Luffy vs. Franky

Nami and Luffy stand before a large building, looking up in surprise. A crowd of people surrounds them, cheering loudly with shouts of "WAAAAAAH". Franky stands on the bridge above them, looking down. He says, "SO YOU'RE... STRAW HAT LUFFY!?" A close-up of Franky's face shows him wearing sunglasses and a serious expression. He continues, "WHILE I WAS AWAY... YOU SURE MADE A BIG MESS, LITTLE GUY...!!!"

Franky strikes a dramatic pose with Mozu and Kiwi flanking him. He says, "WHEN I CAME BACK, I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT I SAW... MY HOUSE WAS COMPLETELY DEMOLISHED!! MY MEN WERE BEATEN UP, TOO..." Franky then bursts into tears, crying loudly with his hands covering his face. "I~~~ CAN'T STAND IT! I PROBABLY WON'T BE ABLE TO STOP FOR A WEEK! UNTIL I TURN YOU INTO A BEAT-UP RAG DOLL... THIS RAGE WON'T SUBSIDE!!!" Nami yells at him, holding her head in frustration, "WAIT A MINUTE!!! WHAT DID YOU DO WITH OUR MONEY!? OUR 200 MILLION!!!" Franky replies casually, "AH? THAT... I ALREADY SPENT EVERY PENNY!!!" Nami looks shocked as Franky continues, "WHERE DID YOU STEAL THAT MONEY FROM? DON'T THINK YOU CAN JUST DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN YOU'RE A PIRATE!!!"

Luffy glares angrily, shouting, "THE MONEY DOESN'T MATTER!! I WON'T STOP UNTIL I SEND YOU FLYING FAR AWAY WITH A KICK!!!" A wide shot shows the canal and the bridge where Franky stands. Luffy yells, "I'M THE ONE WHO WON'T STOP UNTIL I'VE KICKED YOUR ASS, BASTARD!!!" The crowd panics, yelling, "FRANKY IS GOING BERSERK!!" and "WAAAH!! RUN AWAY!!!" Franky takes a deep breath, inhaling sharply with a "SUUUUU..." sound. Luffy points up at him, demanding, "HEY!! GET DOWN HERE!!!" Nami watches nervously, asking, "WHAT IS HE DOING?"

Franky exhales a massive fireball from his mouth, sending a huge blast of flames down toward Luffy and Nami. The fire engulfs the area in front of the bridge in a massive explosion. Luffy yells in shock, "WAAH!!!" as the flames crash down. The crowd scatters in panic, running away from the blast.

Franky stands on the bridge, smoke billowing from his mouth. He says, "WHAT'S SO... AMAZING ABOUT FIRE BREATHING!?" Luffy and Nami look up in shock. The crowd murmurs, "HE'S BREATHING FIRE!!!" and "WHAT IS HE!?" Franky leaps off the bridge, plummeting toward the water below. Luffy yells, "MAYBE HE HAS A DEVIL FRUIT POWER...!!!" Franky splashes into the canal with a "BUKU BUKU" sound. Nami panics, "HE JUMPED INTO THE WATER!! IF HE ATE A DEVIL FRUIT, HE'LL DROWN!" Luffy suggests, "MAYBE HE SLIPPED!! HE MUST HAVE THE DEVIL FRUIT POWER OF FIRE BREATH!!"

Luffy realizes something, exclaiming, "HE CAN SWIM!!!" Suddenly, Franky bursts out of the water, throwing a powerful upward punch that sends Luffy and Nami flying into the air. Nami screams, "IYAAH!!" and Luffy yells, "WHAAT!!?" Franky emerges from the water, declaring, "I DIDN'T EAT... ANY DEVIL FRUIT!!!" Luffy lands on a floating piece of debris in the canal, growling, "GR..." He prepares an attack, pulling his arm back and saying, "I'VE HEARD ABOUT YOUR ABILITY... GOMU GOMU..."

Franky extends his right arm, but his fist detaches and shoots forward on a chain, striking Luffy squarely in the face. Franky yells, "STRONG RIGHT!!!" The impact sends Luffy flying backward, crashing through a stone wall. The chain connects Franky's arm to his flying fist.

Luffy falls to the ground amidst the rubble with a "BOKO..." sound. Franky retracts his fist, the chain clinking as it reels back in with a "JYARARA" sound. Nami watches in disbelief, asking, "WHAT!?" Franky lands heavily on the ground with a "DOSAH!!" The crowd cheers, "WAAAAAH" and "LUFFY!!" Nami wonders, "HOW DID HE DO THAT...?" Luffy gets back up, looking angry. Franky says, "AH... DON'T YOU GUYS KNOW?.....!? I'LL TELL YOU THEN..."

Franky pulls back the skin on his left hand, revealing a metallic, robotic hand underneath. He declares, "I AM... A CYBORG!!!" The scene shifts to Iceburg lying in bed, heavily bandaged. He says, "IS THAT SO..." Rob Lucci stands nearby with his pigeon, Hattori, perched on his shoulder. Lucci says, "COOCOO... ICEBERG-SAN... ACCORDING TO THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS... NICO ROBIN CAME TO THIS ISLAND... AS A MEMBER OF THE STRAW HATS." The exterior of the Galley-La Company Headquarters is shown.

