In the ruins of a snowy prison yard in Wano Country-Udon, a massive voice cries out "IS IT REALLY YOU...!I!" and "KAWA-MATSU!I" A narration box states "THE VOICE OF A COMRADE... AN UNEXPECTED REUNION." Kawamatsu, chained and ragged, shouts "I CAN'T. I'M CHAINED UP!!" while another figure yells "LET ME SEE YOUR FACE, KAWA-MATSU!!" and "I GUESS EATING ROTTEN FISH FOR 13 YEARS DID PAY OFF!!" A close-up shows a fierce prisoner with a chef's hat roaring "SO YOU WERE ALIVE ALL THIS TIME!!" Near a barred gate, voices discuss escape: "I LIKE THE SOUND OF THAT...!!! I'M READY TO FIGHT ANYTIME!!" and "WHEN IS THE FINAL BATTLEI" A reply states "IN NINE DAYS TIME, ON THE NIGHT OF THE FIRE FESTIVAL!!" Someone pleads "BEFORE THAT... MY APOLOGIES, RAIZO... BUT COULD YOU GET ME OUT OF HEREI"

The prisoner behind bars asks "WHAT DO I NEED IN ORDER TO FREE YOUI" The chained figure answers "YOU WILL NEED TO FIND THE KEY TO THIS CELL AND THE KEY TO MY HANDCUFFS. ALTHOUGH... THIS DOOR IS SO RUSTED THAT I'M NOT SURE IT'LL EVEN OPEN THAT WAY." A small "HMI" floats nearby. The response comes: "OF COURSE!! I'LL TRY MY BEST!!" Suddenly a large guard bellows "DO NOT LET HIM ESCAPE!!" and "HE'S THE KEY THIEF THAT WAS IN THE EXECUTIVE TOWER!!" while another shouts "MASTER SOLITAIRE!! THAT'S THE GUY!!" and "SOMEONE IS STANDING IN FRONT OF THE LONG-LOCKED CELL!!" The prisoner yells "THIS ISN'T GOOD!!" Chaos erupts as figures race through the yard with cries of "FIND HIM!!!" and "HE VANISHED!!" A smoke bomb detonates with a massive "どろん!" SFX and the words "SMOKE-SCREEN!!" as the ninja-like figure vanishes, prompting "SO HE REALLY IS A NINJA!!"

A guard with an X-shaped scar over his eyes snarls, "OF THESE TWO IDIOTS...!!! WE'RE GOING TO BEGIN THE EXECUTION..." Explosions and smoke erupt as the prisoners are herded forward. Another guard shouts, "ALL RIGHT... THEY CAN DEAL WITH THE KEY THIEF. YOU LOT, BRING THAT THING OVER HERE!!" The massive arena erupts in cheers as Queen, the enormous striped figure, lands dramatically in the center. "TODAY, WE SHALL HAVE A GREAT SUMO INFERNO TOURNAMENT!!!" he bellows. "QUEEN'S PERFORMING HIS MECHANICAL SHOW, LIVE AND IN PERSON!!" The crowd goes wild with raised fists and roars. In a small panel below, Luffy stares in confusion while an old prisoner with an X over his eyes growls beside him. Luffy mutters, "SUMOI"

Queen looms over a prisoner, holding up a stone pillar. "SINCE WE PUT THAT COLLAR ON YOU... I WANT YOU TO IMAGINE THAT YOU'RE THIS STONE PILLAR." He demonstrates the explosive collar mechanism. "IF THAT COLLAR LEAVES THE BOUNDARIES OF THIS SUMO WRESTLING RING..." The prisoner is violently blasted apart in a massive explosion as Queen laughs. Luffy reacts in horror. "DAMMIT, THIS IS JUST LIKE THE THING THOSE CELESTIAL DRAGONS HAD!!" Queen continues, holding up the spinning explosive device. "AND YOUR HEAD WILL BE BLOWN OFF IN AN INSTANT!! TALONS WILL FLY OUT FROM THE INSIDE~~ AND OF COURSE, IT'S DESIGNED SO THAT YOU CAN'T TAKE IT OFF ON YOUR OWN, SO GIVE UP ALREADY!!!" Luffy sweats nervously as the deadly collar clicks into place.

