Luffy hangs upside down from the Going Merry’s mast, hair flaring wildly as he declares, “IF I CAN JUST DESTROY THAT ROCK, HE’LL FINALLY BE ABLE TO FIGHT!” A voice off-panel shouts, “YOU’RE THE ONLY ONE WE HAVE LEFT THAT CAN PUT UP A PROPER FIGHT!” SFX: ゴゴゴゴゴ. In the next panel, Sanji leaps into action on the ruined plaza, shouting, “COME ON, BROTHER ZORO! HANG IN THERE!” while thinking, “I DON’T KNOW WHAT’S GOING ON DOWN THERE BUT BROTHER COOK’S ACTIONS SEEM TO BE THE KEY TO CLUTCHING VICTORY!” Below, Arlong looms over a kneeling figure, snarling, “THE FACT THAT THAT RUBBER BRAT ISN’T DEAD BY NOW MEANS THAT SOMEBODY’S BEEN UNFAIRLY INTERFERING IN OUR ‘GAME’!” He continues, “BUT ALSO EVERY BIT OF THEIR ENERGY AS WELL. IT’S SAID THAT THE SEA ROBS DEVIL FRUIT USERS NOT ONLY OF THEIR ABILITIES.”

Luffy lies on the ground clutching his stomach, yelling, “WHO THE HELL CARES ABOUT THAT RIGHT NOW!I” Usopp, sitting nearby and stretching his arm, replies, “HUHI WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR PINWHEELI” with SFX ゴゴゴゴ and “stretch…”. Arlong lunges forward, roaring, “EVEN SO, I DO NEED TO SEE WHO’S BEEN DOING THE INTERFERING. UNFAIRLY INTERFERE!I” He adds, “I PERSONALLY NEVER CONSIDERED THIS GAME TO BE A FAIR ONE FROM THE BEGINNING.” In the lower panels, Nami stands with Usopp and others as someone shouts “B-BROTHER USOPP!I” and “You’re so brave!” Usopp yells, “OVER HERE!” while another voice calls, “HEY, ARLONG!” Nami urges, “ALRIGHT! ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS NOT LET ARLONG GO INTO THE WATERS, RIGHT!I” and declares, “I’LL STOP YOU DEAD IN YOUR TRACKS!”

Luffy’s stretched leg snaps back with SFX ピーン and “stretch”. Usopp is shown mid-air with “USOPP” lettering. Arlong faces Luffy and Zoro, growling, “YOU STANDING BEFORE ME, MEANS THAT YOU WANT ME TO KILL YOU FIRST, RIGHT, RORONOA ZORO!I” Zoro draws his swords as Luffy shouts, “RUBBER BAND!” with impact SFX バビーン!!. In the bottom panels, Usopp struggles in the foreground, yelling, “I’LL BREAK THAT NOSE YOU’RE SO PROUD OF!” with SFX バキッ and “GRIP…”. Arlong charges, demanding, “THE HELL ARE YOU EVEN TRYING TO DO!I” as Zoro prepares to strike, shouting, “NOW, ZORO! ATTACK!” with SFX ビシッ.

Arlong looms over a downed opponent, his saw-nose sword drawn. The defeated fishman gasps, "UGH..." as blood drips. Arlong swings with massive force, impact lines and "ギュイン!!!" exploding across the panel. In close-up, Arlong snarls with pride, "THAT I'M SO PROUD OF IT!" An unseen voice retorts, "FOOL... IT'S BECAUSE MY NOSE WON'T BREAK," while Arlong counters, "YOU MIGHT HAVE LEFT A LITTLE SCAR ON IT!" The opponent, bloodied and strained, replies, "JUST PERHAPS! IF YOU WERE IN BETTER HEALTH...!" Arlong's saw-nose grinds against the blade amid "ギギギ!" sound effects as the brutal exchange continues.

