There's a Way

Inside the grand halls of Enies Lobby Tower of Justice, a long-haired man in a patterned shirt hands something over while saying, "I FORGOT ABOUT THIS... TAKE THESE WITH YOU..." A small question mark floats above another figure. He then calls out, "AH, WAIT GUYS." The scene shifts to a stern woman with glasses holding a patterned Devil Fruit as bold sound effects "ドン" and "ドドド" erupt. Beside her, a masked man in a high-collared outfit reacts with surprise. In a wide shot of the massive doorway, characters react in shock: "YOYO!!!! THAT'S A —!!! IT'S A DEVIL FRUIT!!!" while others shout "HOOO OOO!! HEY, HEY!!! WAIT, THAT'S.....!!!"

Jyabura questions, "WHAT'RE YOU GETTING SO EXCITED ABOUT, JYABURAI" as panic spreads: "ME, TOO —!!" "SHIT!!! DON'T GET NEAR ME!!!" "SHIT!!! DON'T GET THEM NEAR ME!!!" A masked man explains his fear: "AND START FIGHTING WITH MY DEVIL, AND THEN MY BODY WILL EXPLODE!!! THEREFORE, IF I GET CLOSE TO THAT FRUIT, A DEVIL WILL COME OUT...REALLYI" The large man with a stitched face roars, "I'M AN "ABILITY USER!" BECAUSE OF THIS, THERE'S A DEVIL RESIDING IN MY BODY!! IDIOTS!!! DON'T YOU KNOWI!!" A tall man in a wide hat counters, "IF YOU THINK ABOUT THE RISK YOU HAVE WITH ONLY ONE FRUIT, A GREEDY IDIOT WILL DESTROY HIMSELF. The wide-hatted man yells back, "YOU WERE ABLE TO GET YOUR HANDS ON 2 DEVIL FRUITS!!! WHERE'D YOU GET THEM...I!I...BUT CHIEF!!!" Two ornate Devil Fruits rest on plates amid swirling patterns as voices debate: "EVEN I AM NOT AWARE OF IT...!!!" "AS TO WHAT KIND OF DEVILS RESIDE IN THOSE FRUIT..." In Rob Lucci's room at the Tower of Justice, seated figures discuss: "BUT WHAT KIND OF POWER WE MIGHT GET IS COMPLETELY UP TO LUCK. WE CAN KNOW THE NAME OF THE FRUIT BY THE POWER IT GIVES. IT WASN'T IN MY PICTURE ENCYCLOPEDIA, EITHER. IT'S HARD TO THINK THAT THIS FRUIT COMES FROM THIS WORLD... I FEEL SOME STRANGE POWER FROM IT, LIKE A GRAVITATIONAL FORCE. A sharply dressed man lounges in an ornate chair inside a brick-walled room, one leg propped up as he holds a bottle and glass. "THERE ARE PLENTY OF PEOPLE WHO SAIL THEIR ENTIRE LIFE LOOKING FOR A SINGLE DEVIL'S FRUIT," he says. "THE CHANCES OF YOU WEAKENING FROM IT ARE VERY LOW. BESIDES, BEING A HAMMER ISN'T THAT MUCH OF AN INCONVENIENCE. REGARDLESS OF THE TYPE OF POWER, IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW YOU USE IT." He raises his glass with a "COO-RUPPO" sound as another glass clinks on the table. "IT'LL BE FUN. EAT IT AND SEE." In the lower panel, Kalifa stands with two CP9 agents; one in a bowler hat and another masked figure. "SHUT UP!! THINK ABOUT IT, YOU TWO!!" one shouts. "ENVY AND JEALOUSY HURT A MAN'S GOOD NAME—YOYO!!!" "JYABURA JUST DOESN'T WANT KAKU TO POWER UP—CHYAPAPA!!!" Kalifa adds, "IT TASTES LIKE SHIT, YOU KNOW! LIKE SHIT!" The masked agent yells, "KAKU! KALIFA! DON'T DO IT! NOTHING GOOD WILL COME OF IT!!" while another warns, "YOU COULD SELL 'EM FOR HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS!! BUT ONE BITE MIGHT MEAN A LIFETIME OF PROBLEMS, YOU KNOW!I"

Fukurou leans forward with wide eyes, mouth open wide as he bites into a patterned object. "IT WOULD BE FUN," he declares with a "BAKU!" sound and "!!!" reaction. Kalifa appears next, smirking with hand near her mouth, surrounded by swirling patterns and "Z Z Z" effects. "...IF IT'S A WINNER, I'LL GLADLY WELCOME IT," she says amid "PAKU...!!" and "!!!" sounds. Below, reactions erupt: a sweating Kalifa mutters "UGH," Fukurou stares with "......", and the masked Kumadori roars, "THEY ATE THEM! DAMN IT—!!!" with "UOO!!!" as impact lines burst around him.

