Oden's Beloved Sword

High above the burning castle, Izo leaps through the air on a flying bird-like creature. A voice cries out, "...ABOUT THE GIANT YOKAI MADE ME FEEL UNEASY!!!" Another shouts, "WHERE DID A THING LIKE THAT COME FROMI!" Izo replies, "SORRY, THAT ANNOUNCEMENT..." while a companion asks, "WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA, IZOI THEY'RE ON THE MOVE..." and warns, "IT'S A PAIN TO FLY AROUND WHEN I'M INJURED-YOI!!" Below, a massive hairy yokai rampages near the flaming castle as someone yells, "THE CASTLE'S ON FIRE." The yokai roars with laughter, "TRY NOT TO GET TOO SIDETRACKED-YOI!" and another voice answers, "RIGHT..." while a massive fiery explosion erupts with the sound "わあああああああああああ..." and impact lines. On the lower level, panicked samurai shout, "WE'LL BE BURNED ALIVE IF WE DON'T GET TO THAT FLOOR!!" and "FETCH THE CANNON!! THE SAMURAI ARE BLOCKING THE WAY OUT!!"

In the second basement, a map shows B1 and B2 levels. Apoo yells, "APOO, YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN TO QUIT....!!!" while a woman with horns shouts, "I TOLD YOU, I'M BUSY! QUIT FOLLOWING ME!!" and a large man with goggles roars, "YOUNG MASTER, PLEASE HEAR ME OUT!!" Below, the giant yokai Fuga rampages through debris, swinging a club and yelling "FUGA GAAA!" and "FUGA!!" while thinking "I KNOW IT'S BEEN A WHILE, BUT I'M IN A HURRY!!" Small figures scatter as one cries, "WOAH!! IT'S ONE OF THE NUMBERS!!" and another shouts "FUGA GAAA!" amid flying debris and impact effects.

Inside the castle, Yamato reacts with shock as the flame yokai descends, shouting "THE FLAME YOKAI IS HEADING FOR THE LOWER LEVELS OF THE CASTLE!!" and "HUHI" while someone screams "AAAAH!" and another notes "THIS IS THE SECOND FLOOR!!" In a side panel, a figure with wild hair reacts "HAIRI!" as a small creature bounces off with "ぱっ" and "ぱっ!!" sounds. Another panel shows a cushion-like impact with "FUGAI" "ば" "3...!!" and the exclamation "WHATI! A CUSHIONI!" followed by "NO, THIS IS HAIR!" and panting sounds. Below, a dark flame creature surprises onlookers who yell "HUHI" and "WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THATI!" while a woman warns "THEY'RE COMING!!" and a man with a scar says "NO CHOICE BUT TO FI-" as a masked figure flies past with motion lines.

A burning figure plummets through the sky amid crackling flames as two voices cry out, "AAAA ARGH!!" Below, a massive black sphere of energy descends over the Flower Capital, smashing through buildings. A samurai with a staff shouts, "WE DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S AFTER, BUT IT KEEPS GOING DOWN!!" Another fighter declares, "THIS MUST BE THE FLAME YOKAI THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT!!" A large masked figure with a "音" symbol on his back yells, "IT'S HUUUUUGE!!" while civilians panic. The sphere continues falling, passing through walls as a woman with a headband gasps, "WHAT THE HECK IS THATI! IT'S GOING DOWN," and another pants, "PANT... PANT..."

Yamato stands atop a building, gripping a massive club and shouting, "THE WHOLE ISLAND WILL BE GONE!! FUGA!! I NEED YOUR HELP WITH SOMETHING!!" while a small figure plays a flute, "FUUUU GAAA♪ TAP!!!" Yamato warns, "IT'LL SET OFF AN EXPLOSION MID-AIR!! THIS IS BAD! IF IT KEEPS GOING," as a diagram shows the sphere descending toward the armory. Elsewhere, a man with a topknot reacts in shock, "HMI!" while another figure yells, "LET'S HURRY, THEY'LL BE ON OUR TAILS AGAIN SOON!!" A cloaked fighter adds, "THE CPO AGENTS ARE BEHIND THAT WALL OF FLAMES." A tall man with a staff declares, "YOU SHOULD'VE KEPT YOUR MOUTH SHUT," as a narrator box states, "'AFTER LOSING THEIR MIDDLE-MAN, DOFLAMINGO, THE GOVERNMENT DEALS DIRECTLY WITH..." and a reporter-like figure exclaims, "LAPDOGS OF THE CELESTIAL DRAGONS SPOTTED IN KAIDO'S CASTLE!! WHAT A SCOOP!! MAYBE I'LL SELL THE STORY TO MORGANS!!"

