Twin Dragons

Luffy, battered and intense, yells from close-up: 'COME ON!! FLY ALREADY, MOMO!!' with rousing yells. KEEP YOUR INSOLENT THOUGHTS TO YOURSELF! SAMURAI FEAR NOTHING!!' Momonosuke replies nervously: 'I-I SHALL... O-ONCE MY BODY UNFREEZES!! HOW HIGH UP DO YOU THINK THAT ISI! EVEN RAISING MY HEAD IN THIS FORM IS DAUNTING...' Kin'emon and others watch as Luffy continues: 'IF I LET KAIDO RUN WILD, EVERYONE'S DONE FOR! I'M IN A HURRY! I KNOW, STOP BERATING ME FOR A MOMENT!! WHAT WAS THE POINT OF GETTING BIGI! YOU'RE A DRAGON, RIGHTI SO FLY!!' Momonosuke pleads: 'THEN JUST FLY!!' while others react with 'I REALIZE THAT!!' and 'HUFF... HUFF... PLEASE WAIT!!!'

A massive dragon head with a sword embedded roars amid smoke and debris with SFX 'ゴゴゴオオ...' and 'わあああああ...'. Yamato, in hybrid form with fiery aura, clashes against the black dragon Momonosuke, who is being struck with impact SFX 'ビキ...' and 'ビキキ...'. A narrator note explains: '*T/N: A KABUKI TALE OF REVENGE IN THE WOMEN'S QUARTERS OF A SAMURAI STRONGHOLD. LITERALLY: "MIRROR MOUNTAIN."' Below, a close-up shows a determined face shouting 'KAGAMI-YAMA!!' with SFX 'バキバキバキ' and debris flying as the dragon recoils.

Kaido's massive club swings down in a shattering arc, the impact exploding across the rocky terrain as debris flies. Yamato spins through the air, flames trailing from her kanabo. A voice questions, "GOING ON THE DEFENSIVEI" Kaido's face twists in fury amid the smoke. Yamato's weapon spins wildly with "SPIN!!" effects as she counters. Kaido roars upward, "HIMORO-GIRL!!!" The footnote notes: "HIMOROGI ARE SACRED ALTARS IN SHINTOISM. LITERALLY MEANS 'GLACIAL SLASH'." Yamato's scaled form clashes violently with Kaido's dragon-like silhouette, both figures locked in a brutal exchange of blows amid flying rocks and impact lines.

The clash erupts in a massive explosion of debris and smoke. Yamato and Kaido separate across the shattered landscape. Kaido growls, "IT'S LIKE YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE YOU'RE FROM WANO..." and "THE WAY YOU DEFY ME..." He presses forward, "IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU DO, THE SAMURAI WILL NEVER CONSIDER YOU ONE OF THEM!!" Kaido's club strikes with a heavy "GONSHI!!!" impact. He continues, "BUT EVERYONE KNOWS YOU'RE MY SON!! YOU CAN'T ESCAPE THE TRUTH OF YOUR BLOOD!!" Yamato recoils from the blow amid swirling dust and broken stone.

Yamato shouts back, "WHAT'S THAT GOT TO DO WITH ANYTHINGI!" Kaido snaps, "SHUT UP!!" In a flashback panel, a young Yamato sits alone in a cave as Kaido looms, declaring, "I'M NOT!!" and "...BECAUSE YOU ARE ALONE!! YOU SPENT YOUR ENTIRE LIFE RUNNING AROUND THIS ISLAND, CRAWLING THROUGH THE ATTICS AND DESPERATELY TRYING TO ESCAPE..." Another scene shows a kind figure offering, "HERE, ONI PRINCESS... TAKE SOME FOOD AND THIS BLANKET..." Yamato replies softly, "EVERYONE THAT SHOWS YOU COMPASSION ENDS UP DEAD!" Kaido retorts, "AH, THAT'S RIGHT. THERE WERE THOSE SAMURAI..." A smiling figure adds, "I HAVE... I HAD FRIENDS..."

Flashback panels reveal silhouettes near windmills as voices discuss, "APPARENTLY, HE WAS SECRETLY FEEDING THE ONI PRINCESS." and "HEY, WHY WAS HE EXECUTEDI!" A figure questions, "IS THAT TROUBLEMAKING RUNAWAY STILL PRETENDING TO BE ODENI!" The fight resumes with a heavy strike, "AGHH!!!" Kaido's dragon form looms as he yells, "THAT IS YOUR LOT IN LIFE, YAMATO!! YOU'RE THE OFFSPRING OF AN ONI!! RELYING ON THE FRIENDSHIP OF HUMANS IS BENEATH YOU!! AFTER ALL, YOU COULD EASILY USE YOUR POWER TO IMPOSE YOUR WILL ON OTHERS!! THEIR ACTS OF KINDNESS WERE JUST LIES!! THE TRUTH IS, THEY WERE ALL AFRAID OF YOU!!" Yamato lies battered on the ground, "UGH...!!"

