Amid rocky, cloud-filled terrain, a small dragon-like figure lies panting on the ground while a tiny silhouette bounces nearby with repeated "BOING" and "BOING BOING" effects. I'VE LOST A LOT IN THIS WAR..." while Luffy yells "DAMMIT!!" and "UGH!!!". Kaido finishes with "I'M NOT THROUGH YET!! I'M TAKING BACK EVERYTHING YOU'VE STOLEN, NO MATTER WHAT!!" amid heavy impact SFX.

Smoke and flames engulf the upper levels as a battered figure with spiky hair lies prone, shouting, "THAT MEANS THOUSANDS OF YOUR MEN ARE TRAPPED IN THE INFERNO BELOW!! THEY'RE GOING TO ROAST TO DEATH!!" Nearby, another character pants heavily amid the fumes: "PANT.. PANT.. FOR FUMES TO REACH UP HERE, THE WHOLE CASTLE MUST'VE GONE UP IN FLAMES..." with "WHOOSH WHOOSH" and "わあああ" sound effects. Coughing erupts as someone reacts, "HUHI! COUGH! COUGH!" A determined voice declares, "I'VE GOT NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT, OTHER THAN YOU FLYING!!.....!!!" while another states, "I LEFT EVERYTHING THAT'S HAPPENING DOWN THERE TO THEM." In the lower panels, a massive serpentine dragon form unleashes a powerful blast, sending debris flying as a voice yells "WHOA!!" and "DEVASTATING GUST!!" amid crashing architecture and swirling smoke.

From high above, the burning Onigashima castle and surrounding towers are visible in chaos with the label "LIVE FLOOR, DOME INTERIOR." A frantic voice cries, "IT'S NOT JUST THE CASTLE!! ALL THE TOWERS ARE GOING UP TOO!!" as massive "グオオオオオ" roars echo and someone shouts "PUT IT OUT!!" Below, Nami looks worried while saying "SERIOUSLYI! BUT..." as a long-nosed figure searches: "I CAN'T FIND ZORO, SANJI, FRANKY, USOPP, ROBIN, BROOK, OR JINBE!! I THINK THEY MIGHT STILL BE TRAPPED..." Chopper calls out desperately. Nami replies, "NAMI!! YOU'RE OKAY!! WHAT DO WE DOI! THE FIRE WON'T GO OUT!!" In the bottom panel a skull-faced figure warns, "THERE'S NOWHERE TO RUN UNLESS WE FIND A WAY TO LAND!!" while another exclaims "Z-ZEUS!! WHAT ABOUT YOUR RAIN! A FLAME THIS BIG WOULD JUST EAT ME UP!!" and "...HOW CAN WE REACH THEMI! ONIGASHIMA IS BASICALLY A GIANT PYRE NOW!! EVEN HERE ISN'T SAFE!!"

Inside the collapsing basement, a furious man with a scarred face roars, "DAMN IT ALL!! THERE'S NO ESCAPE!! WE'RE SURROUNDED!! IT'S NO USE...!!!" with "バキバキ" and "ドドド" effects. On the first floor, a group flees the heat: "THIS MIGHT BE IT... I DON'T THINK WE'RE GONNA MAKE IT..." "YOU'RE BEING A REAL PAIN, BEPO!! YEOWCH, IT'S HOT!! PANT.. PANT..." "I'M NOT GOOD WITH HEAT..." as Bepo the bear cries out and someone pleads, "CAPTAIN, SAVE US!!" In the basement below, a woman with a braid states, "WE HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO GET EVERYONE OUTSIDE... THERE MAY NOT BE ONE." A cloaked figure shouts, "NO! NO! I'M NOT A BURNED UP CORPSE, YOU HEARI!" while another laments, "YOU MUST'VE SUFFERED A LOT TO END UP LIKE THIS!! MY LORD, HOW AWFUL!!"

In the ruined garden area a blond man in a coat swings his sword, yelling, "THE GARDEN IS GONE!! NO GOOD. EVEN IF WE GET OUTSIDE," as allies watch. Nearby panels show the collapsing Pleasure Hall with "WHOA!!" and debris falling. A frantic inventor-like figure demands, "BREAK THE WALL ALREADY, BEFORE WE BOTH DIE!! WHO CARES IF IT COSTS YOU AN ARMI! IT'S A MILD BURN, MAN UP!!" with "IBIBI!!" sound effects. In the basement, a horned beast-man lunges forward shouting "IBIBI!!" and "WHATI! YOU WANNA GO, BASTARDI!" while grabbing at a smaller figure who retorts, "IBII! THERE'S NO POINT IN HAVING A BIG BODY IF YOU DON'T USE IT!!"

In the basement, Usopp yells at a comrade, "YOU'RE WASTING YOUR ENERGY, SIR!!" as a massive "POOF!!" erupts. He unleashes his attack: "LETHAL GREEN STAR: SPRINKLER!!" A frantic voice cries, "DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME, SIR!!" while another shouts, "I'M GONNA SAVE KIN, KIKU, AND MYSELF TO BOOT!!" Kin'emon roars back, "SHUT UP!! I'VE GOT TO DO SOMETHING!! I MADE A PROMISE TO IZO!!" In the right brain tower, panic spreads: "OR ZORO'S NOT GONNA MAKE IT!! I GOTTA FIND CHOPPER SOON, WHICH WAY AM I EVEN MEANT TO GOI! THIS FIRE IS GETTING OUTTA HAND!!" Someone screams, "WE'RE GONNA BURN TO DEATH BEFORE THAT!!" A towering figure growls, "KEEP WHINING LIKE A BUNCH OF WEAKLINGS, AND I'LL BURN YA MYSELF!!" as others beg, "SAVE US, BIG BRO!!"

