Tony Tony Chopper states: THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY... Nami adds: IF SOMEONE WANTS TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE... while noting THE ATTEMPT ON THE MAYOR'S LIFE HAS ALREADY CAUSED THIS MUCH OF AN UPROAR... Zoro and Sanji appear next, Zoro serious. "THE PESSIMISTIC GUESS WOULD BE THAT ROBIN AND THAT GUY ARE ACTUALLY PARTNERS. THAT'S THE OPTIMISTIC GUESS." Sanji sweats heavily, eyes wide. "DID HE DO SOMETHING TO ROBIN!I TO CONTROL HER!I" Luffy turns sharply, shouting "ROBIN!!!" while Nami looks on worried. "TO CATCH..." A wide view of Water 7 shows buildings and a large sign reading "GARA RA..." as a voice shouts "I'VE GOTTA EVACUATE!! GO AWAY!!! COME BACK TOMORROW!!!" and another pleads "PLEASE!!!" Close-up on two hands exchanging money and scrap metal. One speaker lists, "AND NAILS, AND LATCHES... AND SOME TIN PLATING... PLEASE." The buyer responds, "PLEASE...! I WANT AS MUCH AS I CAN GET WITH THIS MONEY... SOME WOOD, TAR, AND ROPE..." A large man with a beard growls, "CHE... ALRIGHT, ---- BUT YOU CAN'T BUY MUCH WITH JUST THIS." The large bearded man snaps, "WE ONLY SELL, NOT TRADE. WHAT KIND OF A RUSTIC ARE YOUI" The bandaged buyer begs, "HEY! NO, STOP IT. THEN... I CAN TRADE YOU SOME OF MY TOOLS..." The shopkeeper retorts, "OH, OKAY..." then notices, "YOU'RE HURT REAL BAD... ARE YOU OKAY...I" The buyer winces with sound effects "よろ..." and "HNG...!!!" Outside the closed shop a sign reads "TOLD YA." as the buyer walks away carrying a large bundle of tools. The shopkeeper watches from the doorway. Later the buyer collapses to the ground with a loud crash "ドゴシャン...!!" while gasping "HNG... HAA..."

A bearded man with spiky black hair glares angrily, muttering "......". Nearby, another figure gasps "HAA..." while a third is violently thrown through the air amid a crashing "ガラガラシャン...!!!" sound. In the city streets, the same striped-sleeved man with goggles protests "WHAT...I I'M OK......!!" as a large "NO......" speech bubble appears. Someone shouts "H...HEY, WAIT, TWERP!" The goggled man hands over wrapped packages, saying "TAKE THESE. YOU'RE HUNGRY, AREN'T YOUI" The recipient replies "YEAH. TH... THANKS......" and "TAKE CARE......". From a high vantage, the bearded man watches the scene below and yells "TAKE CARE OF YOUR-SELF!!!" while raising his hand defensively.

THE GALLEY-LA GUYS ARE", and "THAT IS AMAZING!!" with excited reactions and "どよぉ!!" sound effects.

Outside the towering Galley-La Company HQ, a massive crowd gathers as someone shouts "OOH!!!" and an order rings out: "FORM A TIGHT LINE!! GALLEY-LA COMPANY!!" with "ギャオオオオ!!" effects. In a close-up, a burly man with a "BG8LE" tattoo roars "OOOH!!!" while raising weapons, commanding "DON'T LET EVEN ONE RAT COME THROUGH!!!" as impact lines fill the panel. Outside Iceberg's bedroom, five men sit in chairs along the hallway. A massive sound effect rumbles through the corridor. One man with a mustache states, "THEY DIDN'T GET ON THE SEA TRAINS." Another snaps at Tileston, "YOU'RE TOO LOUD! BE QUIET, TILESTON!!" Tileston roars back, "COME IF YOU DARE!!! WOOOOOOO!!!" A long-haired man with a cigarette adds, "SO WE CAN'T USE NORMAL LOGIC WITH THEM....!!" He continues, "THERE WAS THAT IDIOT WHO CAME CRASHING THROUGH A WINDOW IN BROAD DAYLIGHT TODAY." Another replies, "BUT THEY'D HAVE TO BE REALLY STUPID TO SHOW UP HERE WITH SO MANY PEOPLE GUARDING." The final man concludes, "THEY MUST STILL BE ON THIS ISLAND SOMEWHERE."

Inside the bedroom, a woman stands by the window and thinks, "IT'S AS IF I WERE A KING..." She adds, "NMA... THEY DON'T HAVE TO DO THIS MUCH TO PROTECT ME..." and "THEY DID IT SPONTANEOUSLY..." In the next room, Iceberg lies in bed while a woman with glasses asks him, "BY THE WAY, ICEBERG-SAN, WHY DO YOU HAVE NICO ROBIN'S BOUNTY HEREI" A bandaged man replies, "YOU WANNA KNOW..." and "A LITTLE." The bandaged man then declares with a fierce expression, "SHE IS... A DEVIL." A large wanted poster of Nico Robin for 79,000,000 berries hangs on the wall.

A dramatic splash shows the city of Water 7 at night with a large "RUSTLE" sound. On a rooftop, Zoro stands with swords ready and says, "WE WOULD HAVE PLAYED RIGHT INTO HER HANDS." Sanji replies, "YEAH. BUT IF WE'RE THE ONES TO CAUSE THE UPROAR..." Nami adds, "YOU CAN JUST STRETCH YOUR ARMS AND FLY OVER IF AN UPROAR OCCURS." Luffy, wearing a top hat disguise, exclaims, "IT'S SO FAR!" and "SO MANY PEOPLE!!" Below, a large boot steps down with a "CLICK" sound effect as the chapter ends.