Inside Iceburg's room, Rob Lucci, Kalifa, Kaku, and Paulie stand near his bed. Lucci says, "THEN THEY ARE BEHIND THIS... BUT WHY? IS IT BECAUSE WE TOLD THEM THAT THEIR SHIP COULDN'T BE REPAIRED!?" Outside, Paulie addresses a large crowd from a balcony. He announces, "ICEBERG-SAN HAS DISCOVERED WHO THE ATTACKERS ARE!! SPREAD THE WORD, AND LET'S ROUND UP THESE CRIMINALS!!! WE MUST NOT LET THEM ESCAPE WATER SEVEN!!!" The crowd asks, "SO, WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE WHO ATTACKED ICEBERG SAN!?" A newspaper or wanted poster is shown featuring the faces of Luffy, Zoro, and Robin, with the text "WANTED PIRATES!! THE STRAW HAT PIRATES!!"

Tilestone runs down a hallway, yelling loudly, "WUU~~... WUUAAAAAH!!!" He bursts through the doors into Iceburg's room, shouting, "HEY!!! SOMETHING BAD'S HAPPENED!!!" Paulie yells at him, "YOU'RE TOO LOUD, TILESTON!!! MIND YOUR MANNERS! BE QUIET!!!" Tilestone ignores him, cheering, "AH! ICEBERG-SAN!! YOU'RE AWAKE, THAT'S GREAT!!! WUUOOOO!!!" A caption identifies him as "DOCK 1 CHIEF MECHANIC OF SAIL PRODUCTION TILESTON".

Paulie kicks Tilestone to the floor, yelling, "BE QUIET, DAMN IT!!! ICEBERG-SAN IS STILL SICK!!!" Tilestone apologizes, "OH!!! MY BAD!!!" Sitting up, Tilestone reports, "BY THE WAY, BAD NEWS!!! RIGHT NOW, AT DOCK 1... THE STRAW HAT PIRATE THAT WAS THERE YESTERDAY... IS FIGHTING WITH FRANKY, AND THEY'RE BREAKING EVERYTHING IN THE SHIPYARD!!!" Paulie points away, saying, "TALK OVER THERE. DON'T COME ANY CLOSER!" Iceburg reacts with shock, "!? THE STRAW HAT...!?" Paulie looks concerned, "ICEBERG-SAN...!!" Iceburg thinks to himself, "HOW DARE HE JUST BARGE IN THERE AND..."

Iceburg continues to ponder the situation. "I DOUBT IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH YESTERDAY... MAYBE THEIR GOAL IS THAT THING... OR DO THEY WANT IT FOR THEMSELVES...? IF THAT'S SO... HAVE THEY TEAMED UP WITH THE GOVERNMENT?" Kalifa adjusts her glasses and says, "PLEASE REST, ICEBERG-SAN... I'LL STAY HERE... RIGHT BESIDE YOU..." Back at Dock 1, a massive ship structure collapses into the canal with a loud crash. People panic, yelling, "WATCH OUT!!! IT'S GOING TO FALL!!!" "THE SHIP CRASHED!!!" "WUUAAAH!!" "AAAH!!" "STOP IT!!! STOP FIGHTING!!!"

Mozu and Kiwi cheer enthusiastically, "BIG BROTHER!! ROCK 'N' ROLL!!!" Nami yells angrily, "LUFFY----!!! SEND THAT SEAWATER PANTY-WEARING PERV FLYING!!!" Franky stands amidst the debris, laughing, "HEH... HEH..." Luffy stands opposite him, panting heavily, "HAA... HAA..." Franky boasts, "WAHAHAHAH!! LET'S SEE YOU TRY IT!! YOUR ATTACKS ARE COMPLETELY USELESS AGAINST ME!!!" Luffy glares at him, declaring, "I'M GOING TO... KICK YOU REALLY FAR AWAY!!"

Luffy prepares to attack. Franky opens his left hand, revealing a gun barrel embedded in his palm. With a "KATSA" sound, he fires a blast of compressed air or energy. "WEAPON LEFT!!!" Luffy dodges the blast, leaping into the air. He stretches his leg back and swings it forward, yelling, "GOMU GOMU... WHIP!!" His foot connects with Franky's side.

The kick sends Franky flying backward. He crashes into a nearby building, yelling, "WAH!!!" Luffy looks surprised by the sudden interruption, "HUH!?!!?" Franky smashes through the structure, groaning, "OUCH!!!" Suddenly, a large figure steps in front of Luffy, their legs visible in the foreground. Luffy looks up, asking, "WHO DID THAT!?" Nami gasps, "AH..."

A full-page spread reveals the Galley-La Company foremen standing before Luffy. Paulie, Rob Lucci (with Hattori), Peeply Lulu, Kaku, and Tilestone (in the background) look imposing. Paulie says, "MAKING SUCH A BIG MESS... WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO HERE...!!! STRAW HAT!!!!" A text box reads, "PIRATES VS. DISMANTLERS VS. SHIPWRIGHTS! A THREE SIDED FIGHT!" The crowd cheers wildly, "WOW!!! IT'S THE CHIEF MECHANICS OF DOCK 1!!!"
