A determined mink with a sword raises his blade and declares, "ALLOW ME TO... TO YOU ALL!" Inuarashi answers, "YOU TRULY ARE A SIGHT FOR SORE EYES INUARASHI, NEKOMAMUSHI!"

"TRULY, IT IS AS YOU SAY!" One mink declares, "HE IS INDEED LORD MOMONOSUKE. IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD." Others react in shock: "FOR THE MASTER TO BOW HIS HEAD..." "DUKE!I" "WHAA AAA!I" "COULD THIS CHILD BE..."

Luffy is seen tumbling through the air as someone shouts, "YOU'RE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS, AND YOU'RE A COWARD! COME ON!" Nami glares as Momonosuke clings to her. "GET AWAY FROM HER, LORD MOMONOSUKE! Inuarashi and Nekomamushi sit facing each other. Inuarashi declares, "WE SHALL KEEP THINGS CIVILIZED, BUT THAT WON'T CHANGE HOW I REALLY FEEL!" Nekomamushi replies, "FOR THE SAKE OF OUR LORD. WE WILL JUST CAUSE LORD MOMONOSUKE TO SUFFER. IF WE CONTINUE ON LIKE THIS, A TRUCE, CAT." The two rulers clasp hands firmly as Nekomamushi states, "SO IT SHALL BE!" The gathered minks erupt in celebration. "IT'S A MIRACLE! OHHH!" one shouts. Another cries, "I THINK I'M GONNA CRY! YAY!" The crowd cheers, "THE TWO RULERS HAVE MADE UP! AMAZING... SO THIS IS THE POWER OF THE KOUZUKI CLAN... THE RULERS OF DAY AND NIGHT HAVE FINALLY MADE UP!"

The group arrives at a massive whale-shaped tree labeled "GUARDIANS RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT." Someone exclaims, "SO THIS IS WHERE RAIZOU IS!I" Raizo answers, "YOU CAN GO ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP. IF YOU LEARN THE PROPER WAY TO ASCEND THE VINES, TIME TO CLIMB THE WHALE." As they proceed, Kin'emon feels unwell. Excited minks shout, "NINJA! NINJA! NIN-NIN! WE'RE GONNA SEE AN ACTUAL NINJA! I CAN'T WAIT! A REAL NINJA!" Raizo, riding in a barrel-like container, responds, "YOU COULD WAIT FOR US AT THE BOTTOM, MY LORD." The minks continue chanting, "NIN-NIN! NINJA!"

Inuarashi and Nekomamushi discuss the path. "INDEED. I TOO REMEMBER HIM. THERE WAS ANOTHER WHO SAID MUCH THE SAME. HE REALLY IS LIKE HIS HIGHNESS. THE CLOSER WE GET TO THE WHALE, THE MORE I CAN HEAR THIS LOUD VOICE..." They discover a hidden entrance. "IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. IT'S A HIDDEN DOOR. THERE'S AN ENTRANCE HERE!I" Inside the whale, the party descends long staircases. Luffy spots Nekomamushi and yells, "THERE YOU ARE, NEKOMAMUSHI! YAHOO! WHERE'S THE NINJA!I" Excited voices echo, "HERE WE ARE! NINJA, NINJA! I CAN HEAR SOMEONE SCREAMING DOWN THERE. THE STAIRS ARE MANY. BE CAREFUL." Luffy shouts, "NIN- NINJA!"

A massive chained figure, Raizo, roars in fury. "IF YOU'VE BEEN LYING TO ME, I WON'T LET YOU OFF LIGHTLY! I HEARD THE COUNTRY IS NOW SAFE...IS THAT TRUE!I THE ONES WHO HAVE BEEN BRINGING ME FOOD ARE ALL HEAVILY WOUNDED! WHY DIDN'T YOU HAND ME OVER TO THE ENEMY!I" A sign reads "WANO KINGDOM NINJA RAIZOU OF THE MIST." Below, Luffy and the others react in shock as the platform drops. Luffy yells, "LET DOWN! WHAA~!I TALK ABOUT A HUGE..." The group plummets amid chaos and impact effects.

Raizou bursts forward with a fierce cry, "RAIZOU!" Startled minks whirl around, one demanding "WHO GOES THERE!I" while another grunts "HMI" and a loud "KKAH!" echoes. The minks crowd around excitedly, begging "SHOW US SOME EARTH RELEASE JUTSU!" "SHOW US SOME WATER RELEASE JUTSU!" "GO STAND UNDER A WATERFALL!" and "HURRY UP AND FLING SOME SHURIKEN FOR US!!" Luffy and the others are recognized as "THE STRAW HAT PIRATES." Raizou snaps, "TURN IT DOWN A NOTCH!!!" Carrot protests, "YOU'RE MAKING ME BLUSH OVER HERE!!!" while Kin'emon growls about their ninja obsession.

One mink notes, "ONE WHO SPENDS HIS LIVES IN THE SHADOWS WOULD NEVER SHOW HIS TALENTS TO..." while another adds, "LISTEN UP. NINJA ARE, ABOVE ALL, SILENT, INCONSPICUOUS AND STRONG OF HEART!"

Multiple copies of him appear, prompting cries of "HE DISAPPEARED!" Raizou's voice insists, "I HAVE NOT DISAPPEARED!" The clones multiply wildly across the area with repeated "HERE AS WELL!"