Inside the fourth floor castle interior, a massive water blast erupts with "ベ" and "わ!!" effects. Jinbe stands ready as someone declares, "IT IS READY, JINBE-DONO!!" A samurai bows, "I AM TRULY GRATEFUL THAT YOU AGREED TO PUT YOUR FAITH IN ME!!" Kin'emon shouts, "NOW LET'S GO!! RIGHT!!" while affirming his trust: "LUFFY DECIDED TO ALLY WITH YOU SAMURAI!! HOW COULD I POSSIBLY DOUBT YOUI!" Below, voices call out "HIYORI-SAMA!!" "MOMONOSUKE-SAMA!!" "WAAAH!!" "TOKI-SAMA!!" Kin'emon continues, "EVER SINCE THAT DAY, I SWORE I WOULD NEVER BE UNPREPARED!! THE FEELING IS MUTUAL!! I BELIEVE IN YOU AS WELL!!"

Raizo unleashes his technique with a spiraling "...RESTORATION!!" and "GLUB!!" effects, water exploding outward. Narration recalls his past failure: "DESPITE MY NINJUTSU, I WAS UNABLE TO PROTECT ANY OF THEM... I CAN NEVER MAKE UP FOR THAT FAILURE..." He vows, "BUT I WILL NEVER... LET MYSELF BE THAT HELPLESS AGAIN!! NEVER!!" Meanwhile, Inuarashi questions the rain as Raizo continues, "BACK THEN... I COULDN'T EVEN PROTECT MY LORD, ODEN-SAMA!!" Raizo then shouts, "WATER HEART!!" and "...OCEAN CURRENT SHOULDER THROW!!" while declaring, "NINPO: SCROLL-SCROLL JUTSU!!" and "I WILL NOT ALLOW THE MEN WHO BRAVELY JOINED OUR RAID... TO DIE TO A MERE FIRE!! SORRY FOR THE DELAY, EVERYONE!! PREPARE TO BE DOUSED WITH AN UNBELIEVABLE SUPPLY OF WATER!!"

A colossal wave of water crashes through the third floor with a massive "ボン" impact, flooding the area. Brook yells, "LIKE HELL!! AFTER THAT BATTLE, I WON'T LET US LOSE TO A LOUSY FIRE!! WHO STARTED ALL THESE FLAMES ANYWAYI!" as another voice cries, "ANOTHER DEAD END!! WE'RE DONE FOR!! BB-SAN!!" Below, the torrent sweeps characters away amid "HUUUHI!" and "!!I" reactions, debris and figures tumbling through the surging flood.

Water surges violently through the castle as a voice commands, "GO! FLOOD EVERY CORNER......OF THE CASTLE!!" A massive torrent shaped like a dragon crashes forward while someone yells, "PLEASE DON'T BE TOO LATE!! MAY THE WATER OF ZOU RESCUE OUR COMRADES!!" The flood smashes structures, sending enemies flying with cries of "UGH!" and "GYAH!!" Below, panicked figures on a shaking walkway shout, "OW, HOT!! WHAT DO WE DOI! THERE'S NOWHERE LEFT TO GO!!" as "FA FA FA!!" laughter rings out. Killer, mask striped, is urged by allies: "C'MON, THIS IS THE LEAST YOU CAN LET US DO FOR YOU, KILLER-SAN!!" He protests, "LET ME DOWN!" A sign marks "FIRST FLOOR" amid the tremors. Someone wonders, "HUHI WHY IS EVERYTHING QUAKING SUDDENLY...I!" as the ground rumbles with "ズズズ..." effects. Suddenly water bursts in; a relieved voice cries, "WE'RE SAVED!!" while another gasps, "WATERI!"

High above, a dragon-like flame cloud carries a battered figure as shocked voices exclaim, "WHATI! WHYI! KAIDO IS STILL ALIVE!!" and "HURRY, MOMONOSUKE-KUN!!" The cloud crackles with "ズズズク...シ!!" and "ズズズッ..." effects. Below, the flaming mass weakens as observers shout, "HE'S AT HIS LIMIT!! HE WON'T BE ABLE TO SUSTAIN HIS FLAME CLOUDS MUCH LONGER!!" with cries of "UGH!!" and "GYAH!!" In a dramatic close-up, a determined Momonosuke in dragon form strains against the massive serpentine body while a voice declares, "IT'S UP TO YOU NOW!! YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR CLOUDS STRONG ENOUGH TO HOLD ONIGASHIMA!! THIS WAS ALWAYS OUR ONLY OPTION!!" A stunned reaction echoes, "WHAAATI!"

Lightning crackles as "CRACKLE!" Onigashima looms while a flaming figure strains overhead. The massive horned structure tilts with "ドドド" rumbling as text declares, "...IS ABOUT TO FALL!!" A close-up shows an intense, sweating face with the caption "TAKING THE FUTURE INTO THEIR OWN HANDS!!!" Beside it, Monkey D. Luffy grins widely with wide eyes.
