES, MASTER." Caesar adds, "...IS TO WAIT FOR SMILEY'S ARRIVAL......THEN ALL THAT REMAINS..."

Caesar Clown grins widely at the camera, declaring "AHEM. ILLEGAL BROKERS FAR AND WIDE! THIS EXPERIMENT MAY BE A LITTLE SUDDEN, AND FOR THAT I APOLOGISE... BUT YOU SHOULD FEEL LUCKY TO HAVE THE PRIVILEGE OF WITNESSING IT!" He explains, "THE POISON GAS WEAPON THAT I AM ABOUT TO DEMONSTRATE...AND IS FAR BEYOND ANYTHING THOSE GOVERNMENT IMBECILES COULD EVER HOPE TO ACHIEVE....!!...HAS NEWLY ADDED EFFECTS COMPARED TO THE VERSION FROM FOUR YEARS AGO..." Below, a group of spectators watches the broadcast intently: chained prisoners, a woman in a revealing outfit, a horned man, a swordsman, and others including a man in a white coat sipping tea. The audience sits in tense silence as the demonstration begins.

Trafalgar Law stands in the foreground with his signature spotted hat, listening intently. Narration boxes detail the speaker's plans: "FROM REVOLUTION...", "...AND SO I HAVE CHOSEN TO TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM MY EXPERIMENT.", "...A NUMBER OF UNWANTED VISITORS HAVE FOUND THEIR WAY ONTO MY ISLAND...", and "TODAY...". Law responds with a dismissive "NAH...". An unseen voice presses, "BOSS... ARE YOU INTERESTED IN THIS SLAUGHTER WEAPON...I". Another suggests, "WHY DON'T WE STRIKE OURSELVES A DEAL...I!". The final line insists, "...BUT IT CAN'T HURT TO KNOW ABOUT IT, RIGHTI!!" as shadowy figures react amid the chaos.