A wide view shows the towering Enies Lobby fortress under dramatic clouds. Fukurou exclaims "...!!! YUCK....!!" while Jabra demands, "YOYO!!! ANYTHING WEIRD HAPPEN—!I DID ANYTHING WEIRD HAPPEN!I" and questions the body change. Spandam appears with a small bird, stating "I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO IT... SO GET A HANG OF YOUR POWERS AT LEAST...!!!" and notes "...YOU'LL REALIZE THE CHANGE IN DUE TIME... THIS IS THE BIRTH OF MORE 'ABILITY USERS.'" Agents react in panic: "H... HEY!! DO SOMETHING!! WHAT KINDA POWER DID YOU GET!I" Kalifa sweats heavily, hands to her face, replying "HAA... HAA... I DON'T THINK ANYTHING CHANGED..." as Fukurou adds, "COULDN'T WAIT AROUND, SO HE WENT AHEAD TO THE FESTIVAL... BLUENO..." and warns "DEPENDING ON THE CHIEF'S ORDERS— YOU MIGHT BE IN A BATTLE SOON."

On the Enies Lobby rooftop, Luffy stands facing a massive silhouetted figure labeled "COURTHOUSE ROOFTOP— LUFFY VS BLUENO." Luffy shouts, "DON'T UNDERESTIMATE ME!!!" while Blueno responds, "I CAN'T BELIEVE HE CAN KEEP UP WITH THE SPEED OF 'SORU'..." and "I UNDERESTIMATED YOU." In a dynamic clash, Blueno uses "GEPPOU" mid-air with speed lines and impact effects, declaring "I WILL BE MORE CAREFUL. DIRECT HITS WON'T WORK ON A RUBBER MAN..." as Luffy dodges below with "!!!!!!!" sound effects.

Luffy launches forward with a spinning kick, shouting "UO!!" as his opponent counters with a powerful Rankyaku. "RANKYA KU!!!" the attacker yells while Luffy stretches his arm, calling "GOMU GOMU...". The Rankyaku slashes through the air and smashes into a building, sending debris flying as Luffy reacts with "OH!!!". The opponent then spins into a massive iron wheel attack labeled "TEKKAI RIN MEANS IRON MASS WHEEL". Luffy dodges with "HYU!!" as the wheel crashes down with a huge impact "DON DON DON DON!!!" and the opponent declares "TEKKAI RIN...".

Luffy looks shocked, eyes wide as he mutters "HUHI". The opponent vanishes with a quick "sh sh" motion. Suddenly the suited man reappears with a wild laugh "WAWAWAWAWAWA!!", slamming Luffy with a devastating strike that sends him crashing through structures amid massive impact effects "DON DON DON DON!!!". Luffy tumbles through the air as doors materialize around him. The opponent calls out "DOOR DOOR..." while Luffy lands hard with a surprised "!I".

Doors appear from the ground with loud "DON DON" effects. Luffy stands on one, reacting "EHI" as it slams shut "BATAN!". He struggles, yelling "DAMN, I'M STUCK...!!!!" and "WHAT, WHAT!I WHERE'D THOSE LITTLE DOORS COME FROM!I". The suited man emerges from a door, declaring "IT'S A 'DOA DOA FRUIT.' I'M A DOOR MAN." Luffy is spun around violently on a revolving door marked "RE-VOLVING DOOR" with a loud "OAAAAA" and "GURIN!" as the man explains he can change anything that separates into a door.

Luffy spins wildly on the door, shouting "STOP!!" and "WHICH WAY'S THE FRONT!I" while the suited man points "FRONT IS THIS WAY." Luffy's eyes spin with "EEH!I EHI!I WHAT'S HAPPENING!I MY EYES ARE SPINNING!!!" as the opponent unleashes a Rankyaku "RANKYA KU" that shatters the door and surrounding structures in a massive explosion. Debris flies everywhere. The scene shifts to a distant view of a massive fortress with a pirate flag, while the suited man glares intensely from close up.

In the streets near the courthouse, a voice calls out, "YEAH, I SAW IT." Another shouts, "HEY!! COOK!" An explosion erupts as Luffy is blasted skyward in a cloud of smoke. Close by, Sanji's eyes widen in shock. Below, Usopp and Chopper react in panic. "SERIOUSLY!!!I DAMN IT, HE'S ALREADY STARTED!!" Usopp yells. Chopper gasps, "EHPI" Sanji, cigarette in mouth and sweat on his brow, thinks grimly, "BATTLING WITH THE CP9...!!! LUFFY'S ALREADY..." The massive striped bull Gomorrah rampages through the plaza, smashing buildings and scattering soldiers. Narration and shouts fill the air: "AND BECAUSE OF SOMEONE'S STEEL BALL, GO-MORRAH CAN'T MOVE ANYMORE!!!" "WE'RE COMPLETELY SURROUNDED...!!!" "BUT HOW DO WE GET THROUGHI" Crowds of Marines and pirates clash amid debris and smoke as Gomorrah barrels forward, its massive form dominating the scene.

