ARE YOU SAYING WE LAID A HAND ON THE CIPHER POL'S SHIPSI DON'T MESS WITH US!!!" She retorts, "I'LL OPEN UP THE PORTS SO YOU BETTER INVESTIGATE IT THEN! DON'T DO THAT EITHER!" The masked man adjusts his hat and replies calmly, "I FULLY UNDERSTAND. I SEE..." with sound effects "GLACK!" and "KURU-PPO!" while saying, "AS I WAS SAYING, PLEASE LEAVE..." In the lower panels, a winged figure declares, "AT THE MOMENT WE INVADE, THE SEA BEAST WEAPONS WILL DESTROY THIS SHIP." ONE DAY, I WANT TO CREATE A KIND OF WORLD WITH SCIENCE..." A woman with spiky hair and glasses stands nearby holding a device, while a figure in a floral shirt and another in dark clothing listen. IF I UNRAVEL THE STRINGS OF THE FORBIDDEN HISTORY, WHY ON EARTH, WHAT WILL I COMPREHENDI I'VE GOTTEN SO CLOSE TO FINDING OUT ABOUT THAT ANCIENT ENERGY! IT IS MY NATURE AS A SCIENTIST THAT I WANT TO TAKE A PEEK AT IT!...THAT DYNAMIC POWER SOURCE THAT WAS ABLE TO POWER THIS ANCIENT ROBOT SOLDIER. I AM QUICKLY GETTING CLOSER TO THE TRUTH." A mustached man in a top hat sweats heavily as he declares, "I WILL BE ELIMINATED BY THE WORLD GOVERNMENT! JUST LIKE WHAT THEY DID TO OHARA!" Nearby, someone mutters, "THAT RUCKUS IS PROBABLY BEING CAUSED BY CP0..." while another voice asks, "ZEROI" The man continues, "WELL, TO PUT IT SHORT, I STEPPED TOO DEEP INTO THE FORBIDDEN STORY!" In a wide futuristic city view, a tall cloaked figure stands amid a crowd as voices discuss, "IT IS SAID TO BE AN OMEN OF AN OCCURRENCE OR A MAJOR HISTORICAL EVENT! THEY ARE AT THE TOP OF CIPHER POL! A large "ドドド" sound effect rumbles across the scene.

I'LL BE WAITING UPTOP." Luffy clutches his head, complaining, "ALL THESE FUTURISTIC STUFF ARE REALLY MAKING MY HEAD HURT..." Below, massive chaos erupts with a giant dragon-like beast roaring amid explosions and debris. A voice screams, "UWAAA!! GAA-AAH!!! HEY!! THEY EVEN GOT A MONSTER!!" while another orders, "SHOOT THEM DOWN!!" Impact sounds like "ビン!" and "ドン" fill the frantic battle scene as figures scatter in panic.

The creature reacts in shock, "HUHI! WHATI" as Lucci warns, "IF AN ENEMY CROSSES THAT LINE..." An explosion erupts with the explanation, "IT'S AN INTERCEPTION SYSTEM THAT SURROUNDS THE LABO PHASE. IT'S CALLED THE 'FRONTIER DOME'. THE LASER BEAMS WILL ACTIVATE..." Stussy scolds, "DAMN IT! YOU REALLY HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE, STUSSY! CAN YOU PLEASE JUST SAY THESE THINGS BEFOREHANDI" Lucci counters, "YOU SHOULDN'T UNDERESTIMATE THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE SCIENTIST. THAT MEANS..." as Kaku shouts, "KAKU-SAN!!" A heart-shaped bubble appears near Stussy, "LIFUFU... HOW WAS ITI QUITE THE WARM-UP DON'T YOU THINKI"

Atlas declares, "ATLAS! SHE'S ONE OF THE VEGAPUNKS!" as she smashes through the area, "NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO WREAK HAVOC MORE THAN ME HERE ON EGGHEAD! MASTER ATLAS!!" Someone yells, "WHO GOES THEREI!" Atlas responds, "HMII" while pulling back, "THIS IS NOT A GAME!" She charges forward with the words, "PULL- MIGHTY... ULTRA... YOU'RE NO MATCH FOR THEM! ATLAS, WAIT!" Below, a woman shouts, "MASTER ATLAS!!!" as a powerful strike lands, "ROKU-OGAN!" The attacker taunts, "NO MERCY AT ALL, HUHI"

Luffy reacts with surprise, "HUHI HUHI STRAW HAT!I PIGEON GUY!I" as Atlas is struck, "KYAA!! MASTER ATLAS! KYAAAA!!" A massive impact follows with the sound, "DOKAN!!" and smaller effects, "BACHI BACHI..." Luffy yells, "HURRY UP! WE'RE GOING UP USING THE 'VACUUM ROCKET'!" while the scene shows chaos and evacuation orders, "SHE'S STILL BREATHING... EVERYONE! RUN TOWARDS THE FACTORY! WE'RE BEING RAIDED!
