DARTS

In the ruined courtyard of Arlong Park, Luffy and Arlong stand facing each other. Arlong, looking furious, yells, 'HOW DARE YOU USE ONE OF MY BRETHREN AS YOUR SHIELD!'. Luffy, standing casually with his hands on his hips, replies, 'WHAT'RE YOU TALKING ABOUT? YOU'RE THE ONE WHO ATTACKED HIM.'. In the panels below, the onlookers react to the standoff. Sanji, sitting on the ground, wonders, 'DID HE COME UP WITH A SECRET STRATEGY OR SOMETHING?'. Genzo, standing with the villagers, asks, 'WHAT COULD IT BE...?'. Nami, looking concerned, says, 'BROTHER LUFFY SAID HE HAD A GOOD IDEA...'. Usopp, sweating and looking terrified, exclaims, 'THAT WAS SCARY...!'. The tension is high as the battle is about to resume.

Arlong launches a ferocious attack, charging at Luffy with his massive, sharp teeth bared. He yells 'TOOTH GUM!' as he snaps his jaws shut with a loud 'CHOMP', but Luffy manages to dodge backward, crying 'AGHH!'. Arlong relentlessly pursues Luffy, his jaws snapping repeatedly with 'CHOMP CHOMP CHOMP' sounds. Luffy scrambles away on his hands and feet, desperately trying to avoid the deadly bites, yelling 'WHOA!' and 'OOF!'. In the final panel, Luffy looks back over his shoulder, gritting his teeth and groaning 'NGHH...' as he tries to evade Arlong's relentless assault.

Arlong lunges forward again, his jaws snapping shut with a loud 'CHOMP!'. He manages to catch Luffy's side, and Luffy cries out 'HAHHH!' in pain. However, Luffy quickly retaliates. He twists his body and delivers a powerful punch directly to Arlong's face. The impact is accompanied by a loud 'CLANG!' as Arlong is sent flying backward. To everyone's surprise, Arlong's sharp teeth are dislodged by the punch and fall to the ground. Luffy stands up, a broad grin on his face, and proudly declares, 'IT CAME OUT!'.

Arlong stands up, rubbing his jaw, and glares at Luffy. He says, 'YOU... DO YOU STILL NOT UNDERSTAND THAT NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TRY... THAT IT'S FUTILE TO CRUSH MY TEETH!?'. With a sickening crunch, a brand new set of sharp teeth instantly grows in Arlong's mouth. The onlookers, including Genzo, Sanji, Nami, and Usopp, watch in shock. Genzo stammers, 'C... COULD IT BE!? THAT THIS HAS TO DO WITH THE IDEA BROTHER LUFFY CAME UP WITH...!?'. In the next panel, Luffy is shown with Arlong's pulled-out teeth shoved into his own mouth, giving him a comical, jagged overbite. He points to his mouth and proudly declares, 'LOOK! I HAVE FANGS TOO!'. Sanji, watching from afar, deadpans, 'SO HE HAS NO SECRET STRATEGY...'.

Arlong, furious at Luffy's mockery, lunges at him again, yelling, 'JUST HOW LONG DO YOU PLAN TO PLAY AROUND!?'. He snaps his jaws at Luffy, who barely dodges, crying 'ACK!'. In a surprising move, Luffy then bites down on Arlong's arm using the stolen teeth. Arlong screams in pain, 'GYAAAA! I'VE BEEN BITTEN BY A SHARK!!!'. Luffy, still sporting the jagged teeth, mumbles through them, 'I'M NOT PLAYING AROUND!'. Arlong, clutching his bleeding arm, yells back angrily, 'IT'S BECAUSE YOU'RE PLAYING AROUND!'.

Arlong resumes his attack, yelling 'TOOTH GUM!' as he snaps his jaws at Luffy. Luffy dodges, yelling 'UOOH!' and 'AGHH!'. Arlong continues to snap his jaws, chasing Luffy across the courtyard. Luffy blocks one of the bites with his arm, grunting 'UGH!'. Arlong then swings his head powerfully, sending Luffy flying backward across the ground. Arlong laughs menacingly, 'SHAHA HAHA!', confident in his overwhelming strength.

Arlong leaps into the air and comes down hard on Luffy, his jaws wide open. Luffy yells 'AGHH!' as he tries to defend himself. Arlong's jaws clamp down viciously on Luffy's shoulder. Luffy screams 'GUAH HHHH!' in agony. Usopp, watching the brutal attack in horror alongside Sanji and Nami, yells 'HE GOT HIM!'. Arlong bites down even harder, and Luffy cries out 'UGAHH!' as he struggles against the fish-man's grip.

Arlong lifts Luffy into the air by his shoulder, laughing cruelly, 'HA! HOW DOES BEING BITTEN BY YOUR OWN TEETH FEEL!?'. Luffy screams in pain. Arlong then grabs his own teeth and pulls them out of his mouth, holding them in his hand like a jagged weapon. He says, 'THEY MAY BE MY TEETH... BUT WITH YOUR FEEBLE LITTLE JAWS...! TO RIP FLESH TO TEARS!'. He prepares to strike Luffy with the teeth, adding, 'LISTEN UP... WHAT DEFINES A SHARK'S TEETH IS ITS ABILITY...'.

