Chaos erupts as the underground port beneath the colosseum breaks open, linking to the surface. Marines and fighters react in panic amid falling debris and smoke. Another reads: "PEOPLE ARE FLOODING OUT INTO THE COLOSSEUM FROM UNDERGROUND!" and "THE CHAOS CONTINUES!!" A bearded man shouts: "...WHO WERE BEING FORCED TO WORK IN THE UNDERGROUND PORT AS TOYS!! THERE ARE SOLDIERS, OFFICIALS, PIRATES...!!" A Marine in a cap yells: "THESE MUST BE THE PEOPLE..." A large muscular man with wild hair roars amid the crowd: "...WE'RE BEING ENSLAVED ALL THIS TIME, WITH NOBODY ANY THE WISER......!!" and "TO THINK THAT SO MANY REMARKABLE PEOPLE..." while another voice cries: "IT'S THE SURFACE!"

Maynard, identified as MARINE HQ VICE-ADMIRAL - MAYNARD THE PURSUER (TOURNAMENT ENTRANT), is confronted by a cloaked figure who shouts: "BUT, BASTILLE-SAN!!" and "WHO THE HELL TOLD YOU TO INFILTRATE THE TOURNAMENT, MAYNARDI!" Maynard replies: "THANKS TO MY ACTIONS, I WAS ABLE TO WITNESS IT ALL!!" The cloaked figure retorts: "YOU IMPULSIVE FOOL!! YOU'RE LUCKY YOU MADE IT OUT ALIVE!" Elsewhere, a port scene shows a ship labeled with numbers and a sign "UNDERGROUND TRADING PORT." A character notes: "...THIS IS...!!" A close-up figure says: "IF WE CAN ARREST DOFLAMINGO... IT MIGHT MAKE AN IMPACT ON THE WHOLE WORLD!" A young woman in a hat examines a newspaper and declares: "...BUT IT'S ACTUALLY A TRADING VESSEL FROM THE DOERENA KINGDOM...!!" and "THE 'DARK SIDES' OF ALL KINDS OF COUNTRIES ARE GATHERED HERE IN THIS PORT...!!" while identifying it as "IT'S DISGUISED AS A PIRATE SHIP..."

Explosions and fighting continue in the ruined streets. A man with a rifle shouts amid the blasts. A cloaked figure addresses Fujitora: "DOPLAMINGO WON'T BE ABLE TO REMAIN A SHICHIBUKAI AFTER THIS!! WE SHOULD CAPTURE HIM NOW!" and "...WE'VE DONE THE SAME THING ANY NUMBER OF TIMES, HAVE WE NOTI" Someone yells: "WHY, ISSHOU-SANI!!" Fujitora responds calmly: "THEY'RE ENRAGED...!!" and "THEY'RE NOT CRYING, YOU UNDERSTAND... THESE...IM-PASSIONED SCREAMS OF ANGER." A Marine vice-admiral confronts him: "YOU'VE BEEN IN THE MARINES LONG ENOUGH, VICE-ADMIRAL. HAVE YOU BEEN IGNORING THEM ALL THIS TIME...I"

A scarred man glares furiously and demands, "DO YOU THINK THE WORLD GOVERNMENT......IS SOME KIND OF GODI" Nearby, a Vice-Admiral is ordered, "YOU WILL FOLLOW MY ORDERS, VICE-ADMIRAL." In Dressrosa, Trebol and his allies survey the relocated royal palace atop a massive kairoseki mountain. Trebol shouts, "NYEHH, DOFI... SHOULDN'T WE BE PROTECTING THE FACTORYI! THEY WON'T GET INSIDE. THE PLACE IS MADE OF KAI-ROUSEKI." Another voice worries, "LAW AND HIS ALLIES ARE AFTER THE SMILE, AREN'T THEYI!" A small girl in a polka-dot cloak stands with Trebol, who snaps, "SHADDUP, GIGI! SHE ONLY LOOKS LIKE A LITTLE GIRL, ANYWAY!" Trebol is told, "STILL, I'M QUITE UNIMPRESSED BY YOUR ABILITIES, TREBOL, TO THINK YOU COULD NOT EVEN PROTECT A SINGLE YOUNG GIRL." He replies, "WE DON'T NEED TO LEAVE OUR ENEMIES ANY HOPE..." A hand holds up a ring of keys as someone asks, "EHHI! ARE YOU SURE ABOUT THISI!" and states, "AND I HAVE THE KEYS RIGHT HERE..."