Scratchmen Apoo is struck hard, recoiling with "BWAH!!" and "GUH!" as X Drake attacks. Apoo is slammed to the ground with a "GUH!" and "...!!!" while Drake looms over him. Drake says, "HANDLING PEST CONTROL!! WE'RE JUST..." Apoo retorts from the ground, "IF YOU ALREADY KNOW, I'M DYING TO HEAR YOUR EXCUSE FOR BEING HERE." Drake replies, "I HOPE YOU DIDN'T ASSUME THAT YOUR TRUE ALLEGIANCE WOULD REMAIN A SECRET TO CP0I X DRAKE."

An enormous explosion erupts with "BOOM!" and massive sound effects as Apoo is blasted backward. Drake stands over the fallen Apoo, who groans, "UGH" and "PANT... PANT..." while asking, "OH... YOU'RE STILL ALIVEI" Apoo yells, "DAMN GOVERNMENT ASSASSINS!! THAT FREAKIN' HURT!!" In another area, a figure in a helmet says, "OBVIOUSLY!! THEY PICKED A FIGHT WITH ME!! YOU STARTED IT." Drake responds, "ARE WE DOING THIS OR NOTI CRAM IT." Apoo continues, "AND YOU!! I KNEW YOU WERE A MARINE!! THESE GUYS AREN'T GETTING OFF THAT EASY!! I CAN USE ARMAMENT HAKI, YOU DUMBASS!"

A massive winged dinosaur-like creature with an open maw roars furiously as it lunges forward. A man in a black military-style coat and chains swings a weapon overhead, shouting "THEY'LL GET WHAT'S COMING TO THEM!!" while a furry beast-like figure is hurled through the air. The dinosaur bellows "ROAR!!" as a powerful impact erupts with "URGH!!!" and a massive "ドカーン!!!" explosion. Below, the scene shifts outside to a devastated rocky area labeled "OUTSIDE - ZORO VS. KING." Smoke and debris fill the air as pteranodons wheel overhead. Small figures react amid the rubble with "...!!" and "..." while the battle rages on.

King's dragon-like head lunges and grabs with a bold "GRAB" as his jaws clamp down. Zoro, shirtless and wearing a black beanie, pants heavily in close-up: "PANT... PANT... IS THAT THING SUPPOSED TO BE PULLED BACK LIKE THATI!" King's head twists and snaps with "ビビビ..." and "ビビビ...!!" sound effects. Zoro's eyes widen in shock as he raises his arm. A sharp "SNAP" rings out with "キュン!!" as King's jaws close. Zoro reacts with "!!I" while King snarls "PURA..." and "TEM..." in the final panels.

A pteranodon flies as massive debris flies from an explosion. Zoro is hurled backward with "UDON!!" and "!!!" impact effects. He grits his teeth: "I COULDN'T BLOCK ITI! IT'S LIKE A BEAM!!" and crashes with "UGH!!" as rocks scatter. King, in his hybrid form, declares "THAT'S HOW PTERANODONS HUNTED THEIR PREY!!" while another panel shows the prehistoric-style attack continuing amid smoke and rubble with "..." and "JUST LIKE PREHISTORIC TIMES...."

Zoro, bloodied and breathing hard "PANT... PANT...", glares upward and growls "DAMMIT....!!" as pteranodons circle. He unleashes a spinning slash: "360 CALIBER PHOENIX!!" with a massive fiery impact "ドォン!!!" King counters with "NO." and "GET YOUR STORY STRAIGHT!!" while Zoro strains "I SUPPOSE PTERANODONS FLEW WITH FIRE ON THEIR BACKS TOOI!" and "I'M JUST WASTING MY ENERGY!!" A final panel shows him reaching desperately: "IF I CAN'T FIND A WAY TO REACH HIM," amid swirling smoke and motion lines.