Queen explains the rules to Luffy and the prisoners. "THE TWO OF YOU WILL FIGHT AS A PAIR!! ONCE YOU'VE BOTH BEEN PUSHED OUT, THE EXECUTION WILL BE COMPLETE....HOWEVER, STRAW HAT... IF YOU DECIDE AT ANY TIME THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN OUR PIRATE CREW, YOU ALONE WILL BE SPARED!! ANYWAY, ALL YOU MUST DO IS CONTINUE TO WIN THE SUMO MATCHES!! BECAUSE IF YOU GET PUSHED OUT OF THE RING, YOU WILL DIE INSTANTLY!!!" He adds, "ON OUR SIDE, WE HAVE THE ADVANTAGE OF WEAPONS, NUMBERS, AND WE WON'T BE WEARING COLLARS!! ALSO, WE CAN HAVE AS MANY MEN IN THE RING AT ONE TIME AS WE WANT!! BUT I'LL THROW YOU A BONE!! YOU CAN FIGHT WITHOUT THOSE SEASTONE HANDCUFFS ON!" Luffy suddenly yanks his collar off. "WE'VE PRETTY MUCH ESCAPED ALREADY!!! YOU'RE ACTUALLY A GOOD GUY!!! IT'S OFF!! HEY, YOU!!" The prisoners stare in shock. "DID YOU FORGET ABOUT THE COLLAR!I" one yells. Another gasps, "HMI DOES THAT MEAN THIS KEY ISN'T THE ONE TO LUFFY-DONO'S CUFFS!I"

Luffy shouts angrily, "WILL YOU LET US ESCAPEI!I NOT ONLY IS HE RUDE, BUT HE ALSO DIDN'T LISTEN TO A THING WE SAID!!" Queen snaps back, "HEY, BALLOON GUY!!! IF I SEND YOU FLYING... WAIT JUST A MOMENT, PLEASE!! IF WE FIGHT AS A PAIR, I'LL JUST BE IN STRAW HAT'S WAY! PLEASE AT LEAST ALLOW US TO FIGHT ONE AT A TIME...!!!" The old prisoner with the X scar yells, "YOU'RE RIGHT!! OKAY, PREPARE YOURSELVES AND GET IN THE RING, BOYS!!" Queen smirks, "HE HASN'T REALIZED HOW RIDICULOUS THIS SETUP IS YET... AND DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THAT IT PUTS HIS CHANCE OF SURVIVAL AT ZERO!! MASTER QUEEN, IT'LL BE EASIER IF WE JUST SHOW HIM!!" The crowd erupts as armed fighters enter the ring. "DO YOU UNDERSTAND... THE FACT THAT YOU'RE ABOUT TO DIE!I HAHAHAH!! ON TOP OF THAT, THEY'VE EVEN GOT WEAPONS. DEATH MATCH!! WAIT-ERS!! DO IT!! WHOA, THERE'S A LOT OF 'EM!! DEATH MATCH!!"

In the prisoner mine arena, a defeated fighter thinks, "REST IN PEACE... GRANDPA HYOU... STRAW HAT..." The crowd roars as the next match is announced: "READY... SET...!!" "FACE OFF!! FACE OFF!!" "DEATH MATCH!!!" A massive guard looms over the prisoners and declares, "THIS IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU DARE TO DEFY A GUARD...!! WATCH CLOSELY, PRISONERS!!" Straw Hat Luffy charges forward with a furious yell, "URYAAAA AHHH!!!" while the guard swings his club, "GOOO OOOO!!!" A female prisoner screams in terror as the brutal clash sends fighters flying. The arena erupts with impact sounds and cries of "KYAA AAAH!!" "UWAA AAAH!!" Luffy's eyes blaze with intensity as the fight reaches a fever pitch.

Luffy stands victorious atop a defeated sumo wrestler, declaring, "THESE GUYS DON'T EVEN COUNT AS A WARMUP. WHO'S NEXT!!!I" The crowd reacts in shock as one onlooker notes, "THE COLOR OF THE CONQUEROR... HOW UNEXPECTED..." A voice laughs, "MUHA HAHA!!!" Below, a cloaked figure with glowing eyes speaks to Luffy: "I'M COUNTING ON YOU, LUFFYTARO....IN ANY CASE, MAKE SURE YOU DON'T LET BOSS HYOGORO DIE, ALL RIGHT...!I" Another voice adds, "IT'S BEEN NOISY EVER SINCE HE GOT HERE..." The scene shifts to a barred gate where a guard stands watch.

