A massive impact sound "ドンッ" erupts as the Straw Hat crew charges forward. A large bearded man in a black cap roars with both fists raised, shouting "ROBIN!!!" Nearby, a suited man with a long weapon points upward yelling "WE'LL RESCUE YOU AT ANY COST!!!" while others including a blonde fighter and a black-haired swordsman advance. Speech bubbles declare "HAVING THE WORLD AS YOUR ENEMY!!!" and "DON'T YOU DARE TO EVEN DREAM THAT YOU'D SURVIVE" with SFX "ゴゴゴゴゴゴ". Text announces "THE DRAW-BRIDGE IS LOWERING!!!" The massive fortress gate shakes with impact SFX "ドンッ" and background cheers "わあああああああああ". A sign labels "Courtyard in front of the Courthouse". Below, the scene shifts to the stunned Straw Hats and allies. "AND I, IN THE MIDDLE, AM..." one judge begins. "...HEH HEH HEH." another chuckles. "WHAT THE FUCK!I" Sanji blurts. A small panel shows "The princess." and "ニャリ" (a sly grin). "PRESIDING JUDGE BASKERVILLE!!!" a voice announces. The three judges then proudly declare their real identities while striking poses: "MY REAL NAME IS 'KERVILLE,' ON THE RIGHT!!" "MY REAL NAME IS 'BAS,' ON THE LEFT!!" "THOSE THREE WERE STUCK TOGETHER THE WHOLE TIME!I FOR WHAT!I" someone exclaims in shock. "TOO BAD!! WE'RE ACTUALLY THE PRESIDING JUDGE TRIO!!!" they boast together.

A Marine commander bellows "FIRE THE TRENCH MORTAR!!!" while another yells "OH SHUT UP!!!" and "BECAUSE WE'RE GOOD FRIENDS!!!" as hands wave frantically. The massive mortar shell strikes the Tower of Justice, producing a huge "ズドォォォン!!!" explosion. "CREE...!!" the drawbridge groans to a halt. "THE DRAWBRIDGE STOPPED MOVING!!!" a voice cries. Below, Franky, bruised and battered, shouts "GUH...!! GOOD!!! GOOD JOB!!!" while gasping "HAA... HAA... AHI" Usopp panics "GETTING IN OUR WAY...!!!" as Spandam orders "CHIEF SPANDAM!! PLEASE EVACUATE FROM THE TOWER OF JUSTICE!!" Luffy roars "DAMN IT!! WHO ARE YOU!!!I" and "NOW, BEFORE THEY COME OVER TO THIS SIDE, LET ME GO TO THE GATES OF JUSTICE...!!!"

Luffy yells "ROBIN!!!" and "SOMEBODY, GRAB CUTTY FLAM!!" as a figure crashes through a window with "AGH!" and "カッ!!!" impact sounds. "COME, NICO ROBIN!!!" a voice calls. Robin stands with her back turned while a CP9 agent explains: "'NICO ROBIN,' A SURVIVOR OF THE SCHOLARS' ISLAND, WHO DESIRED THE REVIVAL OF THE WEAPON, AND 'CUTTY FLAM,' WHO INHERITED THE WEAPON'S BLUEPRINTS." The agent continues "HMPH...!!! THOSE PIRATES AREN'T WORTH WORRYING ABOUT...!!! I'VE GOT THE ASSASSINATION GROUP CP9 RIGHT HERE!!" Franky and Robin stare toward the distant Enies Lobby as Franky cries "NUOO!!! CUTTY FLAM!!!" and the agent thinks "HOW COULD I MISS THIS CHANCE TO GAIN SUCH AUTHORITY!!!"

Close-ups show Lucci's intense glare with "I" and "HMI" reactions as he holds up the ancient blueprints labeled "PLUTON." WHAT TOM-SAN PROTECTED BY RISKING THEIR LIVES..." A round-headed figure in a black coat states, "I NOW UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE NOT THE 'DEMON'" and questions who would abuse the weapon. The masked man lunges forward yelling, "GIVE IT TO ME!!" while a stern man with a scar replies, "LISTEN, SPANDA..." Multiple bubbles detail the plan: "CALLED NICO ROBIN WILL TRY TO REVIVE THE EXISTING WEAPON," "AS LONG AS THERE'S A POSSIBILITY THAT THE WOMAN..." and "IT'S THE BLUEPRINTS THAT TOM-SAN PASSED ON TO THE FUTURE... Spandam roars, "TO COUNTER AND STOP THE FIRST ONE... THAT WAS THE WISH OF THE DESIGNER!!!" and warns, "IF THE ANCIENT WEAPON FALLS INTO THE HANDS OF AN IDIOT LIKE YOU AND STARTS ITS RAMPAGE, THERE NEEDS TO BE ANOTHER WEAPON." Below, figures stand on the high platform of the Tower of Justice as he continues, "BUT NOW, SHE HAS HER NAKAMA WHO'LL PROTECT HER!!...!!! IT'S TRUE THAT YOU CAN USE NICO ROBIN TO REVIVE THE WEAPON!! SHE'S A DANGEROUS WOMAN." The masked man lunges again, shouting, "DON'T KEEP GOING ON AND ON, JUST GIVE IT TO ME!!! THAT'S MINE!!" while the round figure answers, "PERHAPS THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY... TO FULFILL THE WISHES OF THE DESIGNER. SO, I'LL MAKE A WAGER..."

Franky swings a massive punch that shatters stone, sending debris flying as he yells "ACK!!!" with impact SFX. Close-ups show CP9 agents reacting in shock: one sweats with "...", another growls "DAMN IT. I'LL KILL YOU!!!" while a third clutches his head screaming "BASTARD!! WHAT THE HECK DID YOU DO!I ARGH!" and "HE JUST RUINED THE TARGET OF OUR 5-YEAR MISSION..." Spandam grins viciously, declaring, "AND SHOULD'VE BEEN DESTROYED ONCE THEY WERE DISCOVERED!!! WE'RE SOUGHT BY THE GOVERNMENT...!!! NORMALLY, THEY SHOULD ONLY EXIST SECRETLY," as Nico Robin watches silently. The blueprints remain the key to creating an opposing force.

WE'LL BE DHERE IN 4 SHECON'ZZ!!!". Screams of "GYAA-AAH!!!" and "OO-WAA-AAH!" fill the air. Nami recalls "SHE TOLD US TO JUMP INTO THE FALL...!!!" as the crew stares in shock at the falling Sea Train and courthouse chaos. A guard shouts "HALT!!" while others yell "WHAT IS THAT TRAIN...!!!I", "PRE-SIDING JUDGE, PLEASE RUN!!!", and "HEY, WHAT'S GOING ONI". Luffy looks surprised as the Sea Train's horn blares "That's the Sea Train's sound."

The crew leaps from the collapsing bridge in freefall, shouting "OOWAA-AAAAA-AAAH!", "EH!!I", "LET'S GO!!!", and "OO-WAH!". Below, tiny figures plummet toward the churning waters and rocks as the fortress recedes. On the ground, a shocked face exclaims "...! 'ROCKET MAN'...!I". DON' UNNER-ESHTMATE" as the legendary vehicle races ahead.

The massive sea train barrels forward at full speed, its rhino-faced engine snarling with jagged teeth.
