Right Above Fishman Island

In Gyoncord Plaza, Wadatsumi reels from Sanji and Jinbe's assault and shouts, "Who da heck're you?!!" Sanji snaps back, "You great big stinking manju!!" The fight turns toward Nami when Sanji cries, "How dare you indirectly assault Nami!!!" Nami calmly sets up her weather trick, and the enemies panic: "What's that chick doing?!!" She releases "Black Ball!!" while someone warns, "Watch out!! All kinds of crazy stuff appears out of that staff of hers!!" The crowd can only ask, "What is she, a wizard?!"

Nami lets the enemy mistake science for sorcery. She smiles, "At least call me a 'magical cutie'!" and then corrects the idea: "Though this isn't magic... It's pure science." The cloud chain erupts into "Raiun Ball!!" and burns through the pirates. They scream, "Clouds?!" and "Aaa aaghh hhhhh hhh!!" while the heat makes them cry, "Ahhhh!! That's hot!! Don't come near me, you guys!!" One of Hody's officers sees Nami's attack and snarls, "That damn woman's doing this, is she?!!"

Ikaros Much decides Nami must be the weak point. He hisses, "That man in the black suit was overreacting to the slightest attack on that woman!! She must be the weak point of their crew!" He orders, "I'll hold down her legs!! While she's trapped, you take her out with your lance!!" Nami looks startled as the tentacles seem to grip her legs, and Ikaros gloats, "Feel the pain of my dried squid lance!" But the trick is wrong from the start. Someone else cries, "Eh?! Nami-san?! Ah! I know!!" while Nami's apparent body cannot move and Ikaros shouts, "You're going to be dried squid!!!"

Ikaros drives the lance down, saying, "Would you perchance allow me to see your-" but the victim he skewers is not Nami. The stabbed figure only says, "Ow... Like hell!!!" while Ikaros thinks, "Muhh... She has backup!!! Well, it doesn't matter... I'll just have to dry you out into dried squid as well!!" He cries, "Dried Squid Lance!!!" and then realizes the attack is not working: "What's wrong, my dried squid lance?!! Hurry up and drain all the water out of this fool!!" Brook answers with perfect dryness: "Erm, I'm already... Bone dry, I'm afraid."

Franky crashes into Ikaros's side in General Franky, and the officer cannot believe it: "...That can't be possible!!" Franky looks for a serious opponent and complains, "Hey, isn't there anyone around here... ...who's actually strong enough... ...to be worth fighting?!!!" His armored punch sends Ikaros flying with a scream of "Guee eeehh hh!!!" The officer calls, "Ikaros!!" and then staggers back up, yelling, "Guoohhhh hh...! Who is it this time?!!!" Franky answers from the cockpit, "Ohhh... You're one of the big shots, right?"

The matchup is declared: "General Franky vs Ikaros Much." Franky tells him, "Maybe you'll hold up longer than the rest of these spineless idiots." Ikaros fires back, "I may be a squid, but I am also a fishman!!! Spineless I am not!!!" Nearby, Zeo has not moved from under Brook's foot. The crowd notices, "Hey, skeleton, you might wanna move!!" and "Oh man, he's standing right on him...!" Nami notices someone beneath Brook, but Zeo insists it was his own doing: "It must have been his fault... ...that I couldn't move my legs!" Brook simply asks, "How do you like that?!!"

Zeo refuses to admit he was stepped on. He says, "You may not think much of my headbutt right now... ...but I assure you, your foot will soon begin to ache intolerably!" The onlookers realize, "He's refusing to admit that he got stepped on!!!" Brook answers politely, "I apologise for standing on your face." Zeo snaps, "Why apologise?!!" The fight is announced as "Brook vs Zeo," and Zeo gives the attack a name: "Super Sole Headbutt!!" Elsewhere Daruma keeps boring through the plaza, and the pirates scream, "D-Daruma-saaaaan, stop!!" and "You don't need to open up that many holes beneath the ground!! You're making us all sink!!"

Underground, Daruma laughs from his tunnels: "Where did that coral-headed dunce get to?! Kyakkyak ahh! You'll never beat me beneath the ground!!" Above, someone sees the opening and calls, "A Straw Hat crew-member... The fool... his back is wide open!" They shout, "Chopper!! Get out here, would you?!!" Chopper answers, "All right!! I'm coming up fast!!" but another enemy tries to crush Usopp, shouting, "Be crushed by my mighty strength!!!" Usopp senses it and yells, "I smell an enemy threat!! Usopp, geeeet down!!!"