At the Flower Capital bath house, screams echo: "KYAAA AAAH!!" "IT'S A RAID!!" A sign reads "THE FLOWER CAPITAL - BATH HOUSE." Inside, panicked patrons realize, "IT'S THE BEASTS PIRATES HEADLINER, HAWKINS!!" and "DRAKE, ONE OF THE FLYING SIX, IS ALSO OUTSIDE...!! WHY ARE THEY HERE AT THE BATH HOUSE...!I" Drake stands with arms crossed and orders, "FREEZE, ALL OF YOU!!" Hawkins confronts him: "I'M HERE TO TAKE CARE OF THAT O-SOBA MASK IDIOT. WHAT ARE YOU DOING, DRAKEI COME INSIDE. HANDLE THE OTHER SMALL FRY ON YOUR OWN!!"

Inside the bath house, a long-haired woman shouts, "LINE UP IN A SINGLE-FILE LINE!! MAKE SURE WE CAN SEE YOUR FEET!!" Shinobu and others panic: "SHOULD WE FIGHTI" "HIDE BEHIND ME!" "WHAT SHOULD WE DO, SHINOBU!I THEY HAVE TO BE HERE FOR US. COMING TO SUCH A DEFENSELESS PLACE... HOW UNDERHANDED OF THEM!!" Hawkins commands, "THOSE OF YOU IN THE BATHTUBS, GET OUT!! ARREST ANYONE WITH A WANING CRESCENT MOON ON THEIR ANKLE!!" A guard reports, "YOU'RE HIDING SOMEONE, AREN'T YOUI" while Nami sweats nervously, thinking, "...!! NO WAY, HOW DOES HE KNOW THAT!I DID SOMEONE LEAK OUR PLAN...!I"

Nami stands flustered with sweat drops, protesting loudly, "YOU'VE GOT IT ALL WRONG! I WASN'T TRYING TO HIDE!" A partial "Y-" escapes her. Sanji, shirtless and scarred, vows, "NAMI! I'LL BACK YOU UP IF ANYTHING HAPPENS." He then shouts "COME OUT!!" with a dramatic "ビュッ!!" burst as Nami emerges. The crowd reacts in shock: "OH GOD- MESS THAT'S A REAL NATIONAL TREASURE RIGHT THERE.♥" and "HUH!I" A close-up shows a stunned face with "すぅ..." and "SLIP..." Nami waves innocently, "I WAS JUST WALKING AROUND..." The page erupts in a massive splash panel of her silhouetted figure striking a pose amid hearts and impact lines, with an overwhelmed "AH." and a huge "SPLURT!!" from the stunned onlookers below.

O-Soba Mask delivers a devastating "PUUUUUUNCH!" that sends shockwaves and hearts flying, with onomatopoeia "ビュゴォン" and cries of "HAPPINESS..." "ARE YOU DONE RUNNING AWAYI" "HUFF... HUFF..." "I FOUND YOU..." "FOR SOMEONE WHO CHASED RIGHT AFTER ME, IT SURE TOOK YOU A WHILE." The masked warrior snaps back, "SHUT UP!!" In the large lower panel the masked samurai lunges forward with Shusui drawn, declaring "THE WORLD-RENOWNED BLADE, SHUSUI, TO ITS RIGHTFUL PLACE. I HAVE ALREADY RETURNED..." A voice from below retorts, "THAT BLADE BELONGS TO THE LEGENDARY SAMURAI OF WANO, RYUMA!!" The small cloaked figure shouts, "I KNOW THAT!! THAT KEEPSAKE WAS STOLEN FROM HIS GRAVE!!" Motion lines and impact effects fill the snowy bridge scene as the two figures clash over the stolen sword.

The spiky-haired man arrives on the bridge and addresses the masked warrior. "YOU'RE JUST IN TIME. WE'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR A LOT OF WEAPONS..." "ARE YOU A WEAPONS COLLECTORI WHAT ARE YOU PLANNING TO DO WITH SUCH A COLLECTIONI" The masked figure growls, "IF YOU DON'T, I'LL TAKE THE TWO SWORDS ON YOUR WAIST, TOO." The spiky-haired man warns, "...IF THAT'S THE CASE, THEN GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM QUIETLY!" Close-ups show intense glares and sweat drops. The masked warrior replies, "YOUR WEAPON COLLECTION... WHAT A GREAT TWIST OF FATE..." The scene erupts into a dramatic duel on top of the bridge with bold sound effects. The masked samurai declares, "YOU WILL DIE BY THE HAND OF THE ONE YOU STOLE FROM, YOU THIEF!!!" and "I'LL BE TAKING ALL OF IT!!"