Arlong violently slams the teeth into Luffy's arm. Luffy screams 'ARGGH HHHH!'. Usopp, watching in panic, yells 'AGHHH! HIS ARM'S GOING TO BE TORN!'. Luffy cries 'ACK!'. Arlong then uses his immense strength to violently slam Luffy into the ground, causing a massive impact that shatters the stone pavement. Luffy screams 'ARGHH HHHH!' as he hits the rubble, completely overpowered by Arlong's assault.

Luffy lies on the ground, his arm bleeding heavily from the bite. Arlong stands over him, his jaws wide open and ready to strike again. Usopp stammers nervously, 'I... IS HIS ARM OKAY...?'. Genzo observes, '...THOSE TEETH WOULD'VE TORN HIS ARM RIGHT OFF IF HE TRIED TO TAKE EVEN ONE STEP BACK JUST NOW.' Sanji adds, 'WELL, IN HIS CASE, IT'S NOT AS IF HE HAS THE BRAINS TO ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND HOW THOSE TEETH WORK...'. Arlong roars menacingly, preparing for his next move.

Luffy forcefully pulls his bleeding arm out of Arlong's grip, blood splattering as he frees himself. He stands up, panting heavily, 'HUFF HUFF...'. He looks around the ruined courtyard and asks, 'HUH? WHERE'D HE GO!?'. Usopp points frantically towards the large pool of water in the center of the courtyard and yells, 'LUFFY! THE WATER!'. Luffy looks towards the pool, confused, and asks, 'WATER...?'.

A large shark fin slices ominously through the water in the pool. Luffy looks surprised and says, 'WHAT? HE DOVE BELOW?'. Usopp yells in panic, 'YEAH, THAT'S ARLONG! THERE'S A SHARK IN THE WATER!'. Arlong's voice echoes from beneath the surface, 'WITH THE SPEEDS I CAN ATTAIN UNDERWATER, NOBODY CAN STOP ME...!'. The water begins to swirl and bubble violently, indicating Arlong is building up speed for a devastating attack.

Suddenly, Arlong shoots out of the water like a high-speed torpedo, yelling 'SHARK ON... DARTS!'. He flies through the air at incredible speed, a blur of motion. Luffy barely has time to react, wondering 'DID HE RUN AWAY?'. Arlong crashes into the building behind Luffy with a massive explosion, sending debris flying everywhere. A person is seen flying through the air from the impact, yelling 'AGHHH!'.

Arlong continues his destructive path, tearing through the building with immense force. Usopp screams 'WHAAAAA!?' in shock. Luffy looks back at the destruction. Usopp yells, 'A TORPEDO!?' and then adds, 'ARLONG JUMPED OUT FROM THE WATER!'. Sanji and Nami watch the attack in alarm. Arlong crashes back down into the courtyard, creating a large crater and sending up a cloud of dust. Someone groans 'UGH!' from the impact.

Arlong emerges from the rubble, looking back at Luffy. He says, 'OH? NICELY DODGED...'. Luffy is shown panting and clutching his injured arm, groaning 'OW OW OWWW...!'. Arlong grins menacingly and says, 'BUT THE MORE YOU DODGE, THE LONGER THIS HELL WILL CONTINUE...!'. He dives back into the water. Suddenly, he shoots out again, yelling 'SHARK ON DARTS!', launching another high-speed attack at Luffy.

Arlong flies towards Luffy like a missile, but misses his target and crashes headfirst into the ground. His sharp, saw-like nose pierces deep into the stone pavement. Luffy yells 'GAH!' as he dodges the attack. He looks at Arlong, who is stuck in the ground, and exclaims, 'AHH! HE PIERCED THE GROUND WITH JUST HIS NOSE!'. Sanji, looking shocked at the display of power, says, 'WHA...! JUST WHAT KINDA BONES IS THAT NOSE MADE UP OF!? THAT DAMN SHARK...!'. Arlong struggles to free himself.

Arlong pulls his nose out of the ground and immediately launches another 'SHARK ON DARTS!' attack, flying past Luffy again. Luffy dodges, yelling 'OOF!'. Arlong crashes into another part of the building, causing more destruction. Luffy scrambles away, yelling 'AGH HH!'. Usopp yells urgently, 'LUFFY, HIDE! ARLONG JUMPED BACK INTO THE WATER AGAIN!'. Luffy looks determined, despite the relentless attacks.

Sanji yells at Luffy, 'DON'T BE STUPID! HE'S AIMING FOR YOU RIGHT NOW! YOU'VE GOT TO HIDE RIGHT AWAY!'. Usopp adds, 'HURRY UP AND HIDE, BROTHER LUFFY!'. Luffy stands his ground, blood dripping from his injured arm, and firmly says, '...NO. I SAID NO!'. He glares at the water and declares with determination, 'I'LL CATCH HIM, AND CRUSH THAT NOSE OF HIS...!'. The water in the pool begins to bubble violently again as Arlong prepares for another high-speed strike.