Doflamingo lounges on his throne while Trebol looms nearby. A voice declares, "WHAT'S DONE IS DONE..." and another adds, "THE SAME GOES FOR THE MERA MERA NO MI!! WHO COULD HAVE PREDICTED......THAT THE NO. 2 OF THE REVOLUTIONARY ARMY WOULD INFILTRATE THE TOURNAMENTI!" Trebol wails, "NYEHHH, NYEHHH, DOFI!! I'M REALLY SORRY 'BOUT WHAT HAPPENED WITH SUGAR!! I NEVER THOUGHT A GUY WITH BOTH HANDS AND LEGS BOUND WOULD BE ABLE TO KNOCK SUGAR UNCONSCIOUS...!! COULD ANYONE HAVE PREDICTED ITI! NYEHHHI!" In close-up, a grinning figure says, "BE IT PIRATES OR MARINES... IF YOU LET ME HAVE FREE REIN... I THINK WE SHOULD ELIMINATE HIM. NOTHING GOOD WILL COME OF LETTING THAT MAN LIVE. NOT THAT IT WILL BE AN EASY TASK..." Doflamingo answers, "BUT, DOFI!! AT THIS RATE, THE MARINES ARE GOING TO BE QUITE THE NUISANCE. IF YOU MUST INSIST, I WILL ACCEPT YOUR FORGIVENESS!!" A towering armored figure with a spade emblem looms as the crowd reacts in shock. A sign reads "DONQUIXOTE FAMILY: CHIEF OFFICER PICA". A FORM OF 'ELECTION' FOR THE THRONE OF THIS KINGDOM. NO NEED TO BE SO HASTY..." Someone laughs, "FUFU-FUFU... HOW DOES A VOICE LIKE THAT COME OUT OF THAT BODY...I!" Another exclaims, "IT'S SO... HIGH!!" and "MUSTN'T...LAUGH... IF I LAUGH, I'M A GONER...! IT'S NO GOOD... I CAN'T GET USED TO IT!!"

Doflamingo spreads his arms and shouts, "WHICH ROYAL LINE DESERVES TO RULE THIS LANDI! THE HOUSE OF RIKU, OR THE HOUSE OF DONQUIXOTEI! THE PEOPLE WILL DECIDE! IT IS THEIR RIGHT!! Pica's massive stone-armored form appears as he growls, "I WILL BURY YOU ALIVE IN THE STONE...!!" A terrified voice screams, "AHHHHH!! I...!! I'M VERY SORRY, PICA-SAMA!! PLEASE FORGIVE ME!! THIS GUY'S NEW HERE!! HE WAS JUST TAKEN BY SURPRISE, THAT'S ALL...!!" Others plead, "WAIT, PICA-SAMA!!" and "AAAAG-GHHH!!!"

A woman in a maid-like outfit smiles and says, "THANK YOU KINDLY, BABY S...!!!" Young Pica, covered in blood, stands amid a massacre with bodies and debris flying as he wields a massive weapon. Narration recounts: "IF YOU TOOK CARE OF HIM, THERE WOULD BE NO BODY LEFT THAT WOULDN'T BE PAID ON THE DEAD MAN'S FAMILY." Young Pica declares, "AND AT THE AGE OF TEN, I KILLED MY FATHER. AT THE AGE OF EIGHT, I LOST MY MOTHER..." while fleeing through a ruined town as crowds react in horror. Adult Pica glares intensely and states, "I WON'T FORGIVE ANYONE WHO LAUGHS AT MY FAMILY...!!! THEY'RE ALL I HAVE IN THE WORLD...!!!" His loyal officers reply, "Y...YES, SIR!!" and "ALL THE OFFICERS WHO SERVE ME... ARE MY 'FAMILY' WHO HAVE STOOD BY ME THROUGH THICK AND THIN."

Pica's massive stone form looms over Dressrosa as he commands, "HUNT DOWN THOSE PIRATES!!! RESTRAIN THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE GONE BERSERK!!" Trebol and other officers react in the streets. One says, "OOOH!! DON'T YOU THINK THEY'RE JUST SCARED BY THIS BIRDCAGEI!" Another notes, "ISN'T THAT A LITTLE TOO CONVENIENTI SO THEY'RE STILL TREATING THE YOUNG MASTER AS A SHICHIBUKAI..." A third adds, "LOOKS LIKE THE MARINES DON'T WANT TO SIDE AGAINST US, OIIIING!!" and questions, "MORE TO THE POINT, WHERE THE HELL HAS THAT PERVERT GOT TOI" Below, a figure in a hood runs while others comment, "LOOK AT THE STUPID THING, NOT EVEN TRYING TO HIDE... DOES IT WANT A TASTE OF MY BEAM THAT BADI! GAHAHAH!!! THAT MUST BE THE SMILE FACTORY UP AHEAD!!" The hooded runner pants heavily, thinking, "THANKS TO THE RESERVE COLA I WAS SAVING FOR DESTROYING THE FACTORY, I'M BACK IN ACTION!"

