In Wano Country's Udon, a voice from the prisoner mine calls out, "Kawamatsu!?" and another answers in shock, "Is it really you...!?" The unexpected reunion reveals that Kawamatsu has been alive all this time. He laughs that eating rotten fish for thirteen years paid off, and Raizo asks to see his face. Kawamatsu answers that he cannot because he is chained up. Raizo apologizes but asks when the final battle will be, and the answer is nine days later, on the night of the Fire Festival. Kawamatsu likes the sound of that and says he is ready to fight anytime, but first asks Raizo to get him out of the cell.

Raizo promises, "Of course!! I'll try my best!" Kawamatsu explains that Raizo will need both the key to his cell and the key to his handcuffs, though the door is so rusted that he is not sure it will even open normally. Before Raizo can do more, the guards notice someone standing in front of the long-locked cell. They identify him as the key thief from the executive tower and shout, "Do not let him escape!!" Raizo throws down a "Smoke-Screen!!" and vanishes. The guards realize in alarm that he really is a ninja and run to find him.

Queen gives the stolen-key problem to his subordinates and announces a new spectacle instead. "We're going to begin the execution... of these two idiots...!!" he declares, referring to Luffy and Hyogoro. Rather than a simple execution, Queen promises his mechanical show live and in person: "Today, we shall have a Great Sumo Inferno Tournament!!!" The prisoners cheer and the ring is prepared. Luffy watches warily while Hyogoro, still bound and battered, does not understand why Queen is calling this sumo.

Queen places a heavy collar on Luffy and tells him to imagine he is the stone pillar. If that collar leaves the boundaries of the sumo wrestling ring, the device will kill him. Queen demonstrates by throwing the pillar out of the ring: it explodes, and he explains that Luffy's head will be blown off in an instant, with talons flying out from inside. Luffy recognizes the mechanism as similar to the Celestial Dragon collars and realizes it is designed so he cannot take it off himself.

Queen explains the rules. Luffy and Hyogoro will fight as a pair, and once both are pushed out, the execution will be complete. If Luffy decides at any time to join Kaido's pirate crew, only he will be spared. Everyone must continue winning sumo matches, because falling out of the ring means instant death. Queen has the advantage of weapons, numbers, and men in the ring, but he removes Luffy's Seastone handcuffs. Luffy is delighted that the cuffs are off, but Queen reminds him not to forget the explosive collar. Raizo, watching from hiding, is shocked that Luffy's cuffs are really being removed after he worked so hard to get the key.

Hyogoro begs Queen to let them fight one at a time, warning that if they fight as a pair, he will only be in Luffy's way. Luffy instead shouts at Queen, "Hey, balloon guy!! If I send you flying... will you let us escape?!" The prisoners point out that Luffy is rude and did not listen to anything Queen said. Queen likes the spirit and tells the men to prepare themselves and get in the ring. His subordinates think it would be easier to show Luffy the hopeless setup, because his chance of survival is zero. The prisoners chant "Death match!!" as they see that the opponents even have weapons.

The match begins. The prisoners shout, "Face off!! Face off!!" and Queen tells them to watch closely because this is what happens to anyone who defies a guard. The armed fighters charge, but Luffy defeats them immediately, knocking them aside before they can even count as a warmup. Queen and the crowd stare as Luffy stands over the fallen men and asks, "Who's next!!?" He has no intention of playing the role of a helpless prisoner.

Queen laughs that the color of the Conqueror was unexpected, while the prisoners cry out, "Whaaaaaaaaaaaat!? Did he just...!!" Luffy is already counting on Hyogoro and tells him not to let Boss Hyogoro die. From the prison gate, Kawamatsu listens. It has been noisy ever since Queen arrived, and from his cell he tells Luffy, "I'm counting on you, Luffytaro." He keeps laughing with his distinctive "Ka pa pa pa!!" as the chaos spreads through Udon.

At the Flower Capital bathhouse, the bath is raided. Someone shouts, "It's a raid!!" and the attackers say that a bathhouse is easy to search. Hawkins and Drake enter with Beasts Pirates. Hawkins orders everyone to freeze, while the crowd panics that Drake, one of the Flying Six, is outside as well. Hawkins says he is there to take care of the O-Soba Mask idiot, and Drake tells him to come inside and handle the other small fry on his own. The raid turns the public bath into a trap.

Nami, Robin, and Shinobu hide in the bath, and Shinobu tells them to hide behind her. Nami asks whether they should fight, but they have to be there for a reason. Hawkins orders everyone in the bathtubs to get out and commands his men to arrest anyone with a waning crescent moon on their ankle. Shinobu realizes this means someone may have leaked their plan. Hawkins says they are hiding someone and orders the guards to search the bathhouse. The danger is not just the raid itself: the tattoo mark connected to the rebellion has been exposed.

Nami refuses to keep hiding. Robin says she will back her up if anything happens, and Nami steps out, smiling, "You've got it all wrong! I wasn't trying to hide! I was just walking around..." The men in the bathhouse immediately lose focus, stunned by her appearance. Someone gasps, "That woman is..." and another calls her a national treasure. Nami's entrance causes a blast of shock and nosebleeds that sends men flying across the bathhouse, while she uses the moment to turn the chaos in their favor.

The impact of Nami's appearance hits Sanji, hidden inside the raid suit, like happiness itself. He crashes down with a "puuuunch!!" and thinks he has reached his limit. The women recognize him: "O-Soba Mask!!!" and then realize it is the man from yesterday. Sanji, overwhelmed, says Nami is like a large, overflowing river. Nami and Robin ask what is wrong with that costume and why he is there. Drake, seeing the black suit, realizes the truth from North Blue lore: "That's Germa 66's... Stealth Black!!!" Sanji understands that Drake knows what the suit means.

Drake looks for O-Soba Mask while the Straw Hat side prepares to flee. Sanji complains that Nami should have said earlier that she could not handle a woman's body, but then refocuses. Nami recognizes that now is their chance to get out. Sanji confronts Drake and asks whether he is from the North Blue too. Drake answers, "So are you. What about it?" Sanji, still furious about the Germa association, braces as the others understand that this is the real Stealth Black in front of them.

Shinobu gathers Nami, Robin, and Sanji to escape, telling them it is a long story and she will explain later. Sanji is losing a lot of blood but says he does not care if he dies anymore. They flee into the sky, and the guards shout, "Chase him!!" The bad news is that Hawkins and Drake know about the ankle tattoo, and they captured Bepo and the others. Law realizes that if the Beasts Pirates use them to lure him out, the Flower Capital will fall into chaos. Otherwise, he says, the capital is already in chaos, and they have to reach Bepo first.

In Wano Country's Ringo region, Zoro is still chasing the man who took his weapon. The thief asks whether Zoro is done running away, saying it took him a while to catch up with someone who chased him first. Zoro tells him to shut up because he already returned the world-renowned blade Shusui to its rightful place. The thief insists that the blade belongs to the legendary samurai of Wano, Ryuma, and that Zoro stole a keepsake from Ryuma's grave. Zoro answers that he knows all that, but he is not willing to leave his sword behind.

Zoro studies the thief and asks whether he is a weapons collector, wondering what he plans to do with such a collection. The thief says Zoro arrived just in time because he has been looking for a lot of weapons. If Zoro does not return quietly, the thief will take the two swords at his waist as well. Zoro calls that a great twist of fate and answers the challenge. On top of a bridge, the duel begins: the thief declares, "I'll be taking all of it!!" and Zoro warns, "You will die by the hand of the one you stole from, you thief!!!"