Chaos erupts as soldiers fire wildly. "SHOOT!!! SHOOT ALL THE PIRATES" and "OFF OF THAT MONSTER!!!" ring out while bullets and cannon fire strike Gomorrah. Franky, gripping a massive weapon, roars, "LET'S GO, YOU GUYS!!!" The crew answers, "YEAH!!" A tense exchange follows: "WE JUST GOTTA CUT THROUGH TO THE COURT-HOUSE!!!" "THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY LEFT!!" Someone yells, "WAIT!!!" Chopper's face fills a panel in horror. "THAT'S WHAT GO-MORRAH SAID!!!" he cries. "HOLD ON TIGHTLY!!!!" echoes as the group clings to the rampaging bull. "CHOPPER!I" "DON'T GET OFF!!!" The Straw Hats and allies surge forward amid the hail of gunfire and explosions.

Gomorrah staggers under heavy fire, eyes wide. "GO-MORRAH!!!I" voices cry. The bull groans, "HOOOO..." and "BARU-RORO..." while muttering "YOU CAN STILL.....!!" and "FULL..." Marines reload trench mortars, shouting, "SHOOT IT DEAD!!! SHOOT THE MONSTER WITH TRENCH MORTAR!!!" "THE MONSTER'S STILL ALIVE!!!" A masked figure watches as smoke clears. "THE MONSTER..." Gomorrah rears up again. From the crew, desperate calls ring out: "BAHIHI-HIIN!!!" "FIGHT BACK!! HELP GOMORRAH!!!" The giant bull charges through the hail of bullets and cannon blasts, body shaking but still moving.

Gomorrah smashes through walls in a frenzy, roaring "BAGU!!!" and "BARU-RURU-RUA-AAAA!!!" while the crew clings on. "LU-WAA" and impact sounds fill the air. Chopper realizes in terror, "HE CAN'T SEE!!! THEY GOT HIS RETINAS, SO HE'S LOST HIS EYESIGHT!!!" The bull bellows, "NO...!!!" and "WHAT'S WRONG!II" A crew member shouts, "ARE YOU REALLY AT YOUR LIMIT!I" Gomorrah crashes onward, eyes unfocused. "YOU... CAN'T SEE!!!I" The massive form barrels blindly through the courthouse area, smashing everything in its path as the Straw Hats desperately hold on.

The massive striped bull monster Gomorrah rampages wildly through the city streets, smashing buildings as panicked voices shout warnings. "YOU GOTTA STOP!! GOMOR-RAH!!!" "IT'S RUNNING OUT OF CONTROL!!!" "YOU CAN'T RUN WITH YOUR BODY LIKE THAT!!!" "WHAT'RE YOU STARING ATI SHOOT!!!" A voice recalls, "'I PROMISED,' HE SAID...!!!" and "HE SAID, 'LEAVE THE REST TO ME'!!!" The creature roars with sound effects "BAHIHI-IRARURU-RU...!!!!" and "BARU RURU RUA!!!" as fighters yell "HOLD YOUR SURROUNDING POSITION!!!" "KILL IT!!! STOP THAT MONSTER!!!" and "WITH SODOM!!!" One figure declares, "I'LL RUN YOUR PART WITH EVERYBODY, TOO" while another growls "LET'S TAKE IT HOME AS EMERGENCY RATIONS."

A massive explosion erupts with the sound effect "ドカァァン!!!" as the giant bull is hurled through the air amid flying debris. Voices cry "BARUBARU-BARAAA!!" "YOU GOT GUTS MESSING WITH MY HENCHMEN!!!" "BIG BRO!! SODOM AND GOMORRAH WERE BEATEN UP BY THE PIRATES!!!" The creature crashes with "BA-OOO!!!" and "BAA RUBABA BAARU BARUN" while fighters shout "SODOM!! GOMOR-RAH!!" "HEY, DON'T DANCE WHEN YOU'RE HURT!!" A voice reports "CALLING ALL PERSONNEL!! THE KING BULL THAT THE PIRATES ARE RIDING HAVE BROKEN THROUGH THE SIEGE AT D-BLOCK!!!" Onlookers react with "A DEAD ENDI DO YOU SEE ONEI" "IT'S A DEAD END!!! YOU'LL DIE IF YOU CRASH!!!" "GOMORRAH!! STOP!! DON'T RUN RANDOMLY!!!" and "NAH, I DON'T SEE ONE ANYWHERE." The bull smashes onward as someone yells "WE'RE HERE!!! WE'RE AT THE COURTHOUSE, GOMORRAH!!!"
