At level 3 of the royal palace plateau, Robin arrives with Rebecca while Diamante yells, "You impudent brat!" and calls out, "Nico Robin!" A side note says Rebecca is "saved by a hair's breadth!!" Diamante asks who Robin and the others are, while frightened people beg for mercy and explain that their job is only to carry away the remains of the defeated. Robin says killing opponents with a handicap is excessive, but Diamante laughs, "Handicap? Oi oi, who the fuck ever said this duel was supposed to be fair and on the up and up? This is an execution, plain and simple!" Robin tells Kyros he no longer needs to worry about distractions because she will keep an eye on Rebecca. Kyros thanks her, saying he is in her debt, at his limit, or at least his anger was.

Inside the Smile Factory, the factory team receives news from Viola. They ask, "Lady Viola! This is the factory team! What has become of Princess Manshelly!? And Leo and the others!?" Viola answers from the former royal plateau, "Leo! Can you hear me?" She explains that Manshelly has been captured by Giolla and is being forced to use her power. The factory team panics: "What?! No way!!! That's not good at all!" Viola says she can see them but they need to hurry because they are currently climbing Rampart Tower and should reach the palace chapel soon. The page connects Robin's upper-level fight to the urgent rescue mission below.

Below the palace at Rampart Tower, soldiers on the stairs to the palace shout, "Fire! Bring the bombs!!" and warn that the dwarves are coming. Leo and Kabu charge through the rubble while saying, "We're taking the bullet train!" and telling Princess Mansherry that they will be there shortly. The scene then cuts to the first floor of the palace behind the chapel, the timeout room, where Giolla tells the captive Mansherry, "Keep your ears peeled and listen to what I tell you-zamasu! Dwarf princess!" Mansherry lies exhausted at Giolla's feet while guards stand nearby, setting up the confrontation over her healing power.

Princess Mansherry, identified as the Tontatta Tribe daughter of Chief Tonta, says through tears, "There's nothing more I can do... I can't any more. Please, allow me to return to Green Bit." Giolla snaps, "Shut your little mouth-zamasu! You have some nerve calling me Boa Hancock?!" She tells Mansherry to quit acting cute because the time has come for her to use her power. Giolla says the fools who fought the executives may have won, but they are all gravely injured. Mansherry remains frightened and depleted, but Giolla demands her healing as a tool to undo the allies' victories.

Giolla explains her plan over the bodies of defeated Donquixote executives. She says that if they revive the executives with the power of Mansherry's Heal-Heal Fruit, their enemies will be caught off guard and forced to accept defeat, turning the tide of the battle in their favor. Giolla says they need the watering can that uses Mansherry's special magic water right away, and taunts the little dwarf for being at their mercy. Mansherry realizes that all of them are bad people making trouble for King Riku, and says, "I refuse to... further provide aid for you bad people!" The page reveals the danger of her ability: healing even one defeated executive could restore the enemy's advantage.

Mansherry's tearful refusal only makes Giolla and her guards swoon, calling her "so... adorable-zamasu!" Giolla then gets angry that this is not the time to be smitten and asks, "And who did you call a once-in-a-thousand-years beauty?" A beaten captive urges, "Save... me..." but Giolla grabs Mansherry and says, "You're a cheeky one, aren't you?! No matter, come what may, I'm going to literally squeeze every last drop of power out of you!" Mansherry asks Leo to save her, while Giolla needles her by saying she must not care what happens to her friends in the factory. Giolla argues that even if Mansherry heals their wounds, they will simply go out and harm someone else.

Giolla continues squeezing Mansherry and says she will make her extract every last drop of power. Mansherry cries, "Save me, Leo!" while Giolla mocks that if Leo is busy with friends in the factory, he cannot help her. Suddenly Leo and Kabu burst into the timeout room. Kabu calls, "Hurry ahead, Leo! I'll be right behind you!" and is struck back as Leo pushes forward, shouting, "Kabu!" and "Kabu!? Leo!?" Mansherry's healing tears begin to fall and drip onto a wounded body. The page ends with someone feeling the effect and saying, "That hurts! That hurts!" as the rescue finally reaches the captive princess.

Mansherry's tears heal a wounded man. He says, "His wounds have healed!" and Mansherry realizes, "Ah, so that's how it is-zamasu..." A dark-eyed observer notes, "Your tears are capable of healing as well, huh..." Giolla immediately demands more: "Then cry! Cry me a friggin' river!! Come now! More! Let flow your tears of healing!" She roughly squeezes Mansherry, who cries out, "It hurts! Someone help me! Waaaah!" Leo is nearly there and shouts, "Leo! Hurry!" The page clarifies that Mansherry's Heal-Heal power is not only in special water but also in her tears.

Viola and the factory group realize what is happening. Viola says Giolla has become aware of the healing power of Mansherry's tears and is subjecting the princess to horrible violence to make her shed them. The factory team explains that the Heal-Heal Fruit grants one the power to heal the wounds of any living being. They fear Giolla is trying to revive the defeated executives, including Sugar, and panic that if Sugar succeeds there will basically be no end to their enemies. The Tontatta princess has healing powers, and now the enemy wants to keep her under lock and key. Meanwhile Leo reaches the room and shouts, "I've found her!" while the others cry, "Rescue the princess!" and "Forward march, Leo!"

Giolla prepares to begin again and calls, "Oh, so close-zamasu! Wakey wakey, executives! Round 2 begins now-zamasu!!" Leo charges, but Mansherry warns, "Leo! Outta the way!" and tells him to take care of Giolla. Leo launches "Beetle Upper!!!" and slams upward into Giolla. The attack interrupts her before she can revive the fallen executives, sending Giolla reeling as the wounded bodies and Mansherry look on. The page turns the rescue into direct combat, with Leo striking the captor before she can restart the battle.

Giolla is knocked through the timeout room by Leo's Beetle Upper. Leo uses his sewing ability, with repeated "stitch stitch stitch" sounds, and Giolla screams, "Whaaaaat!?" Mansherry tells her, "You and all your friends are in need of some real intimate time together." A mass of threads pins Giolla and several enemies together into an awkward bundle. Giolla asks, "What the-zamasu!? What is this? Eh!?" while the others stare in shock. The page shows Leo turning his needle-and-thread power from rescue into restraint, sewing the enemy group into a helpless heap.

Leo finishes with "Haute Couture: Patch Work!" and Giolla's group is bound together while everyone screams, "Gyaa aah!" Viola reports from the former royal plateau that Leo finished off Giolla before she could revive anyone, and the Smile Factory erupts in celebration: "Manshelly has been saved!" and "Hooooooray!" Leo, Kabu, and Mansherry reunite. Mansherry says, "Leo... I was so scared!" but when he comments that she has gotten a bit more girth, she snaps, "Why you!!!" Leo sighs that some things never change. The status box reads, "Tontatta Princess Manshelly Rescue: Successful," and the page marks "ONE PIECE Ch. 774 END."