The officers spot something above: "A BALLOONI A BALLOON IS FALLING TOWARDS US, OIIIING!!" One grunts, "HMI" The balloon crashes down violently with impact sounds "バタン" and "BUEGH!!" as characters are sent flying amid debris and screams of "UAAGHH!!" In the chaos, a small figure clings to the balloon. Luffy appears shocked, shouting, "BIG BRO LAWI! I CAN BARELY REMEMBER HIM, HAHA!!" Law stands firm while others react: "YOU'VE GOT A LOT OF GUTS SHOWING YOUR FACE HERE, BRAT!!" "LAW!!!" The balloon bursts with a massive "バーン" and a long scream "AHHHHHH!!"

Pica's voice booms across the battlefield: "TRAFALGAR LAW!! 'PIRATE HUNTER'!!! STRAW HAT LUFFY!!!" Chaos erupts in the city as fighters clash amid smoke and rubble. Cavendish stands ready while Law faces the crowd. Law says, "I SHOULD PROBABLY POINT OUT THAT ALMOST ANYWHERE WOULD BE A 'NASTY PLACE'." Luffy grins and yells, "HEY, STRAW HAT. Below, the scene shows the "CONVICTS" arriving as narration states, "AFTER ALL, THIS WHOLE COUNTRY IS OUR ENEMY NOW!!" A voice calls out, "THE 'CONVICTS' ARE HERE!!" and identifies targets: "TWO THREE-STAR TARGETS, AND ONE TWO-STAR!! STRAW HAT, NOT THIS WAY EITHER!! ZORO!! NOT THAT WAY EITHER!! NOW LET'S RUN!!"

Machvise activates his power with a deep "TON-TON..." as his body swells massively. A swordsman yells "GET HIM, VISE!!!" while Machvise crashes down, shouting "GAHHHHH!! I'VE BEEN CAUGHT!! A WEIRD GUY CAME SWIMMING THROUGH THE GROUND!!!" Below, a muscular fighter warns "RUN FOR IT!! HE'S A 'SUPER-WEIGHT MAN'!!" as the numbers "3.5 3.5-" flash. Machvise counters with "PISTOL HIGH-HEEL!" and unleashes a devastating "TEN-TON VISE!!!" The massive impact sends shockwaves as someone cries "MY FEET ARE STUCK!!" and another screams "GUAAH!!" while a voice shouts "UWAAH!!"

On the battlefield, fighters yell "TAKE HIS HEAD!! HE'S OVER THERE!" and "OH, LEAVE ME ALONE!! THAT FIVE-STAR USOPP IS HERE IN THE COLOSSEUM!!!" Usopp dashes through the chaos while a cloaked figure notes "CURSES... SABO HAS WANDERED OFF SOMEWHERE AGAIN...!!!" Kyros urges "HURRY IT UP, HURRY IT UP!! I WON'T LET THE ENEMY COME AFTER YA!! DON'T YOU FOLKS WORRY!!!" Rebecca adds "IF WE CLIMB UP THERE, WE CAN MEET UP WITH THE OTHERS!"

A woman asks "WHAT IS HE PLANNING THIS TIME...I!" as a massive warrior glares forward. Explosions rock the area with "Z Z Z..." and "!!" Someone yells "HERE IT COMES AGAIN!!" as debris flies. Fighters react with shock: "I KNEW IT WAS NO USE... WE CAN'T FIGHT THEM...!!" and "THAT'S...!!!" The ground erupts violently while characters brace against the tremors and falling rubble in the ruined city streets.

Pica's massive stone body rises like a living mountain over Dressrosa, spikes and jagged edges erupting from the ground as his voice booms across the city. "NOW... ANY FOOLS WHO MEAN TO STAND AGAINST OUR FAMILY CAN ANSWER TO ME." Below, a wide-eyed man stares upward in terror. "IT'S SO HIGH!! HIS VOICE!" Another figure laughs wildly, "AHAHAHAH!! JUST LISTEN TO IT!! SHHHH-HHHH!!" Someone else jeers, "IT DOESN'T SUIT HIM AT ALL!!! AHAHAHA-HAHAHAHAHA!!!" A close-up shows a shocked face with the line "HE HAD TO GO AND SAY IT!!" and the words "STRAW HAT...!!!" On the right side of the page the colossal stone giant towers above the rooftops of Dressrosa, Flower Hill visible in the background. Citizens scream in panic: "WHAT THE HECK IS THATI!" "GUOH-HHHH!!" "HE'S TOO HUGE!" "A GIANTI!! PICA-SAMA... IT'S PICA!!" A final desperate cry rings out, "AAAAAGHH-HHH!!!" as debris and dust explode around the monstrous form.
