"HE'S HIDING A TERRIFYING POWER" and "IT LOOKS LIKE... THAT WASN'T DONE CONSCIOUSLY..." are spoken amid the tension.

Whitebeard's massive face fills the top of the page as he roars with veins bulging, tears streaming down his cheeks. "TO SUPPORT STRAWHAT LUFFY!!! USE ALL YOUR STRENGTH" he bellows. Below, the old Emperor glares forward and shouts "LOOK OUT, STRAWHAT BOY!!!" In the next panels Luffy stands amid the chaos, sweat pouring down his face. A voice urges him: "...!! SHOW ME WHAT YOU'VE GOT, BRAT...!! IF YOU CARRY THE 'WILL OF D' AS WELL, THEN SHOW ME WHAT LIES BEYOND THIS AGE!!!" Another pirate cries "...!I ACE'S BROTHER!!I" while the battlefield rages around them with smoke, debris, and clashing fighters.

Explosions rock the left side as pirates are blasted back. "GUAH!!" one yells amid the smoke. A Marine in a helmet aims a massive cannon, shouting "JURKS!!" On the right, Whitebeard and his commanders surge forward in a massive charge. "IF YOU LET THIS OPPORTUNITY PASS, YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET PAST THE ADMIRALS!!!" "THE MARINES ARE FOCUSED ON OUR BOSS RIGHT NOW!!!" "HURRY!! ACE'S BROTHER!!" Whitebeard laughs wildly: "THIS IS SERIOUS, STRAWHAT BOY!! THE WORLD'S GREATEST PIRATE IS TESTING YOU!!!" Another ally adds "WE'RE GOING TO PUSH THROUGH!!! FOLLOW US!!!" Luffy stares ahead, sweat flying, as the entire Whitebeard pirate force rushes past him toward the Marines.

Whitebeard swings his massive naginata with a furious cry "HIIHAA!!!" The impact sends shockwaves as he demands "I'M ASKING IF YOU'RE PREPARED TO ANSWER WHITEBEARD'S ATTENTION!!!" Luffy is hurled backward by the force. "FOR BEING HERE!!!" Whitebeard roars while striking. A massive clash erupts with "DOKAN!!!" and "GOKIN!!!" sound effects.