Shock ripples through the fishmen as multiple arms flail wildly. "HUH!I" one yells amid "パチ!!" and "プル..." effects. Voices cry, "AHH! THAT OCTOPUS IS BACK UP!" and "LOOK! OVER THERE!" while another asks, "WHAT'S HE DOING THOUGHI" A wide-eyed fishman shouts, "WHAT!I" as a massive "ガザーン!!!" blast erupts from the ruins. "WHAAAT!I" another screams. "DAMN IT! I THOUGHT THAT RUBBER BAND MIGHT HAVE HIT ME!" rings out. From behind, the octopus fishman is addressed: "OCTOPUS... BUT YOU SHOUTED ARLONG..." He laughs triumphantly, "HAH! EXACTLY WHAT I WAS AIMING FOR!"

Zoro is hurled through the air by massive octopus tentacles amid "ザブン!!!" and "!" effects. The octopus fishman roars, "I'LL KILL YOUR FRIEND THAT JUST WENT INTO THE SEA!" and "I WON'T LET YOU BASTARDS HAVE YOUR WAY!" while naming his foe: "RORONOA ZORO!" Arlong's face twists in fury as he growls, "YOU'LL ALL DIE!" and "THERE'S NO REASON TO LOOK SO FRUSTRATED BECAUSE EITHER WAY..." In the chaos, a desperate cry of "BROTHER!" echoes as Zoro is struck, blood spraying with "アグハハハハ!" and impact lines.

Nojiko lies injured but determined, declaring, "LEAVE THE REST TO ME, NAMI'S SISTER!" She launches into a high kick, "ズバァ..." cutting through the air. A fishman hurtles toward a rock as she warns, "GET AWAY FROM THAT ROCK! I'LL CRUSH IT WITH MY KICK!" Mid-air, she spots the attacker: "A FISHMAN!I" The octopus fishman counters with spinning strikes, "ゴゴゴゴ!!!" and "ズババババ!!!" while snarling, "I JUST HAVE TO DESTROY THIS ROCK..." and "DIE, DIE, DIE!" Nojiko presses the assault amid flying debris and motion lines.

A fishman with multiple octopus-like arms lunges forward as a voice cries out, "SISTER!!!" The octopus fishman roars, "THE OCTOPUS!I" while delivering a powerful strike labeled "TAKO-YAKI PUNCH!" Sanji, in his striped shirt, grunts "OPEN!" as he blocks and counters the blow amid heavy impact effects. The octopus fishman reels from the hit. In a distant view of the ruined Arlong Park area, a figure leans over the railing and shouts "ZORO!"

Zoro glares with intense fury, growling "GAHHH!" as debris flies. He demands, "WHAT'S WITH ALL THESE BANDAGES ANYWAYSI DID YOU HAPPEN TO FALL DOWN SOMEWHEREI" Nami covers her mouth in shock, whispering "AHH..." while the octopus fishman clutches his wounds and mutters "W-WHAT'S WITH THESE WOUNDS!I" Zoro's glare intensifies as narration notes, "AND THAT GLARE... IS THIS HOW A DYING MAN IS SUPPOSED TO LOOK!I" Observers react in disbelief: "HOW CAN HE STILL BE LIVING WITH THESE INJURIES...!I HOW CAN HE EVEN STAND!I"

The octopus fishman thinks, "I CAN'T AFFORD TO LET A MAN LIKE THIS LIVE...! I HAVE TO KILL HIM RIGHT HERE AND NOW...!" while preparing another strike. Zoro smirks faintly with "HAHA..." The fishman questions, "HMMI" In the ruined courtyard, the octopus fishman warns, "IF YOU LIED DOWN QUIETLY..." as Zoro stands defiantly. The fishman snaps, "THOSE WOUNDS WOULDN'T HAVE REOPENED...!" Zoro retorts, "I'M TALKING ABOUT THAT OCTOPUS... I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT MYSELF...!" The fishman mocks, "LAUGHING AT YOUR SAD STATE NOWI HOW TRUE..."