Usopp and Chopper answer Daruma's tunnel warfare with experience from Alabasta. Usopp asks, "Did you link up the holes, Chopper?" Chopper answers, "You bet!!" Usopp fires "Hissatsu: Midoriboshi!!!" and the trap detonates as "Dokuro Bakuhatsuou!!!" The translator notes identify the pieces as "Skull Bomb Grass" and "Horn Cannon 11." Daruma screams as the blast tears through the linked holes. Usopp grins, "We already fought a burrowing enemy once in Alabasta!!" Chopper adds, "We have experience on our side!!" and Usopp mocks, "Why, you filthy coral-headed creature!!!"

The pair's matchups settle into place. Daruma snarls at Usopp, "I'll bite that nose of yours clean off!!" and the page announces "Daruma vs Usopp." Usopp calls for help, "Bring it on!! Chopper, back me up, yeah?" only to realize, "...I said back me up...! ...Chopper?" Chopper has turned toward Dosun instead. The page declares "Dosun vs Chopper." Dosun says, "Allow me to demonstrate... my immeasurable power, gyaban!!" Chopper answers, "If it's power you're after, I've got something special up my sleeve!!" Elsewhere Zoro blocks Hyouzou's blades again while the crowd shouts, "Look... he's blocking every single attack!!"

Wadatsumi cries in pain, "Owiie eee!!" and complains, "Stupid humans!! Why do dere attacks hurt so much?!! Nasty little things!!" The crowd begins to understand that the Straw Hats and their allies are the island's only hope. They shout, "If the big shots get wiped out, there's no hope left for any of us!!!" and "Give them space to fight!! Back them up!!" At the same time, Decken lies wounded and people shout, "Get medical help, quick!!" Someone curses, "Damn that Hody...!!" while others ask whether Shirahoshi and the others are all right and whether the island is really going to be destroyed.

Right above Fishman Island, Noah looms over the island's bubble while Luffy, Shirahoshi, and Hody remain near it, all panting from the chase. Shirahoshi looks terrified as Hody mocks Luffy's promise: "You'll protect them all?! Don't make me laugh!!" He threatens, "You've got some nerve, I'll give you that, Straw Hat!!!" Luffy answers from inside his bubble, "But it's already too late!!!" The enormous ship is still moving, and every second matters.

The princes understand the danger. Shirahoshi calls, "Brother Ryuu...!!" and they answer, "...You're right!! We can't let that happen... not here!!" If Decken's ability cuts out directly above Fishman Island, the result will be disastrous. Someone yells, "Shira-hoshi!! You must change your course! Head to the side-" but Hody crashes into Ryuboshi, whose name is shouted as "Ryuu-boshi!!" Hody does not care if Decken dies. He says, "Can't have you putting any funny ideas into her head!!!" and adds, "It suits me just fine to have his power cut out here... Hell, that's why I slaughtered him!!"

Luffy realizes the route problem at once: "Oh, right!! If we stay here, the ship's gonna fall right back down onto Fishman Island where the others are! After all the effort Cry-hoshi put into leading it away...!!" He tells Shirahoshi, "Bro-hoshi!! We have to go see Cry-hoshi, now!!" Fukaboshi answers, "Indeed!!" But Hody still blocks them and says, "Can't let you do that!! Your crewmates are going to die, Straw Hat - I'll make sure of it!!" Shirahoshi calls to the ship, "Noah...!! I'm over here!!" and Luffy shouts, "Hold it!!" as he sees that Shirahoshi has figured out what to do.

Luffy blocks Hody and refuses to let him near Shirahoshi: "I'm not letting you go anywhere near her!!" Hody curses, "Get off me, Straw Hat!! If the ship moves off course, the whole point of this endeavour is lost!!" He notices Decken has not died yet and realizes that as long as Decken has even a single breath left, Noah will not start falling. Hody decides, "I'll chase you down until you die a painful death..." Inside Noah, the ship starts drifting to the side, while the wounded Decken crawls and curses, "Damn you, Hody... Damn you to hell...!! I'll never forgive you!! Don't forget, you're still the target of my left hand...!!"

Hody believes the timing is perfect and laughs, "Jahaha hahaha!!! Perfect timing!!!" Then the worst possible sight appears: Noah begins falling toward Fishman Island. Luffy screams, "Ahhhh hhhhhh hh...!!!" Hody declares, "It's over!! I've won!!!" and someone cries, "Fishman Island... is in peril!!!" Shirahoshi stares up in horror, panting, and whispers, "No... This can't be..." The final cry cuts across the page: "What?!! The Noah is... falling!!!"