Inside the Skull Dome, a massive dragon crashes through walls in a storm of debris and impact lines. Luffy stares upward in shock, mouth wide open, yelling "HUHI!" as the beast looms. A voice cries out "KAIDO-SANI!" while another shouts "THAT'S NOT HIM!!" Below, scattered fighters react in panic. Multiple small panels show close-ups of stunned faces: "...I! LUFFYI!", "WHAT IN THE WORLDI!", "A DRAGONI!", "NO WAYI!", and "WHAT THE HELLI ANOTHER DRAGONI!" On the right side, Momonosuke's dragon form flies forward with Luffy riding atop it. Speech bubbles read "KEEP GOING!!", "ALL RIGHT! GOOD JOB, MOMO!", "YOU'RE DOING IT!!", and "YOU'RE SO FAST!! WE'RE GONNA CATCH UP IN NO TIME!!" Someone warns "LEFT! I SAID LEFT!!" while another exclaims "ONIGA-SHIMA'S DEAD AHEAD!!" and "THE ROOFI!" Luffy's group presses onward through the collapsing structure.

Momonosuke's dragon body smashes through another wall with a huge "ゴゴゴゴ...!!!" impact. Debris flies as the creature barrels forward. Luffy leans out, shouting "WAAH!!" and "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ONI!" Below, a figure yells "AHH!!!" while Momo continues crashing ahead. In the next sequence, the dragon's jaws open wide amid swirling smoke and broken architecture labeled "SECOND FLOOR". Luffy yells furiously at Momo, "KNOCK IT OFF, MOMO!! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOINGI!" Momo's panicked face appears as he asks "WHERE ARE WEI"

Chaos erupts as Kaido's dragon form appears amid flying rubble and smoke. A voice screams "KAIDOI!" while another shouts "WHAT'S HAPPENINGI!" Close-ups show Big Mom's furious face, a masked fighter yelling "STRAW HAT-YAI!", and others reacting with "WHAT IS THATI!" and "!!!". Luffy clings to Momonosuke's dragon head, yelling "HELP ME, LUFFY!!" and "JUST GRIT YOUR TEETH AND LOOK WHERE YOU'RE GOING!!" Momo replies in distress. Luffy retorts, "THAT'S 'CAUSE YOU KEEP SMASHING THROUGH WALLS!!" and "THERE'S SOMETHING STUCK IN THEM!!" Another voice commands "CUT IT OUT ALREADY!! OPEN YOUR EYES!!" The dragons tear through the castle interior.

Momonosuke's dragon smashes into yet another wall on the "THIRD FLOOR". Luffy shouts "WATCH OUT, THERE'S ANOTHER WALL!!" while a voice above asks "HUHI" Below, fighters react in confusion: "WHAT...I! HOW CAN THERE BE TWO DRAGONSI!", "NO, WAIT!! IT'S NOT HIM!!", "KAIDO-SAMA'S WRECKING HAVOC UP HERE!!", and "THIS IS THE THIRD FLOOR!" Momonosuke panics, realizing the other dragon is a different color. The scene shifts to a wide view of the devastated Onigashima landscape with smoke rising. Narration notes the castle will need rebuilding after Linlin's involvement, while distant voices remark that things sound like they're getting out of hand.

On a rocky battlefield, a horned girl pants heavily, "HUFF... HUFF..." while declaring, "I WON'T LET IT END LIKE THIS!!" Nearby, a fierce samurai-like man grunts "HMI" as a massive dragon coils in the distance. Below, allies spot Kaido's dragon form and shout, "THERE'S KAIDO!! LET'S CRASH-LAND OVER THERE!!" Others cry, "HOW ARE WE STILL GOINGI! WE NEED TO GET TO SOLID GROUND!!" A figure leaps with a massive club, yelling "DIVINE STEP!!" Luffy stretches his limbs dramatically, calling out "GOMU GOMU NO...!!" as he activates his transformation. The panel erupts with the bold declaration "GEAR FOURTH: SNAKE-MAN!" and the resolve "TIME TO LAND!!" Kaido's massive dragon head looms with a shocked "KAIDOI!"

Luffy plummets through the air toward the dragon as Yamato reaches out, shouting "LUFFY!!" and "YAMA-BRO!!" Luffy grins widely and replies, "THANKS A BUNCH, WE OWE YOU BIG TIME!! YOU WERE KEEPING KAIDO BUSY FOR USI!" In a massive clash, Kaido's dragon form roars while Luffy unleashes attacks labeled "JET CULVERIN!!" and "WHITE SNAKE RUSH!!" The impact sends debris flying. Yamato watches in relief, exclaiming "WHAT A RELIEF!!" while another figure reacts with "HUHI" and a small "...!!!" sound effect lingers near the dragon's tail.

Momonosuke's dragon head declares, "I AM THE MAN WHO WILL BE SHOGUN OF WANO!!" while Kaido roars "KOZUKI MOMONOSUKE!!" Allies react with shock: "MOMONOSUKE-KUN!!" Kaido snarls, "THIS WORLD DOESN'T NEED ANOTHER DRAGON!!" and "WORORO!! YOU'RE THE BRATI! HOW UNEXPECTED!!" A large panel shows Luffy facing the two massive dragons with the caption "HEAD TO HEAD, A CLASH OF DRAGONS!!" Luffy shouts defiantly, "I'M THE MAN WHO'LL BE KING OF THE PIRATES!! IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU DO, I'M NOT GONNA DIE!!" Kaido questions, "STRAW HAT!! HOW ARE YOU STILL BREATHINGI! AND WHO IS THIS DRAGONI!" Yamato stares in awe, wondering "COULD IT BE...I A PEACH DRAGON...!!" The page ends with the note "ONE PIECE CH. 1025 /END" and a teaser for the next chapter.