The octopus fishman yells "NYU!I" and "WHAT!I" while protesting, "DIDN'T WE ALREADY TELL YOU...I THAT THIS GAME IS OURS FOR THE TAKING..." Sanji charges in with a devastating kick, sending the octopus fishman flying amid massive impact effects "ズガッ" and "ズドン". The fishman crashes through debris as Sanji lands, declaring "HAD ME SCARED FOR NOTHING!" Close-ups show the fishman's battered face and Sanji's intense glare with sound effects "ブクブク..." and "ズガッ".

Luffy stares in wide-eyed shock, mouth agape, as he cries out "AH!". In the next panel a massive impact sends debris flying while Sanji, back turned, growls, "BUT IN ANY CASE, IT'S ALL YOUR DAMN FAULT THAT THIS HAD TO BE MORE COMPLICATED THAN IT NEEDED TO BE...!". Sanji then shouts at Luffy, "NOW GO, YOU IDIOT!" while Nami beams with relief, "WE DID IT!". Below, Luffy is hurled through the air amid huge impact SFX as a voice yells "IT'S COMING! IS IT COMING!I" and another commands "GO AND FIGHT THAT SHARK!".

Luffy plummets toward the water, screaming "AHHHHHHH!" and "NGHHHHH!" as "SPLASH!" erupts. The scene cuts to a dramatic overhead view of Arlong Park's ruined plaza. Luffy rockets upward in a massive leap, arms outstretched, shouting triumphantly "I'M BACK!" while the building and scattered fighters react below.

From the ground, onlookers spot Luffy soaring toward Arlong Park and shout "IT'S THAT RUBBER BOY!". Nami's face lights up as she yells "LUFFY!". A fish-man ally cries "BROTHER LUFFYYYYY!". In the lower panels a wounded figure mutters "YOU MORON...!" while another voice adds "SO DAMN LATE," and a third growls "THAT RUBBER BRAT...".

Luffy dives in and grabs Zoro mid-air, yelling "ZORO!" as impact lines explode around them. Zoro responds "SWITCH WITH ME!". In a side panel two figures clash while one exclaims "HUH!I". Below, Luffy is struck hard, screaming "AGHHHHH!" with swirling SFX as a fish-man sneers "H-HEY... YOU WOULDN'T BE... DOING WHAT I THINK YOU'RE DOING, ARE YOU...I" and another grins.

Luffy stretches his arm back with a determined grin as he shouts, "GOMU GOMU..." A massive fishman opponent looms over him with a furious expression. The fishman roars, "YOU DUMB-ASS!" and delivers a crushing overhead blow that sends Luffy crashing into the rubble. Luffy recovers mid-air, twisting his body and snapping, "AND..." He coils his leg like a spring and unleashes a powerful whip kick, the impact marked by sharp "WHIP!" and "BELL!" sound effects. The fishman reels from the strike, grunting "UGH!" as debris flies everywhere.

Luffy launches forward with explosive speed, fist cocked back as he yells "BULLET!" His punch smashes into the fishman with tremendous force, sending shockwaves through the air. The fishman counters with a barrage of rapid punches, the panel exploding with "GATTLING GUN!" effects as fists blur. Luffy is driven back momentarily but plants his feet, absorbing the hits while the background shows shocked onlookers gasping "AHH..." Smoke and impact lines fill the chaotic scene.

Smoke clears across the ruined plaza as Luffy stands tall, exhaling "WHEW..." The fishman lies defeated on the ground. Onlookers react in shock, one shouting "IT... IT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL!" while another gasps "DID YOU... JUST DO SOME- THING...I" A close-up shows Luffy's face with wide eyes and a confident smirk as he replies "YUP." He clasps his hands together and declares, "MY WARM-UP EXERCISE." A small panel shows someone vowing "I SWEAR... I'LL KILL HIM..."