The winged fighter pants heavily, "PANT... PANT..." while thinking, "THAT BASTARD'S TALKING DOWN TO ME...!! I'VE GOTTA KNOCK HIM OUTTA THE SKY BEFORE I RUN OUT OF STEAM!" and noting the opponent's "THREE-SWORD STYLE..." In a massive swirling vortex, Zoro unleashes a powerful spinning slash, shouting "KALASUTRA: GREAT DRAGON TWISTER!!" as motion lines and impact effects fill the panel. The winged fighter reacts in shock below, exclaiming "...WITH HIS WINGSI! HE'S BLOCKING..." while Zoro's attack continues to clash violently against the defender.

The winged fighter retorts, "YOU'RE NOT WRONG. BUT I'M ON ANOTHER LEVEL!!" as he soars through the sky. Zoro counters mid-air, declaring "SO DINOSAURS ARE BASICALLY LIKE DRAGONS... BIG LIZARDS WITH TOUGH HIDES!!" The two clash blades intensely; the winged fighter says, "DON'T WORRY, I'LL GIVE YOU A CHANCE AND USE MY BLADE INSTEAD!! YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT CRAVES A GOOD DUEL!!" while Zoro is pushed back. In the aftermath, the fighter analyzes, "BUT I GUESS NOT. I THOUGHT HE GOT THOSE FEATURES FROM HIS DEVIL FRUIT, AND THE FLAMES ON HIS BACK ARE STILL BURNING!" and notes, "NOT A DROP OF BLOOD AFTER ALL THOSE ATTACKS... HE STILL HAS MOVEABLE WINGS IN THIS FORM. THEY'RE NOT JUST FOR SHOW, BUT I HAVEN'T SEEN HIM FLY WITH THEM."

A massive explosion erupts as the winged fighter strikes, debris flying everywhere. Zoro thinks grimly, "...I CAN WIN..." while the opponent questions, "NO, IT'S PROBABLY A RACE I'VE NEVER HEARD OF. DOES HE HAVE FISHMAN OR GIANT BLOODI" and concludes, "I DON'T THINK..." Suddenly a sharp musical note rings out, "SHING!!" The winged fighter reacts with surprise, "A SHAMISENI! NO WAY!!" while Zoro, panting, looks around in confusion, "...I! WHAT'S THAT SOUND...I" and thinks, "PANT... PANT... WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT HE IS!!"

Zoro stares at his blade in shock, "ENMA...I!" as it erupts with intense flames and haki, forcing him to scream "AAAGH!!" The scene shifts inside a grand building labeled "DOME INTERIOR - TREASURE REPOSITORY." A small figure with a crown plays a shamisen, the notes "RURURURU" echoing. Someone nearby wonders, "WE'RE IN A WAR ZONE. WHAT KIND OF TRICK IS THISI IT'S COMING FROM THE NEXT ROOM... IS THAT A SHAMISEN...I THAT'S ABSURD..." A wide-eyed character reacts, "WHA-I KO-" while the crowned figure continues playing and thinks, "UGH... IT'S BRIGHT...!! SOMEONE'S HERE... IS IT AN ENEMYI! DID THEY TRACK ME DOWNI!" as the sound effects "RURURU" and "SLIDE..." continue.

A beautiful woman in an ornate kimono and elaborate hairstyle plays a shamisen under a moonlit sky filled with dramatic motion lines and large SFX reading "ベベ k!!". Someone shouts in shock, "KOMURASAKII!" In the next panel a kneeling figure with a small creature nearby exclaims with hearts floating, "I'VE YEARNED FOR YOU EVERY NIGHT SINCE WHAT HAPPENED!! I COULDN'T GET YOU OUT OF MY HEAD..." while another voice cries, "GOD... AM I DREAMINGI! OR DID I PASS TO THE OTHER SIDEI!" A small white creature clings to a tree root, thinking, "IF THIS IS A DREAM, I DON'T WANT TO WAKE UP!!" The final close-up shows the smiling woman with a rose in her hair replying, "LIKEWISE, MY LORD. ALL I WANT......IS FOR US TO SPEND THE REST OF OUR LIVES TOGETHER!!" A tiny inset panel shows a shocked face beside the "ONE PIECE" logo.
